Flight date 04nov17 - 9w305 - mum delhi delayed by 2 hours & after flying was abruptly diverted to udaipur for refuelling. I was on a code sharing connected flight with korean air & was to fly to seoul but couldnot fly. Jet authorities inflight & customer service assured me of getting me boarded on another codeshare flight. When i reached delhi, i couldn`t trace my luggage & with lot of requests & follow up at jet airways delhi i managed to find my luggage after 4 hours of landing. The station manager at the counter (Mr ashwini) took a copy of my seoul tickets & went away to his "other office" to get me accommodated on another flight & never returned back for 2 hours despite of followups at the counter. Who is responsible for my loss?? Jet airways needs to compensate me for the pain & agony apart from the ticket to seoul.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I travel from delhi to srinagar on 4th nov 2017. On arrival, i found that one of my bags (Checkin luggage-luggage tag no. 8589 9w703216. Pnr: yzsuld) was missing. When i check with jet airways office at srinagar, i was informed that bag was still at delhi and that it would be they sent the next day (5th nov) same flight. But when i checked with them on 5th they said they haven’t recieved the luggage from delhi yet. I kindly request you to arrange the bag tomorrow (6th nov) itself as it is very urgent and my important stuffs in the bag. Please take the necessary step to get my bag. I am a tourist here in srinagar and have to travel back to my home place kerala. Please help me.

      Subject: emergency exit seat not allocated singapore-mumbai flight 9w 9 jet membershipno.[protected], travel date 23.10.2017

      I had booked 3 emergency exit row seats by paying inr 2500.00 extra for each seat total inr 7500. Due to change in aircraft type the 1 seat allocated was behind emergency in row 32. While booking the seat & paying extra money for emergency row confirmation, 32 row was emergency exit row.

      Same was for sector mumbai to singapore on 18.10.2017 where on similar extra payment emergency row was 32 and paid inr 7500.
      Ground staff at singapore ms. Mumtaz was not aware of differential costing for emergency exit row & second row allocated to 1 seat and had talked very unprofessionally and rude language.
      Had raised the complain to mumbai ground staff on landing of aircraft but again was of not much help.

      Was surprised at the lack of knowledge about the cost of emergency exit seat row and rude behavior of staff.
      Want refund of money and action against erring staff and improve your booking software so that passengers are not cheated. I am gold member and felt ashamed of such unethical practice by jet airways.

        I sumit sadhukhan, avijeet bhagat and akshay kumar singh having a pnr id-fmgmyd & vgllun
        Arrived at the new delhi airport for the flight of kolkata toh new delhi since i have arrived before 40 mins due to the unavoidable circumstaces basically the traffic of the city., hence i am writing about that the services provided by the jet airways servants at the delhi airport giving the false report that go here and there but no one is giving the correct information and atlast for the false information we can get the flight and all the money has being waste for the false information of your service... So if there is any possible chances so please provide it

        . I have booked a flight on july month 2017 and my boarding date on 2 october.
        I boarded my flight and claim for my udf fee refund which is 1704rs.
        I have called so many times and mailed them but they are just consoling me to send my refund back.
        Now one month has passed still they didn't refund my money.

          This is URVASHI AGGARWAL. I had a flight from delhi to pune ( 856) at 3 nov 5:30 pm. The flight was delayed and it left from delhi at 7 pm reached pune at 9:15 pm.

          Our PNR is WVOGGO and flight ticket is for 6 passengers but my father and mother(MR PARVEEN AND MRS GEETA) could not come. That thing i had informed on check in counter.

          When flight was about to board there was a call ([protected]) to me asking is MRS GEETA AGGARWAL is travelling with me, there is luggage on her name. I said she is now not travelling with us now and luggage belongs to other 4 passengers.

          Our luggage was missing on reaching pune airport. We file a complaint (PNQ9W14748) at pune airport. They (Ms Lalita) assured us that our luggage will reach to us by morning 7 am of 4 nov. But after that there was no reply from them. Even when i was calling customer support, i find funny answers from them. It seems like there is no coordination between any of your teams/departments. I am very much dissapointed by the support you provided on customer care helpline numbers and the way jet airways treat customers.

          We had plans to leave from pune to shirdi at 6am (4 nov) for which a taxi was already hired. We have a child of 3 years with us. His all necessary items were in luggage. Still our bags are not traced and the customer care is pathetic. This has not only caused financial loss but also mental harassment to all my family members.

          What shoud we do? What will you do for a hell lot of disappointment you have given us?

            To whom it may concern.
            We were travelling with your company today (3.11.2017 - flight 115 at 15:55) from london heathrow to mumbai and we were supposed to have connection flight to kathmandu (Flight 250, on 4.11. At 8:15 am). But the flight was cancelled and we spent 5 hours at the airport without any information whether we can manage to get there the same day or not. I have to also mention, that once we were told our flight is delayed till next day and that we would need to stay at the hotel - we spent another 2 hours sitting in the hotel lobby on the floor because the hotel was full and we were asked to share rooms with other people we don't know or to sleep in the lobby!!! Is this a compensation your company is offering in case of specific situations like this?
            I felt sick whole morning lying on the airport hall gutting one small bottle of the water!!!
            Due this circumstances our further plans had to change completely! We won't manage a trek we planned which ruined our whole trip! We also have to cover all expenses because we have to cancel it at the last minute - the same day we should start the trek!!! We have limited number of days - we have connecting trek in buthan on 17, th. So the only way how to manage it was to start the trek on saturday in besisahar!!!
            Some of the people were able to fly in next plane - on the same day, but we were left behind no matter we were trying to explain how important it is for us to get to kathmandu on saturday and how critical the situation.
            We are ready to send you all bills - payment confirmation that we have to pay because of this + consider the physical damage and stress we had to face and we still do. We planned this trek for a year and for us it was dream come true that became a a real nightmare!!!
            Please let us know back what do you suggest as a compensation + we will sent you the entire bill of our extra expenses!

            We are suggesting you as a compensation to upgrade our return flight tickets to business (Both flights : kathmandu - delhi, 26.11. Flight no: 263, and also connecting flight from delhi to london on 26.11. Flight no: 122)

              I travelled on 31 october 2017 from edmonton to amsterdam and amsterdam to new delhi reached on 1 november 2017. Unfortunately one bag was missing and i lodged a complaint in jet airways baggage information department. My tag no. Is kl364789. Till date i have not received my bag. I enquired many times they keep on saying your bag will be delivered today night. Same answer every time i am receiving since last 3 days back.

                Missing baggage complaint registered under file reference number bom9w19594, during my travel from hyderabad to udaipur via mumbai on s24460 /20 sep 2017 connecting on 9w2073/20 sep 2017.

                Complaint was resolved saying " if after 21 days of filling complain, if bag is not found then i will be given 4900 rupees as claim amount which is yet not received even after 30 days.

                However all my documents (College certificates, school certificates, aadhar card, pan card, birth certificate) were in bag whose valuation can't be done at 4900 rupees basis.

                That's why i request an appropriate amount as settlement amount for grievances caused and valuable things lost or get my bag back if possible.

                  Yesterday, 3rd nov 2017, i have a jet airways flight and the scheduled timing was from5:20pm to 6:20pm, from lucknow to delhi, then i have another flight of air asia scheduled from 8:20pm, so i thought that 2hrs gap between these 2 flight will be enough but jet airways flight was delayed by 2hours and reached delhi at 9:30pm and on around 9:25pm air asia flight departed from delhi, then i went to the supervisor of jet airways they haven't adjusted me in another flight and their flight was also available at that day only which was 3rd nov and at 11-30pm and they have nt helped me in any way, so i want my refund of that flight which i missed

                      I am r anandha moorthi (Jet privilege number - ab[protected]) passenger of delayed flight of jet airways dated[protected] pnr (Fqeywl) flight no. 9w 624 from aizawl to kolkata have hereby submit that :-

                      I am now stranded at kolkata airport as due to delay of above said jet airways flight as i could not catch my next flight of indigo from kolkata to trivandrum scheduled at 1510 hrs today[protected] pnr - rfevxd.

                      Now indigo authorities re-accommodated in next flight scheduled on[protected] at 0530 hrs from kolkata to trivandrum by charging additional charge of rs 9, 101.00 (Rupees nine thousand one hundred and one) only against the abovesaid missed flight due to delay of aforesaid jet airways flight.

                      Now i am suffering from mental as well as physical agony severely caused due delay of aforesaid jet airways flight and for which i must be adequately compensated from jet airways. This mail be treated as my complaint and necessary action be taken accordingly.

                      If this complaint is not accepted in this form then please guide me how to lodge complaint and get compensation for the mental as well as physical agony i am suffering from due delay of jet airways flight as stated above.

                        Hi team,
                        This is regarding highly disappointing and irresponsible behaviour i experienced in my recent travel by jet airways flight. I was accompanied by my 3 years daughter throughout my journey.
                        My flight from mumbai to jaipur (Jetairways 9w - 418 pnr-pawlch) was scheduled to depart at 6:45 pm on 26th oct, but was delayed by almost 5 hours. We reached jaipur at 1 am midnight when we were supposed to reach at 8:30 pm. And the reason given for delay by jet airways ground staff was pilot not available. We were later stranded in flight for almost 2 hours. And the airlines took no responsibility.
                        However, my return flight from jaipur on 31st oct (Jetairways 9w-7046 pnr-exaffg) was scheduled to depart at 8:30 am and i reached the check-in counter at 7:47 am to get my boarding passes. The lady at the counter refused to check in since we were late by 2 mins and that too because o[censored]nexpectedly high congestion at jaipur airport. There were 2-3 more passengers who reported with me and were not taken in. The reason for being late by 2-3 mins was the same for everyone and we tried hard to explain the same to jet management but they didn’t listen. Even they were aware of the high congestion outside jaipur airport which is very rare. My grandmother has passed away so i had to travel to jaipur urgently and had to report back to office on 31st oct. I had some very important commitment in office so got the morning flight booked from jaipur to mumbai at such high price. Also, i had my 3 year daughter travelling with me, still they didn’t bother to understand.
                        After begging for more than half an hour, they did some alternate arrangement - jaipur to delhi (9w 2353 exaffg dep time: 10:50 am) and delhi to mumbai (9w 0308 exaffg dep time: 3 pm) with 3 hours halt in delhi. But, i missed my morning flight and managed to reach mumbai by evening 5 pm and could not report to office on the same day.
                        Now to my surprise, boarding for delhi flight scheduled to depart at 10:50 am, started at 10:55 am. And, the reason for delay was air congestion.
                        Who’s responsible for all this inconvenience i faced in both my trips by jetairways. When we can understand and be patient even after 5 hours delay by jetairways and you can keep 240 passengers suffer because of 1 pilot; can’t we expect airlines to understand 2 min delay at our end?
                        I am surprised i am writing this to jet airways brand. How’ll you make up for all this? How can i ever trust jet airways service in future?

                          I was travelling with jet airways on the 30th of oct 2017 from bangkok to mumbai (Flight no - 9w067). The cabin crew service was highly disappointing. My mom was little uncomfortable with the seat as it was located near to the emergency exit because of which the seats could not be adjusted. We requested the cabin crew member to provide a pillow. But non of them gave it till the end of the journey. Not just once, we requested it thrice but the cabin crew was least bothered. I would never travel with jet airways again and would also not recommend it to any close ones

                            I hope all the above info is enough for tracking my issues. I am very much disappointed with jet airways customer service standards and there attitude that says you can complaint wherever you want.

                            I visited bangalore on 23rd oct 2017 as my brother met with an accident. He is hospitalised in narayana hospital whitefield bangalore. Just giving you the details so that you can understand my condition. As one of your closet family member is in hospital undergoing with surgery you can expect the amount of pressure family members must be having. I was going back to chennai on 25th oct 2017 with lot's of things were running in mind, the counter staff told me my baggage has been rejected. I asked him what's the reason and why no one bothered to call me. I checked in 1 hour 45 minutes before the flying time. They know i have already checked in then when someone baggage is being rejected for whatsoever reason they should have some courtesy to atleast inform the customer so that i can clarify and moreover they asked me to sign a concent form without even letting me read that as flight was about to take off. A passenger who checked in 1 hour 45 minutes and airport has returned the baggage and airline people doesn't even bother to call me back. According to jetairways rejection reason was i am carrying power bank in my laugage. I was carrying power bank in my hand bag not in the laugage.

                            I got a call on 26.10.2017 from chennai jet airways for picking up my laugage. I got a call from number+[protected] he asked me to drop a mail to below id's for collecting baggage from chennai and router from bangalore (I am having all mail copy if needed i will reforward to you guys for investigation)

                            My husband mr. Tanmoy raha collected the baggage from chennai airport on 26/10/2017 (Baggage still not checked by me) as per authorisation mail.

                            I have sent a authorisation mail to bangalore baggage team at the same time for authorising my father mr. Shashikant to collect the router. I have sent the mail near 1o' clock in afternoon my father went by 5:30 evening, he asked jet airways counter staff, everyone was wondering what is happening. I spoke to someone from my father phone on bangalore jet airways and told i have forwarded the mail they said they will take care. But my father did not got router back.

                            My father is 62 year old he was with my brother who recently met with an accident and undergone with surgery he was on wheelchair. Still we were ready to take that one step to collect our router in that situation but no one from jet airways was ready to offer us help.

                            When my father was in bangalore airport i called the same number +[protected] in the evening to ask for connecting me to bangalore airport, i was already in tension as they are managing alone and there indigo flight boarding time is nearing some lady pick the call and handed over to some other lady. I need to explain all the situation to both. Second lady was too harsh she was asking me to call bangalore airport, and this is chennai airport. According to customer's we are dealing with jet airways not bangalore or chennai jet airways. I wanted to escalated the issue i told her to give the phone to supervisor, she connected me to mr. Mohanraj (Not too sure with the name) who was polite enough to understand my problem. He asked me to reforward the mail. But then my father boarding started and i lost the hope. Still mr. Mohanraj called me back for asking the mail. I am really thankful to mr. Mohanraj.
                            But really not at all happy with the customer service team response. Where is my router. I really don't have any idea what concent form i have signed in bangalore airport. They never told me what is in that form and not allowed me to read that. If you want please check your camera for looking into the situation under which i have signed the concent letter in which i have not given any kind of concent to jetairways.
                            I am expecting a proper response from jet airways for all the mental harrasment and all the hardship which my father me my brother and my husband has to go through in this situation where our family is already facing so many issues with my brother health.

                            I need proper explanation on following details:

                            1. Why i have not been informed before when they rejected the baggage?

                            2. I know power bank was not in my laugage because i was carrying it in my hand bag which i showed in the counter?

                            3. Why without even letting customer read full terms you guys are taking signature on concent form, last hour rush?

                            4. If as per your confirmation i am not having power bank for which you guys created sooo much drama than i need competition from airline.

                            5. My question is where is my router, why same has not been handed over as per authorisation mail to my father at bangalore airport? Why no communication from bangalore airport on this issue.

                            I respect airlines security policies. I know security is first, but in name of security customer mental harrasment i will not accept. If jetairways is having lots of process in security checking why you can't do it in first place in front of customers and once you are satisfied give seal then start with next process.

                            Please help me to get justice. My worry is returning back i was in a better position to handle this but if the same thing happened to a person who is going to meet someone who are in life or death situation and airline people will do anything in the name of security where we common citizens will go. I have traveled so many times in indigo airindia singapore airlines, but my this experience with jet airways made me think twice before traveling.

                              Hi,

                              I had tried to book a domestic flight in jet airways, the details of which is given below.

                              From chennai to madurai
                              Date 06/12/2017
                              Flight time: 05:55 am
                              No. Of passengers - 5 adults 1 child
                              Ticket fare: rs. 13, 524/-

                              I had tried to book this several times but every time it failed at the end after the payment was deducted. For the first 4 times i tried booking the ticket, i used netbanking and got the refund of my ticket fare within 2 days. But, the last 3 times, i tried with my international credit card on 14th and 19th of september. But, so far i have not received the refund of this money.

                              I spoke to one of their executives around a month back when she told that she is sending an e-mail to the back-end team who will process the refund immediately and i will get the money. But, i did not receive any response. Hence, i called the customer care and spoke to them for which they asked me to send an e-mail to [protected]@jetairways.com. I sent my first e-mail on 4th oct with these details. I got a response on 10th oct asking me to provide the credit card number that i used for my booking for which i responded with the details on the same day. On 16th oct, i got a response from them saying that they are not able to trace the charges and hence asked me to provide my credit card statement with the details of the money deducted for these bookings. I sent it on the same day. Since then i have not received any response from them so far. I sent follow-up e-mail on 24th oct but no response so far. Today, i called their customer care and the executive told me that he has escalated it with details to his supervisor who will revert back to me today itself. Meanwhile, i wanted to raise this as a complaint in consumer complaints as i have not been getting the refund of my money for more than 45 days now.

                              I have given below the details of the money deducted from my credit card account on these transactions below.

                              14th september - $264.99 (Rs. 13, 524/-)

                                Recently i got a call from one of the executive name gaura sharma contact no [protected], regarding the vacancy of cabin crew air ticketing etc vacancies in jet airways. he asked me to pay 2000 on the account of amit bhagela,[protected] ifsc sbin0011553 for the reference id i got it Reference Id : 156798 where i have online test after that then i had second round telephonic round he told that round will be conducted by hr again he asked me to pay 3000 i payed it and he told that he will refund that amount later again for the offer letter and medical test he is asking me to pay 10000..., please help me call me on [protected] or email me at [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    Me and my husband were on a flight from ahmedabad-mumbai-london. Our flight was at 9.35 from ahmedabad and 2.25 from mumbai. Everything was okay and good until we got to mumbai. We were waiting for our luggage at the luggage belt from 10.35pm till 1. Pm. I went up to the jet airways staff quite a few times to ask what’s going on and why is our luggage not here yet. There were lots of people shouting and screaming at him for the same reasons. He responded to us by saying there were few international flights landed which is where the luggage had been mixed so it’s been delayed but should come within next 5-10 minutes. So we went back and continued waiting. Again i went back and i was told the same reason. By then someone else came along and enquired about what was going on. After i explained to them that we have been waiting for over 2 hours for our baggage to arrive and that we have a connecting flight to london which we will miss then only they tried to locate our luggage and help us find our luggage. After waiting for another 40 minutes they told us our luggage will be transferred to london and so we don’t have to collect from mumbai. We weren’t sure whether to believe this and get on the plane to london or wait and try find our luggage. We were told nothing until than and so its usual not to trust a word your staff was saying. This was really frustrating and it wasted our 2.30 hours where we could be enjoying our experience and the duty free. We were also late for our flight as we were in process of trying to locate where to go and ensuring our luggage won’t go missing. This was very ridiculous behavior by jet airways staff and not giving us the right information. We were strangled around for hours and hours, causing us distress and inconvenience. I would like you to take strong actions and compensate me and my husband for the inconvenience that was caused by your staff. As others we were not shouting and being aggressive to your staff, we were trying to just locate our luggage and try get the right answers unlike the way your staff was handling the problems. We were told on multiple occasions just to wait by the belt and the luggage will be there soon. It continued like that for 2.30 hours. We were left stranded at the airport and having no clue what to do!! Whether to miss our flight to london or miss our luggage. We had some expensive stuff in our bags as anyone would so to leave the baggage away was not an option. We were never given the right information, we were told to hang on for hours and hours. If you wish you may inquire on the chaos it caused at the mumbai airport on saturday night-sunday morning.

                                    We would like refund on our tickets as compensation.

                                        I am briefing my experience of today[protected] with jet airways 9w-903 where my parents are traveling from delhi (Del 07-30 am) to kolkata (Ccu 09:30), actually it's business trip and accordingly to flight schedule i've planned everything from hotel booking, cab booking, meeting with client and other work, once i called to parents at 09:45 am i socked to listen that still they are delhi and since morning all the passengers are just gathered and waiting for the pilot to come. If there is some issue you should information us earlier, at least i should have some options left to opt to alternate but nothing is like that. Sorry but i'm not sure how you can make such silly mistake where no pilot is aligned on flight. Just to avoid any delay we all wake up at 03:30 am so that everything could be done hassle free but due to such great work done by jet airways the whole trip is vanished. Now this trip is almost useless for me because client has their own schedule and he simply denied wait for it.

                                        Do you've any justification of it?? I've spend more than 20000/-, who is responsible for this?

                                        I'm not going to refer anyone "jet airways"... Ever
