dear sir,
Ive been a regular traveler with jet domestic since many years but on my recent flight from Delhi to Pune, flight no.9w q363 on April 11, senior commander Vadera was downright unfriendly and rude for a simple request, the pilot is supposed to be assuring and friendly, an employee has to change his attitude and not behave with a high handed manner, please look into this matter and get back to me, none of my family members and friends will be flying with your airlines till some action is taken.

What was the simple request - did u ask if the windows could be left open or some thing ? or i[censored] could fly the plane for 2 min ? all simple requests.
you are correct. the same problem happens to me also.

    Jetlite flight S2 0256 on 31/3/09 from Kochi to Delhi Occupying Seat 5 F
    Pilot : Capt Sunil Jain Sr. Flight Supervisor : Mungre Imon

    At around 6.10 P.M. immediately after a “minor” turbulence, “Seat Belt On” was declared.
    Though turbulence practically was over after about 5/7 min, the instruction was not revoked.
    By about 6.30 PM some adults were standing and many small children were playing in the aisle passage
    At 7 PM I went to both front and back side to find the curtains separating the flight attendants’ area closed and peals of laughter and chatter clearly audible behind the curtains
    Came back to my seat after crossing atleast 7/8 adults and 4/5 children in aisle
    Rang up Attendant bell on top of my seat at 7.03 pm
    Ms Imon came to my seat around 7.05 pm and in presence of atleast 5/6 pax in row 4/5/6 confessed :
    For major part of the 50 min., she and her colleagues was behind the closed curtains
    There had hardly been any turbulence noticed for last 50 min.
    She had failed in her duties in allowing free movement of pax esp. children while Switch Belt sign was on
    She was gracious enough that she should not give herself more than 50% for her performance as the person primarily responsible for pax safety
    Within a few minutes of Ms Imon going back towards the front portion of the aircraft, the Swicth Belt sign was promptly taken off
    While coming down from the aircraft Ms. Imon told me that the only system of complaint is through Website
    At the arrival lounge found a complaint registrar at Jetlite office where above details were written and handed over to Mr. Shahhzib, CSA around 9.05 PM.
    In response to my e-mail to <[protected]@jetlite.com>, vide mail dt 1/4/09, Dilip Baruah of
    Customer Relations wrote "Please allow us to examine the issues raised by you, and we will revert to you."
    Against my reminder mail, vide mail dt 7/4/09, Sridevi Rayachoty of Customer Relations wrote "Please be assured that we will reply to you by tomorrow."
    Jetlite shielding deficiency in services of its staff.

      I suresh sharma.I have booked a ticketfor my wife from jetlite airways through yatra.com.I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Delhi for 12 Apr 09 on 05 mar 09 but till now i have not got any information on my mobile no. and mail ID.
      Sir, when i have completed to book my tickect at that time light has gone.So I think my has booked.Bcoz from SBI bank i received a reference no for yatra transaction ID no. IG06081788.After that till now i have not received anything.

      dear sir it was a surprise for me when i boarded jetlite flight mumbai to indore on 17th may flight no. S2-383. almost when we told its bad weather in indore so cant land shortly after that passengers were terrified becose plane was stuggling hard with contineous jerks ups n down few women were loudly asking whats happning why cant you announce few vomiting but on landing everyone clapped in plane with joy in face. still dont know is it due to bad weather or strong winds?.

      Jetlite Airways — Mismanagement of baggage

      Dear Sir,

      I am submitting the complaint against Jetlite airways. I was travelling from Mumbai to Coimbatore on 27th of October’2009. The flight details are given below.

      Class: Economy (Q)
      Flight dept time: 16:25
      The problem I faced in jetlite flight regarding my baggage. I received my luggage after 17 hrs of flight landing in Coimbatore. The passengers & their belongings must go on same flight. If it not, passengers must inform before departure of the flight. But this thing do not happened in this case. We have been informed about the baggage problem by the Capt after touchdown of the aircraft in Coimbatore.
      Because of your mismanagement I have faced lot of problem. All my clothes & some medicine were on that luggage. The meeting for which I been to Coimbatore was not been proper because of some files & my suit which was in my luggage.
      I need a compensation amount of Rs 15000 INR regarding this baggage mismanagement.

      Jetlite Airways — poor attendance on board

      On 24/5/2011 I with 4 family members boarded the flight no. (S2)-105 (seat no 7a,7b,7c,7e,7f).sensing high temperature inside I complained about the same.It was replied that the cooling will increase after take-off.Again after half an hour I repeated the complaint.Other passengers were also requesting regarding the same problem.But it was not improved.The flight in charge on duty promised me to give comment card within 10 minutes, but up to Delhi the card was not given to me.From Delhi I again started complianing regarding the high temperature inside.Again I demanded the comment card from the new staff.Then only it was given to me.The said card was only a feedback form with having no space for compliant. Actually such type of form is made available to every passenger in trains like Rajdhani for consumer feedback.I feel that without demand the form should have been provided to every passenger.On request for the same it was conveyed that the stock was not available on board.While I vocally expressed my dislike for the poor attendance of the complaint for hours , I received a 'We don't care" type reply from the in charge.Other passengers also felt that nothing is going to work.I kept complaining from Srinagar to Mumbai for no result.I expect that...

      1) I should be refunded the entire amount.
      2) The staff from Srinagar to Delhi & from Delhi to Mumbai be removed on the charges of non attendance of complaint and behaving rudely with the passenger.
      3) A written apology from the company concerned.

        I am Naveena D'souza, EX Jet Airways staff. I resigned last year but still my PF is not settled. I have enquired with my BANK their they say have have not recived any amount such.

        My P.FUND No- MH/39804/14008

        MY ACCOUNT NO[protected] ICICI BANK- INDIRA NAGAR BRANCH SALARPURIA HOUSE, 496 CMH ROAD INDIRA NAGAR, BANGALORE-560008.

        As I enquired Bom office they confirm that settlement is done. As also given me the cheque details of my amount Cheque No-47433 & 126332.

        But when I enquired my Bank they have not recived or creditted any such cheques into my account.

        So I request you to kindly look into this matter and advise me as soon as possiable.

          I have booked 2 tickets of jetlite airlines (flight number S2-242) from Hyderadabad to Delhi which was scheduled at 16.05 hrs on 15.03.2009 .
          I was informed om 14.03.2009 that my flight was postponed at 21.05 hrs and I already had an onward reservation from delhi to dehradun . Due to this postponement of the flight I could not catch my train and hence coul'd attend my office on 16.03.2009.
          Due to this delay I was in a very difficult position and could not face my seniors at my office.
          I was mentally very much harrassed
          I have booked a ticket for Guwahati to Bangalore, which was supposed to landed at destination at 1230hrs but, still I am roaming, causing many
          intolerable situation.

            I had book the ticket on 30th Jan 2009 of Jetlite Aialine [ domestic airport] but the cancerned ticketing officer named Suman has done a mistake and she charged for 3 tickets in palce of 2 tickets... per ticket cost is Rs 2300 and she has taken the amount through the Debit Card thrice means Rs 6900 insted of Rs4600. i have also submitted the bank statement on 12th Feb 2009, i called Suman and she is talking very rudely, and she told me dont call me again i cant help you, she told me, i am just giving you the the e mail id and you can get the information through this email. i tried to send the masege to this email but the email id is invalid [[protected]@jetairways.com]. She is not giving me any info about the refund of my money... she has alredy done the mistake and even she is not cooprating me... what should i do????

            Well considering that you spelled "already" wrong, perhaps the email address is not working because you have a spelling error. Try going to night school and taking spelling lessons so you can spell the email correctly.
            I just emailed [protected]@jetairways.com, it is NOT a invalid email address. The only thing that is invalid here is your computer skills knowledge and your spelling. If you are so stupid that you can't even send a email correctly than you deserve to lose this money.
            Shilpa go to the nearest Jet airways office or call their toll free number, ask for manager and give them your details they will correct the amount immediately.

            Its a small mistake will be rectified immediately.

            [protected]@jetairways.com and the email should go but why use email? when all you need is to pick up a phone and call Jetairways office/staff in your city.
            I request you to kindly see below the letter e-mailed by me to yatra.com and also the reply received by me from yatra.com. These are self explanatory and I request you to kindly do the needful for arranging to refund the full amount against one of the Bookings made on 11/06/2009 for a around trip flight from Kolkata to Mumbai depart. Kolkata 2/7/09 and Depart. Mumbai 4/7/09. The other details regarding the e-ticket are available in the letters below:

I am pleased to state that I have always found your services very satisfactory.
            Now I am in need of your help on an issue due to a freak action, which I am narrating below:-
            On 11.6.09, at about 4.45 pm, I opened your site to book air ticket for myself from Kolkata to Mumbai and back on a ‘round trip basis’ departure Kolkata on 2.7.09 and departure Mumbai on 4.7.09.As I am not too familiar with computers, I was going through with the booking procedure slowly and carefully. Just as I was on the last button to complete the booking with ‘submit’, there was a power cut and the computer screen went blank. After the power connection resumed, I went though the same process once again and successfully completed the last ‘submit’. I heard the SMS alert tone of my mobile and without even opening the ‘in box’ I felt satisfied that finally my booking has gone through. But, moments later there was another SMS alert. I was totally surprised to read that two bookings have been made! which meant that the first ‘submit’ had actually matured, as also the second! I must say that the episode of the ‘twin’ booking was not intentional but it just happened all in a fraction of a second. I have read the contents of the E-Tkt and have noted that the bookings are ‘non-refundable’, yet, I earnestly request you to kindly consider the aforesaid and arrange for a full refund of the second set of the booking – ‘OUETYA’.For your ready reference I give the Yatra booking nos., PNR nos., etc.

I spoke to Ms. Bhagyasree of Jetlite who was kind enough to listen to my unfortunate predicament and at the end asked me to contact Yatra, and thus I have chosen to write to you with this sincere request.

We would like to inform you that you need to contact the airline directly regarding this issue and give them the airline PNR for both the bookings as the airline is authorized to update the remarks for full refund on one of the bookings. Please be informed that as soon as a remark for full refund is passed by the airline in one of the bookings' VCR(Virtual Coupon Record), we will be able to process the refund for you.

            Alternatively, you can also send us scanned copy of e-ticket duly endorsed from the airline for full refund, so that we can raise the refund accordingly. Kindly note that airline stamp should be clearly visible on the ticket with the refund amount, the reason for refund and necessary deductions by the airline, if any.

              JetLite does not refund upon cancelation
              I bought a return ticket (Paper ticket) from ahmedabad to goa for three people via credit card . I canceled my ticket on 09th oct 2008 from ahmedabad to goa by calling at a call centre and she gave me a cancellation reference number (I101928). The call centre executive told me that my money will be refunded to my credit-card in 10-15 days (It takes only 1 min to charge to my credit card but 10-15 days for refund!) . I didn't receive my money after 15 days and I frequently called the call centre executive but they told me that it will take another 07days . I also lodged a complaint through [protected]@jetlite.com but there was no response. Since then I have been calling the customer support, Lodging complaints at [protected]@jetlite.com is useless. My ticket Nos. are[protected]/[protected]/[protected]

              I have no where to go now. I am planning to file a case with the Consumer Court.

              I will never fly Jet OR JetLite. And I advice the same to all of you

              Jetlite — refunds

              Jetlite cancelled my flight from Chennai to Port Blair on 16th OCT and i was informed the night before. When i called them i was informed that the tickets would be refunded in 1 week and i should go for some other airline.Now as of today Nov 25th the refunds havent happened.Also have called Jetlite 9 to 10 times as of now and have been informed that i will be getting my refunds in 2 days(everytime). i have raised my concern on mails to cust care and also have been caling every day lately.either my call gets disconnected or i get an answer saying i will get my refund in the next 2 days.
              I had booked flight S2 0704 from Kolkata to Mumbai on 25 Sep 2008 but reached check in counter 10 mins before since the incomming flight from Imphal was late. Then I got my ticket cancelled from the JetLite booking counter on the airport. There he stamped the cancellation and the amount of Rs.1500 as cancellation charges and told that the balance amount will be credited back to my credit card account. Till date I have not got the refund.

              When I called up the helpline on 4th December 2008 and inquired about my refund, I was shocked to hear that it has been refunded on the same day I had cancelled my ticked at Kolkata Airport in the evening and till date I have not received any refund back to my credit card. To whom did they refund the money? The receipt number given by executive Mr.Prabhat is[protected] and the amount of refund is Rs.3825/- dated 25/09/2008.

              Also thing to be noted is that when I called helpline on[protected] on 2nd December 2008 my ticket with ticket number:[protected] was reflecting in the system and was assured of feedback within 48 hrs. When again called up on 4th December 2008 the response was that the ticket is not reflecting in the system and refund has been given.

              I am not sure what is going on and if you ever want to refund the amount!

              Jetlite — reservation ticket issue

              Dear Sir,
              i have booked the ticket of jetlite through their official website i.e www.jetlite.com on approximately 27th january 09 for 9th April 09 through credit card they accept and generate the PNR no. which is JJGCZW but just one day befor the date of departure we have talked to jetlite authorised concern person i.e Mr. Amiya and Mr. Shabbir both of them hold us over telephone for around 20-20 minutes but refuse to generate the ticket and also not able to give any satisfactory answer. thus due to urgency of work i have to arrange by other flight.

              Jetlite — In Spite of having confirmed ticket Jetlite did not take me to my destination.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              This is to draw your attention towards the "extreme" inconvenience which my family and I underwent while travelling from New Delhi to Aurangabad on 28thApril 2009.
              To catch the early morning flight, departure time 6.35 am, we reached the airport well ahead of time with the following details :
              1) Name - Shiromani Kant /age - 31/ sex- male /e-Ticket Number :[protected]/Reservation Number Z9THZU
              2) Name - Shweta Kant /age-27/sex-female/e-Ticket Number :[protected]/Reservation Number Z9THZU
              3) Saranya Kant/age-1.5 years/sex- female/e-Ticket Number :[protected]/Reservation Number Z9THZU

              But to my surprise I was told that there was no vacant seats available !!! Now this was something which I would not have imagined even in wildest of my dreams that I having a confirmed ticket is being asked to take next flight, Indian, scheduled at 1.00 pm because there are no seats available.

              I was transferred to Aurangabad and had booked all my luggage and handed over the rented apartment to the flat owner, so I literally felt earth slide below my feet as i had no place to go. On top of all I had a small baby in hand and thus spending so much time in the lounge which one flight manager Ms.Rupa Shally was offering was totally unacceptable.In addition to that her behaviour was such that I had done some crime and was being penalised for the same.I want that the concerned person should question her behaviour.Finally a ticket was arranged for us for the next flight of 1.00 pm dept time. With the ticket we left for my acquaintance place who found my uninformed visit very awkward. When I reached the airport to catch the afternoon fight, as if trouble was not over, found that the ticket issued was of previous day i.e 27th april 2009.Already exhausted with the misadventures again I had to contact the Jetlite for making amendments.
              I request teh overhauling of the process as they are for convenience and not for creating pains of highest degrees and would like that such inconvenience should not be repeated more so with people travelling with family having small kids along.

              I trust proper actions would be taken.

              this is mahesh kumar singh mailing from portblair.iwould like to tell you that today i wentto airport counter for the want of issue of ticket on 27th feb 2010 from kolkata to lucknow and i was responded that i may not get the ticket for the same day.
              but at the same time i asked at your toll free number and consequently i got the reply from mrs NAZIA that it is well availabe and her attitude was so caring & pleasent and the same time i have booked the ticket.
              I would like to register my complain in this regard that several time we go to airport counter at portblair for this but one of the senior male staffs do not respond properly and their behaiver is like we are the beggar came in front and their attitude is very negative for want of infomation which is verymuch painful to me.
              hope the authority will look in to the matter and do the satisfactory action for this kind of irresponsible behavior.

              I was booking my ticket through my debit card (SBI) on 15.01.2010 between 11.00am to12.00pm, but due to some technical fault I did not get any conformation in my mobile or in my e-mail till 6.30pm, I therefore again booked my ticket in the name of Anuranjan Tiru through credit card which was confirm immedietly for 16.01.2010 at 16.25, hours.Now I see that rupees 6143/- has been deducted from my debit card. I want the said amount to be reverted in my account, since the person left for mumbai with the ticket purchase later

              Charged in USD instead of INR

              Jet Airways charged me in US dolars instead of Indian currency. When I asked them to refund, they are not doing it.

                gud afternoon sir, we want to bring in your notice the extra payment taken at bangalore airport and harasment we suffered because of there staff. girl atending there was talking very rudely and when we asked her dat wat is your name she refused to tel. i told dis to M r. gururaj there customer relation person he responded today after so many days saying dat still search is going on. i send him details of each and everything. then why taking so much time to investigate. sending you also one copy and want immediate action. we want money back and compensation for harasment. hope that you will not behave like them and will take immediate action.

                  This is in reference to the ticket booking dtd 9th March from Delhi to Chennai at 19:05 Hrs for myself & my daughter at the Jet Airways Jodhpur Airport office.
                  I had 3 MCO's of Jet Airways which I got from the redemption of my credit card points. I spoke to the Jet Airways Jaipur office in the morning on 18th Feb 09.
                  I was given the reference number for the same by the lady & she was very helpful as well. She told me to visit the Jodhpur airport office & collect the tickets form there by making the payment at the counter & delievering the MCO's.
                  On my visit to the Airport office at Jodhpur I had to deal with 4 different staff menbers who were totally clue less about the adjustment of the MCO's & the payment to be charged.
                  I asked them to speak to the lady in Jaipur office but I guess it was really troublesome for them & was also against their reputation.
                  I was at the airport office for almost 1 hour & the gentleman at the booking counter firstly looked at his watch & said the office is closed now come tomorrow.
                  Later when I said gentleman its still 45 min to 5 PM & the office closes at 5 PM. At the end I was charged INR 6316 by my credit card & the ticket has not been printed till now.
                  I was asked to come again tomorrow & collect the ticket & when I asked them to deliever the same to my office I was asked to leave immediately & come back tomorrow.
                  Horrible customer service given to Jet Privilage customer who is a Premier client of HSBC which has the corporate tie up with Jet Airways.
                  This was very humiliating for me & very innconvinent for me to leave my 4 year old daughter all alone at home & rush to collect the tickets which I have not received till now.
                  I should be compensated for the same at the earliest.

                  Also she was not asked the age of the child & neither was she asked about the meal prefrence she would prefer.

                  I have booked a ticket from Pune to delhi for 13th of March and i got a mail from jetlite stating that flight has been cancelled.

                  I have an urgent meeting scheduled in Delhi for which i need to reach the place sure by 14th. On calling the customer support for jetlite, the support team acknowledged that flight is cancelled but told me that they will tell me on 12th if there is any flight on 13th or not. I asked them for a ticket number/reference number for my call and the support told that jetlite have no customer complaint ticketing system, so i can not get a reference number for my complaint.

                  I feel like got stucked and such a poor service from Jetlite. Everybody knows that airtickets are too costly near to departure date. Who will pay the difference?

                  I would certainly need alternative flight at convinient hours same day and expect Jetlite to compensate for that
                  She is a mad woman and has no prestige . Dies in her fake attitude . Is very Proudy and a lier . Very greedy and pick money even from garbage . She is mannersless and talks rubbish . Is just blaming Jet Staff to show her importance and wants to come into limelite . Never comensate this .

                  lost baggage not raising pir or helping track luggage

                  I was rerouted from London to fly via Doha to muscat in Qatar airways and final lap from muscat to cochin via jet airways. Even though Jetairways is responsible, they are not ready to raise the pir or help trace it.

                    Dear Sir

                    Below is the issue faced by me ( Sudhir Kumar) with Jet Airways during my flight from London to New Delhi.

                    I am working with TCS Gurgaon and was on a business trip from London Heathrow airport to New Delhi IGI airport.
                    Flight details are as below

                    After reaching Delhi Airport on 20th November, I found that my luggage was missing. I contacted the ground staff at the jet airways counter. The airport staff was very supportive and in a very short time they confirmed that due to some system problem the tagging on my luggage was done incorrectly and the same is at Heathrow airport.

                    They asked me to file a luggage missing report with the description of articles in the luggage and promised to deliver the same at my residence on the next day.

                    Next day they again said that due to some reasons they were not able to ship the luggage in the flight and will be sent next day. On 22nd of November, a man on a bike (Strolly type bag tide badly with a rope on it) reported at my residence. At the first look on the bag I found that the strolly type bag, which was only one tour old, was damaged badly and the locks of the same were broken. I asked the deliveryman about this and that man advised me to contact the airport office. The airport officials asked me to verify the luggage contents and drop a mail to jet helpdesk. On opening the luggage in front of deliveryman Mr. Sunil, I was shocked to see that many costly things like watches, goggles, perfumes and Jackets were missing from the luggage. The most expensive thing was the bag itself costing 9500 Rs., which was damaged badly.

                    A detailed report of the missing things was sent to jet helpdesk through email. After one week of continuous follow-ups they called me on my cell, and said that these things cannot be covered in any kind of claim. They were not ready to reply to our mail in written.

                    The total cost of all the things, which are missing, is about 25000 Rs. (Bills of the Jackets and bag which were shopped by me just before leaving India are also available).


                    I am really shocked on, how this can happen with a passenger traveling in such an high esteem airlines.

                    I request you to please look into the matter and do something in this regars

                    If required, I can provide you the copy of the boarding pass, E tickets, Missing luggage report, the mails sent to jet helpdesk and the copy of the report which delivery man brought etc.

                    JET Airways is a highly unprofessional company . on my way to mumbai i lost my mobile and wrist watch which was taken for check up by the ground staff. i m fissed off by this kind of behaviour.your relationship with your customer is very bad i urge the founder to kindly put right kind of persons on job for (relationship manager)on job ...relationship manager kind attention...u r not fit for the job. if you want to fit into the ball then get my mobile and missing luggage by hook or crook.this is my
                    experience for the fligh from DEL to MUM.

                      Never Fly with JET and specially when you have connecting international flight. NWA do not allow JET to do a direct Check-in and that's why JET want to show NWA (Northwest airlines) that they are doing wrong and for that JET is Harressing Customers. What JET do is the customers has international connection miss their luggage and till the time you miss your NWA flight the luggage will not come out.
                      It happened to my 1 month back; after one month when my family is travelling the same thing happened to them as well other 10 people; and JET do not take any responsbility. JET is doing this DELEBRATELY so that customers go to NWA for re-scheuling and have other problems. I will NEVER FLY WITH JET. The Proof of this every time one luggage is missing and that comes only after you are so late for your international connection (NWA). And specially JET people told my wife to go to NWA and complain that why u do not allow JET to do direct CHECKIN; this is exactly prooving that JET is harresing cursomer to prove that NWA is not allowing them direct checking is not being like by JET staff and they want top Harrase people and prove that.

                        I am a student in the USA and I flew jet airways to my home town Chennai. My travel agent has fixed up a route through Delhi. On route I traveled through Brussels. The airline lost my baggage and I found this out in Delhi. I filed a complaint at once with their baggage claims department. They promised that they would initiate a search for the missing baggage and keep me posted. It has been over 3 days and they have not gotten in touch. They dont even answer your calls. I was searching over Google and by chance stumbled upon a link to a software called world tracer which allows you to monitor a complaint submitted to the airline. I entered my complaint number and found that JA had initiated a search with the wrong baggage description.

                        How can I expect to get my baggage back if they dont even know what they are searching for? When I called up their so called customer care number, no one answers the call. When I left India a year and a half ago I had a very good opinion on JA's services, but now the opinion is completely reversed.

                        They have initiated a worthless search, bad customer service both during the second leg of my journey and from the ground operations staff. I would not recommend anyone flying JA again. They have lost a loyal fan.

                        Jet Aiways --- Service is becoming hopeless. I went by jet and flew back by british airways from chennai to toronto.
                        Soon they will go bankrupt, if they treat cutomers like this.

                        I travelled to chennai from toronto on 17th feb 2012 by jet airways 9W0225and reached chennai 18th night.
                        My baggage was being damaged by mishandling of jet ground staff.
                        so chennai authorities gave me Property irregularity report for checked baggage and gave me this refrence number and took pictures of my damaged baggage..

                        Jet staff told me some staff will be visiting my house and they would check whether the baggage can be repaired or not.
                        if it cannot be repaired they will give me compensation or give me a similar baggage.

                        20th some one came and took my baggage from Comfort inn hotel, egmore and returned the bag on 21st and they told me that they cant
                        repair the bag and i will be given compensation or a new baggage.

                        I keep calling [protected] on 21, 21, 29th and many times and it goes to bombay ofice and they connect me to chennai and they ask me to wait
                        for 2 more days..so that they have to get confirmation from head office.

                        I am not sure whats happening..I cannot spend my valuable time in india calling you guys and holding your line.
                        I am so sorry to say this but this is the truth...Chennai call center staff.. I believe Ajay ( he was from kerala ) is really unhelpfull. He would never give me any
                        answer.. all he could say is " I am waiting for an approval from the head office and i will call you when i get this confirmation ".

                        i found that one of the suitcase's lock was missing at Chennai airport, I informed same to the jet airways person at belt section, he told me it mistake be due to transport hazard. As i have to travel in another domestic flight, I convinced with that, I reached vizag, there i came to know that, from the broken lock suitcase one new valuable wrist watch (omax company)worth of Rs.8000 was lost.

                        Luggage Delay and Compensation for privacy breach

                        We arrived from Doha to TVM in Jet airways and our luggage was supposed to be received on the same day but it was missing since Friday 17, 2016. We need compensation for the delay and privacy breach since the jet airways employees informed us that they had broke the padlock of the baggage without our permission.

                          I would like to bring to your notice that last year on 10 August 2008 I had tried to book a ticket (Transaction ID SB113884) on a Jet Airways flight through my debit card (ICICI Bank A/c No.[protected] for an amount of Rs.10, 460/-. I got a message on my mobile that the money had been deducted from my account but the executive sitting at the counter told me that the transaction was not successful and the amount will be refunded to my account. More than one year has passed and I have still not received any refund of the aforesaid amount.

                          As I&#039;d to fly with my family for Goa on 4th Jan 2015. So, I&#039;d booked ticket on 28 Nov. 2014 23:16Hrs, and paid the amount of 8, 775/- for the ticket. The departure timing of the flight was 3:00 P.M. and my family from Nashik I&#039;ve to headed for the airport before this timeline. As an infant also with us and due to the foggy climate, I was not able to reach on time with my family. That is why, I was tracking the timing of the flight frequently. Even I&#039;d called your customer support also for the flight timing, They&#039;d said that:- &quot;The flight is on time.&quot; So, I&#039;d cancelled my family i.e. MRS VANDANA PANKAJ BOTHRE, MRS BINA DEEPAK CHHETRI and Infant Master SHAURYA BOTHRE tickets and you&#039;d refunded 1, 102/- into my Yatra account as eCash. But it was really very pathetic when I got to know that the Flight is delayed and it was really very delayed. The timing of Flight was 15:00 P.M (3:00 P.M)and it took off (flew away) at 20:30 P.M (8:30 P.M). I was very disappointed because I didn&#039;t received any updates (sms or mail) regarding the delayed of flight, Neither from you nor from Jet airlines, even when I called you to know about the exact timing of flight, you&#039;d given me the wrong information by saying that &quot;The Flight is on time&quot;. The prior information/update (sms or mail) about delayed of flight could save my loss and I could traveled along with my family. So, I need full compensation of my loss.

                            I travelled by Jet Airways from Newark to Mumbai via Brussels. My final destination was Kolkata. I arrived Mumbai on 29th Nov and I was told that my bags didnt leave US. I was asked to declare all expensive items at the Jet Airways desk and was assured that the bags will be delivered to my Kolkata address intact. However when the bags finally reached me after 3 days, both bags were damaged and few expensive items were missing, including a brand new Sony camcorder, a Canon digicam and a Blackberry phone. I lodged a complaint via email and tried following it up, when I was told that the bags had come via a different route. The bags came via Air India flight through Delhi. Thereafter, I have been regularly calling up Jet Airways airport office in Delhi and till now no action has been taken. I was told several times that I will be getting a reply to the mails I have sent and that the case was being investigated. However, I haven't heard anything concrete from Jet. Not only that my vacation was ruined but it is highly frustrating to have lost such valuable items and getting no compensation from the Airlines. I haven't got any compensation for the delay in delivering my bags or the damaged the bags either, let alone for the stolen items. I have travelled so much within US with open bags but have never faced such a situation. I will never recommend Jet Airways to anyone flying international.

                            JETAIRWAYS — Loss of camcorder

                            I am living in the UK. I travelled with my wife and kid in the Jet konnect flight from Madurai to Chennai on 01/01/2010.

                            I kept my camcorder (Sony make) into one of my hand baggage. I am sure I kept into the bag along with jewel. As my bag was not fit into the overhead cabin in the flight, one of Jet airways staff (cabin crew) asked me to give the hand bag to him to secure under his custody. I don't remember his name. As I thought Jetairways staffs are genuine, I took my jewels and gave the bag with camcorder to him.

                            Before leaving the flight he handed over the bag. I rushed to catch my connection flight to UK . After went to the international terminal I checked my hand baggage. I got shocked. My bag was opened and camcorder pouch and camera were also opened. Camcorder was not available. It is very clear that my bag was opened and camcorder pouch was opened and camcorder was stolen. As I was in the check in process to catch the UK flight, I could not come outside of international airport. Immediately I contacted one my friend and told my travel details and to report the Jet airways. I also contacted Jetairways and have been given one number, but no response.

                            My friend was trying to give a compliant about this incident on the same day and the next day,but they are not taking the compliant. I don't know, how they can trace the missed or stolen items with out taking the compliant. I already heard about the same experience with Jetairways in the same sector through my friends.

                            There was no other possibility to miss the camcorder or to take by some other passenger due to the very short period of journey time and the bag was kept under the custody of Airlines staff.


                            Can you please anybody tell me the how can i proceed further?

                              I THE UNDERSIGNED HAVE STARTED MY JOURNEY FROM NAGPUR TO CHENNAI VIA MUMBAI BY S2 -112 TO MUMBAI ON 21/12/2008 AND ON THE SAME DAY I HAVE TO GO TO CHENNAI BY FLIGHT NO.9W 481 SCHEDULED TO LEAVE MUMBAI AT 11.05 HOURS. THE FLIGHT NO.9W 481 WHICH WAS DELAYED BY 40 MINUTES. BUT I HAD TAKEN BOARDING PASS EVEN FOR MUMBAI-CHENNAI FLIGHT AT NAGPUR AIRPORT. I REACHED CHENNAI AIRPORT AT AROUND 13.35 HOURS. I WENT TO BELT NO.3, WHERE BAGGAGES FROM FLIGHT NO.9W - 481, WERE LOADED. I WAITED FOR A LONG TIME IN SEARCH OF MY LUGGAGE, BUT I COULD NOT FOUND IT. IN THE MEAN TIME THERE WAS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE JET AIRWAYS, REGARDING NOT LOADING OF BAGGAGES OF 11 PASSENGERS DUE TO THEIR INTERNAL PROBLEMS.I WAS TOLD THAT MISSING LUGGAGE WILL BE COMING BY THE NEXT FLIGHT (which was expected to reach chennai at around 17.00 hours)FROM MUMBAI TO CHENNAI.THE LUGGAGE WILL BE DELIVERED AT THE ADDRESS MENTIONED IN THE PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT (BOMAP9W - MAAAP9W) FOR MISSING / DAMMAGED BAGGAGES AND TOLD TO CONTACT ON [protected] OR 22568021 IF THE LUGGAGE NOT DELIVERED AFTER 19.30 HOURS ON 21/12/2008.

                              AS PER JET AIRWAYS DOMESTIC THROUGH CHECK-IN RULE NO.2, PASSENGERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY THEIR CHECKED-IN BAGGAGE AT THE TRANSFER POINT.I CAME FOR A VERY IMPORTANT WORK AND TRAINING FROM NAGPUR TO CHENNAI BEARING VERY VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS OF MY OFFICE (i. e.                                 Hello,

                                I and my husband (Passenger names - Arpita Saha + Kalyan Palla) had traveled with Jet Lite on 1st June'2008, Kolkata to Bangalore, PNR number is S2-HRTL8 and e-ticket receipt numbers are[protected] and[protected].

                                I wanted to avail the cost of this journey for my LTA, but I have lost the boarding passes. Hence, I need travel certificates from JetLite to confirm my travel.

                                I have called the customer care number multiple times and they suggested to visit the JetLite counter at any aiport. I visited the JetLite counters at Bangalore airport (twice) and Kolkata in lieu of the same and had been told that their e-mail id ([protected]@jetlite.com) is the only way to collect the TC. However, my repeated mails to this id had been unanswered. Their seems to be no way I can get this small thing done! Travel Certificates issuance is a simple procedure with all other airlines, however the same had been impossible with the JetLite airlines.

                                It would be a great relief if this issue is addressed or any solution suggested.

                                I booked two ticket with my ICICI credit card for D.K.Maiti+2 PNR no.-LZNOFF.eticket number[protected]. Rs 2508*3=7524. And for K.K.Guha+3 PNR no.PTTGAQ.Eticket no[protected]. Rs 2500*4=10000.BUT when i cheked it shows that double amount debited from my account. When i complain this to the bank they replied that this the JET lite policy to debit the double amount.and return back half the amount after travelling.Is it right or ICICI bank gives me wrong information. Please do the needful and correct the same.

                                on sept. the 15th i purchased 2 airline tickets[protected] flight number s2655 from bombay to goa with my visa credit card upon arrival to goa i was told that my credit card transaction didn't go through i told to pay cash. i checked my statement today and discovered the credit card transaction went through for another 3000 rpz.

                                I was booking my ticket through my debit card (SBI) on 15.01.2010 between 11.00am to12.00pm, but due to some technical fault I did not get any conformation in my mobile or in my e-mail till 6.30pm, I therefore again booked my ticket in the name of Anuranjan Tiru through credit card which was confirm immedietly for 16.01.2010 at 16.25, hours.Now I see that rupees 6143/- has been deducted from my debit card. I want the said amount to be reverted in my account, since the person left for mumbai with the ticket purchase later.

                                i have travelled in jetlite on 2nd may2010 from Newdelhi to bangalore with flight numS2 235. my e ticket no is ETKT[protected].I need mail confirmation that i have travelled in that flight.i need to show that mail to my office.since i hav losted my bording pass.this is a urgent issue in my case since the etkt has been done by the company now they want to confirmed that i have travelled .i have mailed many times to jetlite in [protected]@jetlite.com

                                I booked a ticket for Aizawl to bangalore for 14th january 2014 . My PNR number is AJULQT and booking number is [protected] . Printed departure time was 12:55 pm. I reached Aizawl airport at 12:10 pm and when i went to Jetlite counter, the staffs informed me my flight 9W-2874 had already departed. I would have no complains if had reached after departure time and missed my flight . When i went to the ground crew, and instead of giving me refunds or rescheduling my flights, they told me to pay 13600 rupees more to get another Jetlite flight for the same day. This is totally inappropriate because it was entirely their fault as they did not even give me warning calls. I demand a refund of atleast the 13600 rupees i paid extra

                                  My PF number is MH39804/06624. My forms have been submitted to the Malad, kandivilli PF office on 25Jul08 and by mid of October i got back all my forms sent back to me from the PF office stating that my account number has been alloted to some one else.I immediately contacted Finance manager of Jet Airways Mumbai to reconfirm, but he assured me that the PF number i have mentioned is the correct one. I also have been receiving PF status slip from the PF office every assessment year which had the same PF number. How can just like that without checking the PF number properly send back all the forms ? I have been calling all the possible numbers of the PF office at Mumbai from Bangalore but unfortunately not even a single call was answered properly and as if now i never got a reply on my PF claim.When i check the status online it shows that my claim has been received by PF office on 01Aug and to check the status after 30days. I had submitted all my papers again to Jetairways which was sent again to the kandivilli PF office. It is going to be 125days since the PF office has received all my claim forms but still i am waiting patiently for response. No office can be so irresponsible as yours. Please update me on my PF status as i have been going through a trauma for no mistake of mine.

                                  With immense pain i am writing this letter to you, as nobody from jet airways posted at ahmedabad airport is concerned for customer grievances .Person there are rude & not willing to help or solve customer problem.

                                  I had returned from srilanka on 4th nov. 09 morning & took 5:40am Jet flight 9w 2001 from Mumbai to ahmedabad , after reaching ahmedabad i found my bag damage which was beyond repair, but your people suggested they will take it for repair or replacement of the shell ,you will be surprised to know no body turned up on the given time to pick up the bag, after making repeated call one driver came to collect that. After 2-3 days i enquired about the status & they told that somebody will come to deliver on Sunday but nobody turned up. Again i called on 9 nov.09 Monday they told they will deliver after 6:30pm but after repeated reminder one person turned up at 10pm without proper repair. I returned the bag & made complain to the concerned person Mr. Dron but till date my problem has not been not solved, my mail to customer care has also not resulted any result , i am still waiting for their reply.

                                  Is it so that for travelling by jet airway customer has to buy a new bag every time, if it is so then please mentioned the same on ticket.

                                  The response from the customer care & Jet people at ahmedabad airport is not helpful & not customer friendly.

                                  Hope you will look into this matter & take proper action for speedy settlement.

                                    tickets bearibg Nos.[protected] &[protected] were booked through Jetlite from Chennai to Port Blair (16th Oct 2008). The day before the flight i received a call saying my flight has been cancelled without any other arrangements. luckily i got a flight ontime from Kingfisher. I was told that i would get my refund in 1 week by a Jetlite agent. As of today i have made 9 calls and every time i receive information saying the refund will happen in 2 days. Is there any way i can take them to court for this. The agents are very rude and have also disconnected my call twice.

                                      I travelled from New Delhi to Lucknow on 16.11.2008 by Jetlite flight S2-161. I was among the few passangers who reported early. I requested for window seat 14C. It was shocking that the seat was next to the toilet of the aircraft. It was so stinking that it was nearly impossible to sit there. I asked the crew to change my saet. I was assured to get the seat changed after the plane starts to take off otherwise it was informed that the area will be sprayed with deodorent. Nothing was done at all and I had to travel in the hell like environment. It was a nightmare. I will have to think again to travel with jetlite.

                                      Jetlite — Misbehaviour by Ground crew

                                      Jetlite crew really made my experience with airlines a terrible one.

                                      Firstly mismanagement at the counter to collect boarding pass lead to miss my flight inspite of being at airport 1 hr before.The counter girl directed to me Supervisor, just said 'No' , you cant board without listening anything

                                      When I protested and told that the delay was not my fault, I got rude reply, ”That is
                                      why you are still standing here, otherwise we would have shown you the gate”. When
                                      asked to behave properly, out came the crude reply “I am trained to behave this way
                                      only”.
                                      I was accommodated in a flight scheduled to depart more than ten hours later for which I was initially asked to pay extra but being on the wrong foot the staff did not force for same.

                                      I hope that the Jet management will show due respect to the healthy customer relations

                                        1. I traveled by Jet Airways flight no. 9W 0812 from Bangalore to Delhi on 12 June 2008. As a result, my checked baggage (hard top trolley, brand new, purchased from outside India) was totally damaged. Mr Deepanshu from Customer Services posted at Delhi airport (at about 10 pm, 12.6.08) assured me that the trolley has to be replaced and would be delivered (vendor would come with 3-4 similar trolleys and one can be chosen) at my residence the very next day.

                                        2. Nothing happened. After about two-three weeks some one called from Jet airways and requested me that the damaged trolley should be handed over to the vendor first. I agreed but requested for a receipt (as I wouldn’t have any proof that trolley has been collected from me). After lot of persuasion, the caller agreed.

                                        3. Nothing happened. After 3-4 weeks, Ms Dalia rang up two times and requested as above (point no.2) and again after lot of persuasion agreed that damaged trolley would be collected against a receipt and new one would be delivered at the residence.

                                        4. Nothing happened. I lodged even a written complaint in the register kept at Delhi airport Customer Services’ counter and also requested Mr Amitava Kundu, Senior Asstt., Customer Services who promised that within 48 hrs the trolley would be replaced.

                                        5. Five months gone by, nothing has happened so far. In between I have tried to contact senior officers but the access was denied by above named officials (moreover, each one of them posed themselves as the ‘Senior Officer’).

                                        Five months is extremely long period for a simple issue like this! Why the promises are made and false assurances given to the customers? Why the customers are not allowed to access Senior Officers? OR IS IT THAT SUCH GUIDELINES ARE PROVIDED BY MANAGEMENT ITSELF?

                                        May I request the ‘Management’ to look in to the matter SERIOUSLY and take action against the erring officials under intimation to me?
