I have booked a ticket from Delhi to udaipur on 29th jan but at the time of payment, error occurred "There seems to be an unexpected system error. Your booking could not be retrieved at this time." and neither msg received to me but my balance got deducted from my account so I booked another ticket for the same after that I got mail regarding confirmation of my booking for both the transaction
Bt whenever I tried to cancel the previous booking, same error occurred.. I haven't received any refund for that..
Kindly solve the issue

    I want to file complaint against that counter staff of flight number 9w-815, she didn't allowed me to check in. I came 40 minutes b4 departure time still she stoped me. How can she dare to stop.I has emergency to go to Bangalore.
    I took video of this incidence and m going to viral it. So i[censored] r not taking strict action against that check in counter staff then definitely it's gone to be viral.
    I requested her its emergency bt that 12 standard lady don't have brain actually.
    I don't know her name but other staff was calling her manager.
    I wan strict against that brainless lady

      I have to travel from dehradun to Bangalore n it is a connecting flight .. flight got delayed from dehradun to Delhi so they thought of sending customers through air india .. but they are no accommodating me .i have to travel from Bangalore to mysore also but jet airways don't consider female safety .. horrible experience with jet airways.. female safety is not given importance at all

        I reached around 30 min before but Jet Airways worker not giving boarding ticket & not allowed to go. Making stories that you are late like that & not give the ticket for next flight They are giving reasons go here go there, meet supervisor. Really feel shame. Very bad service of Jet Airways. I will not recommend my family member & friends for this.

          To whom so ever it may concern
          I am a citizen of India and have been residing in the Caribbean island of Stkitts.
          I urge you to read my email with patience and please respond back. Let us have faith that there are some people who actually do their jobs


          Two of my new employees, single girls from Manipur were scheduled to fly out from Mumbai to Stkitts (Skb)
          They reached from Mumbai to Delhi, where in spite of having boarding pass they were stopped and harassed intentionally by Jet airways employees and specifically by Sajiv.
          I don't have their last names cause obviously when these girls pulled their phone to record them they all fled from the counter.
          Here is what transpired so far
          Upon reaching Delhi after being told - you will never fly again. I will make sure you miss your flt these girls were not allowed to board. Both the girls carried a valid work permit of this country where they were heading to, additional landing permit given by the government of Stkitts to extend courtesies and appointment letter of the company .
          I have had tens of employees travel that route but they target women - single young women who have never seen the inside of a plane before.
          I was on the phone constantly. The airline or any body from the airport refused to speak to us - we were trying to reason out to know what exactly did they NOT have in terms of paper ?
          I asked the girls to make a huge noise about it, but not one person came forward. The louder my girls got the more sadistic jet airways employees behaved. They all left and were gone. We found mr Singh from Delhi immigration over the phone after calling customer service - he told us to go to tell the girls to row N and talk to the person there. By now the flight gone, but we needed to know what next ?????
          After the employees of jet airways were called in by Mr Singh - the immigration officer - the main in charge of this mess Sajiv. He did not go into the office. Ms upasna was sent in and earlier when I spoke to her she refused to give her name. Not one person wanted to give their name as all the immigration and the airlines - all are hand in glove.
          After repeated calls from here from our end, and threats to go to the higher authorities they wanted to get rid of these two girls.
          From 3.15 am in the morning until next morning 7.30 am IST I have been talking to upasna the shift in charge . The blame game went on.
          Upasna agreed that someone on their end has screwed up.
          The girls were to fly mum- ams-sxm-Skb...on jet from Mumbai to sxm and then on list
          liaT airline from sxm to Skb.

          Since Sajiv in his rage of sadistic streak didn't see the girls tickets he apparently decide to not let them onboard because sxm needs a visa to enter. These girls were in transit, this is the ONLY route for a Indian pp holder to get to Skb without having to enter any US airports .
          So tickets worth over two lakes had gone waste, these girls were left high and Dry on the airport, even asked by Sajiv how much money they carried !!!
          They had only usd 150 in their pockets, no place to stay if sent back to Mumbai as they used to rent a room ! No place in Delhi the rape capital of india .

          After over seven hrs later the shift in charge who had NO Choice but to get rid of them was trying to book them on a flt via Paris - from where they would have been sent back again to Mumbai as you require a us visa for transit thru Paris or a Paris visa.

          I had to explain this to ms upasna the shift in charges out these rules.

          Both the girls have been sent back from Delhi to Mumbai given a new ticket and treated like ####. They are told now to fly from Mumbai on tenth.
          No accommodation or food expense was provided. When I demanded and spoke to upasna her shift was to end so I was told to speak to ms Rina in. Mumbai the shift in charge there ...no Rina showed up ...my girls got there bags broken for no fault of theirs.
          As of now they are living in a room were five girls are sharing one room with them makes it seven girls.
          Upasna was kind enough to say sorry yes it's our fault but then there is only this she could do after I have been hammering them on the phone.
          I threatened to go legal, inform media about this harassment to single innocent girls who don't have too much money to hand them under the table ...this is what they get. Like hooligans with every valid document they are told they will not go on this flight in fact they will NEVER fly again.

          Now while these two girls from Manipur are left stranded in Bombay with no where to stay, under a 100 usd to get thru till the tenth, this humiliation and aggravation, women who want to grow and move ahead in life, dreams ruined wit a nightmarish experience - what action gets taken ?
          Probably none. Because this is just me screaming for help for justice, and action on Sajiv and his boisterous jet airways team - why no action will probably be taken because
          These are two women
          Single girls
          Can't speak fluent Hindi or English
          Have almost no money to even get thru for the next six days
          Because they didn't bribe them
          Or flirt there way to the final gate ?
          What are the reasons or all of the above.

          This is NOT the first case. Please ask the Indian citizens residing in the Caribbean islands repeatedly this happens when someone flies from Delhi airport.
          Being a girl is indeed a crime in Delhi.
          Men like these rape them mentally if they can't physically and no one speaks of this

          Rest assured the pen is mighty than sword and hopefully there will be some body who respects women and chooses to take action.

          Please forward my email to everybody that you know so men like Sajiv never have the courage to harass a single girl again.

              Dear Sir,

              My BOOKING Number is 36639183 with www.OneTravel.com. My E-ticket Number is[protected]/83. I had already inquired at customer service before boarding the flight and they said that I will be allowed 2 pieces of 23 kg suitcases per person from India to Canada on Jet Airways flight. So we boarded flight on 1-st February, 2017 with 4 pieces of 23 kg suitcases as I was coming with my wife but they did not allow 4 suitcases, which was a horrible situation for us. We argued with them for 30 minutes but still they did not allow 2 more suitcases and fined us for Canadian dollar 218. we not only paid the fine but we were also mentally harassed and boarded the flight at the last minute. I want FULL refund of CAD 218 as I had already confirmed for 4 suitcases of 23 kgs for 2 people.

              Below is the mail which i received from [protected]@delta.com in which they clearly stated that I am allowed 2 suitcases of 23 kgs from India to Canada.

                This complain is about horrible and miss/Very careless information from Jet airways customer care executive which cost me to book another ticket at very costly price .

                i was missing my details about the flight booking which I had neither received into my mobile nor via mail after flight booking of jet airways and when I had called a customer care executive she told me that there is no booking in my name but after some time ( almost 2 hour ) she called me up again informing about my booking .

                That time i was already done with another booking of Indigo which was very costly and as for me travel was really urgent i was left with no other option .. apart from that the time she called me up was really to late to cover the distance from my place to airport .

                This is the matter of complete negligence and shows no value of the customer in the eyes of Jet Airways .

                I am with 100% sure to ask them and get the value for returns even If i need to file a case against them .

                  JetAirways cancelled their flight on 30th Dec from Dehradun to Delhi.
                  This cancellation ruined my whole vacation as I had to cancel my trip to Amritsar and also I had to travel to Delhi via Taxi which was a 9 hour journey with my family.
                  Before I started my journey to Delhi I got a call from Jet Airways Mumbai to inform me that flight got cancelled and there is no any further flight to Delhi on same day.
                  The reason told me was bad weather. I am unable to understand how can AirIndia flight operates in the same weather condition but not Jet Airways. Do Jet has low grade aircrafts or pilots are not trained enough to handle such situations.
                  I was on a call with one of the executive and I asked her to check with their manager to book a cab for me so that I can catch my next flight from Delhi to Indore at 6am in the morning on 31st Dec. I had to reschedule my travel to Indore from 1st Jan to 31st Dec just because of the cancellation of this flight. She said she will not be able to do this, I requested her to transfer this call to the senior manager so that I can have a word with him/her but she did not do this saying that she can not do it. After long argument of about 15-20 min. one of the shift in charge(Mr. Yohan) came on the call and same story was repeated for 30 more min. I also requested him that if he does not have the power to fulfil my request please inform his senior. He told me that none of the seniors are available at that time. Then he told me that all the seniors are in a meeting. I requested him to send a message to the senior that I am with my family and requesting for the cab booking, he said he can not do it this conversation went for another 30 min and a lady came over call named Ms. Zohra. Same story o[censored]navailability of flight went in for next 20 min. I asked her to share the number of the senior she reports to, so that I can make a request to him/her but she refused saying that she can not do it.
                  Being a Jet Platinum member I was treated like a person standing outside the window of a ticket counter where a new trainee was handling me. This is totally unacceptable.
                  At last I managed to get a cab to reach Delhi and finally I reached there at 12:30 am and checked in into the hotel. I can not help my family for a comfortable sleep for even couple of hours as we had to catch our flight at 6 am.
                  My wife and my kid thanked me for such a wonderful vacations they had with me of a long tired journey and skipping their trip to Golden Temple.
                  I would like Jet Airways to compensate me and my family for such behaviour and spoiling my vacations due to cancellation of the flight.
                  Though the loss I had, in terms of loosing all the joy of my vacations can not be measured or compared in any value but I want Jet Airways to pay a fair compensation against this.

                    I traveled on Jan 21st from Toronto to London (Air Canada Flight 856) and had a connecting Jet Airways flight from London to Mumbai(Jet Airways Flight 119).

                    On arrival at Mumbai, I got to know that one of my baggage with Tag Number AC487348 is missing and it wasn't loaded at London and I was being told that I'll receive it in couple of days.

                    Its almost 12 days now and I've been calling your call centre atleast twice a day and getting misleading information from "Yes, your baggage has been arrived in Mumbai" to "We still dont know where it is..". Its such a worst customer experience and it ruined all my vacation plans but dint see any professional behavior from Jet airways in handling the case.

                    I'm bearing this brunt for no mistake of mine.

                      Dear Jet Airways, It was highly disappointing incidence.Today dated on 1st Feb 2017 my Flight was 9W 615, 07:05 am.I had reached the boarding pass counter at 6.25 .They didnot allow me to proceed.I had done Web Check in n m seat was 16C my office colouge was on 16A.I have complaint for two things
                      1.They didnot allow me even i had done web checkin one day before n todays time was 6.25am.
                      2. My seat has been alloted to other person 16C .that means Jet Airways team didnot take me on the cost of other person

                      U people give us privilege customer tag and you replace people as per your convince. I need my money for second booking 7188 Rs.

                      I didnot spend time on this matter at airport because i was busy with some official stuff.So I booked ticket without any cross questioning.but now i raised the voice.

                      Why did yo allowed other person on the cost of my booking. ans me

                        the below mention mail has been send every day to your [protected]@jetairways.Com. But no use and still i getting same answer with in 24 hours will call you. But still no one contact me and same answer from your toll free number too.Flight number :9w231/ amesterdam to mumbai.

                        With reference number bom9w99214 i would like to tell you that i have contacted many times to your mumbai office & even coimbatore office no one gives me clear picture about my baggage.And one more information i have received a call on 20th of jan 2017 from your office that. He said my luggage has been found & it will deliver on 21st. But still i havent received nothing. I am not ready to receive any of your compensation. Actually its a paid luggage and more over i have all my important stuffs in that and one more thing i need to fly back to u.S without my luggage i cant fly again. So please trace my luggage and deliver it to me. I hope you understand my critical situation.I am waiting so long time and i every day calling to your customer care officers too.Still how many more days have to wait for my luggage .It has my documents my clothes my shopping item and the bag itself its brand new samsonaite.And its paid luggage. Its 32 kgs.What is a next step. I am a frequent flyer its first time very bad experience with u.. Even i cant enjoy my vacation. And i have to fly in a week so kindly tell me what the solution.

                          I booked a ticket online (Booking reference IEPOWT) in Jet Airways Flight 9W 571 scheduled to depart Kuwait at 9-55 PM on 19 Jan, 2017.
                          The short travel duration of only 2 days via Mumbai to Kolkata was intended to attend a wedding ceremony in the evening of 20 Jan at Balasore, Odisha. Accordingly, I made all arrangements such as onward train booking from Howarh and other plans with my relatives to attend the marriage before returning back on 22 Jan to Kuwait.

                          However, just before 2 days of scheduled departure, I casually visited Jet airways website to find the online check-in process and schedule and was in horror to notice the change in flight to 9W 573 on 20 Jan.
                          I called Jet Airways local office in Kuwait and the response was very arrogant and was told that the local office is not responsible for personnel who have made online booking. I was also told that the change has been made as early as in first week of December. I did not receive any kind of communication e.g. phone, sms or email on this change.
                          Since it was too late to find another airline to suit my schedule, I asked for an alternative arrangement and was given a revised schedule for 9W 573. The impact on me was to cancel the train booking and find another train. The transit time at Mumbai for flight changeover was only a hour and forty minutes but was assured by the Jet a/w official on the flight changeover.

                          The flight 9W 573 landed in Mumbai near to the schedule time. However, I did not get any assistance for a faster immigration clearance for the flight change to Kolkata.
                          In such a situation, we expect airline assistance for a faster clearance through immigration and customs. As a foreign national I was not given any immigration form within the air craft as is normally followed by other airlines. The walking distance from the flight up to the immigration was too long and then picking up a form, filling in the form, standing in the long immigration queue took considerable time. After bag collection, I responded to a Jet A/W official asking for Kolkata Passenger, but then when I identified myself for the same, he asked me to follow the normal queue instead of giving me any special assistance that was so essential at that point of time. However, I could pass the Customs and was at the Counter 45-50 minutes before the schedule departure of Kolkata flight 9W 629. Behind me there were at least 7 other Passengers begging the airline staff to complete the process asap. However we were all denied boarding. The girls at the counter had no clue, searching for the contact nos, contact persons which we were able to clearly make out as drama since it was already pre-decided to delay us for the evening 6 PM flight.

                          I was begging the airlines personnel including the Manager please do not do this as I have come only for 2 days to attend a marriage and I will be missing the wedding if I have to wait until 6 in the evening. There was no takers, the personnel were so arrogant, they were not ready to listen. My baggage was straightway pushed with a new tag for the evening flight, my boarding pass that was issued in Kuwait was torn away and was given a new boarding pass. I was left with no choice, a 58 year old man was standing and crying helplessly as I realised, the journey was in vein.

                          The flight from Mumbai to Kolkata 9W 629 though was scheduled to depart at 6 PM got delayed and the arrival at Kolkata was 9 - 30 PM instead of scheduled 8-35 PM. I was too late for the train I booked. All my efforts to hire a taxi paying huge sum of money to be in the wedding did not materialise as I could arrive at my place only in the early hours of 21 Jan by which time the marriage ceremony was over and the bride/groom had left for the faraway place to the place of origin of the bridegroom.

                          All the above happened only because of the carelessness of Jet airways, cancellation of the flight I originally booked in, no assistance at Mumbai airport for the transit, and boarding denial although there was sufficient time. I therefore ask Jet Airways to arrange to refund me the ticket price they charged.

                            This happened on 21st January 2017, flight 9W0550 Jet Airways from Hyderabad to Abudhabi. My flight departure time at 18.00 PM.
                            I reached on time there was a long queue and checkin couldn't happen before 45 mins of departure.
                            Abudhabi and Mumbai flights passengers were standing in same queue for boarding.
                            I was there at the counter 1.40 mins prior departure. I think There was a so called supervisor named "Jaffer". He wasn't even
                            listening and was so rude. Is this how you handle customers? Jet airways so pathetic experience...
                            so guys are in no mood to help customers. I[censored] wanted you could helped in some way, but that Supervisor was so unprofessional and rude.

                            Actually I am working in Australia and have to go from Hyderabad to Abudhabi, Abudhabi to Perth and Perth to Adelaide.
                            Because of the Jet Airways staff I have missed my flight on 21st January 2017. They have booked my flight on 22nd January 2017 at same
                            time without any compensation or accomodation and I came from 310 km from Hyderabad.
                            They have booked my flight on 22nd January 2017 at same time from Hyderabad to Abudhabi, Abudhabi to Melbourne and Melbourne to Adelaide.
                            They have booked my flight at Melbourne was only 1.30 hr with connecting time and Abudhabi flight delayed 40 minutes time to reach Melbourne.
                            Again I have missed My flight from Melbourne to Adelaide and on 24th January 2017 I have reached to Adelaide.

                            So I lost my work on 23rd and 24th January 2017 and I paid my own money on 21st night for accomodation. This was a bad experience in Jet Airways.

                              Regarding my PNR: PASUIF,


                              I have redeemed my 60, 000 JP miles and booked a return flight from Del - LEH.

                              however, after paying the tax amount of Rs. 13, 644/- on IVR, i received my ticket in which my return is still under waitlist.

                              the guy who booked my ticket on IVR ( Ref number : 16516831 and his name was: Avinash Singh )

                              got clueless and even he was not able to understand how can the payment process with my return showing waitlisted.

                              Kindly sort this issue out on a priority and issue me a proper tickets.

                                  This is in reference to above captioned Details Where my Uncle Advocate Mushtaq Ahmad Makhdoomi who is senior citizen was supposed to Travel from Delhi- Srinagar on 26th of Jan-17 but due to bad whether in Srinagar flight was cancelled & was rescheduled on Ist of Feb-17 . but my uncle who is a very renowned Lawyer and has to attend important hearing in Srinagar High court on Monday. I had requested your customer care to re-schedule his booking on 28 or 29th of Jan so that he can not miss the hearing.but unfortunately all in vain. I once again request you to look into the matter & help us to reach him Srinagar on time i.e. 29th of Jan or any losses which will be made because of non cooperation of Jet airways needs to be paid by the concerned Airline. We hope you will look into it on priority & help us the get things sorted.

                                    I haven't received refund of my ticket cancelled 12 months before in Jan 2016.
                                    PNR No. PMLMEK (eTicket#[protected] Muscat to Kochi
                                    I have already sent about 20 emails and spent so much of my time for refund of the ticket, but to no use.
                                    My credit card company (Standard Chartered) stopped their operation in Oman due to which I requested to transfer the amount to my new credit card. Jet customer care accepted my request and informed that they already transferred the refund to my new credit card. When I informed that I didn't receive the refund, they are now making new demands like provide my transaction details of new card etc.
                                    I have spent so much time and provided more than enough details. I have no problem to send them the transaction details, but lost the confidence in them.

                                    Even though embarrassed like hell with the service, I though of making a new booking with the cancelled ticket to save the money.
                                    I requested their assistance to do it via an email dated 14-Jan-2017, but they stopped responding to my email too.

                                    Thanks Jet Airways and Consumer Complaints forum for the support.
                                    The issue is now resolved.
                                    I got an email from Jet Customer care after the forum post showing the exact details of the fund transfer to my credit card. Thereafter I checked with the bank again; the amount was on hold with the bank (credit card) for some period due to which the transfer went un-noticed. The issue is now resolved.

                                      I just experience d a bag check before entering a flight. There were 7 members who only checked my bag in the total no of 30 people who passed with me or after me.

                                      It was a very embarrassing moment as the so called random check was like 1 in 30. When I asked their names, all of them did not provide saying it's a republic day thing.
                                      If it's so important it should be conducted in a polite way and more random. I am a frequent jet flyer. Felt pathetic and deeply embarrassed. Please reach some politeness.

                                        I have travelled from Amsterdam on 14th Jan on Jet flight No 9W048 .

                                        Wherein one of my baggage has not arrived and as per process I have logged a lost luggage complaint with Jet (File No BOM9W99642)

                                        On 19th of January I was informed that my bag was found at Paris .

                                        From that date for last 6 days I was told that my bag will be loaded in next available flight but till day it was not done .
                                        I am facing huge problems but Jet is not responding at al.
