Updated by vg1166 Today I have booked the ticket (PNR - ZFHXLT) through Yatra.com . When ticket has booked I came to know that I had choose wrong date to travel 22.11.2017 in place of 22.12.2017 i.e. November Month in place of December. Immediately I called customer care that I have done mistake, please modify the same, but they suggest me to Cancel/reschedule it through Web site and applicable charges i.e. equal to 100% paid amount. Effectively nothing I will get and have lost all my payment amount for my one mistake and Money has been reach in your/booking agency pocket.
Then Yatra customer person has advised me to talk to Airline. I talk your customer care. They say that if I would have been booked the ticket from your site, they can refund full amount within 24 hours of booking. They can't help if the ticket is booked though third party service provider.
My Quotation is:
- Even within 10 minutes of booking /knowing that wrong date I have put, full amount will be deducted for cancellation/reschedule? I will get nothing for my event mistake. What type of rule is this?
- When Airline allow to cancel/reschedule the ticket with full amount within 24 hours of booking why the same is not by booking agency?
- Will you not get the ticket amount from booking agency ?
- Who will keep this money ? you or booking agency?
-The Cancellation/reschedulement fee almost equal to booking amount is justified?
-This is not the loot?
-Whether this is the customer service?
-Will Airline will not book this ticket for any any other on cancellation and will not charge any amount?
I accept the mistake I have done but this is human mistake and imminently try to rectify the same.
Please give the reply and refund the full amount after cancellation of the ticket.

We understand your concern! But, would like to inform you that Refundable means post charging the cancellation amount remaining refund will be refunded to customer. Refund amount depends on the cancellation charges and cost of the ticket. Cancellation charges depends on the Airline fare rules which is display on Yatra website at fare rules option before the confirmation of the booking. Would request you to kindly check the same. Would like to inform you that Once a booking is confirmed changes and cancellation can be done as per the policy which is shared with customer before confirmation of the booking. As soon as the booking is confirmed control goes into airline end for full refund. Any cancellation done is subjected to charges. We accept your booking was refundable but there is some cancellation charges also in this as we already informed you earlier. Hence, there is that much of refund which we have refunded to you as per condition. Further refund would not be possible in this from our end.
