I and my family members are frequent travellers in Jet Airways. My original return ticket from Bangalore to Toronto was booked on 27 May 2015 but due to emergency I cancelled and re booked in October 2014 but due to my health condition I couldn't make it so I changed the date to July 2015 and paid the penalty. But now again due to emergency I have to go within 5 days before 28 Feb/ 2015 I am willing to pay Rs 10, 000 to Rs12, 000 as penalty. Jet Airways are now telling there is no seats available for the entire month of March 2015 but if I pay $ 830 Canadian dollars or Rs 50, 000 I will get a seat immediately in higher class. I am not employed and rich to pay huge penalty. Can you please look into this urgent matter and get back to me ASAP. sara.[protected]@gmail.com[protected] Thanks & Regards Saraswati

    I was travelling from kolkata to Muscat via Mumbai Luggage was through from calcutta. After reaching muscat i found one lock was missing from one of my luggages & from that suitcase some important medicines are missing. Rest of the material was ok. I guess it has been done in Mumbai only. My flight no is 9w 540. Name Diptendu Saha. Travelling on 19th feb 2015. I need my medicine & suitecase lock back.

      Dear, SM!! I made a mistake while Booking ID -NF[protected] on MakeMyTrip.com. for the PNR: XHJSMS I had to book return flight for 25th May DEL to LKO & return on 22nd July Lko to Del for 2 passengers, through JetAirways. By mistake I chose the date as 24th May 2015 from DEL to LKO which was supposed to be for 25 May. This return ticket was booked on 18th Feb.I contacted MakeMyTrip.com call center on 19th after 10 hrs of booking the ticket's informing about my mistake & do the necessary changes. They are asking for INR 3500 (Airline Rs.1500+ Rs.250(make my trip)) to make these changes as a penalty. Where is one ways flight charges is just Rs 3300. MakeMyTrip.com call center rep stated that they can not make the changes without penalty however I can contact airways to see if they can do the changes with out penalty. JetAirways says that you have booking the ticket with MakeMy Trip & they can make the changes. You had ZERO penalty if you cancel date changes within 24 hrs If you had booked the tickets through us. The price for the tickets with them is also the same. Booked flight is after 3 months, all I am requesting is to see if my case can be presented to Jet airways & they can accommodate the request. I have paid 7, 374+ 700 (Convenience fee): Total of Rs 8, 074. Hence if for any changes with in 24 hr I am paying Rs 3500 one way ( Rs 7000 if I am making changes both ways). If I cancel the ticket, As a penalty, I am loosing INR 7200 & also losing on the convenience fee of 700, means total of Rs 7900. Where in cost of ticket is just 7, 374. I was requesting for the change of flight, Jet Airways 9W-2453 Sun, 24 May 2015 05:40 hrs to be changed Monday, 25 May 2015 05:40 hrs If JetAirways can make the changes for their customers without any charge, so they can also do the necessary changes for their brokers like Make my trip. All I was requesting them is to present my case to Jet Airways, I am sure they would consider the request for their brokers if they do that for their customers. I hope considering my situation you'd try to help me. I agree I made a blunder mistake. Please see if you guys can help. A prompt reply to this will be highly appreciated. Regards

        Booked a flight on 17th january from mumbai-delhi-chandigarh for Rs 7200. Delhi- Chandigarh sector was cancelled by airlines and i was told that i would get the appropriate refund but i got only rs 700 which is not even 10% of the whole ticket amount . Moreover i had to book a cab due to the cancelled flight which costed me around Rs 4000 and also i had to travel at night in severe cold. Its been more than a month and still no corporation from their side. I have sent countless emails and called many times but still of no use.

          PNR-JSQJXO Its been long time speaking on the customer relations. Also wrote many emails to the guestrelations team, however haven't received appropriate reply. I want the explanation for this. Why is it taking so long? The customer relations team is also not replying to my email. I only want is to update the correct spelling of the passenger.There is also some changes in the timings. As I've received intimation of reschedule of the flight.             This is regarding complain number BOM9W43773. The same was filed on 15th jan at CSI Airport, Mumbai. My suitcase was damaged badly and I was promised by airport staff that a jet airways staff would visit me and replace it. However no one ever came and only after I followed up for days was the suitcase picked up. I then got a call that suitcase would be replaced with a VIP which is refused since my bag was just couple of months old and expensive. Mr Dheeraj from jet airways then promised that it would be replaced with a similar suitcase. I again followed up for days only to be told it will reach in a day, next day, in evening and such lame promises. Suddenly they backtracked and said suitcase will be repaired. I said ok. Now the suitcase got delivered by an utterly rude and ill mannered fellow who left it with my buildings security guard. To my horror the dent was removed by there are ugly marks and the lock code is changed. It's been a month, umpteen messages to Mr Dheeraj and phone calls. Either no reply or answers like, will get back, will get lock changed. Must say if this is Jet Airways service for customers then they should rather tell us well in adv that this is going to be a torturous experience. I am still awaiting some positive outcome though jet has left no scope to even hope. Aseem Arora

              Hello, This is a very UNFORTUNATE, UNEXPECTED and HORRIBLE experience from the Jet Airways employees.We did believe that Jet Airlines is a customer friendly & one of the esteemed Organization in service sector. So I booked two tickets from Goa to Chandigarh. Below are the details of the flight 9W-7028. Booking ID NF[protected] Departure time : 1:40 PM from Goa Flight Date : 12 Feb 2015 My horrible experience began when we reached Goa Airport at 12:30 PM and at the same time we went to Jet Airways counter. There the executive told us that first we need to do security check of the bag, so we went there. As there is only one machine for security check so we stand in queue and waited for our turn. It took around 25 minutes there. When we were done with the security check, we went to counter again around 1 PM. After standing for about 20 minutes when we reached the counter for collecting our boarding tickets, the Airline executives refused us to board the flight and after continuous request she told us to talk with the supervisor. We went there and talked with supervisor but the language and behavior we got from her is unexpected and totally unbelievable. She used harsh words and spoke very very RUDELY. It was like that she even don't know how to speak with the customers. Due to this we were not able the board the flight and as we have to reached Chandigarh on the same day so we booked Air India Flight from Goa to New Delhi for Rs 26, 000 and from New Delhi we took train to Chandigarh. I want to ask you that : Is this kind of behavior customer should expect from the Jet Airways employees? As per her(Supervisor) she came to the security check queue and announced about the remaining passengers of Flight, which is totally false as we were in the queue from 12:30 PM and we haven't seen any Airlines executive came and announce for remaining passengers of Flight 9W-7028. Who will bear our financial loss we faced just because of RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE behavior of Airlines staff? Who is responsible for this mental harassment? Now we are totally upset and harassed from the Jet Airways Goa staff. Because of them we suffered a lot, Financially as well as Mentally.                 Dear Sir, Yesterday (on 16th Feb 2015 06:08 PM), I booked my ticket through Jet airways site from New Delhi to Abu Dhabi for 18 Feb 2015. The amount INR 13, 513.00 had been immediately debited from my ICICI account. Received following message from ICICI: Dear Customer, Your Ac xxxxxxxx7406 is debited with INR13, 513.00 on 16 Feb. Info BIL*[protected]*Flight-De. Your Total Avbl. Bal is INR XXXXX.XX What I have done to ensure that my ticket has booked? Called immediately to call centre +91 [protected] and informed about the same. he told me to wait for couple of hours to get the ticket issued Today, I have again called call centre and call centre agent informed me that ticket being not issued and your amount will be credited to my account within 24 to 48 hours. Requested Call Centre agent to transfer the call to supervisor - Which he has - Supervisor name: Abdul Razaq Time: 06:27 PM Call Duration: 1 hour The supervisor response was very rude and having unsatisfactory. He hasn’t helped me at all and provided any assistance in this regard and always saying to either re-book the ticket or if required send the complaint mail to [protected]@jetairways.com . Moreover, he told me that I can’t do anything - Sorry, to say Why such people are supervisor who doesn’t know how to help the passenger. It being very Urgent to go tomorrow. Despite of my fault, I am bearing all the consequences in term of money as well as journey delay. I believe Jet Airways is one of the prestige airlines not in India but in world and this kind of behaviour and responses are not expected.                   I traveled from trivandrapuram, kerala to lucknow, uttar pradesh on 8th feb 2015. along with my wife with ticket no.589 - [protected], 589 - [protected] ., airlines pnr NXKQRE.The flight suppose to have 2 stop in banglore and in delhi .I suppose to take 1st flight at 6am on 8th feb2015 from trv airport on 9w824 which i did .but my next connecting flight from banglore has changed from 08 Feb 2015 22:40 Hrs (from 9w7120 ) to 9w828 on 09 feb 2015 12:25 hrs . the delay made by airline was for almost 12hrs and my waiting period at banglore airport was almost 26hrs when I requested for accommodation, airlines has been denied from it .As par their customer care executive my ticket didn't have that facility . My whole journey suppose to end in 25hrs but its took approx 40 hrs and I had to expend extra 5k rupees for my stay at Banglore . i choose flight option instead of train because of time period but in the last I feel cheated as i spend so much money and spoiled my time as well . is there no value of time and money of a common man ? I need a compensation from the airline for this delay and for my extra expenses which I made in banglore for my stay . regards kunwar anand singh +[protected]

                        I, Arshiya Naz Musarrat Nazar faced conspiracy by jet airways employee on 5th February 2015 while going from Mumbai to Doha (Qatar) . Due to their conspiracy I missed my flight on that day. My and my sons ticket was booked on 21st January 2015 from Qatar & our ticket was confirmed. While entering at airport on entrance security guard checked our ticket and passport and allowed us. I went to jet airways counter for enquiry a lady employee was sitting there as I asked her about my flight she replied that flight is full and you can't get this flight . When I showed her my ticket then she said wait and stand in queue for boarding pass. As I reached to the counter for boarding pass same lady was there, she asked me for my ticket and passport . I gave my ticket and passport to her, after few minute she return my sons passport in damage condition and she said your sons passport is damage you can't travel . I was shocked and panic at that time and I was totally disturb . That time it was very difficult condition for me as I was alone and pregnant .I came out to see my family member, till that time they leaved the Airport. I call them, they came back and took along with them . After reaching home I realized that while entering at entrance security guard checked all my document at that time everything was well. Then I realized that why that lady said me before flight is full. I will not leave her for this sin, do the legal process for that.                           Traveled Delhi Mumbai today 14th by 9w 362 seat 15D. Realised I had left my Kindle at security after I entered flight..informed cabin crew who were helful..took me to your groundstaff (sunil sharma, ) whom we requested to quickly help me incase flight not leaving on time.. .. he casually said if I wanted to go back i had to take my luggage out as the flight was about to leave..the doors closed at 5.36 pm a good 40 minutes after i had requested him to hep me get it back.                             Good day sir, I regret to inform you that I experienced the worst airline service at jet airways domestic section @T3 terminal today afternoon . I had a connecting flight Singapore to Delhi and than to dehradun. I arrived Delhi on schedule and was in the queue in the domestic section @ 1345 after collecting baggage and custom clearance. Flight to dehradun was scheduled for 1440 . And what happened in the queue was unbelievable . There were more than 50 passengers in the queue and there were only 2 boys serving them and that too they were not there at the counter regularly. I already had my boarding pass from Singapore I just had to check in my luggage . I reached the counter at 1425 quickly cleared security check and was at the boarding gate at 1435 and what I see is gate was closed. Pls take note there were no announcements . When I was in the queue I told one jet airways staff at 1400 that my flight is at 1440 and she told me that flight will only be leaving at 1500 hrs please be in the queue . But more surprisingly I was not the only one who missed the same flight because of this bad management there were 6/7 more passengers who were quarreling with the counter staff. Pls check the record for today's dehradun flight at 1440 how many refunds were given to check that I am telling the truth. As for me I have been issued a ticket for tomorrow so I am staying at Delhi at my own expenses and all my plans and meetings were spoiled . Pls this is my humble request to look into this matter . I am a frequent jet airways customer but this was really testing limit of customers patience. Yours faithfully Saket solanki

                              My self Mr Vijaykumar Lotiya travelled from Dubai to Mumbai on Jet Airways Flight No 9W 543 on 07/02/2015. My E-ticket no is[protected]. We have encountered terrifically rude and totally unprofessional behaviour by one of your cabin crew. Most probably his name is M.Kevin. He is the only male in crew in economy class. When he was serving dinner on flight, he asked and I said “vegetarian”. He gave me non vegetarian food and when I see sticker on packet. I said again that I need vegetarian and gave him back the food packet. I said “PLEASE pay some attention.” He angrily behaved with us and said “we do not make mistakes.” He was like about to hit me. I was travelling with my colleagues, Mr Jagdishkumar Patel and Mr Kirit Jani so obviously we three are sitting together. When he served yoghurt to only two o[censored]s. My friend “Mr Kirit Jani” asked him to serve yoghurt to our friend Mr Patel, He replied with lot of anger that you eat your food. His behaviour was like you are giving us free tickets or something. This kind of behaviour, I have never seen in my Air Travel. If you have problem with another customer or something why do you making us target with your inappropriate anger. Please note that I am going to take actions until I get reasonable response from him personally. He has insulted me, Mr Jagdish Patel and our Guruji Mr Kirit Jani.

IN EVENING WHEN SEATS WERE AVAILABLE THEY ASKED FOR 27000/- FOR 1 WAY ONLY WHICH WAS HIGHER THAN ANY FRESH TICKET.WE DIDNT FIND THE FIGURE JUSTIFIED AS IF THEY DEBOARD THE SENIOR PAX & KID, THEY THATS THE DUTY OF JET AIRWAYS TO ACCOMMODATED BUT DUE TO THE GREED THEY WANTED TO MAKE MONEY. BY THE GRACE OF GOD THERE WAS AN AIRPORT STAFF WHO FELT MERCI ON HER AND HELPED HER WITH THE BOARDING PASS.AS SOON AS THE JET AIRWAYS TICKETING STAFF CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE WHOLE SCENARIOA THEY WERE AFTER OUR LIFE. THERE WAS A GUY NISHANT WHO HAD TORTURED HER AND MENTALLY HARRASED BY FOLLOWING HER UNTIL UNLESS SHE BOARD ON THE CRAFT. NOW THEY FLOWN ON 18TH FEB EVENING FLIGHT. NOW THEIR TORTURE OR HARRASEMENT IS NOT OVER. AS I M ALSO WORKING FOR TRAVEL AGENCY SO THEY ARE ASKING MONEY FROM ME THROUGH MY COMPANY. 1.WHY THEY HAD NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD EVEN STATUS WAS CONFIRM 2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME. 3. IS 10% OVER BOOKING IS IN THEIR TERMS AND IF SO WHAT ON GROUND THEY CHOOSE PASSENGER ON HOLD AND ISSUED STAY ON BOARDIG PASS 4. CAN THEY ACCEPT SOFT COPY IF NOT THEN THEY COULD HELP HER FOR BOARDING AS SHE PRESENTING WITHIN FEW MINUTES... MOREOVER THEY HAD CHECKED THE CRUISE STATUS WITH OTHER GUEST (MR PARIKSHAT MADDAN & MRS SUDERSHAN MADDAN) WHO HAD ALREADY CLEARED THE IMMIGRATION & SAME CRUISE VOUCHER FOR ALL OF THEM 5. WHAT ABOUT LOSS AND MENTALY HARRASMENT TO PASSANGER, AS THE SENIOR PAX WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE BUT WHILE MOVING FOR DUBAI IN EVENING THE JET AIRWAYS STAFF HAD TORTURED HER THAT SHE WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO GO SHE WAS ON WHEEL CHAIR AND CRYING LIKE ANYTHING. 6 IN INDIA IS THIS VALUE OF SENIOR CITIZENS & KIDS??

                                  Hi, My self Sachin Tamrakar having a Jet privilege membership no. 9W[protected] as I'm a frequent flayer of Jet airways and I flew roundtrip with his partner airlines ( KQ 203) from Mumbai to Nairobi( Booking Ref No. AMADEUS: 6347YA)on date 18th December and with KQ-202 from Nairobi to Mumbai on date 13th JAN 2015. I did online check-in and enter my membership no. and also while check-in I submitted my Jet privilege membership card to his partner airlines check-in desk crew and they also confirm that membership no. is entered, also this no. reflecting in my boarding passes, but still this miles is missing in my privilege account even I also send three time email via my registered email ID but no reply from thenm and even i also called from Nairobi to their privilege service center on 4th Feb 2015 at evening 08:30(indian time) via ISD call and spend around 5-10 USD, to communicate my complain to them, and after 20-25 min long discussion, verification he told me that i was not claiming this miles and he entered my complain and promise me that miles will be credit within 48hrs from now the day I'm entering this complain almost 75 hrs again get over but my problem is still same. They laying with me and not crediting my miles in my account. Kindly requesting to please find attached scan copy of my boarding pass and do the need full asap. Email:- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                                  HI my complain is resolved by me to follow continue to their service centre. They told me they have some technical problem this is the reasons miles is not crediting automatically in account. Thanks to Hyder ali who only solve this problem and make me very happy customer of Jet airways...

                                    Dear sir I was traveling by jet airways flight. Mumbai to banglore on 6th feb 2015 and I was waiting at Mumbai airport for long time to trvel to banglore. I had come from Oman to Mumbai and my onward journey was from Mumbai to banglore. And I was traveling In flight no 9w495 bom to BLR As i am a Platinium Member i requested for an upgrade and the same was declined to me and the next passenger who was a gold member got my upgrade. When I was discussing the same with ground staff who accompained me to the flight the pilot shouted saying that he cannot delay the flight because of bloody 1 passenger sitting in the cockpit, by any means which is not acceptable to me I would like to take this matter to legal. No staff from jet airways are helpfully and I was kicking like football to here and there now approx 2 hrs still i am at airpor speaking help. This may be recorded to pilot cabine on any system in the flight please take necessary action Now I am going to airport manger if I can get any help to take up this matter, and I would be taking up this matter with the media failing your response within two working days.                                       we were travelling through ranchi to ahmedabad via delhi by jet airays and jet connect flight no of ranchi to delhi :2292 flight no of delhi to ahmedabad : 4392 we were 5 members and we were given 5+5=10 boarding passing at ranchi and informed us that our luggage will be directly handled to us at ahmedabad as our both the filght were of same airlines. as we reached ahmedabad we foung shotlining of our luggage and had an discussion with an staff of jet airways names bhavik he assured us that today on 5 th feb we will given our luggage at 2 pm as we had to leave immediatley for wedding to rajasthan and he gave me number for inquiry [protected] but no one is picking up the phone call this kind of service was not aspected from one of the leading airlines of india . hope u will take it seriously and will hand over our luggage as soon as possible mobile number: [protected] bag tag number: 9w8725 24/25/26/27/28
