My ticket no. Is[protected]..
My flight departed at 6.30 pm instead of 7.05 PM as written on my ticket.
They made my boarding card of previous flight which have gone near about 6:30..
Why they made my boarding card of previous flight . I waited for 7.05 PM flight nd both flight had gone. Oh my god ..this is very painful for me..and workers haven't any answer of my this problem. This happened in raja sansi airport in Amritsar.

    I booked ticket in jet airways from Mumbai TO CHENAAI on flight 9W 469 on 17 th jan it has delayed from 15.30 to 16.40 for that i missed the meeting . i would like to airline compensate my fare. my PNR no SNDKGT. . Please do needful. iam regular traveler in your flights.

      Flew with jet from ded to del and had to take an international connection for dubai which i missed due to this big mess from jet airways... I booked the. After cancelling indigo airlines paid premium charges 4 times higher to jet but they made a bigger mess and i arrived in delhi @ 4 pm whereas my arrival was 12.35 pm. Their staff had no clue as to state anything and were arrogant... This has been my 5th horrible experience with them... Not gonna fly anymore and will not recommend to even a dead person... I need my full refund for all flights...

        A highly u professional behavior by the duty staff. Something not expected from jet services. My flight was delayed by 2. 5 hours. On reaching the airport, i contacted the duty manager (Delvin) to put me on the earliest flight available. He made me wait for 45 minutes saying he will have to check with other airline. After which i had to call him and remind. He took me all the way back to the air india counter just to tell that the air india flight flying time is later than jet. Something he could have found out before causing harrasment to the cold stoner. Post this with a high headed attitude he just informed me to board with jet 415 and walked off quickly. The queue at the counter was very badly managed and i stood there for another 20 minutes to find out that the flight is all booked and no seat available. I waited another 15 minutes after persistence to get a seat on the same flight 10 minutes before the boarding time. The attitude and professionalism of the duty manager is highly unacceptable and unexpected. If this the kind of poor service with a rude attitude is what jet privilege members are promised, i would prefer flying other airlines. I am still waiting for the flight and boarding s still has not started for the already delayed flight.

          I (Sinduja SasiRose Asokan) travelled from Tiruchirappalli(TRZ) to Mumbai(BOM) on 22 Jan 2017 and the flights details are as follows,

          Flight number: 9W2751(Tiruchirappalli(TRZ) to Chennai(MAA))
          9W0429(Chennai(MAA) to Mumbai(BOM))

          When i was given my check-in baggage in Tiruchirappalli(TRZ), the induction was in good condition in the baggage.When I received the baggage in Mumbai(BOM), the induction top was broken into small pieces even though we have packed it safely.So you have to take the responsibility for the damage.

The file number for missing bags are 9W777858 and 9W777857. Till now no response for my missing bags. Till now no action taken by Jet Airways. Please take action.

            We cannot believe the duplicity of an airline like Jet. The rules mention 'no cancellation charges'. But when my husband and I wanted to pre-pone our Chennai -Mumbai tickets by one day, 5 days in advance, the cancellation fee is Rs. 9000/-! This is the same as the cost of the ticket, 90%of the ticket cost!! To modilfy the booking is 85% of the ticket cost.

            This is with Jet Gold membership, but no flexibility is shown. Why would people like us ever want to fly Jet again? No manager is not available to take the complaint and loyal customers like us are given false misleading information. Other passengers, beware!

                I would like to inform you that I just got information from my passenger when he go to check in, airline staff at counter check in said his air ticket is need to check in 3 times for Boarding pass and luggage ( PNH, BKK, and BOM ), So I would like to ask you why have this problem when check in because before I issue the ticket I already ask GSA at Cambodia about check in boarding pass and luggage, they said it is check in through if I issued the ticket through under 9W, but now everything are different from the old information. You know I issued 9W is higher price than issued separate around $ 300 because it is the reason that passenger need to check in through. Before I also have passenger that Issued separate, airline staff said cannot check in through but right now when I issue through why still cannot check in through again ?

                Please kindly advice me why counter check in not allow my passenger check in through ? Now my passenger is complain too much for our service. If you cannot check in through, passenger must to request to get money back as issue the ticket separate. Do you have any solution for my passenger ?

                  Sub: Complaint of harassment and demand for compensation
                  1. We had booked ticket between Marseille-Mumbai and back as per following tannery indicated in the enclose -1.
                  2. Me (Prabhat Kumar) and my wife (Nilima Srivastava) reached Mumbai Airport terminal -2 at 0200 hour on Dec 31, 2016 for return journey. We were diverted by Etihad Air to Jet Airways counter for Check in by Itehad airways stating that flight is operated by Jet airways.
                  3. We were told by Jet airways check in counter that the flight is delayed and the time gap between flight booked by me to reach Abu Dhabhi and connecting fligt to paris is 35 minutes now and it will be difficult for them to send us in the flight EY7604. We were not given any such intimation by phone of e mail.
                  4. We requested them to put us in some alternative flight/ different airline so that we get our connection (there was alternative available that time). Jet airways person on the counter asked us to wait on a counter where Jet Airways Supervisor Ms. Shraddha will attend to us. She came to counter only at around 0330 hour and even after coming to the counter she kept us waiting for nearly 30 minutes.
                  5. We tried to talk to her few times in this 30 minutes, insisting that we are old and cannot stand for long time and she need to attend to us, but she said that she is very busy with many works and will talk to us later.
                  6. At around four am we were given an alternate ticket for flight for Paris next day i.e on[protected] at 0245 which takes us Marselley 24 hour hour later than our original departure. She issued the ticket without consulting us.
                  7. When I wanted to explore additional alternatives, the supervisor on the desk (Ms Shraddha) told me that she will not listen at all any plea as she has done what is possible. On my further insistence that I have no place to stay in Mumbai and have no medicines and other supports needed by us, she told me that she will call security if I stand any more on the counter.
                  8. On my enquiry whether we can be provided some stay facility, she forced me to discuss any other matter with one of the staff who said that Jet airways is not responsible to provide any support to us and we will have to stay at airport till next flight at 0245 am next day. On our repeated insistence one person from Jetairways accompanied us to entrance security and advised the security to let us go out of airport check-in hall.
                  9. We had to face many difficulties due to lack of money and with limited medicines with us adequate for the planned journey. We had to phone some relatives at our home town to arrange some money for us through their friend in Mumbai. We could not get medicines without doctor prescription and could not meet a doctor in new place/ new year holiday.
                  10. We entered the airport check in hall again at 10 pm on 31st December 2016 for 0245 flight on 1st Jan 2017.
                  11. To our surprise, we were told that the flight has been rescheduled and will depart at 0620 hour and not 0245 hour. We were not given any such information by phone or mail. . We were told that the boarding pass issue will start at 0200 am. To our dismay when we approached the Jet Airways counter to get the boarding pass on 1st January at 0210 am, we were informed that though the print issued to us shows the booking between Mumbai and Paris for us, the computer system does not show the sector booking. Instead, the booking is appearing in the system only between Paris and Marseille (by train). We were put in waiting. After checking with supervisors and after finding that the seats are available, seats were released to me and my wife. Incidentally this did not take more than 15 minutes, though these 15 minutes have been one of the most tense moments in our travel history.
                  12. Surprisingly on arrival at Paris the TGV refused to give us ticket stating that our tickets was for previous day and they have no intimation from airline to issue alternate ticket. For some strange reason they sent us to air France. Air France sent us back to TGV. We went to Etihad Airways counter when it opened. They mentioned that they have no intimation about our changed itenery and can not help us. We went back and requested intervention of TGV supervisor who agreed to issue ticket for a later train at 19.28 but without any reservation as seats are not available, . instead of 16.56 train.
                  13. Needless to say that we had to go between air terminal and TGV station many times to get a ticket (without any reservation)\

                  14. In summary the harassment faced by me (a senior citizen with knee joint pain) and my wife (Sugar and blood pressure patient with knee joint problem) is listed below point by point.

                  14.1. The supervisor at Mumbai Airport issued us a ticket which takes us to our destination Marseille 24 hour after our schedule arrival. There were several more options available which Etihad airways/Jet airways did not want to avail for their own commercial interest, ignoring the inconvenience they are causing to senior citizens who have medical issues as well.\
                  14.2. We were not provided any accommodation at Mumbai, despite our request to provide accommodation to us, though the flight was shifted almost 21 hour ( left Mumbai more than 24 hour later than the scheduled departure of the flight booked by us). I had informed airline supervisor at Mumbai that I have travelled this afternoon from Lucknow to Mumbai and showed them the boarding card (attached as enclosure-3) and my wife has come from Hyderabad Pune by road the in the afternoon. We informed them that we are tired, old and not in best of health. Yet we were not heard.
                  14.3. When I was pleading on 31 early morning that I should be consulted before issue of alternate ticket, the Jet airways supervisor Ms Shraddha told me that if I do not go away from the counter, she will call security to get me thrown from the counter.
                  14.4. Me at the age of 66, and my wife at age of 58 years have lost 24 hours of our life for Airways mistake and their ambition of saving at the cost of my inconvenience. At advance age, when balance life is uncertain, 26 hours are very precious. This includes a New Year eve which we had planned to celebrate with my son and grandson at our residence in France and the First Day of New Year 2017.
                  14.5. We have not been able to sleep at all for two consecutive nights (night between 30th and 31 and night between 31st and 1st.). With advancing age and not very good health condition, this is an undesirable and risky condition for our health maintenance.
                  14.6. The tension was further built up 1st morning, when I was told that the our names are not in the Mumbai-Paris flight (9W 124), even though I had reservation in my paer in my hand. This tension though was short lived (15 minutes).
                  14.7. We had to run pillar to post between airline terminals and TGV booking station at Paris to get out ticket between Paris and Marseille. After few hour struggler we got ticket that was two and a half hour after the pticet issued at Mubbai and we had to travel in TGV without reserved seat.
                  14.8. I and my wife are responsible and reputed persons. Before superannuating in October 2014 at age of 64 years, I was Chairman and Managing director of an important public Sector (Bhartitya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited) under Department of Atomic Energy. I was distinguished scientist of government of Indai ( Department of Atomic Energy) since 2007. I have many awards to my credit. I have been given lots of coverage by Press and Media for my contribution for Nuclear Energy. I was in highest pay bracket of Government (80000 Fixed asper 6th Pay commission) for two years before I retired. With approval of Government, I took a job at director level in International Thermo Nuclear research Reactor (ITER). ITER, where I presently work, is one of the most prestigious projects in the globe. My wife Dr Nilima Srivastava is a President of India awardee teacher. She took Voluntary Retirement in in October 2015 to accompany me when I planned to move to France for job in ITER.
                  14.9. In light of Etihad/Jet airways causing loss of 26 hours of our time for their commercial advantage, tension given to us due to uncertainty, loss of two night sleep, Etihad/jet Airways apathy to arrange accommodation for us despite 24 hour shifting of our flight and despite our information to the airways staff that we have no place to live in Mumbai, we have limited money and limited medicines and Jetairways supervisor threatening us to get removed from counter by security guard, and issuing FAKE TICKET AT MUMBAIO AIORPORT ON #!st morning which had neither booking between Mumbai and Paris nor between Paris and Marseille causing us anxiety and physical strain. we ( I and my wife) demand 50, 000 euro as compensation from Jet Airways.
                  15. If this request to compensate us is not honored, within 15 days time, wewill initiate legal proceeding.

                    This happened on 19th January, 2017. My flight departure was at 2.45, i reached on time there was a long queue and checkin couldn't happen before 45 mins of departure. I was there at the counter 35 mins prior departure. There has been a demise in my family and it was so urgent for me to board the flight. There was a so called supervisor named "Shankar". He wasn't even listening and was so rude. Is this how you handle customers? Jet airways so pathetic experience...so guys are in no mood to help customers. I[censored] wanted you could helped in some way, but that Supervisor was so unprofessional and rude. Pathetic service.. Unprofessional supervisors.

                      This happened on 18th January 2017, flight 9W2629 Jet Airways Delhi T3 to Udaipur . We reached airport well on time, waited in the checkin queue while they were giving priorities to other flight passengers and after getting the boarding passes we had to cross another long queue of security checkin. After doing all of that when we reached to the boarding gate (which was another 15min walk) we were denied boarding and were told that the flight already took off. They had enough time to offlod our baggages but they didn't even announce our names or even care to call any o[censored]s if we were getting late (we were 3 passangers).
                      Jet Airways gave us no solution, no next flight option nothing, not even a refund.
                      And after all of this they took 2-3 hours to get our luggage back to us.

                      This incident was highly unprofessional, unacceptable and unethical.

                      I was travelling to Lucknow from Delhi and I Web checkin with seat 10A and to my utter surprise this seat of mine was later on offered to someone and a new seat 23A was offered to me. Kindly let me know what make you change my seat without my knowledge.

                          Jet Airways emailed me that my flight details have changed in a way that my connecting flight takes off before my incoming flight lands!!!

                          I have been emailing and calling them for 2 weeks and they have done absolutely nothing, despite the fact that my flight date is approaching.

                              I, Sunil Mohan Sinha, DGM, NABARD, Mumbai. Booked a ticket to Dehradun from Mumbai by Fl .No. 701, dated 22.12.2016, through my official agent M/s. Balmer Lawris. I was to go for an important official meeting at Dehradun. Unfortunately, due to trafic problem on the way to airport, I reached there around 11.25 am The flight time was 11.50am.I also missed my ticket printout as my phone went off. I have been ask ed to go to Jet air ways window for taking print. There it took some time to get the ticket print. I reached to boarding pass counter via keosk for the purpose. The madam was not willing to issue the boarding pass, stating I am late. I requested and argued at large, requested them that I will catch the flight, pl issue me the boarding pass but she did not, saying that I am late and mentioned the reporting time as 11.35 AM.I said I have already running here and there and and have reached airport much early, about 10 minutes have gone. in this. I should talk to Manager concern and directed me to the Manager. Manager also did not support and I advised that your reporting time has already been recorded by hte counter girl. She said you may take some other flight if it is important. For refund contact your agent.
                              But to my surprise, My agent informed me that Airline has shown my ticket as NOShow ticket and I am not eligible for any refund.
                              Irequest you to kindly look into the matter. and advise Airlines to refund me the full amount . I further request you to penalise airline for not allowing me for boarding and showing NOSHOW, for small delay at customer's part.

                                Thank you so much for your reply but we are not satisfied with your reply.
                                Why your customer care executive who booked the ticket of vijay Mary bhagya has not mentioned ok to board on the ticket. I have purchased ticket directly from jet airways customer service through phone not through any agent. He never informed that ok to board is mandatory. He would have done ok to board also if it is compulsory. Or he would have informed to do ok to board before trave. Please check our booking conversation in your records. I felt that executive is a new for his job. He was confused many times while booking my ticket.
                                I have booked many tickets online from your website for visit visa passengers also. You can check the history with reference of my mail I'd [protected]@yahoo.com . I never done any ok to board for those tickets. She travelled in the next flight with same visit visa copy (evisa).there was no problem at all about visa.

                                Actual reason to refuse boarding is flight was over booked and they had to refuse some people. Will you refuse passengers if the flight is not full.
                                I had to pay double the amount of your tickets to ethihad airways to book the next flight. I have to claim the entire money which I paid for next ticket. I will also send these complaints to aviation ministry, prime minister office and consumer forum until I get justice. We have suffered a lot . We would like blame only jet airways for the entire incident and we would like to get compansation what we have paid extra to book our ticket

In the absence of the same, the staff was unable to accommodate Mrs.Marshal on the flight. Sincere apology once again for the inconvenience faced.

                                Unutilized tickets have certain terms and conditions when the tickets are unutilized/ cancelled. This is in keeping with the fare rules of the ticket. We regret our inability to waive off the charge, as requested.

                                I would like to explain my painful experience I have faced in hyderabad airport. I was traveling to Abu Dhabi from hyderabad on[protected] with my family with PNR -RCYLGW. I have also booked another ticket for my sister in law who is traveling on 90 days visit visa ( EVisa which does not requires to submit original visa in Abu Dhabi airport)for the same flight . PNR- PLHXBJ . I have booked this ticket through your toll free number in hyderabad but he forgot to mention ok to board in the ticket. Your ethihad flight staff has refused to issue boarding pass to her on 2 issues. 1 is due to there is no ok to board on the ticket. Another is there is no original visa with the passenger. Actually original visa not required to carry for e visa or not required to submit original visa in Abu Dhabi airport also. Our family members got the boarding pass but they refused our sister in law to board even after so many requests and they have not even informed us the alternative solution.there was no time. They were so rude. No humanity. My relatives travelled so many times on e visa with the jet airways ticket which is booked by me online. I have never done any ok to board also. I sent only my credit card copy. I never faced any problem. This time they have purposely troubled us. The reason was the flight was full and they might have issued more tickets And they have to stop some People to board. We were the victims on that day. We have approached ethihad airlines for help in Abu Dhabi airport for my sister in law who was still in hyderabad airport alone. They were helpless because the ticket booked by jet airways. We had no time to contact jet airways and Friday jet airways office in Abu Dhabi is also closed. We have re booked ethihad airways for my sister in law 2 way PRN is WBRWLZ . We were helpless and clueless on that day except book a fresh ticket for her. Please find me a solution after listening to our sad story to cancel the tickets (PLHXBJ)or to utilize these tickets for future travel. We lost money and time with lot of pain. We heard these kind of stories with other airlines but not with jet and ethihad. In hyderabad, people who are working for you are spoiling your reputation. You can watch cc tv footage for your staff behavior. Kindly find a solution to cool our minds. Still we are in able to recover from the pain we have gone through. We had no options and no clue except book new ticket without utilizing our previous ticket. We have not received proper guidance. We lost money and time with so much pain.                                   I had booked a return ticket to USA from Ahmedabad through Shree Krishna Tours and Travels, Ahmedabad on Aug.03, 2016. It was confirmed ticket of Etihad and Jet Airways bearing PNR No .BWDGWI and for Jet Airways ZVGNIE.
                                  To and Fro journey of Ahmedabad to washington DC and Washington DC to Mumbai was fine but from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 7th January 2017 via 9W 329 was a nightmare as they refused to issue us Boarding pass stating that my ticket does not show in their system. They told me that you should contact Etihad and Etihad people told me that it is Jet Airways problem.I tried to contact my travel agent but his mobile was switched off. So we could not ride Jet Airways flight from Mumbai to Ahmedabad of 5.20AM.
                                  I was accompanied by my wife and a kid of 14 months. Jet Airways/Connect people were so rude that they were not ready to accomodate us in any other flight. So I was helpless and no other way except to book a taxi to Ahmedabad with my 5 begs and 2 cabin baggage.
                                  This made me heavy financial loss and harresement to small kid as well as us.

                                    I left my Apple iPad at T3 Delhi Domestic Airport. The security at Delhi Airport has got it (ref T3LAP0009855) but I needed help from Jet Airways staff to send it on to me . I've filled in and sent the appropriate forms, my id proof and the authority letter to Delhi Jet office on 29 Dec at [protected]@jetairways.com . I've not heard back from anyone apart from one acknowledging the email. It promised a response in 24 hrs. But despite further emails and attempts to call them, I've had no response at all.
                                    I need my iPad in London now as I've returned on 11 January 2017.
                                    This is an official complaint and if there is no response, I shall take legal recourse.
                                    I'm a priviledge customer and I'm truly disappointed in your service .

                                        I am writing to you with reference to an issue with claiming the JP Miles for my recent travel itinerary from Geneva - Abu Dhabi --Mumbai (BOM). Below are the travel details.

                                        On speaking with your customer service executive, I was informed that someone else has claimed my JP miles. The fraud account number that claimed my travel JP miles was Lufthansa membership no (LH [protected]).
                                        This is not at all acceptable as my personal and travel details have been compromised.Above all my biggest pain is response from Jet support team every other 72 hrs they are sending me same sugar-coated email and providing me fake support assurance within another 72 hrs.Keeping my faith alive I use to wait for 72 hrs but then again same stupid automated email comes.Please let me know the status of my case and what activity you guys are doing against my complain with you.Also please share escalation matrix available so that I can contact your higher authorities for this case. Hope this time I will not get same email making no sense again.
