sir .i with my wife and 8 year old son travelled to Delhi from Bangalore on 16th in your flight and things were ok. we returned on 23rd in your flight number 0829 at 1410 hours. on receiving our luggage we found our kit bag with zip opened but lock in tact. since there were no one from jet airways we could not complain and as our taxi outside was waiting in the que we were forced to come out. We had leather belts worth 18000 and purse worth 5000 and they were robbed by your staff either at Delhi or Bangalore before putting them in to the lounge. i have attached the photo of kit bag to show how the crime was done and also copy of my boarding pass. kindly investigate.. find the truth and get me the justice thanks chidvilas [protected]

    I had booked a ticket (Ticket No.[protected] of Jet Airways Flight No. 9W-730 from Delhi to Patna. Date of Journy was 5th April 2015. The flight departed from Delhi on time but could not get landed at Patna Airport due to storm and the flight came back to Delhi. It was assured to us by the Jet Airways personnel that the fare will be refunded to us within 2 days. I am sorry to inform you that till date the fare has not been refunded to me. All the responsible officilas are requested to do the needful and refund my fare otherwise I shall be forced to take legal action against the airlines . Thanking you in anticipation.       Dear Sir or Madam, I am your Silver card member (membership #[protected] since couple of years and loyal member who only fly in jet airways... Its very annoying behaviour happen with me in redeemtion department as well as revenue department...On 13 or 14 April 2015 i have cancel 3 redeemtion ticket of my family members. I had been told by Amrita your redeemtion department or revenue department that with in 3 working day all my balance miles will be get credited & taxes will be credited but till anything didn't happen.. Their cancellation PNR was PLSPLC.Till yesterday i was in that impression only tht my miles have credited so i was trying to make new booking of my wife Mrs. Surabhi Jain for Raipur - Mumbai. After all mess Aakash from Redeemtion department made her PNR # SOEBWC and gave assurance that all miles will be get credited before 21:00hrs of 22th April 2015 and he told tht before 0:00hrs but nothing happen. Worst part is your redeemtion department supervisor Mr. Vizaak also promise me the same... Due to all this mess i had to buy new ticket for her which cost me 8055 INR and most important i waste 2 hrs talking time... And today after my arrival to bombay i m behind this work... Let me know wht compensation you offer me ... ?

        I did book my tickets on 1 APR 2015 from Delhi to Bahrain and Ticket Number is[protected], i cancelled the ticket at the same day due to some problem, I got refund receipt at the same time but till now I am waiting for refund its 21st APR now, they ask me to send a mail at [protected]@jetairways.com, i did four times and with in 5 days i didn't get any reply from them, every time i call them they say one of our senior person will look at your problem and will revert you but i am just waiting for any reply from their side, is there any solution or any way by which i can sue these and get my money.

          i have booked two ticket for Bhopal for morning flight.. wake up on time and reached on time and checked in on time.. you guys believe that you are always perfect and your customers are not pls prove that.. by 5:25 i was sitting near gate no 13, by 5.45 i reached on your counter and it was closed.. your staff said they were calling for bhopal passenger but we didn't heard.. i heard only Baroda, Goa.. your staff confirmed that they were calling us .. There are two different number register in both the tickets.. Pls give me all the detail of calling and for my surveillance pls show me detail of your staff where she was calling bhopal passenger.. if your rules are so strict so your services should be super strict.. just to show things on paper is not your goal.. your staff was showing that sir it's written that you have to be here before 25 minutes and i was there that time.. i have paid 8133 extra because your problem and wasted my whole day.. pls cooperate to share all the details with me.. which you blamed..             My wife had a booking in JetLite flight from Indore-Delhi on 20'-Apr15 at 08:25 am but we reached at 7:45 which was quite enough to board the flight at least but there was no one for her to get checked-in. It came a total loss for us and we had been offered no refund and no accommodation into other flight of theirs. Then we booked in Indigo Airline flight at 09:45am at Rs.7300 which is somehow imposed on us due to misleading JetLite staff. They are careless people and don't care for people's money. I'm too much annoyed at their behaviour and conduct. Is there any one in our government - which is known to be people's government - who can help us !!! I'm sure, it wont ring in anyone's ear as its a small thing for them but we are helpless and burdened with taxes all across. Mr. Modi, please look at people grievances as well.               My husband travelled from jet airways to Chennai from Singapore on the 11th of April 2015 .He had to board domestic flight to Trivandrum for which he paid excess luggage fare within Five hours of travelling domestic. Generally there is a period of 24 hrs before any domestic flight can charge extra luggage allowance .He is a platinum frequent flier with qantas which happens to be a partner flight with jet .But that too is not helpful.Every year it is the same problem with jet .The staff at Trivandrum or Madurai are not aware of any news and bad customer service.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I have recently travelled in Jet Airways and have faced a bitter experience. I travelled on 16th of April, 2015 in 9W0015 - Singapore to Chennai. I found my checked in baggage key system destroyed to open and found my XBOX remote controller packing torn open. When I realized of the mischief, I tried to contact the Jet Airways representative who denies any mal happening and was questioning me if I indeed was sure the package intact at the time of packing. He kept raising doubts that package would have been torn at the time of packing itself and maybe the lock broken before. It was sad to note that inspite of our loss, the JetAirways was placing blame on us and moreover not believe a statement that we were saying. I am not sure what the representative thought o[censored]s complaining about a package and broken baggage which we would have already destroyed at our homes. I am very sorry to say that the experience was bitter to say the least and suspecting us of malpractice for a complaint of our loss. It was very bewildering and shocking. They did not have the courtesy to think of other alternatives or console the loss. I would like their response and would like to see how they handle this situation. Thanks

                  While I don't know if our complaint would be paid any heed to ...however I am going to give it a try to gauge whether the CRM problems percolate top down or if it was a one off issue. Flight details: Jaipur to Delhi Date of flight: April 14, 2015 Time of Departure: 17:10 HRS Complaint Against: Cabin crew-SHERAN We had booked flights on jet airways and though when we had to go from delhi to jaipur We did go in the regular jet airways flight, we were shifted to a jet konnect flight on our way to return from jaipur to delhi. We didn't mind that too much either, the problem started when we go into the plane. Our seats were 1 A & 1 C, while we're getting into the plane I was carrying a handbag and my husband was carrying a regular Mont Blanc cabin luggage .. There were 4-5 jet crew members who were stationed outside the plane to check our flight tickets and luggage and let us in. We were smoothly asked to get in by them and so we did. When we started to put our luggage on top storage, we realised that my handbag was fitting in, but my husband's cabin luggage which is of regular size for any other flight was NOT fitting in to the upper storage. So we waited for our cabin crew to come and probably stack our 2nd luggage wherever they felt right. And that's when our our problem began. This guy called SHERAN, utterly callous, insolent, and pathetic attitude walks in and tells us that this Iuggage cannot be kept where we were sitting so it has to be immediately removed. We told him we were ok with getting it removed and that he could keep it wherever he deems fit for the flight' sake. Lo and behold this dim wit actually has the audacity to respond and I quote" I have other things to do ma'am - please go back to the end of the flight and figure it out yourself ". While my husband is a businessman, I run an educational institute where a lot of our kids join the hospitality industry... Never ever have we seen this level of poor work attitude by any cabin crew during our extensive spectrum of travelling. Neither did the guy bother that we were on the first row and that carrying this luggage back again would not only inconvenience us but other passengers who were coming into the flight. Neither did he pay heed to the fact were a bunch of extremely jaded and exhausted passengers back from a hectic trip. And of course no attention that we may have had health issues as well. My question to Jet is : 1. Our we to blame if my regular Jet airways flight changed to a smaller flight of Jet Konnect? 2. Our we to blame that inspite of 4-5 ground personnel letting us into the flight seeing our luggage not 1 came up saying that please leave your cabin luggage here as we don't think it would fit here? 3.Our we to blame that the cabin storage space was small and could not fit in a regular sized cabin luggage which infact was easily accommodated in your earlier flight as well which we boarded while going to Jaipur. 4.Our we to blame that we expect some basic customer care from a flight that we paid for to augment our convenience?. Infact one reason to not take a road trip to Delhi to Jaipur which was cheaper and quite easily possible for us was that we wanted an easy stress free travel experience. 5. Our we to blame for having chosen Jet Airways as against the other cheaper LCCs as we believed in your level of services? I hope some action is taken against that guy SHERAN who is so very disinterested in his job..infact after telling he had other things to do ...he instead was just seen floating around and chatting up with other crew members. I hope he doesn't ruin other traveller experiences owing to his own misdemeanour and shoddy attitude. I hope I get an affirmative response from jet airways on this matter.                       Hi I booked my flight with my infant for 29 April 2915 to London from Mumbai post confirming with jet official that bassionate seat is available and provided them my pnr post the ticket booking and they confirmed my seat was booked . I am traveling with my 4 month old baby and post that I checked with them again and they said my bassionate request was rejected and after speaking to their supervisor and being in call for almost an hour he confirmed that he will allocate me a seat and external bassionate can be attached . Again when I called today to confirm they said that there is no such facility ? How can I travel with my baby like that in a 9 hour flight

                        Dear Team, I would like to bring to your kind notice that the services provided by jet airways staff is pathetic. My brother and sister in law had a flight on 10th of April from delhi to bangalore at 05:05 pm which got delayed by 55 minutes. The behaviour of one of your on the counter staff was so rude. My brother had approached a turborn man(staff) on the counter. Whatever luggage they both were having he had measured the whole weight of it. And informed them charges of that 30 kg also which is not at all a part of charges. The way he spoke to them was so rude. It's not at all acceptable. Please take a strong action on that employee. I want a call back for the same.

                          I D Sahoo had travelled to Goa from Jaipur on 21.03.2015 vide JET AIRWAYS PNR No. OAIZZF. I booked my two baggage at Jaipur Airport with booking No. 0705 S2901791 (PNR: XXGORP). As usual after reaching Goa, we collected our baggage with good faith and after reachinf Hotel Marriot, Goa, we found that the lock of our two baggage are break open and our articles are fully disturbed by miscrant(s). It shocked us, because it happened with us for the first time. Please verify the facts from CC TV footage that whether the baggage are break opened at Jaipur Airport or Mumbai Airport. Please intimate me within a week time. Otherwise I will forced to flash the incident with social sites.

                            I have taken boarding pass for flight 9W0549 on 10/04/2015 from Dammam to Mangalore., The gate mentioned for boarding was gate 21. I waited up to 03.00 A.M.for boarding and no response from the counter. Again I checked after 10 minutes and came to knew that flight already departed from gate 25. I am on an emergency vacation and the response from your staff was very poor. Your staff informed at 6.00 am that my lugages already left with the flight, but till now I have not received any information about my next flight to mangalore.                               We lost our luggage last year in June when we were returning from Paris and we ask them to search for it they replied thrice and later on when they couldn't find it there is no response from jet airways i can show u the mails i have sent and the reply they sent me saying that you will get reply in 48 hours but there was no reply

Our TRIP ID No is [protected] and PNR number is IGZLMP. Out of 4 Passenger there is a problem in one passenger name "SPELLING". Instead M.A. Chandrasekar it was wrongly printed in the ticket as Chadrasekar. Hence we kindly request you to change the Name in our ticket. Kindly do the needful. The above 4 bookings were done by me to travel between Chennai and Hyderabad You can see the number of times i have called customer service and the number of times my bookings were changed and the number of times my bookings were cancelled. After all the pain and frustration they have given me, they dont refund the money they owe me . I dont understand how they think they can cheat me of my money. I have had to speak to so many people ( see list below) to understand what is happening Then to top it I was told that all refund will be processed and I wait for 15 days and realize that no one has done anything Then i again call and this time they say refund process has started I go back to check my accounts and they dont refund me the full amount and say you are charging me convenience fee CAN SOMEONE PLS EXPLAIN WHICH ASPECT OF THIS TRANSACTION IS CONVENIENT ??????/ The people who DID NOT solve my problem in Jet Airways Tushar[protected] Avinash - Asim- Sahil sharma floor supervisor Deepna Niveditha – Buvnesh Vidur- floor supervisor - Dilpreet Richa - floor Manager Vikas trivedi--- asst manager After a long fight they said everything has been redunded and I still see that they have not refunded me 500 Rs. Can some on pls help me? The hasle frustration and pain I have had to go through with them is unimaginable First they cancel several flights and then they dont give us our money back..

I got in contact with Abhinav ([protected]) from Jet airways ground staff in Bangalore and he gave me a reciept for my missing baggage with my baggage details. Its been 2 days and I have no update from Jet Airways. I have been calling the numbers given by Abhinav but I am getting no response.
