I had put up my profile on shine.com job portal, [protected] . I got email from hr.[protected]@outlook.com. They sounded very professional . They put up a fake telephonic interview also. They asked me to pay 2000 registration fees, which i paid . Later i checked this website and saw other people's similar complaints .i wish to get the refund . dont fall for this people

    Pnr: xtvqzs; my ticket: ixm-maa & maa-del on 07th december. Flight for ixm-maa cancelled by jet airways offering no alternate flight. Now when requested for refund i am informed by goibibo that the refund is declined by the airlines. I did not get any option for the alternate flight so i arranged my ticket ixm-maa and travelled maa-del as per above pnr.

      I took jet airways flight from delhi to Guwahati on 14th Jan. They completely Damaged my bag. It cant be used now.I biught this bag few months bag at Rs 15, 000.

      There was no one present from jet airways side at the belt counter for 1 hour to address our concern!

      Finally after complaining with helpdesk someone came from jet airways side. They were completely ignorant about the complaint.

      Then they try to negotiate with Rs 1, 000 as compensation for Rs 15, 000 bag.
      I want to file a suit against them in court.They are completely ignorant about passengers.

        I am getting this message for past 1 month and still they are reviwing and retricted my account..
        They are asking now for new id proof I do not know why suddenly so...

          Because if jet airways staff members, the guest assistant i missed my flight on 7th jan 2019. I was having my tickets to jakarta and when i was at checkin counter the assistant said that ma'am flight is full you cannot travel in the same flight. His name was ishaan.
          Then i went to duty manager she said flight is closed you are late. And i was standing i a queue since 6:20am and my flight was at 8:00 am. While standing there i asked the staff members they said you stand in queue we will call you.

          Rachel - duty manager
          Madhuri - senior assistant

          All three where giving different statements
          And last i have to buy new tickets

          There was not at all my fault, you can check cctv footage also.

          I want appropriate reply from airlines and compensation.

          Will wait for your reply.

          Dear Ms Dani,



          Thank you for writing to us. I refer to your e-mail communication below. We regret for the delay in responding to you .



          I am sorry to note your disappointment, as you were unable to travel on your planned journey from Mumbai to Jakarta via Bangkok on 07th Of January, 2019.

          Ms Dani, it is our constant endeavour to provide efficient services and that every guest has a pleasant and comfortable flight. I would like to share with you the below based on our enquirers:

          Please allow me to share with you that guests are required to carry checked-in baggage as per the baggage allowance mentioned on the ticket. Staff at airports is not authorized to waive off any excess baggage. Our record indicate you were holding When you approached our check-in counters, you were holding the checked-in baggage weight above the permissible limit. Hence our staff requested you to shuffle the weight in your cabin baggage to avoid inconvenience for payment of excess baggage weight . Therefore you will appreciate that our staff assisted you as per the guidelines and also informed you that the check-in counters were about to close.



          Further when you again approached our staff for check-ins, however the check-in counters were closed and staff was unable to accept you on this flight. Allow me to mention that as per DGCA guidelines, the check-in counter for our domestic flight closes 45mins prior to flight departure and guests are advised to report at the boarding gate 25mins prior to departure. The same is mentioned on the boarding card.



          Our enquiries also indicate that you approached our staff after standing in the que for a longer time. Had you approached any our staff immediately after completing the adjustment of bagagge weight, our staff would have surely accommodated you on this flight. However you would appreciate that all our airport activities our time bound . Hence accepting guest after the flight is closed results in reopening the flight once again and redoing the departure formalities which delays the flight and inconveniences all other guests who have reported earlier. All our airport procedures are at par with the standard operating procedures.

          In such situations, the applicable reissue/cancellation penalties are levied as per the fare rules of the ticket. However our manager assisted you by rebooking you on the next available flight on 10th Of Janauray, 2019 with the minimum fare difference and waived off the penalty charges. This was done an exception and one time gesture understanding the inconvenience experienced by you.

          However, I am really sorry to note that the handling of the situation by our staffs were not to your expectation which was certainly not intentional. I do apologize for any impression gathered and our teams have been briefed for better handling.



          At Jet, guest feedback is of paramount importance to us, as it is only through comments such as yours, that we are able to monitor and improve the standards and quality of our service.

          In view of the above we regret our inability to offer a favourable response for compensation as requested.

          I thank you for taking the efforts to write to us. It is a pleasure to have you as our guest and we look forward to welcome your family and you onboard our flights soon.

          And this is my reply:
          For your kind information I was not traveling in domestic flight, it was international.

          And I was at the check-in counter prior 60mins not 45mins, why don't you check your cctv.

          And yes I have approached your staff immediately but his statement was "Sorry ma'am, the flight is full you cannot travel in the same flight".

          Is this fair?

          How can he say that when I have my tickets. When he said this to me I immediately asked him to talk to his manager but he was not taking any courtesy to stand up and go. He started taking another guest while I was standing there.

          You better check your cctv footage. Otherwise I will surely take some strict steps.

          We don't like to fight and argue with you people as we have many other work to do but when we are correct we will definitely fight.

          And yes your manager gave me tickets for 10th of January in less amount and I took that because I was struggling inside airport and my family was struggling outside, I was not well couldn't fight and argue more and can't let my family stand outside for such a long time.

          Again I will tell you please check your cctv footage and check what time I was there at the counter.

          Hoping again for some positive answer.

          WHAT SHOULD I DO???????
          YOU PLEASE CHECK YOUR CCTV FOOTAGE AND THEN TELL ME WHAT TIME I WAS THERE AT THE CHECKIN COUNTER????????

            This is to bring kind attention that we group of 9 people were travelling on 12jan 2019 from jorhat airport assam to delhi via 2:40 pm jorhat to delhi flight. 9w 957. We reached the airport by 2:00pm as we were struglingbon roads because of some road blockages dur some political or some issues in the area... We had couple of senior citizens with us... But jet executive mr. Sumonto at counter denied us to board, i requested a lot as we were having our time and 60, 000 rs on stake. Its a very small airport and no passangers were there for other flights, people were just boarding and i can see from the lobby... They were discussing that why to take tension and they finally refused to proceed and even just wasted 15 mins to confirm this... Mr. Sumanto was very rude and even other staff said we dont want to take rush check ins, and said we dont know what you will do if you cant travel. Even i requested to just board members without luggage and will travel in second flight with luggage... But they didnt allowed that also... 35 mins were remaing and people were boarding. No consideration amd support for a group traveller.

            Then i had to book next day flight again spending approx 60 k... On this un supportive jet brand.

            Please help me to get proper solution for my expenses and bad hospitality and support from jet executives... No senior person was their to help us out.

              I'm famila yadav had been traveling on jetairways flight -9w 912 from delhi to cochin on 31 december 2018, departure time -16:55, i have not yet received a bag which belonged to me, and it has been more than week and i'm not getting any proper replies from the jet airways company, my necessary clothes and toiletries, jewellery have been stuck up in that bag, and i'm suffering with great problems, and the company is least bothered to make any necessary action.

              I have onboarding on jet airways flight from Singapore to Mumbai. The service provided by the airlines is very very poor. They are not at all thinking about there client. Airhostess are too bad, they are not communicating with there clients properly. This is the worst airlines, and I recommend not to travel with it.
              I booked a flight of jet airways via cheap tickets.in of 6 january 2019 on 20.30 pm but suddenly jetairways cancel this flight before departure 3 hr.than I maked a call to jetairways they saying that your flight cancel and you have eligible for full amount refund from booking agent .So please return my full amount .

                मैंने जेट एयरवेज का टिकट बुक किया था मुंबई से भुज / भुज से मुंबई - PNR - BFYBIQ / FUHVXO श्री लालजी विश्राम हिरन के नाम से
                जब वे मुंबई से भुज आए रहे थे तब भी उनके पास उतना ही सामान था पर उनसे किसी प्रकार का अन्य शुल्क नहीं लिया गया था
                परन्तु आज जब वे भुज से मुंबई जा रहे थे तब उनसे ज्यादा सामान केहकर 15500 रूपए लिए गए है। मैं आपसे ये जानता चाहता हु की मुंबई से जब वे
                आ रहे थे तब उनका सामान था तो उस समय उन्हें बिना किसी शुल्क के बोर्ड कैसे करने दिया,
                यहाँ भुज एयरपोर्ट पर कृपाली मैडम जो जेट एयरवेज में कार्यरत है उन्होंने कहा की एजेंट ने मतलब मैंने टिकट अलग से बनाई है
                जो की बिलकुल गलत बात है मैंने मुंबई से भुज और भुज से मुंबई टिकट एक साथ बनाई है जिसके साक्ष्य मेरे पास है
                दोनों के बुकिंग टाइम और दिनांक एक ही है, तो सबसे पहले तो वो मुझे बदनाम कर रही है जिसमे मेरी कोई भी गलती नहीं है,
                और दूसरी बात अगर उनके पास ज्यादा सामान था तो उन्हें मुंबई एयरपोर्ट पर आने पे ही क्यों नहीं कहा गया,
                मैं इनकी इंटरनेशनल फ्लाइट साथ ही बुक कर रहा था पर जेट एयरवेज जान बुजके डोमेस्टिक साथ में नहीं दिखा रही थी फ्लाइट क्या जेट एयरवेज
                इस प्रकार से पैसे कमाने का सोचती है, और अपने यात्रियों को जो विश्वास करके जेट एयरवेज में टिकट बुक करवाते है उन्हें इस प्रकार ठगती है
                मुझे इस पूरी बात पर आपकी रिपोर्ट चाहिए।
                मेरे पास पुरे सबूत है की मैंने टिकट साथ ही बुक की है आपकी कंपनी में कार्यरत महिला ये बोल रही है की मैंने अलग से टिकट बुक की है
                जो सरासर गलत बात है। और अगर इस बात संज्ञान मुझे नहीं दिया गया की क्या बात है तो मैं मजबूरन जेट एयरवेज का बहिष्कार करूँगा
                मेरे ग्राहकों, मित्रो और सम्पूर्ण लोग जो मेरे साथ जुड़े है उन्हें जेट एयरवेज का बहिष्कार करने को कहूंगा

                  I have booked the ticket through make my trip on 8th jan 2019 from bagdogra to delhi by jet airways flying date onward tue 22nd jan 2019 and return thu 21st feb 2019, name mrs. Sabita gurung ticket booking id nn[protected],
                  But as per the passport name is mrs. Sabita chettri but by mistake there is written sabita gurung. But when i request to the make my trips and jet airways customer care they are saying it is not possible to change the surname even they are not refunding the amount of the ticket where as the ticket cost is 22, 808.00 rupees. Now they are saying there will be zero refund. There is a passport no. Mention while buying the ticket through makemy trips. Pls. Help me

                    Sir,

                    I, rakesh kumar am writing this regarding the nightmare currently i am going from your negligence.

                    That i travelled to paris, france from new delhi, india (Igi intl airport t3) on jan 4, 2014 through your airline [pnr: pyefbx] and i had a connecting flight from abu dhabi intl to paris de gaulle.

                    That on reaching paris de gaulle, i didn't received my baggage at the airport. I brought the matter to the notice of baggage handling official and registered a complaint with details as:
                    Reference no: cdgey82833
                    Date: 05/01/2019

                    That, i also informed your staff at the airport, they assured me that my baggage would be delivered to me within 72 hours. Till now, i have received no call from your airline. And i have sent so many emails to your airlines.
                    That, i have come to grenoble, france through paris de gaulle airport to attend a scientific course for a period of 4 weeks and presently i am staying at séjours & affaires grenoble marie curie, 58 rue félix esclangon, 38000 grenoble.in the further segment of the course, we will be shortly going for the field campaigns at high altitudes in the alps, which are the part of the course programme.

                    That, for stay in france, i had carried warm clothes including 3 winter jackets, sweaters, snow shoes, gloves, winter cap, medicines, inners, thermals, laptop charger, international adapter, binoculars and eatables in my baggage.

                    Since my baggage is lost, i have been wearing the same clothes for the last 4 days and have no more clothes herewith me it is quite cools here. I have spent all the money for buying eatables and medicines and left with no more money to manage my stay in the france.

                    As i am badly struck now, and that too only because of your negligence. I have not changed my dress since i arrived in france. I will never forget this nightmare and would suggest my family and friends not to travel ever with your airline. As you have caused so much harm to me, i will definitely drag you to court and make sure that strict action is taken against your airline.

                    I request you to deliver my baggage at the earliest and also provide me a compensation of at least 5000 euro at the earliest so that i can manage my further stay in france.

                    Feedback: I, Rakesh Kumar am writing this regarding the nightmare currently I am going from your negligence. That I travelled to Paris, France from New Delhi, India (IGI Intl Airport T3) on Jan 4 2018 through your airline [PNR- PYEFBX] and I had a connecting flight from Abu Dhabi Intl to Paris de Gaulle. That on reaching Paris de Gaulle, I didn't received my baggage at the Airport. I brought the matter to the notice of baggage handling official and registered a complaint with details as:

                    That, I also informed your staff at the airport, they assured me that my baggage would be delivered to me within 72 hours. Till now, I have received no call from your airline. And I have sent so many emails to your airlines. For stay in France, I had carried warm clothes including 3 winter jackets, sweaters, snow shoes, gloves, winter cap, medicines, inners, thermals, laptop charger, international adapter, binoculars and eatables in my baggage. Since my baggage is lost, I have been wearing the same clothes for the last 4 days and have no more clothes herewith me it is quite cools here. I have spent all the money for buying eatables and medicines and left with no more money to manage my stay in the France.
                    As I am badly struck now, and that too only because of your negligence. I have not changed my dress since I arrived in France. I will never forget this nightmare and would suggest my family and friends not to travel ever with your airline. As you have caused so much harm to me, I will definitely drag you to court and make sure that strict action is taken against your airline. I request you to deliver my baggage at the earliest and also provide me a compensation of at least 5000 Euro at the earliest so that I can manage my further stay in France.

                    The complaint on damaged baggage has to be submitted not later than 7 days following the flight at the airport or at the site of the air carrier.
                    The air carrier had to issue PIR or damaged report.
                    For possible compensation:
                    you need to hire the lawer for charge in oder to bring the case to the court,
                    to explain the facts for lawyer
                    to own BAG TAG, PIR or damage dreport, the prove of damages.

                      I would like to lodge a complaint about the services provided from jet airways. I had booked a flight for the 5th of jan going to mangalore and gotten a specific itinerary which i was following. I had not gotten any updates or emails about the change in flight and was informed only once i got to the airport.
                      They got me into the next flight which was on the 6th of january but was not compensated for my cab fare and the inconvenience caused for my extended stay. I want to file a complaint and request for a monetary compensation.
                      I hope you revert back as soon as possible.

                      You have not
                      - stated the date and place of purchace,
                      - air carrier PNR number
                      - attached your e-ticket, which show that you had purchaced unknown flight with the Jet Airways air carrier,
                      - attached the boarding pass or PNR for new unknown 6JAN19 flight from unknown to unknown airports.

                      Such deficiencies affect your rights to lodge the complaint and to receive the compensation at the site of air carrier.
                      Formally you can claim anything from air carrier. at air carrier site.
                      But law of the particular jurisdiction regarding the compensation in similar cases are different.
                      Air carrier has 15 or 30 days, depnding upon juriosdiction, to compensate or to refuse to compensate.
                      In more than 95% air carriers refuse to compensate due to failures of the passengeers.

                      If you do not know, where and how to submit the complaint, following 15 days of yor lodging at the air carrier site or in person, you can hire a lawyer / legal professional to assit you for charge in the court, which have the correct jurisdiction for your particular case.

                        I have booked a ticket from bangkok to delhi on 17 feb 2019 but at the time of payment, error occurred "sorry you have exceeded maximum number of payment retries. You would be redirected back or you can book again by selecting the 'start button" and neither msg received to me but my balance got deducted from my account so i booked another ticket for the same after that i got mail regarding confirmation of my next booking transaction


                        But, i have received any msg for refund of my earlier failed booking for which error accured and i haven't received any refund for that..

                        Such type of complaints are unclear as no documents are seen:-
                        - name of passenger, obviously it can not be " anagh" only
                        - place / time where the incident had happened.
                        - PNR, which you attempt to book, if you own it, otherwise give a good reason of the absence,
                        - prove of loss - bank receipt / other receipt

                        If you need the refund, you need to submit the correct complaint due to luck of receipt / e-ticket with the exact requesites, desription of the facts, attached documents of loss/deduction of money with the exact request (I want 100 ruppes for the ...) to operator of the site, which promiise dyou to issue eticket or to your card issuer - unknown bank .
                        Both ahe air carrier / the bank have 15 days for the decsicion on the refund following the receipt of the correct complaint.

                        Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same service provider.

                        All disputes in 15 days following the correct complaint are subject of the examination by Indian or by Thailand court, upon your choice.
                        The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
                        - government fees from 2000 rupees, if in India, or from 3500 THB, if in Thailand
                        - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional start from !~6000 rupees, if in India, or from from ~4000 THB, if in Thailand,
                        or from EUR ~300, if you want to make the claim against air carrier in Europe (also possible).

                        The fair court shall award the proved losses, moral compensation, paid fees by the final decision/judgemnt.

                          I'm writing this mail as i had to book a ticket from chennai to delhi on 5th jan 2019.
                          I accidentally booked a ticket for 5th dec 2018.
                          Now, i understand that it was my absence of mind and therefore i'm liable for the loss of rs. 3500/- which is what i paid for the ticket.
                          Now the issue is failure of intimation via sms/ phone call even after the concerned date that is 5th of dec 2018. If i had got a message at least after the flight departed i would have booked another flight for rs 3500 as the date was a month away.
                          I came to know about the mistake only when reached the chennai airport on 5th jan 2019.
                          I had to book the cheapest available ticket ehich cost me rs 10, 497/-
                          All the relevant details are attached with this mail.

                          I demand a compensation of rs. 10, 497/- which is the amount i had to pay for a ticket to delhi on 5th jan 2019.

                          It is impossible to cheack such type of the complaint objectivel as nobody exept the author and the air carrir / travle agent sees any related document :
                          1. passenger name in full / email / address
                          2.1. issued e-ticket in full, which shows the conditions of cancellation / change / refund etc
                          or
                          2.2. Air carrier reservation in full and a separate receipt.

                          3. It is unclear, what was the fault of the air carrier.

                          4. Your own complaint with a good reason for refund.

                          All legal complains have to be submitted in written to the air carrir at
                          a) the air carrier site or
                          b) to the air carrir e-mail box or
                          c) in person at their office.

                          No piece of the above document is attached here.

                          To chack the validity of the complaint for the possible compensation or the refund is a duty of the air carrir within 15 days.

                          In 15 days, if you are not satisfied, you can hire a legal professional for civil aviation matters or a lawyer for charge/fee, who can advise the possible outcome or future acts, based on your attached documents.

                            I was at the Mumbai International Airport heading to Dehradun. I had all my documents intact, including a printout of the e-ticket that got me my boarding pass. With my luggage already checked-in, I happened to misplace my (self check-in) boarding pass, while the boarding waa ongoing. But there was no help offered by the ground staff whatsoever in getting another boarding pass printed out or providing any solution. They kept on saying, we can't give you another pass. Due to this, I missed my flight. While my luggage was returned, it was very very upsetting to have been offered no assistance or solution. I’ve always had high regards for Jet Airways and the quality of their service. But this was thoroughly disappointing.

                              We had booked 4 tickets to mangalore (Pnr no. Pnakkh) from mumbai thru a travel agent for travelling on 23rd dec 2018 at 9.30 am flight. We had booked these tickets in the month of july. During this period, we had received message from airlines twice that the flight has been delayed by 15 minutes and hence the flight will take off at 9.45 am.

                              On 23rd dec, though we had reached the airport by 8.50 am, we were not issued boarding pass and we were told that already 150 passengers have been boarded the flight. We are sure jet had allotted our seats to some other passengers (23rd dec flight cost, per passenger was rs.25000). They did not even had the courtesy to accommodate us in next flight. I am sure the flight was on time, and they sent us the message for 15 minutes flight delay, just to fool us.

                              At that moment, i requested them to cancel my tickets, so that at least i will get some money refund. The counter staff told me that they cancelled my ticket and now i got a refund of rs.296 per passenger for no show.

                              First of all, they utilized my tickets and made extra bucks and even they ate my ticket money, as well. This is how you fool your customers, which is not at all fair. After losing our entire airfare, we had to buy bus tickets for double the cost and travel mangalore all the way for the next 20 hours by bus.

                              Further, while returning from mangalore to mumbai though our flight was at 16.10 hours, the boarding counter was open till 16.10 pm and flight took off at 16.25 hours. Now where your rule & regulations have gone? Are they only for your convenience?

                              Under the above circumstances, i request you to kindly refund my full airfare without any further delay.

                                My flight was on 24 dec at 2:30am from delhi to toronto (Canada). The flight have stay at amsterdam (Neitherland) which was told to us of 3 hrs 20 minutes but on the day the stay was of 6 hours due to this stay my another flight has been missed which was from toronto to winnipeg. The company has given fake reviews to us. On the ticket the arriving time was written 7:40am but flight has been arrived at 12:00 pm due to delayed of flight my parents was so worried and the information given on the ticket was tottaly fake. I am very upset with the service of jet airways. It was my fresh experience of travelling in the plane but my experience is very bad. I am tottaly fed up with the service of jet airways..

                                Thereis a standard compensation for the delay also.

                                The air carrier has 15 days for the satisfaction comenstion or for its refusal following the rceipt of the complaint. In 15 days all dsiputes due to delay can be in local court (IN DIA or Canada) only.

                                Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same service provider.
                                All disputes in 15 days following the correct complaint receipt are subject of the examination by Indian court.
                                The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
                                -- government fees [ from 200 ruppes or from ~100CAD ],
                                - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [from 5000 rupees, if in India, or from about 200CAD in Canada or elsewhere]
                                The court shall award the proved losses and moral compensation by the final decsion.

                                  I had traveled from dubai to delhi on 31 dec 18-01 jan 19 (9w05470, e ticket 9w dxbhzl seq/132 slqzse seat no. 31a, b and c), and it was to my shock and dis-belief that at delhi airport, i was very casually informed by your ground staff that all my four pieces of luggage (Marked fragile) has not been transported and the same would be sent to my address in a day or two. I wonder what sense of responsibility does the people on duty discharge? The callous and in sensitiveness of your ground staff further baffles me, as i am a indian naval officer and my luggage consists of items which are very precious to me which i have purchased with my hard earned money. Plz ensure my luggage reaches my transit address-commander manoj kg, room no. 12, kota house, near shahjahan rd, upsc, man singh road area, new delhi 110011.                                     My fight was the first flight the aircraft took for the day and no soap was filled in the both the rear washrooms as soon as the flight took off (It means the soap did not finish during the flight)
                                    The matter was reported to the cabin crew but no concern was shown towards hygiene for passengers. Nor did the crew had a suggestion/complaint form to highlight this issue.
                                    The passengers had no option but to forego their meal or eat with their dirty hands after they have used the morning washroom.
                                    Possibly, the crew members also used the washroom during the flight. They happily served the meal to their passengers with dirty hands too.

                                    Such abysmal service is not expected from a great carrier airlines like jet airways.

I want to go chennai i reach mumbai at jet air ways counter at 07:00 that time they are telling boarding going on not possible to go chanange ticket to 10 am flight. Iam waiting in q they take 1hr30 mints to attend. Again they tell u book 1:30pm ticket and get money 2100rupees. This delay only lot of q in front of jet airways. Mumbai jet air ways team very bad & leasy to give support. If they are work fast my fist flight not miss. There is no use to go flight this much delay. Iam not happy with mumbai survey team support.

                                        When checking in at bangkok for delhi the manager at the floor refused to let my husband travel due to passport page shortage issue. We have an 8 months baby who was traveling first time with us and he was hoping they and sleepy and the wait of more than 1 hour at the counter in arguments with her distressed him. We pleaded with her a lot to let my husband through as it's an immigration matter at india and we are british passport holders but she lacked any empathy and consideration. I couldn't travel without my husband with a small baby. At the last minute she put my husband through to her boss arun on the phone and he understood and let us go in. We had to rush to catch our flight therein. It's been 2 days still return and our baby has not normalised yet from the trauma caused at the check-in by her, named tapanee. Even i was in poor health that i told her, and my situation got excarberated by the stress and is yet to normalise.
                                        Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        The author can not complaint anything because
                                        no piece of the document is produced in the complaint:
                                        - passenger full name
                                        - order / ref / booking number
                                        or
                                        - e-ticket
                                        - the agent''s ful name, if any.
                                        - time when events happened,
                                        - what was the falt of the air carrier agent in 1 pahrse
                                        - monetory compensation expressed in figures

                                        So, such anonymous complaint has no grounds and has no reasons.
