I, siddharth rastogi (Assistant manager, sbi) has been a regular flight user and has a jet airways flight 9w-718 to delhi from nagpur at 18/11/2017 and was facing problem in web checkinn so i tried to do web checkinn through your customer care (Priya tiwari) just check with my call whether she has given right name, she was extremely rude and even denied me web checkinn and told me to do at browser as she was not going to take the burden of booking at her side
This is the first time i have faced such a worst service (Denial of service)
I want quick redressal and action against this employee in written proof within a day otherwise i am going to put this matter on twitter.

    I booked a ticket to fly from london to ahmedabad on 4th november but the details on ticket were completely different from those which appeared on website while booking (I chose an option to go through mumbai but the ticket chose a delhi option). The booking was for 3rd december. I cancelled this ticket immediately, getting confirmation on the website that i had cancelled and was due for a refund of 503 pounds. I then booked again, this time getting the mumbai transit option. Two and a half weeks later i haven't received my refund for the first booking and when i called jet airways, a lady told me that the ticket had not been cancelled and that i should write to them. I've written twice but there has not even been an auto reply acknowledging my email. I intend never to book with jet airways again, but i'd really like to get my refund for the first ticket and to know how many tickets have been booked in my name.

    I received an email this morning([email protected]) informing me that due to a technical glitch the refund hadn't been processed. I'm not sure if this happened before or after your intervention, however I was assured that it will be paid within the next 10 working days. So in terms of receiving a reply, the issue has been resolved and I trust the payment too will be made. Thank you for your help!

      Hi my name is rohitraj kshatriya i was flying with you on 16 nov 2017 from ahmedabad to delhi (Flight no. S2 4655). I had a connecting flight with spicejet delhi to varasani (Flight no. Sg 2417) at 7:15 and boarding gate closed at 6:30. Just because jetairways was late i missed my flight with spicejet. Now i am stuck in delhi i need to go my village for falimy emergency and i failed because of you guys. Reason i missed my flight because jetairways landed around 6 pm and my baggage came on belt no. 6 in terminal 3 at 6:25. I took private cab from pillar 15 of t3 and still missed my flight and no one is try to help me. I am stuck at unknown place. I am looking for call from jetairways to resolve this and i will sue jetairways if i don’t get any resolution about this. My phone number is[protected].

        Dear sir,
        Me & my family is a regularly traveling in jet air ways since 2010. First of all i am highly appreciating you to choose the departure timing from dammam & thiruvananthapuram. But i am not happy with your flight category selected for this sector. The flights are too small (Wiglet serious) especially seating arrangements too congested and most of the seats are in damage conditions (Not tilting properly also handicapped) it is effecting our health to sit 5 hours continuously in stiffly way. Entertainment side - you are totally failed. No tv or radio listening facility in such kind of flights which is suitable for domestic service only. Totally it is feeling as a budget flight and paying high value ticket fare.

          We took a connection flight from bhuj to dubai. Booking i’d :1487404.
          I am traveling with my cousin and she got a new job and she has her e visa with her.
          When we reach mumbai the emigration department is not letting us to go they are saying that ur passport is ecr and they have offloaded from the flight i can’t leave her along in mumbai so that i did self offload from the flight now the air line give back the ticket to mumbai to bhuj but what about the ticket to dubai? While i was requesting pls rebook the ticket to dubai instead of going back to bhuj if you want i will pay extra for the rebooking charges they where very bad with me there were client care supervisors in mumbai airport in international section (K) saradha and monica i never expect anything from jet airways staff she was telling do it whatever you can and we have proof how the staff behave to us if you didn’t take any action i will file a case. Offloaded flight number is 9w05580. We didn’t travel on this flight.

          My concern is why jet airways staff didn’t stop her from the bigining (Bhuj)

            We flew jw 9w233 on october 23 from amstardam to delhi. Our checked bags did not arrive. They arrived next day, and were sent to our place in dehra dun on the afternoon of october 26th. However, the following items were missing.
            5 silk sarees, replacement cost $350.
            1 shawl $20.00
            4 t - shirts $ 60.00
            4 packs of chocolets $12.00
            Total loss $442. Oo
            Please reimburse.

            Please let us know how else to proceed from here. We received the luggage after three days in dehradun, where all these articles were missing. Please note that we did not ask for any compensation for the 3 days we were without our suitcases. we would appreciate some kind of a response as soon as possible.If you cannot help us who do we contact?

              I am writing this mail to bring your attention that i am not satisfied with your quality of services provided at air port.

              We have booked flight ticket for my parents in jet airways from bangalore to udaipur via mumbai travel dated 16/11/2017, please find the details mentioned below.

              Mumbai – udaipur flight number: 9w2073
              Airline ref no.:-qpsnrs
              Passenger name:- manik chand jain, age: 67
              Lila devi jain, age: 60

              They have reached bangalore airport on time at 11:10 after taking boarding pass they came to know flight is 1 hr late which was supposed to fly by 12:30pm and the flight lastly have taken off by 2:30pm and reached mumbai by 4pm.

              There onward flight was of 4:15pm which they missed after talking to jet staff they have got flight for next day at 5 am 17/11/2017.

              I called to my parents to talk to jet staff in first instant no one was ready to talk after they requested one lady from the staff have spoken i requested if it is missed why you have not booked next flight of any other airlines as they are old and they need to wait 13 hrs on airport it will affect their health. She told for udaipur there is no flight available the next flight is only of jet airways which is at 5 :25am.

              I requested her to give her contact number she denied i asked any other contact details where i can speak after checking she told there is no number available. I asked my mother to be there i will check and call.

              I check on online there were many flights available there was immediate flight available of indigo at 7:15 to udaipur, i called my mother back and asked her to give the line she told first she will speak to my mother and not to me after she requested she have taken the call i told her many flight are available why you are not giving next flight to them they are senior citizen and be in airport for 13 hrs. Will be difficult for them. Then she changed her tone and told she cant give any other flight and mistake is of my parents not of airline there was enough time to board the next flight which was also got delayed for some time. There is security check which is crowded in mumbai you people should have assisted them she told she can only do this. I requested arrange at least accommodation and food for them. Jet airways staff told they will try for food but not sure but accommodation is not allowed as mistake is not there it was of airport authority due to air congestion.
              There was no proper answer from the staff of jet airways and they were just blaming to others for their responsibility.

              This is not the first time i have suffered due to jet airways they have one of the worst services in aviation industry. Still i have never raised a concern but this time because of them my parents have suffered which i can’t take.

              I need a urgent reply for the above complaint.

                I travelled on 14th may 2017 from mumbai to auckland and returned back on 13th oct 2017. On every check in i made in sure to enter my membership no and was printed on my boarding passes. But even today they have not added jo miles to my account. I travelled on qantas which has code sharing with jet airways. I sent my complaint to [protected]@jetpriviledge.com 5 days back but no response from them till date.

                    It was a very disappointing experience and full of regret due to selecting jet airways for this journey.
                    I have booked this ticket of my mother she need to travel from pune to delhi (30-nov-2017) alone due to some emergency.
                    She is nearly 60 year old so we request for support staff for assistance as she is fist time visitor and with weak eyesight but they simply checking with each other and after 15 min they said boarding closed and advice to go to front desk of jet airways.
                    She visited counter of jet airways and requested for boarding around 10:40 am but they denied even she explain urgency and cried in front of them.
                    We were help less at that moment because they were not accepting their mistake and not ready to provide any solution.
                    The schedule departure from pune was 11:20 am which was advanced to 11:10 am.
                    After this worst experience i will never travel to jet airways again and advice other also to do so.

                      I am a silver jet privilege member with membership number[protected] and had booked a bangalore delhi flight using jet app and my jet miles on 7th november. Along with jet miles the balance amount of 1421 rs was deducted from my icici account as a part of the overall charges. Now it's been 7 days i have not received either an email confirmation or app confirmation on my ticket. I have written 5-6 emails including to nodal officer but no luck yet.

                      Already a ticket with reference id=[protected] is open with jet for last 7 days. I had given all the proofs from bank and also from jet online payment partners citrus that the amount has been successfully credited to jet but still no one is responding with the tickets. My family is already booked on the same flight and i am stuck as there is no confirmation from jet airways.

                        Today i have booked the ticket (Pnr - zfhxlt) through yatra.com. When ticket has booked i came to know that i had choose wrong date to travel 22.11.2017 in place of 22.12.2017 i. E. November month in place of december. Immediately i called customer care that i have done mistake, please modify the same, but they suggest me to cancel/reschedule it through web site and applicable charges i. E. Equal to 100% paid amount. Effectively nothing i will get and have lost all my payment amount for my one mistake and money has been reach in your/booking agency pocket.
                        Then yatra customer person has advised me to talk to airline. I talk your customer care. They say that if i would have been booked the ticket from your site, they can refund full amount within 24 hours of booking. They can't help if the ticket is booked though third party service provider.
                        My quotation is:
                        - even within 10 minutes of booking /knowing that wrong date i have put, full amount will be deducted for cancellation/reschedule? I will get nothing for my event mistake. What type of rule is this?
                        - when airline allow to cancel/reschedule the ticket with full amount within 24 hours of booking why the same is not by booking agency?
                        - will you not get the ticket amount from booking agency?
                        - who will keep this money? You or booking agency?
                        -the cancellation/reschedulement fee almost equal to booking amount is justified?
                        -this is not the loot?
                        -whether this is the customer service?
                        -will airline will not book this ticket for any any other on cancellation and will not charge any amount?

                        I accept the mistake i have done but this is human mistake and imminently try to rectify the same.

                        Please give the reply and refund the full amount after cancellation of the ticket.

                        We understand your concern! But, would like to inform you that Refundable means post charging the cancellation amount remaining refund will be refunded to customer. Refund amount depends on the cancellation charges and cost of the ticket. Cancellation charges depends on the Airline fare rules which is display on Yatra website at fare rules option before the confirmation of the booking. Would request you to kindly check the same. Would like to inform you that Once a booking is confirmed changes and cancellation can be done as per the policy which is shared with customer before confirmation of the booking. As soon as the booking is confirmed control goes into airline end for full refund. Any cancellation done is subjected to charges. We accept your booking was refundable but there is some cancellation charges also in this as we already informed you earlier. Hence, there is that much of refund which we have refunded to you as per condition. Further refund would not be possible in this from our end. For further For any further assistance feel free to connect with us.

                        Then ask the Airline to Refund my amount as per their policy 100% Refund if cancel within 24 hours . simply as i have booked the ticket from your site I am not eligible for full refund? Not fair Dear.We understand that you have not followed the matter with Airline. Where is the law to charge 99% on CAncelation. You people have kept the money in your pocket only. Moreover Whether we have given any written communication for cancellation of the ticket?

                          Due to cancellation of flight no 739 from amritsor to pune on 6/11/17 we have to travel delhi by road and cost rs 32356 inr for air tickets on 7/11/17. So we lost rs 20000 extra. So please refund the lost amount. We had to travel from amritsor to delhi on 6/11/17 in night we got accident to that bus. That was very horrible experience. We got tickets of flight no g8-175 of go air on 7/11/17. So please refund the difference between original amount and next ticket amount

                            I ave travelled in your airlines from bengaluru to new delhi on 30.10.2017 vide pnr no. Goksai, e ticket no.[protected] fligt no. 9w 812.

                            But i am unable to generate the invoice for the amount of fair that i have paid in connection with the above referred travel. I have contacted your customer care, but they have expressed their inability to provide the invoice stating that at the time of purchasing the ticket i have to enter my gst details. But i want to clarify tat i am an individual and that i am not having any gst number. Further i wish to inform you that i could get the invoice for the travel conducted by me in indigo airlines on 01.11.2017 while returning from newdelhi. Hence i hereby request you provide me the invoice at te earliest.

                            even after lapse of four days after lodging my complaint there is no response from Jetairways. the utmost worst customer service. i am going to take up the matter with the concerned ministry at New Delhi

                            the worst service, poor response Donot travel by Jetairways they are not providing tax invoices . hence it is confirmed that they are collecting gst and not remitting to government.

                            I too unable to get GST Invoice from Jetairways when I requested them repeatedly by Phone and emails. I had traveled from Chennai to New Delhi & back in same airlines, 2 months back on official work, I submitted Invoice provided by JETAIRWAYS to my organization for reimbursement purposes but they asked me to submit INVOICE BILL with GST breakup, so I requested JETAIRWAYS to provide Invoice with GST BREAKUP through several emails and phone conversations but in vain, they did not provide it till date and seems that (JETAIRWAYS) is hiding its INVOICE BREAKUP to evade TAX to GOVT.OF INDIA. This must be investigated and need an audit (forensic) by experts appointed by Govt. of India, (Ministry of Aviation with Ministry of Finance) and severe action should be taken against them - Raman Subramaniam

                            No gst invoice received.
                            I tried to get it from their website. But they ask to register in their website with all the documents. Company incorporation were simple compared to these formalities.
                            Dear Jet Airways Officials

                            I have travelled in your airlines for Return Trip of Delhi - Chennai - Delhi 28.09.2018 / 29.09.2018 vide PNR No. IAYENV, E ticket no.[protected] Fligts No. 9W 821 (DEL-MAA) & 9W 740 (MAA-DEL).

                            We have booked tickets through Makemytrip (we do it regularly ) with quoting our GST details properly (reflected on Invoice of Makemytrip)

                            We at all times gets Invoice from Airlines directly in to our email apart from invoice from makemytrip for their charges.

                            But to our surprise we have not received the GST invoice for Jet Airways for above travel till now. While contacting to Jet Airways on their customer care, they asked for charges of Rs 250/- for issuing the invoice and plainly refused to issue invoice without that.

                            Even on your GST portal, the report does not show any data.

                            Being a CA, I know that for every transaction with GST no quoted, every registered entity is required to issue a GST invoice compulsorily & non issuance of the same is a punishable offence.

                            If still Jet Airways chooses to not issue the invoice even now, I will be forced to take the matter to GST authorities for such practice of Jet Airways.

                            Please treat this matter as urgent & issue invoices immediately

                              On sunday, 5 nov 2017, our family of 3 (Wife, infant and i) boarded flight 9w0424 from coimbatore to mumbai. This flight, scheduled to depart at 9:10pm, took-off a little later than 11 pm (A delay in excess of 2 hours).

                              Our connecting flight sn602 from mumbai to brussels was scheduled to depart at 1:45 am on monday, 6 nov 2017. On mentioning that, jet airways (Ja) staff at coimbatore assured us that our baggage were checked-in as 'priority' (To compensate for any loss of time in retrieving them at mumbai after landing). The staff even proposed to upgrade our tickets to first class - completely irrelevant & unwarranted to the situation - and we politely declined.

                              Flight (9w0424) landed around 00:45 in mumbai. And our baggage, as against the 'priority' promise, arrived 15 minutes later (After many other luggage rolled on the belt for 9w0424). Gathering our luggage, we rushed with the infant-in-arms towards the counter of brussels airlines (Had web-checked-in earlier) only to discover their counter closed.

                              As a consequence of these delays, we missed our flight sn602 for brussels.

                              Our next hours in the departure terminal was harrowing (To say the least). Without diving into these distressing details - to give an overview - we were redirected from personnel to personnel by ja ground staff, each time having to reiterate our story - why we missed our flight? What options do we have? Can ja help to compensate fully or negotiate a price for new airline tickets? Or accommodation?.. Endless requests only to be denied later as we were kept waiting for hours, meaninglessly. Not to mention, with an infant-in-arms, at the nth hour we had to enquire if we can at least have some drinking water!

                              Unfortunately, my favourite airline has let us down big time.

                              Kindly request for a refund & compensation on this regard.

                              Ps: we eventually purchased new tickets that cost us an additional inr 88900 for our flight from mumbai to brussels.

                                For the above tickets i paid for excess baggage online on[protected]. The amount 5600 got deducted and credited to jet airway but no confirmation received from jet airways and my baggage allowance hasn't been updated either.

                                I have emailed and calling customer care a good number of times but no response so far.

                                Wondering if jet airways has ripped off that money from me.

                                  Me and a friend of mine booked round trip ticket from muscat to kochi and back via clear trip. Details as below.
                                  1.
                                  Passenger name : james joseph.
                                  Pnr - ckqklx
                                  Mct - cok (29-dec-2017) and cok - mct (06-jan-2018).
                                  2.
                                  Passenger name : midhun vellarakath thody saseendran.
                                  Pnr - lujwox
                                  Mct - cok (29-dec-2017) and cok - mct (06-jan-2018).

                                  Now it is found that the return flight on 06-jan-2018 is antedated to 05-jan-2018. This happened even without consulting or informing us.

                                  We are going for a short trip to india and for many important commitments
                                  Specially on 05th-jan -2018 we have an important assignment.

                                  As on today's date (13-nov-2017 11.00 am) cleartrip website shows no change but jet airways website shows a change in return ticket.

                                  So it is requested to look in to this matter and amicably solve it by keeping our ticket on 06th - jan-2017 only.

                                  Its a matter of grave concern as a customer; that tickets are antedated without informing; many appointment for which we are going cannot be fulfilled.

                                    I have travelled from frankfurt to mumbai via luftansa on 13th nov with a 20kg luggage without any issues. I had a connecting flight from jet to indore at 05:40. I was charged 1750/- for 5kg excess baggage @ 350/-. I strongly disagrees with this predatory charges due to the following 2 reasons. First, travellers durring the current times cannot contain themselves in 15 kg due to harsh winter season in europe. Further this rules does not applies to jet international travelers. So, that means this is not basically a rule, its a busigness mindset to dupe passengers.
                                    I believe this is shameful on part of jet and contempt this mindset of jet on doing busigness.

                                    Further adding i have a jet booking on 4th nov from indore to mumbai at 20:00 and a further priceed to frankfurt via lufthansa.
                                    Jet flight got delayed and i have to cancel the said flight at the last minute and travel to mumbai via indigo. This experiance was also wonderful. Kudos.

                                      This is kishore gandhi from pune.

                                      With great regret and heavy heart i have to inform you that my new bought 2 boxes of iphone 6 and some watches worth (Approx rs.70000/-) has been stolen from my checked luggage during travelling from dubai to mumbai.

                                      I was travelling by jet airways flight no 9w 0537w on 11th nov 2017 from
                                      Dubai to mumbai.

                                      My luggage (Blue color trollybag) was scanned and sealed at
                                      Dubai airport and checked. I reached mumbai airport at 11:45 pm
                                      (11/11/17). At mumbai airport i noticed that zip of my baggage (Blue color trollybag) was half opened. I then closed my bag properly thinking
                                      Nothing wrong would have happened at airport under jet airways. Then i took taxi and left the airport.

                                      After reaching home ; i was shocked my both new bought iphone 6 and five watches were missing. Same day (12/07/17) i telephoned local mumbai jet airways phone numbers. The numbers were always busy or had no answer.

                                      This is a shocking incident for me as this amount means a lot to me. Hope
                                      You can resolve the issue.

                                        I am ramakrishnan from coimbatore. Recently i traveled to netherlands to attend an interview and my onward and return journey was booked by the company itself in jet airways. My onward journey was fine and i am happy about the service. For my return journey they have booked a flight from amsterdam to coimbatore via london, mumbai. I have a transit at london heathrow airport. The connecting flight from amsterdam to london is operated by klm. I do have a valid schengen visa. My flight to london heathrow was scheduled by 1.25 from amsterdam. I was denied by authority to board at gate and they asked for uk visa. I was wondering because i myself and my friends have a previous experience of transit via london with a schengen visa. They redirected me to klm transfer desk t4. They checked and they said it's not possible to transit via london and we can't help you. They redirected me to t9 which is emirates desk.. Weird.. The lady at emirates desk was so kind and redirected me to klm at t6. Once again back to klm at t6. They said you don't need an uk visa.. Since you have a valid ticket and schengen visa, you can make a transit.. They rebooked a flight to london by 2. Once again they denied at gate... I came back to t6.. They redirected to jet airways counter at arrival.. Finally after a to and fro to gate and transfer desk, came back with much frustrated moments to jet airways counter.. Finally after a long struggle got my tickets rebooked to next day... As a passenger we would be in much frustrated mindset and it's really worst to see the employees making fun of me and laughing at my situation. I would like to register this as a complaint and hopefully i can get a prompt reply from you.
