I had booked 2 Mumbai Indore Jet Airways tickets on 18th December 2016 using my Debit card online from Jet Airways Website with PNR no XKFADF and ticket no[protected] &[protected] . Total amount of Rs 15, 108 was debited on 18th Dec 2016 which is reflecting in my bank statement.For reasons personal I cancelled above tickets on 5th Jan 2017 from Jet Airways website for which I had received acknowledgement via Email from Jet Airways. I was told that It takes 7 working days for refund .When even after 10 days days my refund did not come I contacted Jet Airways for the Refund.After multiple exchange of emails and calls to customer care, I finally received Email on 18th Jan stating my refund has been processed and will be transferred to my bank account.But even after waiting for a week when my bank did not receive refund I again contacted customer care where on my persistence my call was transferred to a senior manager in customer care . She told me that my refund has been processed on 18th Jan and transferred to my bank account .I asked her if amount has been refunded then why it is not reflecting in my bank account Her reply was that it happens sometime in online transaction. On my insistent She gave me transaction ref no RRN[protected] and asked me to check with my bank. I requested my Bank to find out the the details of transaction ref no RRN[protected] provided by Jet Airways and if amount has been really refunded by Jet Airways as claimed by them then why it was not reflecting in my bank account. My bank clearly replied me via email that no such transaction has taken place with above transaction no.I forwarded jet airways snap of my banks reply on their email [protected]@jetairways.com a week back but nether I have received any reply nor my refund. Customer care gives a standard reply that they are forwarding my complaint to higher authorities and they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hrs but no one replies back. Today (16th Feb 2017) I asked customer care to provide me office address in Mumbai so that I can meet them personally but was surprised to learn that their offices are closed in Mumbai and I was to contact booking office outside airport.They were answer less when I asked them how can a booking executive sort out this issue .I have provide all the facts related to my problem and request Jet Airways to resolve the issue and refund my amount back

    I traveled from Delhi to Pune in flight 9W 365 yesterday morning (8:30 am, 13th Feb, 2017). My PNR booking reference number is NZSSTO.
    I feel pathetic to inform that I received my checked in SWISS BAG in an extremely deplorable condition. The trolley handle casing is completely broken as a result of which the retractable handle has got separated from the bag. The surrounding plastic casing is broken. The fabric of my bag near the handle is tearing apart. Also, the plastic above the wheels is also broken.
    It puts a big question mark on how does the staff handle a passenger's luggage? Such extreme damage is completely unacceptable! And this completely ruins my experience with Jet Airways. I don't think I am ever going to travel again with Jet Airways or ever suggest anybody to go by this airlines because of this extreme manhandling of passenger's luggage. Otherwise the mind would always be stressed during the flight by thinking in what condition am I going to receive my bag? And what all contents of my bag would be broken!
    I searched for JetAirways staff at the Pune airport but couldn't find any. Since I was in a hurry to catch the CityAir bus, I had to leave like that. And since the trolley rod and handle has separated from the bag, I had to lift the bag and walk for 2kms uphill, which has resulted in stiffness in my arm.
    The bag was in an almost new condition before this and now has been rendered useless after yesterdays damage. The bag will fall apart now if loaded.

    I ask what is the airlines going to do about this throwing and manhandling of people's luggage? Airlines needs to compensate for these damages and also ensure that this does not repeat again with any passenger. Such incidents spoil the reputation of JetAirways in the mind of regular flyers like me. I am attaching the photos of my damaged bag.
    I have so far received no response to any of my emails sent to JetAirways ([protected]@jetairways.com).

      Ticket was booked erroneously in my maiden name. I approached to call center of travel booking agent as well as jet airways. However, i am not able to know the process of name change. I am advised to cancel the ticket and book new ticket. It is very genuine case and person is same for whom the ticket is booked and the person who is going to travel. I have sufficient documents to prove the maiden name and changed name after marriage. E. G marriage certificate, school leaving certificate etc.

      Request you to confirm the process of name change or allow the passenger for whom ticket is booked in maiden name otherwise i have to bear cancellation charges and cost of new tickets.

        This is the 4th complaint i am making and noone from jet airways responds so m posting here as well

        Dear sir
        My name is abhishek biyani. Ffp no is[protected]
        I booked a ticket from my mobile app mumbai-colombo-mumbai pnr no. Is dfnbtq. While booking on the app i chose flex and classic because it shwed 35kgs baggage allowance. Am so surprised that the ticket copy now says only 30 kgs. I called the helpline no and the girl there said that sir you are a silver embr you are allowed 5 kgs extra to which i replied to her that during booking the app does not know whether ticket is being made for me or someone else as the passenger details or login details is taken at a later stage.
        I have attached enclosed screenshots from the mobile app.

        Please revert and make the necessary changes in my ticket and resend the same asap.

        Also please dont fool n cheat the customers like this

          I happened to learn recently in dec 2016 that jet privilege has revoked my jp membership (Details shared with jet) sometime after may 2016 - that was the time i flew to srinagar with my family and would have probably earned a few jet miles for future redemption.

          And i came to know that jet just cancelled my jp membership revoking all accrued jp miles. Unilaterally, without prior notification, and with no reason that they can remember. And no intimation before or after cancellation of membership.

          I have contacted jet team over toll free number, emails, fb and what not. They come running with private messages and emails promising to look into and requesting patience but are clueless about how someone could revoke membership without reason and are helpless about the lost (Stolen) jp miles that i earned by paying a premium airfare to jet as compared to the more convenient and affordable indigo.

          Once they promised over a recorded call (The usual 'being recorded for quality and internal training purposes') that they will transfer my lost jp miles to a new account. When i insisted on a written email with this promise, they have gone back on the promise refusing to transfer jp miles.

          When i took matters to social media like fb after multiple emails, i started getting more emails, more empty promises and no action.

          Last email received from jet on feb 2 promising to look into. The same email i have been receiving for the past 3 months. Am i surprised? Not at all...

            I booked 2 tickets of Jet Airways from New Delhi to Goa via Mumbai, journey date 14.02.2017 through PAYTM. Flight time from New Delhi was 2:00 PM . I reached to check-in counter at 1:30. They refused to allow me to check-in and said flight has been closed before one hour and send me to reservation counter. On reservation counter they told me to take another flight for Rs. 22000/- from New Delhi to Goa. When I asked for my refund of previous flight they told me to talk to PAYTM. The behaviour of staff at check-in counter and reservation counter was very bad.

              When I checked into the jetair counter then they said I have no sit for this booking and i have to pay extra amount for next flight...

              Aise kaise karsaktaa he madarchod jetairways ?

              I have all the evidences to go against of jetairways...

                I booked a ticket online (Booking reference IEPOWT) in Jet Airways Flight 9W 571 scheduled to depart Kuwait at 9-55 PM on 19 Jan, 2017. The short travel duration of only 2 days via Mumbai to Kolkata was intended to attend a wedding ceremony in the evening of 20 Jan at my native place about 270KM from Kolkata Airport requiring train/road journey. Accordingly, I made all arrangements such as onward train booking from Kolkata and other plans with my relatives to attend the marriage before returning back on 22 Jan to Kuwait.
                However, just before 2 days of scheduled departure, I casually visited Jet airways website to find the online check-in process and schedule and was shocked to notice the change in flight to 9W 573 on 20 Jan. I called Jet Airways local office in Kuwait and the response was very arrogant and was told that the local office is not responsible for personnel who have made online booking. I was also told that the change has been made as early as in first week of December. However, Jet airways did not inform me over phone, sms or email on this change.
                Since it was too late to find another airline to suit my schedule, I asked for an alternative arrangement and was given a revised schedule for 9W 573 connecting flight to Kolkata (9W 629) at Mumbai. The impact on me was to cancel the train booking and find another train. The transit time at Mumbai for flight changeover was only an hour and forty minutes but was assured by the Jet a/w official on the flight changeover.
                The flight 9W 573 landed in Mumbai near to the schedule time. However, I did not get any assistance for a faster immigration clearance for the flight change to Kolkata.
                In such a situation, we expect airline assistance for a faster clearance through immigration and customs. As a foreign national I was not given any immigration form within the air craft as is normally followed by other airlines. The walking distance from the flight up to the immigration was too long and then picking up a form, filling in the form, standing in the long immigration queue took considerable time. After bag collection, I responded to a Jet A/W official asking for Kolkata Passenger, but then when I identified myself for the same, he asked me to follow the normal queue instead of giving me any special assistance that was so essential at that point of time. However, I could pass the Customs and was at the Counter 45-50 minutes before the schedule departure of Kolkata flight 9W 629. Behind me there were at least 7 other Passengers begging the airline staff to complete the process asap. However, we were all denied boarding. The girls at the counter had no clue, searching for the contact nos, contact persons which we were able to clearly make out as drama since it was already pre-decided to delay us for the evening 6 PM flight.
                I was begging the airlines personnel including the Manager please do not do this as I have come only for 2 days to attend a marriage and I will be missing the wedding if I have to wait until 6 in the evening. There was no takers, the personnel were so arrogant, they were not ready to listen. My baggage was straightway pushed with a new tag for the evening flight, my boarding pass that was issued in Kuwait was torn away and was given a new boarding pass. I was left with no choice, a 58 year old man was standing and crying helplessly as I realised, the journey was in vein.
                The flight from Mumbai to Kolkata 9W 629 though was scheduled to depart at 6 PM got delayed and the arrival at Kolkata was 9 - 30 PM instead of scheduled 8-35 PM. I was too late for the train I booked. All my efforts to hire a taxi paying huge sum of money to be in the wedding did not materialise as I could arrive at my place only in the early hours of 21 Jan by which time the marriage ceremony was over and the bride/groom had left for the faraway place to the place of origin of the bridegroom.

                All the above happened only because of the carelessness of Jet airways, cancellation of the flight I originally booked in, no assistance at Mumbai airport for the transit, and boarding denial although there was sufficient time. I therefore ask Jet Airways to arrange to refund me the ticket price they charged.

                  I had travelled in shafjah - kochin flight on 27th of jan 2017. When i reach the checkin counter, then only i come yo know that the luggage allowance is just 15 kg. Even the luggage allowance is not mentioned in the ticket as well. They demanded me to pay AED 1300 as excess luggage payment.
                  When i reached kochi i sent an email to there customer service snd they replied to me to send the e ticket print out.

                  For the last one week they didnt even give any reply for the complaint.
                  Even for the buget airlines also they provides e0 kg as a standerd allowance otherwise they mentioned in the e ticket.

                  I lost my trolly type blue colour skybags company bag... Guest name KOTAHI GMRS... in pune the droping ponit they not scanned one bag..totally 15 in that 1 is missing...we strongly requested that please found my luggage bag...

                    I had booked my flight from lucknow to jodhpur on 10th feb 2017. the flight from lko to delhi was delayed due to congestion on airport and the flight from delhi to jodhpur took off on its scheduled time .Thus, though we had boarding paases, we could not board the flight. When the authorities were contacted, the staff at the domestic transfers was least interested in helping us. Since there was no flight available on that day to jodhpur, she told us that she would book us flight from delhi to mumbai and then from mumbai to udaipur without verifying the fact that there was no flight from mumbai to udaipur on 10th feb. After repeated requests and queries she finally checked and till then the flight of next day i.e 11th feb from delhi to udaipur was also booked thus leaving us no option but to be stranded there for 2 days. Finally, after another 1 hour of repeated requests our baggages were returned to us and we had to travel to jodhpur via roadways with 11hrs of long journey by road. The staff as well as mismanagement by jet airways is really embarassing and frustrating.

                      Two of my employees were barred from flying from Delhi to Skb in spite of having the boarding passes. It was done intentionally willfully and were racially discriminated. Jetairways refuses to answer back even worse lies on their email. I have contacted them repeatedly. They blame ALO. The person they refer to there doesn't even exist. I can give u complete details but the last time I did on this website ref 1486972 no one got back to me. I hope this time around u actually get back

                          I took the flight from dubai to mangalore on 9 feb 2017 (Flight no.9W531).In mangalore it took me almost 1 n half hour to receive my luggage.After sometime I found that my IPAD was missing from my luggage.I request you to take strict actions against this and check the cctv footage.I suspect that it was stolen after scanning of my luggage And I want an answer as to why it took 1 n half hour to receive the luggage.I want your reply as soon as possible.

                            I lost my luggage in manglore airport on 1/2/2017 and bad behave from the airport staf[censored]ntill now there is no information many times i call to jet airways office in manglore airport toda went to manglore airport jet airways office they told me thay cannot do anything for this complaint my bording pass and my passport copy in the jet airways office

                              I want to file complaint against that counter staff of flight number 9w-7067(Ahmedabad To Delhi)PNR is DLXXXH, she didn't allowed me to check in. I came 40 minutes before departure time still she stoped me.I have emergency to go to Delhi
                              She was making stories that you are late.It is your problem.you should reach before 45 minutes.
                              They werw giving reasons go here go there, meet supervisor. Really feel shame. Very bad service of Jet Airways
                              How rude she is!!!
                              I have requested to adjust in next flight but rudely said"I can not give you.you are late"
                              brainless lady
                              I don't know her name but other staff was calling her manager.
                              Jet airways is very reputed airlines I have travel first time and this was my last time.
                              I will not recommend my family member & friends for this...
                              Take some concrete actions against that Lady.

                                I am really disappointed with jetairways. My friend booked ticket for me from makemytrip but god knows what happened at the time of booking the traveller name was my friend's name instead of mine. I called makemytrip to change the name but they told me to contact jetairways (since the carrier was jetairways). I called but they refused to do so and said it doesnot come under their policy. What the hell can't you change the name??? Whats the big deal... Atleast you can give some kind of relaxation if not full money. E ticket no.: 589-[protected]

                                  While flying back from Paris to Pune, on 28th Jan 2017, On arrival in Pune on 29th Jan at 4 am, i did not receive my checked in baggage.
                                  After waiting for 2 hrs, Jet ground staff took complaint of missing baggage complaint, and subsequently, on 30th Jan evening, Jet airways couriered my baggage at doorstep.
                                  On recieving my baggage, i noticed some external damages, i argued with the courier personnel, and as he was NOT from JET airways representative, i accepted the courier clearly mentioning " Received damaged baggage" in the acknowledgement.
                                  Then immediately on 30 Jan, i complained this to Jet AIRWAYS through email.
                                  I didn't receive any response, then followed up on 2nd Feb. again no response,
                                  Then I called to Jet airways baggage customer care on 4th Feb, and reminder call on 6th Feb.

                                  On 7th Feb i received email response stating they are NOT able to view Image evidence.
                                  Then again i emailed the damaged photos, and finally i get this email response that it is NOT external damage.
                                  Request you to go through following evidences
                                  1. Courier acknowledgement form mentioning "received damaged baggage"
                                  2. Baggage checkin no with TAG ID
                                  3. Images of damaged baggage

                                  Please help me to get damaged baggage replaced and also apply suitable penalty for Jet airways for ignoring my complaint and wasting my time and energy.

                                    We have book total 22 air tickets of your airline from Hydrabad to Bengaluru in flight no 9W842. Our date of journey is 9/2/2017. At the time of booking tickets the time of the flight no 9W842 is 8:55 am. But after it you have given massage that the time of flight is changed and it change as 7:55 am. Due to this inconvenience you have adjusted our tickets in another flight bearing no. 9W2814 having PNR no .MDJQH, CTBITE, COXHCF, EPFHTB, YINAVS. Due to sudden change of your flight time we are unable to manage our further scheduled and therefore we communicate with your customer care & agent to cancel total 22 tickets from last 2 days. we are consistently in communication with them to cancel the tickets & our tickets shown to be canceled but till today we have not received our ticket fare. So you are kindly requested to refund our ticket amount.

                                    Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I had a refundable JetAirways ticket done through my Agent, Alpine Travel and Tours, Bandra West, Mumbai. I cancelled my ticket DXB-BOM on 8th Dec. 2016, as my visa to Australia had come. My agent says he was refunded only 1700 INR from the refundable ticket. I would like to know the correct amount refunded to me. My name is Lorna Rajan Kurien.

                                      My baggage has not arrived since more than a week now. I have been sending emails daily to the customer care team but there is either no response or a pointless automated one. I have been asking what is the process to claim reimbursement for lost baggage. I have lost 25000 Rs worth of clothes in my bag. Does jet hold itself responsible for baggage loss or have the responsibility to address customer queries.

                                      My experience with Delta was so smooth in this aspect. You have a lot to learn from other International airlines in terms of responsiveness and responsibility towards your customers.

                                        My baggage was held up in bangalore airport due Power Bank. They told me it will reach me by next flight in delhi. But later after reaching delhi they said it's delayed and it will reach the destination (Manali). Even after 3 days I did not receive my bag. I have come for snow trek without my cloths and money I am suffring and have fallen ill here due to snow n climate. No women safety from jet Airways. Moreover I was travelling alone. Even after repeatedly contacting their customer care they don't have any update about my baggage. Worst service from them. Now I will file complaint against jet Airways. I want my baggage and compensation of 25 lakh within 15days to my original address.
