This is with regards to a very bad, humiliating experience with Jet airways on 20th January 2015.The travel was for my parents(father and Mother) and my sister. My father and mother both are Senior Citizen and my sister is medically unfit and is wheel chair bound and they were coming to Pune for medical treatment. We have booked the ticket on Jan 5, 2015 (travel date is 20 Jan 2015)from Raipur to Mumbai in Jet Airways (Flight Number-9W-378) We decided to carry her personal wheel chair(wheel chair was standard) as a luggage and I personally called Jet airways toll free number[protected] on 18th Jan 2015 to inform that we need to carry the wheelchair as a luggage and to check if there are any formalities /documents that needs to be carried for the same. The lady whom we spoke(from Jet Airways) to informed me that we can carry the wheelchair and she marked her name against the PNR number as a special case so as to assist her with Jet Airways’ own medical assistance. There was no other information provided to me that we need to any documents for my sister to travel. Today when my parents and my sister arrived at the Raipur Airport, at the time of taking the boarding pass, the executive from Jet Airways denied that she can’t be on boarded in the flight. They asked for a hand written letter from the treating doctor which says that she can travel without any oxygen support. My father was carrying a Government authorized document for my sister's disabilities which has all the details in it. My father showed the same to them. The executive working who was working at the ground services told this document will not suffice, they wanted a letter from Doctor.(the document was verified from their own medial team) That is when my father called our treating doctor, the treating doctor wrote a hand written letter and she set the same though WhatsApp. My father attached the same image and sent the same to the Jet Arirways medical team’s email ID. The letter was verified from their medical team and they informed that they need to send it to their head office in Mumbai for further opinion. From Mumbai head office(medical team)they informed that this will not suffice and they can’t onboard the flight. My father still struggled to get it approved but he couldn’t. The ground service official was rude, insensitive and he used a line “ Aapki Beti jaane layak nahi hai” Jet Airways being so famous and promises comfort for every traveler was so insensitive this time. My father( age 65) and mother( age 63) and my sister who is medically unfit had a bad time struggling for boarding the flight. Finally my father decide had to cancel the flight and they had to book a cab to return to Bilaspur ( 110 kms from Raipur).We had to cancel all the appointments with doctor in Pune. I understand that they need the letter from doctor being an important document but they could have handled this case in a sensitive way, They just can’t say such kind of sentence“ Aapki Beti jaane layak nahi hai”.Moreover when I have called Jet Airways toll free number on 18th Jan the lady dint inform me/asked me if I have any document. I want to understand how Jet Airways is working, will they check every traveler who is medically unfit and then they will decide at the spot whether he/she can travel or not. This is very unresponsive attitude towards people who are medically unfit. When we are booking the tickets online why don’t you add a field for medically unfit while filling the details of the travelers. Not everyone will go to your website and check the terms and conditions. I want an answer fro Jet Airways that how do they deal this kind of situations .Just because my sister was unwell and on wheel chair they denied to take onboard her and without confirming with my father they have cancelled the ticket. What about a normal person who looks normal but have an asthma problem and he boards a flight and he needs oxygen at 40000 ft ???.Do you check every traveler or you conduct a medical test before getting them on flight??? This is so unresponsive and insensitive attitude and I want an answer from Jet Airways Airways.

    i have booked a flight from Pune to Delhi on 20th March, 2015 through Yatra.com. 2 separeate bookings done Passenger name : 1.George varghese 2. Sujatha Narayans Fight 9W 786 from Pune to Delhi Time 15.30 - 17.40 Booking is done on 20th March. But no confirmation got so far. Money is taken from the bank. I got the confirmation fpr the return ticket by Go Air flight. Kindly let me know the problem in the booking. If booking is cancelled kind refund the money so that I can make fresh booking.       Hi my name is Mehulkuma Patel, I flues to India (Mumbai ) from Melbourne Australia using the combination of 2 flights jet star from Melbourne to Bangkok and jet airways from Bangkok to Mumbai, after arriving at Mumbai I found that my baggage was didn't arrived and I had to wait for 3 days for my baggage to get to me and I lodged the complaint with jet airway of missing phone from my baggage with no response through their official websites and through their email provided by the customer care advisor when I called them3 times to make an complaint they gave me the email and said I'll have to do it by email, but now I'm back to Australia and they are not responding to my emails and to the website portal complaint as we'll, please advice me what to do??         I BOOKED MY FLIGHT OF JET AIRWAYS FROM UDAIPUR TO AMRITSAR WITH PNR YNEQCT OF THE DATE DEC.30, 2014 THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP.MY BOOKING ID OF MAKEMY TRIP IS NF[protected].FLIGHT FROM UDAIPUR TO DELHI(9W2628) WAS LATE AND WE TWO PASSENGERS NAMED LAMPY AHLUWALIA AND TIMATNY AHLUWALIA WERE SHIFTED TO FLIGHT 9W740 FROM DELHI TO AMRITSAR.WE COMPLETED OUR FLIGHT FROM UDAIPUR TO DELHI BUT THE LIGHT FROM DELHI TO AMRITSAR WAS CANCELLED.NO BODY WAS THERE TO HELP US.INSPITE OF IT MORE THAN FIFTEEN DAYS HAVE BEEN PASSED BUT I HAVE NOT RECD.           Dear Team, I have raised this issue up with Make MY Trip and now i need to bring this to your notice as i had made a online purchase of 2 tickets on 18th December 2014 around 8:15 PM (UAE Time) ticket from Dubai to Mangalore for 23rd December on Jet Airways. It’s a ticket for 2 passengers. The transaction is gone through and I have never received the ticket or an Confirmation from Make My Trip or Jet Airways. i have contacted both Jet Airways and make my trip but in vain. Could you please advise why there was a deuction of AED 2620/- when there was no tickets issued?? When would this money be returned??             I have booked Mum-Del return ticket for 22 January and 2 February 2015 in October 2014 through my credit card of HSBC Card No.: 4862 XXXX XXXX 6617 is not active now. My E ticket no is[protected]. Before cancelling this ticket - I called up customer care and asked them to ensure I should receive refund my alternate account as HSBC account is not active and no money can be received in that account. I also through an email on same day - January 13, 2015 provided all details of my bank account where I sought the refund money of cancelled ticket. I have informed this earlier though email and numerous calls at customer care. Despite that, there has been no response to address this issue. I received an email with Refund Receipt No:[protected] stating that money will be refunded in HSBC account.Chandran Swamy, Support Analyst did not understand the matter that I want refund in my another account and not the account through which I have purchased the ticket in October 2014. If no action is taken to resolve my issue - I will be compelled to compliant against the fraudulent practice of Jet Airways to DGCA and Ministry of Civil Aviation along with Consumer Forum.

              My mother travelled with Jet Airways on January 7, 2015 and they lost her luggage. We have been calling all the numbers on their website and every time either their voicemail is full or they transfer me and hang up. I am very frustrated. If someone does not get back to me soon, I will be involving lawyers and pursue a lawsuit.

                Dear Sir, Due to cancellation of the flights(flight no. 372 from Bhopal to Mumbai & flight no. 9w-623 from mumbai to kolkata) on[protected] it forced us to cancelled the tickets for the booking Id:NF[protected]. Regarding this I have lodged a complaint to make mytrip.com. They have acknowledged the complaint and provided complaint Id 992208. But reimbursement amount for the above said cancelled tickets has not received so far even after 12 days.Hence we request to you reimburse the amount without further delay. Regards, Suresh

                  Hi, With deep anguish and disappointment I am writing this letter to point out the rude behavior and mistreatment your supervisor (Ms. Illiana and Mr. Sumeet) had dealt out to me. I had flight ticket (Flight No. 9W 786.PNR No. ZDNBCV) from pune to Delhi on 11.12.2015. I do admit that due to unavoidable circumstances I reached airport late by 1 minute for boarding. Ms. Illeana and Mr. Sumeet here instead of taking note of this were stubborn, rude and unemphatic towards me. He refused to provide me boarding pass as I was just 1 minute late. Although i was witness that they were allowing people who had web checking before 20 minutes of flight schedule. that means flight did not even closed . They just did not listened to me and were misbehaving with me. Ms. Illiana even told me very arrogantly that i can go for any other airline instaed of choosing Jet Airways The whole airport staff was witness to this. And as a result I had to miss our flight. Just want to bring this incident to your notice as this is just not acceptable from a staff of an airline like yours. Is this how you guys train your staff to treat with customers? And you take pride in calling your airline most customer friendly. The point I want to stress with utmost importance over here is that not allowing me to board the flight although being just 1 minute late is not a big issue with us but the kind of callousness and mistreatment which was dished out just leaves a bad taste. I was on an official tour and will make it sure for further my company will not book any flight from your airline, because you guys don't know how to deal with a customer or even provide services.                       Jet Airways misplaced my baggage on the 11th of January 2015 and I have not heard from them since submitting a complaint at New Delhi airport. I'm highly disappointed with this service. It is disgusting that an airline like Jet can do something like this.

                        I am writing this email as a very disgruntled customer of Jet airways. The particular flight with PNR YRDVXI on 06 Jan 2015 between Bangalore to Chandigarh via Delhi was cancelled at Delhi and the airlines counter had put in remarks for a refund on the boarding passes but to my shock the same has not been entered in your system till date. So when i call up airlines they are telling me they don't have any information in the system for the same. I am attaching the boarding pass with remarks for your reference. Such kind of double trouble for your guests from the airlines is not expected at all. Do you want me to take this issue to consumer court for any action from your side? Ashish Sharma

                          Hi I have booked my jet airways flight from Delhi to Patna on 13th January 2015. When i reach at the counter to collect my boarding pass they said that flight is over booked and they can't issue me boarding pass. Although it is Jet Airways mistake not to inform me in advance or take any responsibility. When I request them that I am going for my business trip and cant miss this flight then the lady give me stand by boarding pass if anyone will no show at the entry gate. Flight got delayed for 2 hours due to fog in Patna. Boarding was supposed to start at 11:15 and it start at 01:15. After waiting for 2 hours Jet Airways didnt take initatives to arrange some tea coffee or any sort of eatables for us. So finally everybody board the flight and then staff told me that they will make an arrangement for me in another flight which is Air India at 3 pm. I have got compensate money of Rs. 3000. I told them to arrange lunch for me as I am waiting from more then 2 hours and my Air India flight will be at 3 pm (which is again delayed as aircraft has not reached yet and it is already 2:50 pm right now) and I am gona reach Patna between 4:30 - 5 pm. Staff refused to arrange food for me. I mean it is not my fault to reach airport on time and not get my confirmed boarding pass. Jet Airways staff didnt have responsibility to arrange some food for me. Its not like I cant pay and eat. The question here is that it is Jet Airways fault. I need answer for this. Our company is a frequent flyer of Jet Airways not airline is treating us like this. I was accompaning my boss who came from Sydney to attend meeting in Patna and I am not able to take that flight and she went alone to Patna. Waste of whole day, my work and time. If there is any responsible person in Jet Airways I will be looking forward the revert for this complaint. Really shocking with the treatment of Jet Airways. Shivika Sharma [protected]

                            I was travelling from goa to raipur on 8 th jan2015. My luggage was excess than the allowed weight around 10 kg. As i request the ticketing staff to consider as i am travelling with my wife and 7 month old child and due to cold weather in raipur the weight of my luggage increased. The ticketing staff did not consider my problem insteadof they charged me for 20 kg around rs 6000 saying that i can not carry hand bag as flight is going full . This is the third time i face problem with jet airways it seems like the staff are keen to charge. Before that i travelled with indigo they understand my problem very friendly way and considered it.

                              I was horrified and disturb. When I was in Mumbai Domestic Terminal and I missed my Flight while in the Airport after Security Checks. The jet airport staff escorted me outside and said if you want to travel you will have to buy a new ticket sorry and left me stranded. I went to ticket counter paid Rupees 8000.00 cash as the women on counter would not accept my Canadian Visa on top of that when I ask for receipt they did not give it. I do not know if they share that money neither do I know why they refuse to give me receipt for money I paid. This type of attitude will not be show by American Airlines and Airport Authorities. It would never happen in North American Airport. I will never ever flight jet airways and neither I would suggest Friends and Family Members. I have put it on face Book and I would advice people of this incident. Last But not the Least I will write to Mr. Naresh Goyal or I might meet him in London in the month of July 2015 at one of the occasion I know he will be invited.

                                Sir, I had booked 2 round trip tickets of Jet Airways flight 9W-Jet Airways252 Mumbai-Colombo and 9W-Jet Airways251 through Yatra.com ref. no. YT13608296 and Ticket PNR no. HHVLQT for travel on 12th January 2015 and return on 17th January, 2015. Both the passengers i.e. My husband Mr. Alphonsus Castelino and myself, Ms. Irene Castelino met with tragic accident on 30.12.14. Hence we have cancelled our tickets as per treating Doctor's advice - but we regret to inform that Jet Airways has deducted Rs. 8000/- as cancellation fees, as per your norms. Since I was forced to cancel the tickets because of the accident, can you please look into the matter and arrange to refund the cancellation charges as the situation was beyond our control and on humanitarian grounds. Shall be grateful if you kindly help us out as we are both retired senior citizens and the medical charges which we have to shell out for the treatment is exorbitant. Sure Jet being a prestigious carrier will have a sympathetic view on this issue and refund us the cancellation charges.                                   The Honorable Minister of Civil Aviation, Govt Of India, New Delhi. Subject : Harassment by the staff of Jet Airways at Pune Airport. Respected Sir, Having failed to elicit sympathetic response from Jet Airways, I am constrained to bring to your kind notice the discourteous and arrogant attitude of the staff of Jet Airways for your kind perusal and suitable action, the facts of the case are as below: 1. That marriage of my daughter was solemnized at New Delhi on Nov 26, 2014. the family of the bridge groom had organized a reception at Pune. on Nov 29, 2014. 2. To attend this reception I had booked 7 relative tickets from Delhi-Pune-Delhi Nov.29th & 30th respectively, of Jet Airways Jet Connect Flight No: NW0365. 3. We were carrying 10 bags which we handed over to the Jet Airways staff on duty at New Delhi Airport and we were given 10 baggage tags vide no 7589 9W012105 to 7589 9W012114. 4. On reaching Pune Airport, when we went to claim our baggage we found that three bags were missing. We immediately informed the Airline staff, who took all the 10 baggage tags and boarding pass from us and told us to wait. 5. As mentioned earlier, we had gone to Pune to attend reception of our newly married daughter and we had to make numerous arrangements including purchase of gifts etc at Pune. We therefore requested the airline staff to issue us the missing baggage case slip and arrange to send the same in our hotel. Despite repeated requests the Airline staff kept us waiting at the airport for three hours and thereafter the duty officer informed us that he had checked with his office at New Delhi and that to their system was showing that the missing bags were off loaded at New Delhi and hence he could not make any missing baggage case. 6. When we insisted that the baggage tags and boarding pass that we had handed over to the person at duty be given back to us, he refused to do so. All our requests to speak to their senior officer were turned down on the grounds that he was the only person on duty. After half an hour he also disappeared from the site. 7. Having no cooperation from the airline staff we approached and reported the matter to The Manager, Airport Authority, Pune, who was kind enough to call the airline representatives but also expressed his helplessness in resolving the matter further. 8. It may be observed that we reached Pune Airport at 09.50 am and were waiting at the airport to collect missing baggage tags till 7.30pm. The time of reception was approaching and myself and wife had no clothes to change. The bride's dress was also in missing baggage. That was total panic and I was on the verge of having nervous breakdown and had almost collapsed when a sympathetic security officer arranged a chair and offered a glass of water. 9. Sometime thereafter the Airline staff informed that my bags have been located and that I could collect them. When I reached to the airport & found that the bags were not mine. 10. I was finally informed by the staff of Jet Airways that on return to New Delhi airport I can identify my bags and collect them. On reaching Delhi Airport, I was shown 61 unclaimed bags but my bags were not among them. 11. The Jet Airways authorities kept on sending SMS to the effect" dear Guest, Missing baggage case recorded as file no: PNQ9W1549 is yet under trace. All efforts are being done for tracing . We shall keep you updated on all progress done." up till 12.12.2014 and thereafter no update. It may be observed from the contents of the foregoing paragraphs that the attitude of the Jet Airways staff was not only non co-operative, discourteous but out right arrogant. After all, the bags were missing and so what was the reluctance on their part to raise missing baggage case. My happiness of attending the reception of my daughter's marriage was spoiled due to the hostile attitude of Jet Airways Staff. It is requested that an enquiry may kindly be instituted and the guilty punished to send a message that they cannot get away with their discourteous & arrogant behavior with the passengers.                                     I traveled for the first time in 30 years to Mumbai and horrified when I missed might flight to Delhi after doing security check and waiting for announcement in the lounge. This would not have happened in North America. If I do not get a response I would write to CEO David Barger. I had checked in on flight from Bom. To Del on Nov 20, 2014. I was in the lounge waiting for announcement, i had bad stomach positioning so I was near washroom. I went to the counter the scar said sorry the flight has left I will escort you outside the security and you will have to buy a new ticket because your flight already left. I had no choice when I went to the ticketing counter they lady csr said it will be rupees 8000.00. I gave her my visa she said we do not take foreign Visa card only cash. I had to find ATM and withdraw money n go back and got the ticket. I ask for my receipt for cash they said your Boarding Pass is your ticket. Plus my baggage which if I was not on the flight as a rule after 911 should be offloaded was on the way to Delhi. I WOULD NOT HAVE missed my Flight if I was in North American Airport. as I had already gone through Security. I would like to get my cash receipt and the answer to this. if it is normally practice of this airlines. Thanks. Yazdi Kharwanwala.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email in regards to my flight 9W 0521 departing from JED to BOM on 5th January, 2015. The scheduled time of departure was 23:40 local time. Due to technical issues, the flight was delayed and we were waiting for 3 hours at the terminal without any proper information. Then finally the Duty Manager incharge for Jet aiways showed up and informed us that the flight has been cancelled and HOTAC will be provided to us. Then after an hour, arrangements were made for the hotel and we were taken to the hotel. And it is very dissapointing and frustrating to know that the hotel given to us is one of the cheapest and dirtiest hotel in the city. Now to add to this frustration, we were told that we have to share the rooms. I do not understand that how the hell we can share the rooms with people we dont even know. And how your company and your staff can take such heartless decisions. Keeping in my mind that our baggages were already checked in and we only had access to our hand baggage, we should have been provided with a more suitable accomodation to make us more comfortable rather than just dumping us somewhere. We were not given even a bottle of water in the room. When we asked the hotel staff, we were told that they have been informed that only breakfast should be provided and nothing else. Gosh !! I couldn't believe my ears. I have been flying as a Cabin Crew for the past 8 years and based in Jeddah. I am also a private pilot. We have technical issues as well, but we have made sure that our passengers are provided with the best facilities. I will tell you an incident when one of our aircraft was grounded in HKG due to technical issues which was transit stop while the final stop was MNL. In this case all our pax were given HOTAC at the Regent hotel at HKG airport. So you see the difference. I am currently spending my time in the hotel lobby as the room is too dirty to enter. I am not expecting any reply or any kind of compensation for such treatment. But I would like to let you know that I will make sure that this incident reaches to maximum number of people through the media. Please take this as my official complaint and warning.                                         For self and wife, booked direct non-stop flights from Pune to Abu Dhabi and back by 9W 514 and 9W 513 (Jet airways) for 23 Dec 2014 & 01 Jan 2015. (GDS PNR 4IFE8R) (AIRLINE PNR RHVHTT) (TICKET [protected], [protected]) On their own, Jet Airways reschedule my programme as: Pune to Mum 9W 617; 22 Dec 2014 (E TICKET NO. 589-[protected]) Mum to Abu Dhabi 9W 586; 22 Dec 2014 Abu Dhabi to Delhi 9W 581; 02 Jan 2015 Delhi to Pune 9W 367; 02 Jan 2015 Since flight from Abu Dhabi to Delhi was late by 02 hrs(approx), the connecting flight from Delhi to Pune was missed obviously. The ground staffs totally mislead us, wasting our time. However Supervisor helped us a lot. At this juncture, we were told that since there is no flight available on that day, booking will be done for 03 Jan only. Hotel was arranged to stay in the night. It was Hotel Saptagiri at Mahipalpur Extn., New Delhi. Awful, stinking, pathetic nightmare we had in that hotel. HATS OFF TO JET AIRWAYS FOR PROVIDING SUCH A MEMORABLE HOTEL NIGHT STAY TO THEIR "GUESTS" Me and my wife were suppose to join duties on 02 Jan 2015 but could not attend till 04 Jan 2015. HEARTIEST THANKS TO JET AIRWAYS FOR SUCH A LOVELY EXPERIENCE. There will be deduction of salary for my wife due to late joining. Who is going to pay this???? As a CGO class-I of Ministry of Defence, I will be joining my duties on 05 Jan 2015 instead of 02 Jan 2015. Who will be responsible for this ?????? Missing the flight from Delhi to Pune on 02 Jan 2015, Jet made our stay nightmare by arranging a pathetic, stinking hotel. Who will be responsible for this mental agony ?????? Please pay attention all fellow travellers: Don't ever book international flights through Jet. They bound to cheat you in the last moment, when you do not have any other option. LAST WORD TO JET AIRWAYS: IT WAS NOT US ALONE, THERE WERE SEVERAL PASSENGERS WHO MISSED THEIR FLIGHT DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE. NOT FOR PUNE ALONE, BUT TO DEHRADOON, LUCKNOW, MUMBAI, AMRITSAR TOO. You call you passengers as "GUEST" ... learn the meaning of it first.
