I booked a seat in 9W 907 flight for my brother named VIVEK KUMAR.And his pnr was SCXYFA On 31st dec., when my brother reached at airport and was going for boarding. At there, they told him that flight had already gone. They said him to book another flight on that ticket on next day. And they also charged an extra amount of 1800₹ on my brother's confirmation. Because he has no more choice. My brother told me about it. And i just called at airport customer centre, they told me that flight will board at 11:10AM. They lied to my brother. I want to claim it. Otherwise will go to consumer court.

    I am complaining about a black labrador which is sick and flee infested. There are small children and old sick people who may get infected with the unhealthy dog in the neighbourhood.

    Please take dog under your custody as it might need proper medication and care.

      Just 3 hours before the departure jet cancelled this flight. This is caused significant inconvenience and had to make alternate travel arrangements at the 11th hour. This turned-out to be very expensive. Jet can't just cancel the flight without making alternate arrangements and leave the guests to fend for themselves or drop them like hot bricks. Very unprofessional, irresponsible, unacceptable and high-handed on part of jet. You can't treat your guests so shabbily. Pathetic approach by jet airways.
      Further their website is malfunctioning and not accepting feedback and customer complaints

        Hi, i was travelling from doha, qatar to kochi, kerala boarding flight 9w0555v on 2nd january, 2017. Upon checking i had some additional luggage which was reported by the jet crew and they instructed me to pay additional 80 qatari riyal per kg. On questioning the charges the reply was extremely rudely to either pay the surcharges or dump the luggage in the bin which was totally unacceptable and i ended up paying nearly 1, 250.00 qar. I found that they were also squeezing money from some poor workers who had to empty their purse before boarding the flight. Please look into this issue br/rahul

          Today my self along with my family were travelling to Mumbai from Cochin. The flight No. 9 W 0406 . Departed from Cochin at 9.00 AM. and arrived at CST Terminal No. 2 .by 11.AM. We had With us a baby aged just 40 days old.
          When we reached at Mumbai, we found that our baggage containing our baby"s dress and medical reports found missing. However, on contacting your office, at Mumbai they accepted that, they have not delivered the bag and will be delivered by 2.00 pm by the following Ref No. Bag xpt olb 825/1Jan. They gave us the following reference number. Unfortunately, till this moment, we are unable to contact the office, because nobody is attending the phone.We were five passengers including baby who is 40 days old. having PNR No. MVPXRI. We request you to deliver the same, immediately .

            I booked a jet airways ticket by paytm through easemytrip during booking there is a typing mistake in my ticket IT SHOULD BE CHETAN CHAUHAN IN PLACE OF CHETSN CHAUHAN. I CONTACTED EASEMYTRIP they mailed u about the same please do the correction detail photo attached .

            I am contacting jet airways as well as eademytrip . jet airways said that if sales department of agent send us regarding complaint we will rectify the problem. now easemytrip mailed about 7 problem. my pnr no. is[protected]

              Gents,
              I have been traveling from Jet airways since 10 years to mangalore from Saudi Arabia.
              This time I had very bad experience and disappointed with Jet airways and it's connection flight fly Dubai.
              On 22nd December 2016 we were ( me and my wife along with 2 kids ) traveling from mangalore via Jet airways (9W 0532 )to Dubai and from Dubai via fly Dubai ( FZ 813 ) to Abha ( KSA).
              In mangalore I got boarding pass up to Abha.
              ( KSA )
              In Dubai terminal 2, when we were about to board the flight, fly Dubai staff stopped us from boarding because infant turned to child. They didn't show any courtesy..
              they treated us very badly and didn't guided as well.. and sent all o[censored]s back to the terminal 1 mercilessly...Even When I was ready to pay "infant to child" difference amount, they didn't suggested anything and simply cancelled all 4 tickets. They had not even contacted with Jet airways at that time. BECAUSE OF THIS I LOST 1500 SR. TO RE ISSUE ALL 4 TICKETS. When we met Jet airways staff, they didn't respond and escaped. They told us it was not their mistake.
              My question is : if it was not jet airways mistake, how did they allow us to fly from mangalore when infant was already child. And they had issued boarding pass of fly Dubai also.Because of this I stucked in Dubai for 18 hours without food and accommodation along with my family.if they had informed us in mangalore, we could have arranged anyhow because its our hometown.
              My second question is: why fly Dubai didn't take any responsibility and simply blamed jet airways when it was connected flight.
              Because of both airlines staffs carelessness and merciless behavior with passengers, I hope you understand how we struggled 18 hours in Dubai without any airlines support. We re-issued all 4 tickets. Please investigate about this matter and do the needful.
              My Request is: I need both the above questions to be answered and refunded 1500 SR.
              For your reference I have been attached all our boarding pass and re issued tickets.

                  I made a booking for Mumbai - Bhopal- Mumbai Jetairways (17/12/2016-19/12/2016 ) in the month of sept . Which i cancelled on 13/12/2016 due to personal reason.
                  The PNR no for this booking was PNR : BTRBKO . Its being more than 2 weeks i havent heard back from Jetairways.
                  I called them, they are simply saying we will revert you in 24 hours. I sent an email to [protected]@jetairways.com and [protected]@jetprivilege.com but i am only getting auto reply stating we are working on it.

                  Kindly look into this ASAP, as i am not getting any propert answers from the jetairways team,

                    It is submitted that i have booked four tickets from Delhi to Port Blair flight 9W-759 with PNR : XGZQLF for dated 21.12.2016 (08:10 AM) and return from port blair to delhi flights 9W-614 with PNR: XGZQLF for dated 27.12.2016 (14:25 PM) through AlipuriaTravels, Patiala Punjab. I have Paid Rs. 85500/- for above mentioned 4 return tickets. the tickets are refundable. Due to sudden death of my mother on dated 11.12.2016 i can not go to trip to port blair as the kirya of my mother was scheduled for 22.12.2016. so i requested for cancellation of these tickets on dated 13.12.2016 (i.e. 8 days earlier to flight) through Alipuria Travels. At the time of cancellation he again informed that ticktes are refundable and submit cancellation request. But on dated 26.12.2016 Alipuria Travels informed me that your tickets cancelled and Rs. 18654/- Refunded. The amount deducted on cancellation is too much high as i have cancelled the tickets in unavoidable circumstances. I have also cancelled the hotel bookings at Port blair and Havelock they have refunded the full amount to me. So i again requested to kindly consider my case sympathetically and waive the cancellation charges etc. and refund the due amount to me. photo copy of death certificate and kirya Card of my mother is enclosed here with.

                      This is akash jaiswal, i am flying from New delhi to kolkata on 30th december 2016,
                      the scheduled time for the flight was 2:30 am but it was delayed by 3 hours and the time for departure was changed to 5:30 am.
                      the boarding time was about to start at 4:35 but boarding started after 5 am.
                      we were given reasons which was not acceptable at all.
                      they said that the flight was delayed due to bad weather, on the other hand, other flight were departing from new delhi before 5:30.
                      i have suffered great loss because of the delay of this flight.
                      moreover when we asked questions to your people regarding the flight status they said that they don't have any information that why was the flight delayed.

                      My question is if the flight was delayed due to bad weather so how come other flights were departing from New Delhi?

                      If things as such happens one would never like to travel with Jet Airways for sure.

                      Will Jet Airways take care of the losses that people suffer because of faults from your end?

                        I had enrolled for icici jet airways sapphiro credit card service in august 2016. As per information on website joining privileges will be credited within 45 working days of payment of joining fees! (Exhibit1)

                        However, i did not receive them and wrote to jetprivilege in the month of december 2016. Also i raised it with icici bank. After initial reluctance, even icici bank confirmed that they have resolved the issue i will receive joining privileges soon (Exhibit2)

                        But jet privilege service desk has not been able to respond to my emails fruitfully for nearly a month now and all the responses i get from them is just to ask me wait for more time. It is absolutely unacceptable. (Exhibit3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

                        They have my jp miles number and they can easily trace all cards connected to it, yet they do not want to help customers and probably fearing that i may use the miles and book a ticket during holiday season, so they are trying to avoid it!

                        If jet airways doesnt want partner program members to be benefited, they must not provide such privileges in the first place

                          I had a horrible experience today with jet airways staff members at t2 terminal, mumbai airport wherein inspite of doing a telephone check-in i was not allowed to board flight. The reason given by the staff was that the gates were closed at 5am, but actual departure time was 5:55 am. How can gates be closed 1 hour before? We have travelled with so many airlines and never faced this issue. Also we reached airport on time but there was huge mismanagement with jetairways staff. One staff said we need to have boarding pass so stand in kiosks line. We were standing there for 10 mins then when we tried to enter pnr number it was not working. Then staff said stand in queue and get boarding pass. Then we saw display it's showed counter l07. When we went there they said it's for privileged customers. We said our flight is displayed for this counter, staff said still go to another line. Now which line should we stand.. Nobody guided us. Again 15 mins wasted. Then we got in one queue there one staff said your e ticket is only your boarding pass. After we reached counter another staff said e ticket is not boarding pass, get boarding pass. There was huge miscommunication within jet airways staff.
                          I was carrying 15 months infant with me and was harassed by airlines staff. When we asked another staff at 5:25 the staff said gates are closed at 5 am you can't board. The staff was shouting at us and not replying us properly. We came all the from pune to board flight and also reached airport on time but it was due to huge confusion on boarding pass it happened. Still more than 30 mins were remaining, we could have boarded flight it was another airlines but unfortunately we had jet airways ticket. Now they said you have to cancel to ticket and take fresh ticket for which again they charged 14000 rupees.

                          Horrible experience and mental torture with infant. I need compensation for this as i have to stay back in mumbai hotel and wait for next day flight. Else i will take legal action against airlines or will go to consumer court. Also please note this happened not only with me but many other passengers so may be it's new technique of jet airlines of make money.

                            This is nagendra, today i am travelling from bangalore to rajkot (Ticket number[protected] through jet airways. Because of jet airways, bangalore to mumbai flight delay (9w 0450) we are not able to catch our connecting flight from mumbai to rajkot, which is originally scheduled to depart at 13:50 ist.
                            Because of this delay we have missed our orignal scheduled flight and they have arranged new flight at 19:05 ist. Now i m waiting at mumbai airport (Have to wait another 4 hours like a begger here, because of this delays) and there is no support from jet airways. I have called to jet airways customer care center[protected], still no support.
                            Very worst experience with jet airways.

                                  First time visit to mumbai. My flight Jet airways from Mumbai to Bangalore was at 9.30 p.m on 25th Sunday Dec 2016. I had done webcheckin and on boarding pass it was mentioned zone 3. I had information domestic is different and international is different as usual I left to domestic terminal thinking same place for boarding I left the cab entered the gate I got to know I need to go to international terminal for jet airways boarding. I had my parent with me to board the flight unfortunately I need to rush her got into 2 autos since my luggage couldn't fit in one auto since no other cab was coming there. Reached international terminal by 9.00 p.m and near check in they mentioned gates are closed though I had shown the boarding pass. Nothing can be done now you should get hard copy of boarding pass and we don't have printer to print the boarding pass. The person Alisha who was sitting near the counter said you need to check with ticketing counter for the next flight which is at 2.15 a.m . She walked with us till the gate noted the details in the registry as reservation. We went near reservation counter there the person said we can't do anything now you need to book fresh ticket since your earlier ticket is non refundable. You know the cost he told me is Rs 9000 per person I was shocked to hear that when same online flights are available for[protected] rs. They didn't make any arrangements for alternate. We are common people can't invest so much money. It was very painful to go through this whole situation.
                                  In vein I had to book New flight ticket to return to Bangalore. I don't want any other person to go through this situation. Request to look into the issue.

                                    I had a flight scheduled from Mumbai to Mangalore on 25th Dec 2016 at 17:35 departure time. I tried web check in at 16:00 but I got the notification that no seats were available. I reached the airport at 16:35 and I was denied seats saying at the check in time was over. Isn't the check in time supposed to be 45 mins prior departure time? So in that sense I reached before time. The attendant said they had already started boarding so she couldn't do anything. To me it looks like you were overbooked during the holiday season and that's why I was refused a seat. Jet airways anyway has a high rate of overbooking and refusing people with reserved seats. That's a really nice way to earn profits! Anyway I have applied for a refund and would be receiving only 1% of my total cost. Since your customer satisfaction percentage on this site is a wonderful 1% I don't think my complaint would even be attended to. It would be really nice if you could refund the entire amount. Anyway no one gets away with money earned fraudulently!

                                        Yesterday i lost my wallet during travel from mumbai to delhi by flight no. 9w353 5pm dep. Timr. My seat no. Was 41f but i was kept my luggage laptop bag and 1 cabin bag on 29 seat no. Cabin due to no space on my seat cabin. I lost my wallet which was lying on laptop bag. I reached mumbai airport at 4pm after issuing a bording pass and security check in immediate i was entered in the flight. I was reached in delhi at 7:10 i left the airport at 8pm. After that i hired the ola cab. For payment i was checked my bag but wallet was missing. Ple help on this
