I had enrolled for icici jet airways sapphiro credit card service in august 2016. As per information on website joining privileges will be credited within 45 working days of payment of joining fees! (Exhibit1)
However, i did not receive them and wrote to jetprivilege in the month of december 2016. Also i raised it with icici bank. After initial reluctance, even icici bank confirmed that they have resolved the issue i will receive joining privileges soon (Exhibit2)
But jet privilege service desk has not been able to respond to my emails fruitfully for nearly a month now and all the responses i get from them is just to ask me wait for more time. It is absolutely unacceptable. (Exhibit3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)
They have my jp miles number and they can easily trace all cards connected to it, yet they do not want to help customers and probably fearing that i may use the miles and book a ticket during holiday season, so they are trying to avoid it!
If jet airways doesnt want partner program members to be benefited, they must not provide such privileges in the first place
Disappointed!

Updated by Dhaval 123 Just when i put up the complain, i received and email from Jet confirming my joining privileges have been credited
however, i am not satisfied and have put up an email to them stating the same
In these type of cases, you can directly initiate the same to the concerned merchant i.e PayTm
