Hi, I traveled from Dehradun to Mumbai on 28 December 2014 with my one year old son. My detailed itinerary is set forth below. Passengers:1. Parul Thaplyal 2. Aarjav Thaplyal (Infant) Ticket number: [protected] and [protected] Flights: (i) 9W 823 from Dehradun (DED) to New Delhi (DEL) departed at 16.20 hrs; and (ii) 9W 352 from New Delhi (DEL) to Mumbai (BOM) departed at 19.20 hrs.We landed at the Mumbai airport on 28 December 2014 at around 21.30 hrs at Terminal 1B and thereafter I went to collect my checked in baggage from the belts at the arrival terminal. I had checked in one bag and a pram/stroller. While I was able to collect my bag, however, after a prolonged wait at the terminal I did not see the pram/ stroller. To my surprise I saw one of the Jet Airways handlers taking our stroller to another place. I identified the stroller and confronted the handler and told him that I was the owner of that stroller. At that point, I was shocked to see that the stroller had been completely damaged. I immediately raised a complaint however, it took me nearly an hour to register a complaint at the airport. All this while, I had a one year old baby with me. I could not even leave the airport terminal as that would have made it impossible for me to register a complaint. It was highly inconvenient for me and my child to have to handle such callous behavior from the airline staff and from Jet Airways for damaging an expensive item. The complaint finally got registered and I was able to leave the airport finally by 11 PM or so. The receipt no is BOM9W43517 .The stroller is from a premium brand for baby products Mothercare. The model is Mothercare Urbanite Stroller and is currently retailing at Rs 19, 999. We also purchased the product at the same price less than a year back. I was informed that Jet Airways will revert to me within 48 hours but that has not happened. I called the customer care and was told that I will get a response soon but that too hasn't happened so far! Therefore, I am writing this complaint and seek the following compensation:(i) A replacement of the Mothercare Urbanite Stroller; or(ii) Cash compensation of Rs 19, 999.The above is without prejudice to my rights under applicable law.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email in regards to my flight 9W 0521 departing from JED to BOM on 5th January, 2015. The scheduled time of departure was 23:40 local time. Due to technical issues, the flight was delayed and we were waiting for 3 hours at the terminal without any proper information. Then finally the Duty Manager incharge for Jet aiways showed up and informed us that the flight has been cancelled and HOTAC will be provided to us. Then after an hour, arrangements were made for the hotel and we were taken to the hotel. And it is very dissapointing and frustrating to know that the hotel given to us is one of the cheapest and dirtiest hotel in the city. Now to add to this frustration, we were told that we have to share the rooms. I do not understand that how the hell we can share the rooms with people we dont even know. And how your company and your staff can take such heartless decisions. Keeping in my mind that our baggages were already checked in and we only had access to our hand baggage, we should have been provided with a more suitable accomodation to make us more comfortable rather than just dumping us somewhere. We were not given even a bottle of water in the room. When we asked the hotel staff, we were told that they have been informed that only breakfast should be provided and nothing else. Gosh !! I couldn't believe my ears. I have been flying as a Cabin Crew for the past 8 years and based in Jeddah. I am also a private pilot. We have technical issues as well, but we have made sure that our passengers are provided with the best facilities. I will tell you an incident when one of our aircraft was grounded in HKG due to technical issues which was transit stop while the final stop was MNL. In this case all our pax were given HOTAC at the Regent hotel at HKG airport. So you see the difference. I am currently spending my time in the hotel lobby as the room is too dirty to enter. I am not expecting any reply or any kind of compensation for such treatment. But I would like to let you know that I will make sure that this incident reaches to maximum number of people through the media. Please take this as my official complaint and warning.       For self and wife, booked direct non-stop flights from Pune to Abu Dhabi and back by 9W 514 and 9W 513 (Jet airways) for 23 Dec 2014 & 01 Jan 2015. (GDS PNR 4IFE8R) (AIRLINE PNR RHVHTT) (TICKET [protected], [protected]) On their own, Jet Airways reschedule my programme as: Pune to Mum 9W 617; 22 Dec 2014 (E TICKET NO. 589-[protected]) Mum to Abu Dhabi 9W 586; 22 Dec 2014 Abu Dhabi to Delhi 9W 581; 02 Jan 2015 Delhi to Pune 9W 367; 02 Jan 2015 Since flight from Abu Dhabi to Delhi was late by 02 hrs(approx), the connecting flight from Delhi to Pune was missed obviously. The ground staffs totally mislead us, wasting our time. However Supervisor helped us a lot. At this juncture, we were told that since there is no flight available on that day, booking will be done for 03 Jan only. Hotel was arranged to stay in the night. It was Hotel Saptagiri at Mahipalpur Extn., New Delhi. Awful, stinking, pathetic nightmare we had in that hotel. HATS OFF TO JET AIRWAYS FOR PROVIDING SUCH A MEMORABLE HOTEL NIGHT STAY TO THEIR "GUESTS" Me and my wife were suppose to join duties on 02 Jan 2015 but could not attend till 04 Jan 2015. HEARTIEST THANKS TO JET AIRWAYS FOR SUCH A LOVELY EXPERIENCE. There will be deduction of salary for my wife due to late joining. Who is going to pay this???? As a CGO class-I of Ministry of Defence, I will be joining my duties on 05 Jan 2015 instead of 02 Jan 2015. Who will be responsible for this ?????? Missing the flight from Delhi to Pune on 02 Jan 2015, Jet made our stay nightmare by arranging a pathetic, stinking hotel. Who will be responsible for this mental agony ?????? Please pay attention all fellow travellers: Don't ever book international flights through Jet. They bound to cheat you in the last moment, when you do not have any other option. LAST WORD TO JET AIRWAYS: IT WAS NOT US ALONE, THERE WERE SEVERAL PASSENGERS WHO MISSED THEIR FLIGHT DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE. NOT FOR PUNE ALONE, BUT TO DEHRADOON, LUCKNOW, MUMBAI, AMRITSAR TOO.         Hello Sir/Madam, I had booked a PNQ - BOM ticket on the name of Mrs.Snehal Kundalkar (PNR Number - JAJXSP | ETicket No - 589 [protected]) for the date - 28/12/2014. We had booked this through makemytrip.com. The flight was scheduled for 5.40 pm which got delayed to 7.30 pm. So we had to cancel our tickets which we did through makemytrip around 2.00 pm on 28/12/2014. Please arrange to send us the confirmation of the cancellation which is required for completion of the refund process by makemytrip. Also let us know if the flight was cancelled.           Last month me and my family travelled from your airlines Delhi via Dubai that is on 08.12.2014, flight number is 9W546V . As it was suggested by many of my friends . But unfortunately we had very awful experience . Form comfort to food nothing was up to the mark . Especially the steward was very ill mannered . When I asked him for the diet coke with my meal his facial expressions were like as if I have done some crime, very straightforwardly he said ma'am will only can provide you when we are finish with food . He seemed to be very irritated through out the flight .When I asked them for pillow they apologies for the same . Earlier we were planning to travel by indigo airlines because it was quite cheaper then your flight . But as I mentioned above that some of my friends suggested that we should travel jet so we somehow managed our budget and booked your flight. There is one suggestion I would like to give is that kindly train your flight attendants with etiquette . Now I feel I was mistaken. After that unsatisfactory experience I don't look forward to travel again by jet airways.

                Dear Jet Airways Executives, I regret to inform you the service provided to me by jet airways. I had booked Jet Airways flight number 9W325 for Jan 01, 2015 from Hyd-Bom. Due to unavoidable reasons, I missed my flight. Also, I have a flight back from Mum to Hyd for Jan 04, 2015, for which I was informed I could not board it inspite of the flight being 3 days later. Also, when I asked for the policy paper stating the same, your representatives kept beating around the bush and repeating the same thing. On the other hand, when I asked for cancellation and I was told that I would not be provided any cancellation amount due to no show on my first flight, which I agree with but I was told i would not get any cancellation charges even on my return trip. Kindly let me know if this is the service you provide to your regular customers and if such policies are existing why are your customer reps not aware of the documentation to provide the same to the customer.                   We were 4 passengers. On 29th December we had a flight to going to Mumbai via Kolkata.flight 9W 610 at 12 pm. At 11 am We reached bagdogra airport due to the traffic and accident.when we reach to the Bordingpass counter at 11 the staff told us to go to X-ray bag check and we went.the lady staff who were in the X-ray checkpoint told us the gate is closed.and we come back to the boarding pass counter again. The male staff who was there run out somewhere and didn't came back. Me, my wife, my mother and father were so upset. We really had to go to Mumbai to catch the next flight to Colombo Sri lanka.and that also jet aircraft.WE HAVE SPEND 200000 amount for the tickets but we didn't got any help from the jet team. Other airlines are really good because they will wait till completing the passengers boarding.WE WILL NEVER BOOK JET AIRLINES AGAIN.PLEASE BE HELPFUL EVEN NOT FOR US BUT TO OTHERS.

                    Hi Jetairways,

                    I filed property irregularity report for my 2 luggages that were missed. during my flight from Amsterdam -> Abu dabi -> Mumbai -> Bangalore.

                    I had checked in my 2 baggages that had extra 10 Kilos by paying 150 Euros more at the KLM luggage service point.

                    This was my official trip and I have returned to India after 1.5 yrs. The Baggagea contain cloths and other personal stuff that I have bought during this 1.5 yrs.

                    I had also bought 200 Euros worth Chocolates and 300 Euros worth New cloths for the Christmas and New year eve for my family and relatives.

                    Details of the Complaint:

                    File Reference : BOM9W66727
                    Tag Numbers : KL370983 and KL370952
                    Status : Collected 2 lost luggages but 1 suitcase fully damaged.

                    I would need the ETHIHAD/KLM/JETAIRWAYS to compensate my loss of luggage along with the new cloths that I have brought to wear until my baggages are returned.

                    I have brought 2 jeans pants, 3 shirts and 4 Boxers for the time being to wear since all my cloths are held up in the missing luggage.

                    Please let me know how you are going to compensate for the above things at the earliest Let me know if you need any more details. .

                    If you do not want my report to my company (Indian MNC) and ask them ro file a case in consumer court, then
                    do take action at the earliest.

                      On 25/12/2014 i have a trip from Dammam to calicut (PNR: DUCKTH). The traveling was in connection flights.Dammam to Delhi, Delhi to Mumbai and Mumbai.The flight (9w 567) took from Dammam to Delhi at 1am (which was around 1 hr late).After reaching it took somuch time to get luggage.There was somany copassengers with me who missed their luggage.Since my luggage i got very late i missed the flight to mumbai.I met the supervisor in duty and they told they have no flight to calicut at that time also they said they will arrange flight to nearby airport.As i said they arranged flight to delhi to mumbai to Cochin.But they didnt arranged me any facility or cash for my travelling to Calicut.I requested them for taxi but they disagreed.I was very busy and if i argue with them i will loss that flight also i took flight to Cochin.From cochin i went to calicut through road.Which cause me high expense for petrol.Also i lost my time also.

                          Had one of worst experiences by Jet Airways !!! My flight was from Mumbai to Mangalore on the 26th night. The flight was delayed, service was OK, food SUCKED as usual, but that's all ok and normal !!! I reached home just to know that my check-in baggage was not only TAMPERED with but items inside were shuffled out and FOOD ITEMS WERE EATEN from the baggage !! And for courtesy sake even the eaten chocolate wrapper was left inside the bag !!! This is highly ridiculous !!! Who the hell do you ppl think you are and how do you even dare to open a passenger's luggage without their presence !!! Absolutely horrendous !!!

                            My complaint is about lounge theft in Jet Airway9W 230 .My name is Sheetal Kaur.I am travelling from Brussels to Delhi on date 19 Dec 2014 from Jet Airways 9W 230.After arrival in India we found some things are missing and theft inside my bag which is cut out from side with sharp weapons.So, in this accident i have lost my some quantity and money which details are 1 black bag, 500 Euro cash, Make up kit (150 Euro), 2 pairs Gents suits (140 Euro), Shaving Machine (70 Euro), 5 baby suits (110 Euro), 2 baby jackets(50 Euro), 5 pairs footwear (35 Euro), 1 pair another Footwear (10 Euro), Medicines Nr about (150 Euro), 1 pcs Phillips cloth press (350 Euro) and some other quantity and things which are forgets by my mind.After this accident I have Complaint and Report in Delhi Police. So I will request to you that pls take immedietly action on this accident otherwise i will contact in Media and complaint to Consumer Court.It is a very poor and bed impression on your Company and also cheap Service.                               My JP number is[protected]. Jet Airways is in partnership with HolidayIQ and gives JP miles to members who post Hotel reviews on HoildayIQ which are accepted and published. I submitted a Hotel review on Sptember 21, 2014 which was accepted and published on the HolidayIQ website the same day however Jet Airways did not credit 150 points to my account as per the offer. I have provided Jet Privilege the review submission confirmation mail from HolidayIQ, the link to my review on the HolidayIQ website as well as pasted my review on the website in a mail to them in multiple mails since September 21 however Jet Airways has very shabbily going round in circles by giving canned responses saying I will get a response in 72 hours and then asking for the same proofs that I sent (as mentioned above). They have been playing this game for three months now and there is no end in sight. Once in October, one of their staff called me up and was talking about Trip Advisor when the matter dealt with HolidayIQ. He said he will call me back however never did. This is not expected from a brand like Jet Airways!

                                Dear Sir I had purchased 500 JP Miles through Jet Airways Website (online) on 18.12.2014 vide transaction reference no 91612 to credit in my Jet Privelege account no.[protected] with an intention to book a ticket by redeeming JP Miles. To my surprise till now these 500 JP Miles are not credited to my account because of which I could not book the required tickets by redeeming my JP Miles. I had send a mail to Jetairways customer care on this on 18.12.14 &amp; 19.12.14 for which I received a system auto-generated mail response, however no action is taken till now to credit these JP Miles to my JP account no.[protected]. I am also not able to jet airways in their customer care no.[protected] / 61211000 which is again put on auto-recorded voice / message. Request you to intervene immediately and credit back the 500 JP Miles immediately to my JP Account enabling me to book the air tickets immediately. Hope I receive an action through and not an auto-generated response once again.                                     Hi all I am very upset over a small issue that was not handled correctly by your call center agents. I am sure there should be alternative provisions to minor typo errors in names. Agents with whom I had a terrible experience - Pankaj Sharma, Ajay Thakur and their supervisor Neeraj Kumar. PNR No. DOWDWM, KAYIMZ (3 flights in all) Passenger Name - VIREN KUMAR SHAH I had booked the enclosed flight tickets yesterday for my brother through makemytrip.com, unfortunately there was a typo error in the name which should have been VIRENDRA KUMAR SHAH instead of the above. I got it changed for the Indigo Airlines Flight, but when I contacted the Jet Airways call center, the above agents were persistent that it cannot be done and I should cancel the tickets bearing a huge cost of Rs. 6000/- in cancellation and then go with a fresh booking. This is ridiculous. Firstly its not easy for a middle-man to book air tickets with charges being so high, but in emergencies while they book and they face such issues, it becomes worse.
