Lost Baggage and Appalling Customer Service

My mother travelled with Jet Airways on January 7, 2015 and they lost her luggage. We have been calling all the numbers on their website and every time either their voicemail is full or they transfer me and hang up. I am very frustrated. If someone does not get back to me soon, I will be involving lawyers and pursue a lawsuit....

Lost/misplaced baggage

I was travelling from goa to raipur on 8 th jan2015. My luggage was excess than the allowed weight around 10 kg.
