I Chetna Tripathi, boarded flight no. 9W 0786 today 17 April'15. During the security check in at around 2:45pm I forgot to collect my lenovo black colour leptop.
I Chetna Tripathi, hereby authorise Jet Airways to collect my laptop from Airport Authority, Pune and handover to Airport Authority, Lucknow from where I will further collect my laptop.
I take the responsibility of damage during transportation, if any. However, I request jet airways staff to try and send it safely as it is my official laptop.
I request airport authority, pune handover laptop to jet airways.
Required documents attached.

Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It came a total loss for us and we had been offered no refund and no accommodation into other flight of theirs.
Then we booked in Indigo Airline flight at 09:45am at Rs.7300 which is somehow imposed on us due to misleading JetLite staff. They are careless people and don't care for people's money. I'm too much annoyed at their behaviour and conduct.
Is there any one in our government - which is known to be people's government - who can help us !!!
I'm sure, it wont ring in anyone's ear as its a small thing for them but we are helpless and burdened with taxes all across.
Mr. Modi, please look at people grievances as well. Ask your Ministry to get little bother for us.
