HELLO, i had done a Jet Airways booking on 12th Feb, details as follows: PASSENGER NAME : Ms.CHUNKU BHUTIA DATE OF JOURNEY : 17TH FEB FROM & TO : BAGDOGRA TO DELHI BUT I DIDNOT GET ANY SMS /EMAIL REGARDING THE CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AND MOREOVER AN AMOUNT OF RS.6262 HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.     I, Arshiya Naz Musarrat Nazar faced conspiracy by jet airways employee on 5th February 2015 while going from Mumbai to Doha (Qatar) . Due to their conspiracy I missed my flight on that day. My and my sons ticket was booked on 21st January 2015 from Qatar & our ticket was confirmed. While entering at airport on entrance security guard checked our ticket and passport and allowed us. I went to jet airways counter for enquiry a lady employee was sitting there as I asked her about my flight she replied that flight is full and you can't get this flight . When I showed her my ticket then she said wait and stand in queue for boarding pass. As I reached to the counter for boarding pass same lady was there, she asked me for my ticket and passport . I gave my ticket and passport to her, after few minute she return my sons passport in damage condition and she said your sons passport is damage you can't travel . I was shocked and panic at that time and I was totally disturb . That time it was very difficult condition for me as I was alone and pregnant .I came out to see my family member, till that time they leaved the Airport. I call them, they came back and took along with them . After reaching home I realized that while entering at entrance security guard checked all my document at that time everything was well. Then I realized that why that lady said me before flight is full. I will not leave her for this sin, do the legal process for that.       Traveled Delhi Mumbai today 14th by 9w 362 seat 15D. Realised I had left my Kindle at security after I entered flight..informed cabin crew who were helful..took me to your groundstaff (sunil sharma, ) whom we requested to quickly help me incase flight not leaving on time.. .. he casually said if I wanted to go back i had to take my luggage out as the flight was about to leave..the doors closed at 5.36 pm a good 40 minutes after i had requested him to hep me get it back.         Good day sir, I regret to inform you that I experienced the worst airline service at jet airways domestic section @T3 terminal today afternoon . I had a connecting flight Singapore to Delhi and than to dehradun. I arrived Delhi on schedule and was in the queue in the domestic section @ 1345 after collecting baggage and custom clearance. Flight to dehradun was scheduled for 1440 . And what happened in the queue was unbelievable . There were more than 50 passengers in the queue and there were only 2 boys serving them and that too they were not there at the counter regularly. I already had my boarding pass from Singapore I just had to check in my luggage . I reached the counter at 1425 quickly cleared security check and was at the boarding gate at 1435 and what I see is gate was closed. Pls take note there were no announcements . When I was in the queue I told one jet airways staff at 1400 that my flight is at 1440 and she told me that flight will only be leaving at 1500 hrs please be in the queue . But more surprisingly I was not the only one who missed the same flight because of this bad management there were 6/7 more passengers who were quarreling with the counter staff. Pls check the record for today's dehradun flight at 1440 how many refunds were given to check that I am telling the truth. As for me I have been issued a ticket for tomorrow so I am staying at Delhi at my own expenses and all my plans and meetings were spoiled . Pls this is my humble request to look into this matter . I am a frequent jet airways customer but this was really testing limit of customers patience. Yours faithfully Saket solanki

          My self Mr Vijaykumar Lotiya travelled from Dubai to Mumbai on Jet Airways Flight No 9W 543 on 07/02/2015. My E-ticket no is[protected]. We have encountered terrifically rude and totally unprofessional behaviour by one of your cabin crew. Most probably his name is M.Kevin. He is the only male in crew in economy class. When he was serving dinner on flight, he asked and I said “vegetarian”. He gave me non vegetarian food and when I see sticker on packet. I said again that I need vegetarian and gave him back the food packet. I said “PLEASE pay some attention.” He angrily behaved with us and said “we do not make mistakes.” He was like about to hit me. I was travelling with my colleagues, Mr Jagdishkumar Patel and Mr Kirit Jani so obviously we three are sitting together. When he served yoghurt to only two o[censored]s. My friend “Mr Kirit Jani” asked him to serve yoghurt to our friend Mr Patel, He replied with lot of anger that you eat your food. His behaviour was like you are giving us free tickets or something. This kind of behaviour, I have never seen in my Air Travel. If you have problem with another customer or something why do you making us target with your inappropriate anger. Please note that I am going to take actions until I get reasonable response from him personally. He has insulted me, Mr Jagdish Patel and our Guruji Mr Kirit Jani.

            I am senior citizen aged 81 years and I live with my wife aged 71 in velachery., Chennai. We had planned to go to Mumbai on the 5th Feb and return to chennai on the 9th Feb 2015 and booked our tickets thru M/s.Anu Travel links as per ETKT 589 [protected] dt 05 jan2015 and ETKT 589 [protected] dt 05 jan 2015. Unfortunately my wife had an accident and she had a broken thigh bone and was admitted to M/S.SRM.I.M.S Hospital for an operation . She was admiited inthe hospital on the 20th of Jan 2015 and thwe HIP REPLACEMNT operation was done on the 24th Jan 2015 by DR.Vijay Bose, Surgeon. She was discharged on the 2nd Feb 2015 and was advised 6 weeks of post operative treatment. In view of the extraordinary circumstances we had to cancel our ticket thru our agent M/S.Anu travel links. I am sure you have your own set of rules for refund under normal circumstance. We would request you to kindly consider this matter with special consideration as this was beyond anyone`s control Thanking you Ramanathan

WHILE CHECK IN AT AIRPORT FOR TAKING BOARDING PASS, THEY DENIED TO ISSUE CONFIRM BOARDING PASS EVEN TICKET STATUS WAS CONFIRM AND ISSUED STAY ON BOARDING PASS ( ALSO TAKEN A LUGGAGE ) STATING AS "WE BOOKED 10 % EXCESS BOOKING AND ON RANDOMLY BASIS WE UNABLE TO ISSUE A BOARDING PASS WITH CONFIRM SEAT AND IF ANY PASSENGER FAIL TO BOARD AND IF SEAT FOUND THAN YOU MAY ALLOWED TO BOARD IN SAME FLIGHT.               HI, I AM MEENAL CHAWLA FLIGHT ON 18.02.2015 WITH JET AIRWAYS FOR JOURNEY OF MY DAUGHTER (MRS LALITA CHAWLA) SENOIR CITIZEN OF 65 YRS AND MY DAUGHTER OF 8 YRS(MS DEEPAL CHAWLA), FOR FLIGHT FROM DELHI TO MUMBAI (9W546) WHILE CHECK IN AT AIRPORT FOR TAKING BOARDING PASS, THEY DENIED TO ISSUE CONFIRM BOARDING PASS EVEN TICKET STATUS WAS CONFIRMED .I HAVE COME TO KNOW THROUGH INTERNAL SOURCES THAT THEY HAD OVERBOOKED THE FLIGHT SO DEBOARD MANY OTHER PASSENGERS ALSO. THE STAFF HAD GIVEN HIM THE EXCUSE THAT THEY NEED THE HARD COPY OF THE CRUISE, THOUGH THEY HAD PRESENTED THE SOFT COPY. INSPITE OF THAT SHE PRESENTED THE SAME WITHIN FEW MINUTES BUT THEN THEY DENIED HER WITH CHILD TO BOARD THE FLIGHT. SHE WAS REQUESTING WITH TEAR IN HER EYES BUT THEIR MOTTO IS TO MAKE MONEY. I HAD EVEN SEEN THE WORST STAFF & AIRLINES THROUGHOUT MY TENURE.THEY SAID IF LAST MINUTE SEATS WOULD BE AVAILABLE WE COULD ACCOMMODATE YOU IN THE EVENING FLIGHT. IN EVENING WHEN SEATS WERE AVAILABLE THEY ASKED FOR 27000/- FOR 1 WAY ONLY WHICH WAS HIGHER THAN ANY FRESH TICKET.WE DIDNT FIND THE FIGURE JUSTIFIED AS IF THEY DEBOARD THE SENIOR PAX & KID, THEY THATS THE DUTY OF JET AIRWAYS TO ACCOMMODATED BUT DUE TO THE GREED THEY WANTED TO MAKE MONEY. BY THE GRACE OF GOD THERE WAS AN AIRPORT STAFF WHO FELT MERCI ON HER AND HELPED HER WITH THE BOARDING PASS.AS SOON AS THE JET AIRWAYS TICKETING STAFF CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THE WHOLE SCENARIOA THEY WERE AFTER OUR LIFE. THERE WAS A GUY NISHANT WHO HAD TORTURED HER AND MENTALLY HARRASED BY FOLLOWING HER UNTIL UNLESS SHE BOARD ON THE CRAFT. NOW THEY FLOWN ON 18TH FEB EVENING FLIGHT. NOW THEIR TORTURE OR HARRASEMENT IS NOT OVER. AS I M ALSO WORKING FOR TRAVEL AGENCY SO THEY ARE ASKING MONEY FROM ME THROUGH MY COMPANY. 1.WHY THEY HAD NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD EVEN STATUS WAS CONFIRM 2. MOREOVER THEY HAD CHECKED THE CRUISE STATUS WITH OTHER GUEST (MR PARIKSHAT MADDAN & MRS SUDERSHAN MADDAN) WHO HAD ALREADY CLEARED THE IMMIGRATION & SAME CRUISE VOUCHER FOR ALL OF THEM 5. WHAT ABOUT LOSS AND MENTALY HARRASMENT TO PASSANGER, AS THE SENIOR PAX WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE BUT WHILE MOVING FOR DUBAI IN EVENING THE JET AIRWAYS STAFF HAD TORTURED HER THAT SHE WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO GO SHE WAS ON WHEEL CHAIR AND CRYING LIKE ANYTHING. 6 IN INDIA IS THIS VALUE OF SENIOR CITIZENS & KIDS??

                Hi, My self Sachin Tamrakar having a Jet privilege membership no. 9W[protected] as I'm a frequent flayer of Jet airways and I flew roundtrip with his partner airlines ( KQ 203) from Mumbai to Nairobi( Booking Ref No. AMADEUS: 6347YA)on date 18th December and with KQ-202 from Nairobi to Mumbai on date 13th JAN 2015. I did online check-in and enter my membership no. and also while check-in I submitted my Jet privilege membership card to his partner airlines check-in desk crew and they also confirm that membership no. is entered, also this no. reflecting in my boarding passes, but still this miles is missing in my privilege account even I also send three time email via my registered email ID but no reply from thenm and even i also called from Nairobi to their privilege service center on 4th Feb 2015 at evening 08:30(indian time) via ISD call and spend around 5-10 USD, to communicate my complain to them, and after 20-25 min long discussion, verification he told me that i was not claiming this miles and he entered my complain and promise me that miles will be credit within 48hrs from now the day I'm entering this complain almost 75 hrs again get over but my problem is still same. They laying with me and not crediting my miles in my account. Kindly requesting to please find attached scan copy of my boarding pass and do the need full asap. Email:- [protected]@yahoo.co.in

They told me they have some technical problem this is the reasons miles is not crediting automatically in account.                   Dear sir I was traveling by jet airways flight. Mumbai to banglore on 6th feb 2015 and I was waiting at Mumbai airport for long time to trvel to banglore. I had come from Oman to Mumbai and my onward journey was from Mumbai to banglore. And I was traveling In flight no 9w495 bom to BLR As i am a Platinium Member i requested for an upgrade and the same was declined to me and the next passenger who was a gold member got my upgrade. When I was discussing the same with ground staff who accompained me to the flight the pilot shouted saying that he cannot delay the flight because of bloody 1 passenger sitting in the cockpit, by any means which is not acceptable to me I would like to take this matter to legal. No staff from jet airways are helpfully and I was kicking like football to here and there now approx 2 hrs still i am at airpor speaking help. This may be recorded to pilot cabine on any system in the flight please take necessary action Now I am going to airport manger if I can get any help to take up this matter, and I would be taking up this matter with the media failing your response within two working days.                     we were travelling through ranchi to ahmedabad via delhi by jet airays and jet connect flight no of ranchi to delhi :2292 flight no of delhi to ahmedabad : 4392 we were 5 members and we were given 5+5=10 boarding passing at ranchi and informed us that our luggage will be directly handled to us at ahmedabad as our both the filght were of same airlines. as we reached ahmedabad we foung shotlining of our luggage and had an discussion with an staff of jet airways names bhavik he assured us that today on 5 th feb we will given our luggage at 2 pm as we had to leave immediatley for wedding to rajasthan and he gave me number for inquiry [protected] but no one is picking up the phone call this kind of service was not aspected from one of the leading airlines of india . hope u will take it seriously and will hand over our luggage as soon as possible mobile number: [protected] bag tag number: 9w8725 24/25/26/27/28

                      Jet Airways : Ticket Cancelled on 04.01.2015 No Intimation and No Refund Till Date I booked a ticket (undernoted details) from Jet Airways on 27.12.2014 for journey on the following sectors : Indore to Delhi & Delhi to Patna. Journey date : 04.01.2015 Due to fog at Indore on 04.01.2015, flight from Indore to Delhi was delayed by 4.30 hours. Consequently, Jet Airways executive at Indore cancelled my onward / connecting sector of Delhi – Patna, with waiver of cancellation charge. I travelled by Jet Airways from Indore to Delhi and booked a new ticket from Indigo for Delhi – Patna journey. Though my Delhi - Patna sector was cancelled on 4th January 2015 at Indore by Jet Airways, even after passage of almost 1 month, I have not received any intimation and refund from Jet Airways. Jet Airways is just mum over the subject. Absolutely no response. I am surprised with the mysterious silence on the part of Jet Airways. I mailed my complaint on 13.01.2015, 14.01.2015, 27.01.2015, 29.01.2015 & 30.01.2015. Any intimation or Refund in near future?                           My travel n 24th December Bhopal to Mumbai PNR RDUPLK, Flight number S2 4121, Seat number 21C. JP number[protected]Platinum Guest) this is second this is happening to me - SEAT issue after long of road travel from Indore to Bhopal (Mumbai Indore i choose Jet) my flight was delayed by 30 minutes once i boarded the flight i notice the seat 21 C was broken - its base was completely broken and i am sitting i am slipping. i complaint to Cabin Crew who checked and mention will shift you to other seat let me boarding complete. i asked once safety announcement started they mention will revert once flight takes off. once flight took off no one came i walked to Cabin Crew and asked to Call Cabin Crew In charge i got answer she is busy and there is no seat available if require will give you blanket to keep. i was forced to raise my noise on which In-charge name Beverly came and mention all seat are occupied you can either take pillow or blanket i asked you sit on seat for 5 minutes and show me she agreed its completely broken. as there was no option was standing next to washroom post that i was forced to sit as there were lots of moment for distribution food. It resulted Pain in by Back. Just 2 simple questions - who is responsible ? why wasn't seat checked ? I paid for seat and was not able to Sit on that whats my fault ? did i paid for getting pain & inconvenience ?

                              I'm a JetPrivelege member for past few years and have accumulated some miles. On 7th Jan'15 I requested for my membership card i:e. Blue card and Jet confirmed that they'll send the card but deduct 500 JP miles. I confirmed it. After almost a month I didnt hear anything, card isnt delivered and even JP miles remain deducted and not refunded. When I contacted Jetprivelege customer care they looked puzzled for the issue, after taking 15imnts I was confirmed that Jet dont issue Blue-card anymore so they'll not send the card, but they will charge for me reques and won't refund the 500 JP miles. I felt conned, cheated; its completely illegal and a big company like Jet is talking like this. Not only irresponsible & worse service but illegal activities also.                               Still experiencing the same pathetic response from Jet Airways. I really feel sorry to invest so much in Jet airways by flying time-to-time.after above complaint Jetairways people contacted me and assured they'll send me the card and then as usual its long silent. so far I've sent multiple mails & made calls and send them my address minimum 3 times, after above complaint in last 2 months, but I didn't get anything apart from the promise. They promise and don't deliver. I wonder what kind of system & service they've, even my above complaint is showing as 'Resolved' but thats all in air and they haven't me the card or redeem the jpmiles i:e. no practical solution. No wonder even being an old player in aviation JetAirways is ranked lowest, PATHETIC SERVICE .

                                Sir, We have booked Flight of Jet Airways, PNR No- GUUKSO from-MUMBAI TO KATHMANDU of 05 feb. 2015. There was spelling mistake in passenger's name, we had discussed and also request to respected agents (Goibibo.com) & airlines authorities (JetAirways) to please correct the name as per passport of the passengers. But they, Refuse and ask me to cancel booking and re- book the flight with current fair also bear the charges of last ticket as that Booking was non-refundable. hence we request you to please take our point in your show and give us solutions for same.                                   I was cancelled my jet airways flight ticket from MCT to Kochi (24th Nov 14) unfortunately we can't travel that Day. But almost 3 month over my cancelled amount is not refunded back to me Please check on this matter and let me know when I will get my refund amount. Rgds Annie Thomas

                                    My flight was booked dated 21.01.2015 9W-7105 delhi to port blair, the flight was scheduled at 9.20 am but the flight was delayed and rescheduled at 4.00 pm . i reached igi airport delhi at 2.00 pm and was in que for check in .At 2.45 pm i was in front of mr.ashish for check in, he punched in some keys for few minutes and then he left the counter and went to some other counter for confirmation and asked us to wait . he came after almost 20 minutes and again he worked on his computer but he was unable to give us boarding pass and again he left his seat and went running to his supervisor, and again when he returned back to his computer, he murmered that the flight was locked, he requested on phone to ms sunita (supervisor) to open the flight but she refused, he went again running to supervisor and came back and told us that he is sorry for the flight miss and told us to talk to supervisor for the next flight.
                                    I met mr ashwin the duty incharge, he asked us to wait and told us that we will board the next flight at 9.00 pm.At around 5.00 pm mr ashwin gave us 3 boarding passes for flight S2 4282 and told us that he is coming in few minutes for details of further boarding to port blair and stay at kolkata. To our surprise Mr ashwin was not seen after that.I met ms sunita and she told us to come at 8.00 pm she will get us checked in .At 8.00 pm we went for check in which was done and ms sunita told us that the ticket for kolkata to port blair scheduled at 12.15 pm 22.01.2015 will be issued by kolkata office and they will arrange for your stay at kolkata also.we boarded the flight scheduled at 10.15.pm and arrived at kolkata airport at 12.30 am . we straight away went to jet airways office and asked for hotel and details of flight to port blair .the counter assistant told us that there is no booking in our name to port blair and also they were unable to arrange for accomadation.
                                    Mr arjun maitra the jet airways official told us that he cannot provide accomodation as the delhi authorities have not sent any written instructions for the same and neither they have booked tickets for port blair as the flight is rescheduled, however he will talk to his manager in the morning at 4.30 am and will manage to help you board the flight for port blair scheduled at 7.35 am 22.01.2015.till then we will have to hang out at the airport . we waited at the kolkata airport and in the morning mr arjun maitra talked to his manager and arranged for the flight to port blair S2 4623 . finally we boarded the flight.
                                    i have to suffer just because of jer airways officials at New Delhi airport, it was their fault that i have to miss the flight at 4.00 pm and neither they told me about the flight to port blair . I and my family had to sit at the airport and they spoilt the whole day 21.01.2015 at New Delhi airport and the whole night at kolkata airport.
                                    My tour of 4 nights at port blair was reduced to 3 nights, all my hotel bookings had to be rescheduled . We were supposed to visit Havelock island on 22.01.2015 which had to be shifted to 23.01.2015, the hotel in which my booking was, to be cancelled and i could not get the booking in the same hotel on 23.01.2015 and i had to stay in another hotel which was not of that standard .
                                    We could not visit Ross island and baradang (courtesy jet airways).
                                    Will the jet airways compensate my suffering ??

                                      Hi.My husband is travelling from jakarta to mumbai.. When he Reached the jakarta airport they informed him that jet airways flight from sing jak has be postponed to 14:35 because of airspace issue in mumbai..this is pathetic..he was supposed to be in mumbai for an event today evening. He is missing that now.. Passenger name parag haldankar was scheduled for sing flight at 9:30 am. Who is accountable for all these last minute stress.

                                        Please can you advise me how to put in a complain for a flight cancellation 2 weeks ago from London Heathrow to Mumbai. My evening flight was cancelled due to technical reasons and flight was booked in for next morning where I lost a day. Thank you
