Dear Sir It is very unfortunate to tell you that i had a valid jet airways ticket pnr -DCRUCD flight no 2625, from mubai to bhopal and was denied boarding pass even as i was present there before 1 hour. i had requested many times to your rude staff( Wasim, Bhagyashree) but they acted very pricy and didnot coperate abit. i am a lady with my 7 year old kid traveling alone, they should have accomodated me. I even requested them to let me travel without any luggage as my husband was outside airport to take my luggage if the convyer belt was closed, but they didnot help me out. My reaching bhopal was very important and could not be delayed due to very important work. Your staff was very happy to let me know that i was carrying a nonrefundable ticket and will not get any refund. i also requested them to accomodate in another flight but they didnt. sir I have traveled with all the airlines in India but not a single airline has a staff like these guys.before 45 minutes departure i have boarded n no of flights.     Dear Sir/Madam, I had a flight on 25.02.15 from Mumbai to Kolkata for 6:55 am. I did a web check in a day prior and reached airport on time. Due to misguidance of ground staff I entered in the wrong coach which boarded me in the Chennai flight. It was shocking to realize that I'm in a wrong flight while I was standing next to my seat, and then a crew member says “Sir, this flight is for Chennai”. By that time it was 6:40 am. They tried to contact the flight but were not able to hold it for me and let the flight go away. I was asked to go to the counter and ask what can be done. I was told that there is only one flight Mumbai to Silchar via Guwahati, as it was very important for me to reach the same day, I said, I wouldn't mind, but I was surprised when I was asked to pay for Kolkata-Guwahati sector that was Rs.1799. As it was really important for me to reach Silchar I did not argued and paid the difference amount and took the flight. At Kolkata airport the flight to Guwahati was delayed by 1 hour and despite bringing this to the knowledge to the ground staff about my whole story the staff without any confirmation assured me that the same flight will go till Silchar. At Guwahati, I was completely shocked when I was told that my Silchar flight is departed and there is no other flight that will go to Silchar the same day. The reason for me to reach the site the same day was I had an audit to be conducted which was scheduled for 26.02.15 morning. The schedule went completely for a toss due to negligent and unprofessional behavior of Jet airways staff. There was no option but to give me a stay in Guwahati and made me reschedule the whole audit which was extremely painful for me to do it. I finally was given a stay in a nearby sub-standard hotel and Guwahati to Silchar first flight for 26.02.15. This torture has made the company suffered for a loss and a mental disturbance to me, as I'm not use to these situations. It’s a request to you to refund my entire flight expenses from Mumbai to Silchar. Ave had travelled with jet airways before but let me bring this to the knowledge; your services are deteriorating as compared to other flight services like Indigo and for that matter even Go Air. As they have buses which have a ticker board to show that coach belongs to which flight. I’m working for Patel Engineering Ltd. and I haven’t bought this to their notice as a fault of Jet Airways, as it may hamper your business to a great extent.         To whomsoever it may concern This is to bring to your notice that myself being a frequent flyer I am sitting in flight 9w0416 scheduled from Mumbai to Jaipur(dated 13/05/15). The scheduled time of flight was 6:30 pm but due to delays beyond a common passengers comprehension for which we have not been given any timeline it has been 2 and a half grueilling hours and I am still stuck in this flight. I have prior commitments which have been delayed to the extent of extinction. Also the staff behaviour, specially security check is bullying with passengers.As a testimony passengers in this fl ight can be randomly called for feedback. In order to hide Jet Airways weakness the staff is giving silly excuses which is highly untolerable.This has been my worst airline experience and I hope no one else faces such grievance.Sitting in this plane I am writing this mail and will surely sue the airline for menatal and physical harassment caused.

          Hi, I had booked 4 cartons by Jet Cargo Flight date 9W305/09, Requested flight date-9W2423/10, consignment number 589 BOM 81864635, cartons weight 89.6 kg from Mumbai to Varanasi via Delhi on 9/05/2015, I have received only 1 cartons, weight 15.6 kg on 10th May, 2015 at Babatpur Airport, Varanasi, but 3 cartons are still pending to be received, I have been following with your authority for the last 3 days, but no one is giving any clarity on this, which is very dissappointing & abysmal.               Just half an hour before checkin we get a message that flight has been delayed."9w 2305" was now scheduled at 9:30 Am instead of 8:10 Am for 11 may 2015. Our PNR no. USNGDO and ZEZUIA As we had connecting flight via GO Airways from BLR to Goa at 10:15 Am, we requested Jet Airways Crew to help us with this.also the flight we were in frm chennai to Blr was further going to Goa but still Jet airways Crew was too rude to help us. They simply sticked themselve to a line" if your connecting flight would have been via jet airways only then we could help." Now tell me how is that Jet Airways do mistakes delay flights and we customer has to bear it.Totally no co operation from Jet Airways even though flight was delayed at their end.uAlso 3rd class service they have as we had to wait for 30 mins for our liggage at the belt.

                  Hi, Yesterday, I was traveling from Mumbai to Kolkata using Jet airways flight 9W617. The schedule time for take was 19:05. But the flight was an hour delayed. When they started serving food to the passengers, and my turn came, I noticed the tray where we put our food and eat, was not cleaned, the leftover from last journey was still there .I could not put my food over there and start eating in such dirty and unhygienic place. So I informed and showed the same to the flight attendant who was serving the food. The flight was already an hour delayed and it was around 9pm. I was feeling hungry and needed some food to eat. So requested her if she could help on this to have this cleaned. So that I could have my food. But shockingly she replied she could do nothing on this. This was really shocking for me noticing – First of all, before takeoff no one checks and cleans the inside of the flight especially the tray where the passengers have to put their food and eat. Secondly, experienced very reluctant and cold attitude from the flight attendant when I informed her and brought her notice about the same. As she was not ready to do anything and refuse to clean that, ultimately I had to return my food. As a passenger am I supposed to clean that? Even I did not create that mess! Though I was starving I could not take anything else as well (after the meal ice cream and tea/coffee was served). Then I talked to the main flight attendant about the same and shared my experience. She said sorry and she promised me that she would have that cleaned right away and also asked if I would like to have my dinner, asked my preference and accordingly she would serve the food after the place would get cleaned. I thanked her thinking that finally someone was ready to listen to the passenger, what issue he is going through and trying to work on that so that he can be relieved and feel comfortable sitting in that place Thought that better late than never. Also as I could not eat/drink anything she was insisting me if I would take anything. Since it was already late and all the passengers were done eating, I asked for a cup of tea as a nice gesture. After she left I was waiting for someone to come and clean the place. I kept waiting. Finally it reached Kolkata airport. I was stunned by their attitude and the way they behave with me. How could they lie and make false promises to the passenger and do nothing. I am very disgusted with the overall experience that I had yesterday night. I have been using Jet airways very frequently for recent trips but never had to experience any such thing. But last night’s experience changed my whole thought about Jet airways. The way they behaved and treated with customer. Seems like they are not bothered at all. They just don’t care about the passenger during the journey. I don’t know whether writing this would bring anyone’s notice or change anything. But still I want to share my experience with everyone so that they can reconsider their next air travel before choosing the airline. Regards,

                    Hi, I have written a number of times over the past month to the ID ([protected]@jetairways.com) requesting to check why my refund for my ticket has not come but there has been no reply. Can you please help. Ticket numbers are provided below, I had cancelled on 4th April 2015 the below 4 tickets through jet website and was told on phone that I will recieve around Rs 20000 after cancellation charges. Till date there has been no refund into my credit card number.                       Hello, firstly i'm tired of waiting for replies, you never reply promptly. I double booked a ticket flying from Mumbai to Bhuj leaving on the 19th of may and returning Bhuj to Mumbai on the 20th of June. The ticket PNR reference is IAFGUG. When i realised the mistake, i rang you to inform you within 1 hour of booking it. The person i talked to informed me to write to jetairways, which i did, and when not receiving an answer i wrote again, this time i received an answer. I wrote again because the next reply from you was to inform me of the penalty charges i would have to pay, this was 4 days later.As i understand it's your policy if the ticket is cancelled within 24 hours there's no charge, and as i rang and sent an email to you within 1 hour of booking, i understood there should be no penalty charge. I became so frustrated that finally i went to manage my booking on your site and cancelled it myself, of course your site explained there would be a charge of 58 british pounds, obviously this annoys me, however i went ahead and cancelled my ticket, frustrated from your lack of response, or more to the point lack o[censored]rgency in replying...so now everything is fine, ticket is cancelled only thing is that i had to pay charges, when really it should have been a free cancellation. I would like to know what your customer service team will do about this inefficient attitude, and more to the point what you'll do about the penalty charges i eventually paid for, when in fact it should be free.

                        Hello I had booked 6 tickets to Chennai for 21st of March, but i had cancelled the ticket as there was a bereavement in my family. My ticket was from Mumbai to Chennai and then to Trichy. I had booked both to and fro tickets. The total cost of the ticket was around 30k and the amount that was refunded to me was just 6k. I think this is not fair. I want to consider this as a very genuine case and take it forward. Thanks Maya

My flight time is 9:20 am and i'm seating near at the door and when i came at the tunnel the crew members dont allowed me to enter into the flight.                             i travelled london to gawhati on 4th of march . i landed on mumbai i had checked my lugages that time lugage was ok when i reached gawhati i recived my luggage there was some thing miss i was travelling with my baby so there was pram as well some boday took off the one part of pram and one bag was locked when i see the bag lock was broken and sone body took the stuff from the bag . i went to desk i had complain to the assistance they said you have to conplaint online . it was very bad experience with jet airways i am very regrating why did i book ticket on jet airways . kindly can you contact me on this number and i need my stuff back . i will be very thankful to you regards nayana mandal +[protected]

                              Dear Jet team, I had travelled from Mumbai to Chennai on 04.05.2015 morning in flight no. 9W 0463. Actually I was supposed to fly in 9W 0465 flight but to save time I had taken a change and flown in the previous flight 9W 0463. When I reached Chennai I found my luggage was not arrived in Chennai and upon enquiring I had been told that the luggage will arrive in the next flight 9W 0465 from mumbai. I registered a complaint at the airport and they said the luggage will be delivered to home via CAB. At afternoon 1:45 PM the luggage was arrived. My 3 Bags were tied with a tight rope to the backside of the two wheeler. I was shocked to see the condition in which it was delivered. While opening the bag I found one of the Make up box which I purchased for gifting someone was broken. Could you please explain is this is the way our baggage is handled by jet team. The Gift was worth 30$ and now I cant even gift to someone. Who will compensate for this loss. Please explain.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked air tickets for my newly married son and daughter-in-law (Naveen Kumar Ponnambalanathan and Saranya Alagappan) by JetKonnect flight no. 2343 for travel from Chennai to Madurai on 29th April. The tickets were booked through Yatra.com and the Airline PNR was 4JHLEY. My son and daughter-in-law were going to Kodaikanal for their honeymoon. They reached Chennai Airport one hour before the scheduled flight timing of 09.45 hours and got their luggage checked-in. The boarding passes were issued by your counter staff and they proceeded for security check. While my daughter-in-law could complete the security check quickly, it has taken more time for my son to complete the security check due to heavy crowd. When both of them reached the boarding gate, the Jet Airways staff said that the boarding time is over and they cannot be allowed to proceed to the aircraft. It was 09.35 hours at that time and there was still 10 minutes left for the take off of the flight. Any amount of request from my son and daughter-in-law did not change the stand of your staff who bluntly refused to allow them to board the aircraft. When asked about the luggage, they told the same will be offloaded and given back. It is surprising that they had time to offload the checked-in luggage from the aircraft; but do not have time to allow the passengers who have completed the security check to board the flight. My son had no other option than cancel the ticket and proceed to Madurai by hiring a taxi spending around Rs.10000. In the process, he has lost the whole of 29th and reached Kodaikanal by night 10 pm only. One can understand the mental tension being faced by the young couple who were going for their honeymoon. The above incidence shows the adamant attitude of your staff at the Chennai Airport which has caused so much of mental agony not only to those who were to travel but also to other family members. A message has been received giving the cancellation code as (1OGB55O)Wi Fi[protected]. I request that the entire amount of Rs.11038 paid by me for booking the air tickets be refunded without any deduction since it is not our fault that the passenger could not travel in that flight. In fact, you should pay us compensation for the mental agony and loss of time, money etc. caused due to the missing of the flight. Hope to hear from you soon.                                   I travelled my flight from Patna- Delhi (9W-0731) and Delhi to Pune (9W-0363) on May 3rd 2015. After reaching Pune, Jet Airways staffs are informing us that due to some problem my baggage were not loaded from Patna airport along with other passengers travelling from same flight. They assured me that my baggage will reach at my doorstep by 12 Noon next day and they will give us a call once baggage will arrive. By 1 PM I didn't received any call from them and when I called on their toll free number (given by their staff last night) they said that there is no update for my baggage. I have my important documents and smart card in that without which I can't even login to my system along with my 1.3 yr old daughters stuff. Today both I and my husband are waiting for that baggage and not able to leave for office. We are now forced to take a leave which is not acceptable at all. I have my costly and important stuff in the baggage- who is responsible for that? Fault from Jet Airways is that they did not inform us earlier (at Patna Airport and then not even at Delhi Airport) and there is no regret. Now, the customer care number has no updates about my luggage-this kind of service is not acceptable from Jet Airways. I dont know where to go now- thats why this complaint against Jet Airways.

                                    Hello, Damaged Baggage still not repaired. Its been more a month's time (submitted on 20th April 2015 & today is 1st May 2015). I had travelled from Mumbai to Ahmedabad and my baggage was damaged. Flight & other details are as follows; Travel Date: 20th March 2015 From & To: Mumbai to Ahmedabad Flight No: 9W-323 PNR No: TUSZNC Passenger Name: Rakesh Mummigatti & My case was handled in the airport by Jet Airways employee by name: Bhavik I did call the Jet Airways, Ahmedabad divison at least 30 times on various days, either they don't pick up the call or they pick up they say, they are not able to find any such damaged bagged details found in there data base and they will call me back soon or in 10 mins.. and those soon and 10 mins have still not arrived yet... Its really sad to know how they treat there customer, once the travel is complete. Regards Rakesh M M [protected]

                                      9W/ETKT 589 [protected] BOOKING REF: 4MT9PF ( BOOKING REF: ZGNVZU ) RENJITH/G NAIR MR MCT-COK-MCT FLIGHT 9W 534 We had taken ticket for our staff on 11/02/2015 from Muscat ON 14/02/2015 and the return journey on 16/04/2015. Later this ticket was rescheduled for the travel on 30/04/2015 after paying a hefty amount of 38 Rials. Today when the passenger turned up for travel the Jet air staff forcibly cancelled his ticket saying that he doesn't have the Labour card to disembark in Oman. This is really absurd and embarrassing. In Sultanate of Oman, there is no such problem. Several of our staff and other known people has landed in Oman without Resident card and later dispatched it with friends or via courier. The deceiving Jet airways staff compelled the ignorant labour to cancel the ticket and made profit. May be lot o[censored]neducated passengers are suffering by this cruelty. We will complaint this to Oman Aviation and the concerned Indian counterpart and will inform News channels about this. If you are justly, please do the needful to issue a new ticket free of cost at the earliest date.                                         I was travelling from mumbai bk to Manchester and whn i got to mumbai airport on time and got to the checkin desk they said to me we dont have space we have a over booked flight and u cant gt on it was not my fault. I was disappointed but had no choice thy didn't offer me any thing like accommodation or any compensation i was very angry but never did anything.
                                        Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
