I lost my baggage while traveling from nepal to saoudi rehad airport. I was unable to find bag in saoudi airport and unable to complain also beacous my boarding is lost in immigration but i have boarding card from nepal to delhi i can find my bag using this card or not there is my all documents and information of my career so please if you have any idea please suggest me

    Tried to book a ticket for flight 9w858 using jet airways mobile phone app. Payment gateway deducted rs. 5699 as price of ticket. However no ticket was ever issued. Airline has not refunded the money either. The payment gateway citrus wrote "your transaction ol[protected] processed on[protected] for rs. 5699/- is a successful transaction." and asked me to contact jet airways. However airline has not refunded any money for the ticket that was never issued.

    I have booked 9:25pm flight bangalore to mumbai 10th march2019.
    Initially money got deducted and ticket not generated.
    I booked the same ticket again repeating the exercise.
    But I wonder whether the initial transaction will be refunded?

      My wife was booked to travel. To kolkata from heathrow, via mumbai on 29th january 2019 by 9w115 and 9w629.
      We were informed that the first flight was delayed by 55 mins and on 29th morning we were told that 9w629 was cancelled and she has been re-booked on 9w623, after a delay of six hours in mumbai.
      At mumbai there was no airlines staff helping the delayed passengers from the flight and there was no refreshment or food provided as the response was 'the flight was re-booked earlier so there is no provision for any food etc, you have to buy it on your own'.
      The sad part was that the flight to kolkata did not accept cash indian currency and payment was to be made only in card. This defies logic totally!

      We live in uk and do not have indian credit cards hence my wife went hungry. Bravo jet airways. Would certainly like your comments.

        Hi,
        I have lost my baggage by jet airways on 4th jan 2019. I have checked in at in hong kong when i was travelling from hong kong to delhi but didn’t receive in delhi airport.
        That beg was worth of 5 lacs, i had 2 iphone x, one i pad, chocolates, gifts cloths and documents.
        Now after 26 days, jet airways is offering only 18k against my beg.

        Plz help against this fraud company

          I had booked ticket to doha for 16th oct 2018 for 3 persons. I reached the counter at about 4 pm. Some promotion was going on for an upgrade. I gave my passport to the concerned for the upgrade. On looking to my passport the gentleman told me that my passport was having an ecr stamp and you will not get visa on arrival and you will not be issued boarding. He helped me out by sending me to the counter to cancel the tickets. I had no option. The lady at the counter told me that the tickets have been cancelled and the refund will be sent to the account from which the tickets have been issued. As the tickets was done by my travel agent, i informed him about the same. Long time has passed but the money is yet to come. Kindly help me out. Pnr ndc9mz. Jet airways flight no.9w-554 and 9w-553

            My flight was scheduled at 7am from chennai to mumbai on 29jan19 for an exam which i was for last 6 months. I got a message stating that my flight is canceled at 10.20pm on 28jan19. There was not even a call to state that this flight is canceled. I was fortunate enough to see the message else i would have missed my exam for which i had paid ₹48000/-no alternates provided after that and i called up customer care and had to wait for 40 minutes on call to get connected to an executive and asked what options i have and they told that i will be provided tickets for the same flight on 30jan19 even after i mentioning that i have to attend my exam. Then he gave an option to go from bangalore, next is to to pune from chennai, then a flight which would reach by 6pm inspite of me telling that i have my exam at 1pm and have to reach mumbai by 12pm at any cost. Then he gave an option to put us on 1 flight at 9.35am which would reach by 11.45am but the catch is he could do a split pnr and by that time if someone books the other seat, he cannot help. I had booked for 2 and a kid. Then i asked him to atleast cancel and give me a refund which he did, but yet to receive the amount. I paid ₹8457 for 3 people and i had to book in some other flight late night on 28jan19 and had to pay ₹23500 for 3 people. Will jet airways compensate for this now? Barring this, i lost my peace of my mind due to this, i was not even sure if i will write my exam until my ticket was booked in the other flight. Attached the message that i received on cancelation of flight.

              Dear sir
              I had booked manglore delhi direct flight of jet airways for travelling on 09/02/2018 of my son. They had changed my itenray without my consent via banglore. I had tried my level best to reach to them through their customer care. After long holds & tries i still could not reach to them, as their syetem has so many filters & customer unfriendly.
              My booking id is lsaoxx.
              Nor i am able to cancel, i shall be missing my onward jouney as per their schedule. Please help me.

              There is no way that we can reach to JET AIRWAYS. They had contacted me & assure of cancellation without any deduct ion. But as Jet being a sinking ship has been exploring these stunts. As most of their fleet is grounded. Latest report 19 plane. This has costed me thrice to change to other airline.

              ok. This is very bad. Without calling or asking my consent, they changed my itinary which reaches 6 hrs later than the original arrival. All my travel plans will change because of this. I want to know that even if I somehow contact them and make them reschedule the flight as per my convenience, still I had to undergo all this trouble and I will still have to make other travel changes because of this change which will have additional expenses. Who is to pay for that ? Am I eligible to claim anything from Jet because of this ?

                I booked a flight on january 13, 2019 for january 21, 2019 to february20, 2019 from toronto pearson yyz to amritsar. My flight was supposed to reach at the destination on jan23 at 5.13am but instead it reached at 2pm. Our flight from london heathrow was missed due to air canada flight reached late at london heathrow. We had to stay at london airport for almost 11 hours without any accomodation provided by the airline which caused me too much inconvience cause i was sick too. They switched us on qatar airsways. Moreover my baggage did not arrive yet so far! I had three bags and i paid for the third bag $225. Please advise me what should i do!! I am too upset!! I have paid for full insurance and blue bag ribbons.. The jetairways staff is not co operting.. They are very rude... I got a call from mumbai that my three bags are there but no one is coming to claim them.. I am told to call jetairways and when i called them then please dohope to hear from you soon told the same by qatar airways.. I am going through depression by seeing this bad indian system.. I am not coming to damn country again!! Thats why foreign is fara far away better than this!!

                  I was traveling from mumbai to bali via connecting flights by jet airways.
                  Our first flight was from mumbai to bangalore and in first flight only food which we received was pathetic, there was human hair in food box, same i shown to flight supervisor also, after 10 mins of food consumption, my wife was not feeling ok and then she did vomiting.
                  So are we paying high to such global brand for this kind of service?
                  If some mistake happen by us they charge us then why we are not eligible.

                    Bought 3 tickets from colombo, sri lanka to mumbai, in economy class. Went online to upgrade to business class after a few days. The whole reason for the upgrade was to use the business lounge since we were travelling all day and wanted to rest before the flight.
                    I went to check in at the colombo airport and was standing at the economy counter. Was surprised to find out my offer ($170.00 usd per ticket in addition to my price for the original ticket) was accepted. However i can not use the business lounge, i was told because of a certain type of economy ticket.
                    The whole reason for the upgrade was to use the business lounge since we were travelling all day and wanted to rest before the flight.
                    I told them that there was no reason for me to pay$500 usd for a 2 hr flight if i can not have access to the lounge and i would prefer to cancel the upgrade.
                    Sorry, we can grant you business class access and can not cancel the upgrade.
                    Horrible policy. Talked to the supervisor and the manager at the airport in colombo. Very sympathetic, ' but we can not do anything. That is the policy'

                      I am Bipasha Saha from Kolkata, WB. I am A jobseeker. So I approached Shine.com. I got a call from Recruiter Shanaya Singh from India job Potal. She sent me mail and asked money because my cv has selected for groundstaff in kolkata airport by Jet airways.They took Rs.59, 250 as registration fees, documents verification, training charge, medical test. First they told to pay for online test and they connected my call to HR for interview and they told that my joining would be on 14th Jan, 2019. Then they changed the date to 20th jan, 2019. They connected my all calls with HR management group(as they said) and took a telephonic interview. So I believed and sent the amount they asked. They told that full amount is refundable after joining from company side.Their all mails are mentioned below.

                        I am writing this to bring to your attention the indecency of your staff at the dubai airport. My parents namely, gurmeet singh & daljeet kaur were travelling on 24th jan from dubaii to mumbai on flight which was earlier mentioned as 9w557, now changed to 9w525.

                        Upon arrival at the airport, they were told that there is no seat on the flight and that they will have to book another one. Your staff claims that they sent an email very much earlier agreeing to this change of flight nos. And to inform people. Sadly, i booked the flights and i did not receive any such emails. Keeping in mind to make this trip memorable for my parents, i was extra careful with everything only to wait for it to turn into a nightmare for them, thanks to you.

                        With just an hour left for their flight to take off, they were left helpless with nowhere to go, and when my father booked another flight in haste, he was told, that by god's grace to have 2 last seats left, as if you've granted them a huge favor by providing them with seats, that they paid for in advance, thanks again. He not only lost money with the other booking, but unfortunately lost hope with your airlines too. I have traveled with you so many times, not once i expected this from jet airways, but it only takes one moment.

                          My baggage was not loaded in the flight 9w121 from london heathrow to delhi on 20th jan, 2019. While boarding the flight itself i told them to check for my bag but they were very lazy to check or track the bag. As per them if you don't receive it in delhi then make a complaint at delhi office.
                          At delhi airport my baggage was not received so i contacted an agent of jet airways. They told that they already got an email about my baggage from london office so they took my complaint (File reference : del9w88888) and told that my baggage will come on 21st jan, 2019 and i will receive it at my home address in delhi.
                          On 21st jan, 2019 i made so many calls to the call center and they don't have an update about the baggage itself.
                          Till today 22 jan, 2019 the bag is not loaded at london airport itself and india team is not able to contact the london team for an update. Horrible worst coordination and lazy airlines i have ever seen and they are least bothered about the passengers luggage and their worries.

                            I travelled by klm/jet airways flight from calgary to bangalore on 11-dec-2018. On landing at bangalore i found that my baggage was missing. (File reference kl 885797). Jet airways acknowledged the mess-up. Since i had only one checked in baggage i had no change clothes to carry on. Jet agreed to reimburse any reasonable expenses towards this.

                            I filled up the necessary custom clearance form and jet agreed to clear it in bangalore and have it sent to my address in chennai - my final destination - the next day. Instead they sent the baggage from amsterdam to chennai instead of to bangalore. So i had to go chennai airport the next day to have it cleared as i needed my full clothes and other essential items.

                            Jet sent me a claim form asking me fill-it up. I did it on 16-dec-2018. After that they have been dragging their feet to settle the issue. I need you help.

                              Made the mistake of booking a connecting flight from bhuj via mumbai through jet airways.
                              As the transit time between connecting flights was very short, and since i was travelling with aged folks i had asked for some assistance.
                              - the person who checked us in at bhuj mentioned that air stewards aboard flight would assist.
                              - the air stewards in turn said they cannot help and asked me to check with mumbai ground staff.
                              - finally, the ground staff 'helped' by saying walk straight and you will 'find your way'. After huffing and puffing through the terminal we boarded our flight to our destination in the nick of time.
                              Deeply disappointed by the apathy and unprofessional conduct of the airline staff at bhuj and mumbai.

                                Dear sir,

                                On date 13.07.2018, i was booked the ticket from madurai to pune travel journey on 26.12.2018

                                Mr vishwas ashok khedekar - 589 [protected]

                                Mrs ashwini vishwas khedekar[protected]

                                Mrs aruna ashok khedekar[protected]

                                Miss anushka vishwas khedekar[protected]

                                Ticket issued was from madurai to chennai & further chennai to pune.

                                Total amount paid was - 13360/- inr

                                On 22.11.2018 i received the message from jet air ways as below,

                                "dear guest, we regret to inform that your flight 9w799 26dec18 from ixm to maa is cancelled due to operational reasons. For assistance with refund please call"

                                Accordingly i have given call to your call center for cancel of ticket and refund me all payment.

                                Your call center has confirmed that since the flight is cancelled by jet airways no money will deduct and all the money will be refund.

                                But i have received only 2940*4=11760/- on 25 nov 2018

                                Rs. 1600/- is short fall in refund.

                                Pl. Note i was told that all the payment will get refunded.

                                I again request you to refund my remaining money.

                                  This is in reference to your below email regarding the cancellation of the flight 9w 235 from amsterdam to bangalore on 06th of january, 2019.

                                  At the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you, due to the technical delay. At jet airways, achieving reliability of operations is a matter of primary importance to us. Every effort is being made in this regard. We know how important it is for our guests to reach their destination on time. We recognize that such delays cause inconvenience and upset the program of our valued guests.

                                  Having enquired, the aircraft operating flight 9w235 from amsterdam developed a last minute technical snag. The observed snag is immediately attended by engineering team and no compromise is done regarding any safety issue. Technical delays may be creeping till the engineers confirm complete rectification, hence the departure could not be estimated as was experienced.

                                  In such situations, our staff are trained and expected to assist guest with the hotel accommodation and the rebooking of the travel as per the itinerary on the ticket. Hence we understand that your travel was also rebooked from amsterdam to bangalore via dubai with emirates airlines. We also regret to note your observation in the manner which the delay of the flight was managed by the amsterdam team. We have shared your feedback with the airport management team to brief the staff for corrective actions.

                                  We are pleased to offer a compensation of eur 300, under eu regulation 261/2004, since your arrival in bangalore was delayed by 03 hours and 05 minutes later than your original arrival timings.

                                  May i request you to accept the offer of compensation in the right spirit and advise us your consent for us to share the details of the documents required for settling the claim.

                                  Further we would like to inform you that we have received the same claim from the air help solicitor on your behalf. Therefore please confirm that, who will be coordinating with us, you or the air help solicitor.

                                      Hey there,
                                      I am nikheel kumar singh, being an engineer am also suffering the job issue and was cheated regards the same.
                                      As one day i have received an sms for the job in jet airways claiming that my profile is shortlisted from job portal, hence i called them back on the number provided (+91 [protected]) girl named "ruvi sharma", she asked me to attend an online aptitude test for which i must pay 2500 on[protected] to the beneficiary as nikhil, and i paid that amount then they gave me a link to which i followed and qualified the test, as i suppose i have to as the marks was same all the time whenever i attended that test.
                                      On 9th jan' 2019 i got a call for a telephonic interview but the interviewer didnt introduced himself t me and started asking general questions and told me to wait for the feedback, on next day morning i received a call once again from ruvi and she was saying that i am selected but in regards to verify all the documents that i provided i must pay 6500 inr, ad i dont know what was running in my mind i did pay that amount to the same nikhil's account, but later on i suspected that it could be fraud case, so to verify the same i went chennai international airport and there they confirmed that it is a fraud case.

                                      On 14th jan'2019 after getting confirmation from jet airways staff that it is a fraud case, i made a call to ruvi stating that i am going for higher studies and dont want to get employment for the same so if she could refund me the money i paid on that she asked me to write an email to [protected]@airlinesnaukri.com stating the same and provide the bank information, so i did.

                                      On 15th jan'2019 in a morning again i got a call from ruvi sharma and she connected me to nikhil, and nikhil was quite rude on a phone call and was shouting and threating me as well that if suppose u proceed to cancel this appointment then u will be banned from corporate sector for next 3 years, onn which i replied that it's okay i am going for 2yrs m. Tec and 2yrs mba, on which i assume he got scared and again shouted that if you will cancel than company will not provide you your refund as it is being done from your end instead company rejecting your application and he gave me sometime to think about it. I got a call from ruvi again saying that comapny will call me and will provide me letter of intent once again and for trianing i have to make third payment, on which i replied that can you deduct that amount from my salary, then she hung up on the call,

                                      So i request you to please kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.
