I have lost a baggage of my flight from Jaipur-Delhi -Muscat on 12th August while travelling from Jet Airways. I have brought some 9 baggage but have lost one baggage ID no 9W14641. Though I have complained from the same with Oman Airport Management company with file reference No MCT9W12218. Even after personal visit to lost baggage section and several mailers at attached and call to their office at[protected]No response) and also to their staff Mr.R V Perumal[protected] if you want call details can send your my direct call phone tracings for regular follow up) .

Today after so many followup they said kindly collect your baggage from airport but when reached there they are saying we have sent telephone message on 23rd August @ 96455796 to collect baggage. I have attached my mobile no message screen shot also and whatsapp follow up with there staff and also as mentioned by them message delivery sent to me which I have not received. Do any airlines company send mailer to recognise baggage and when found send system generated message. Not even a single email has been sent to me for mentioning that baggage has been found.

There staff Mr. Narsing Rao is saying that food items are destroyed after 2-3 days as no claim was done. But fact is there were no food items in baggage. Kindly looking for your assitance for either to claim my lost baggage or compensation.

Other airlines assist to send baggage at home when traced but Jet airways official is saying that they have destroyed due to no claim. But fact is I am regularly following with Jet office. I can give more proofs.

    I have been a Jet Airways Platinum member since last few years. Services of Jet is deteriorating every passing day. In cabin service, check in counters, customer care... All are disgusting. And their guest relation team... It's pathetic and probably the worst among all airlines.There is this lady in guest relations, Ms. Aarti Khanijo who takes ages to reply to your concern and even those replies seems as if they she is doing favour. Wish, we had alternative to Jet Airways while travelling within India.
    Jet Airways.. The worst airline in the world...

      I booked flight from Varanasi to Chandigarh for 30 Sep 2016.I very carefully selected departure at 15:50 ( 3:50 PM) from Varanasi.Payment done by Debit Card.You have wrongly booked me for departure at 12:40 ( 12:40 PM) having lay off at Delhi for more than 3 hours whereas in the correct flight layoff was only 40 mins. Ticket No is[protected]. KINDLY CHANGE MY FLIGHT TIMINGS WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES WHATSOEVER.I have spoken at length to Mr Vimlesh Kumar at customer care who expressed his inability to do/ help in any manner.

        Dear Sir,
        This week on 12-9-16 I travelled through 9W 0382 flight from Bangalore to Mumbai so as to catch my subsequent Flight of Ethopian Airways for going to Nigeria. Based on my International baggage limit of 46kg, I checked in 38 Kg but however I was charged additional cost for 20kg apart from Travel fare . The total extra amount paid was Rs 6025/-.
        As i being regular customer i feel disheartened to see me panelising for additional baggage, and most importantly when iam using ur flight service to catch the succeeding international flight.
        I hereby request your good office to look in to this matter & reimburse my above said amount.

          Ya yesterday i too received the call from makemycareer.com and the person asked me to pay 1650 and i paid too, and they today i have telephonic round, but they said that still documents are not verified, so u have to pay 5700 rs today and in the afternoon il b having my telephonic round, but i could not beleive their words to, pay, im stumbeled and confused to pay..so is need to pay r i have stop beleiving them, if it is fake means plz take action on them and repay which we paid.

            Team,

            I am really fed up chasing Jet Connect/Airways in chasing for my refund of Rs 9182 for PNR - OXGJYF.

            I have cancelled one of my ticket on 6th September 2016 for Bangalore-Jorhat.

            And its now 9th day... And money has not been refunded back.
            Jet has shared me the refund receipt and with that receipt when I contacted bank - HDFC told me they has no information for the same and had not received any kind of money from Jet yet.

            Whereas - Jet customer care says- they has processed the amount. Now I am really not sure where is the money and when will it be processed.

            In this ERA of technology Refund happens in maximum 3-5 days. But not sure what the hell is happening here.

            Please take this up and help me in getting my money back asap.

                I booked a ticket of 5 persons dated 30th September via paytm but due to some problem i cancelled two tickets on same day before 8 hours. I had words with executive of jet airways he said will refund taxes i.e approx 600-700 as per his words but refunded amount is only 65 per ticket. i have all recordings of jet airways executive words with me while cancellation.

                  Travel was very inconvenient because:
                  1. Air hostess not treated me and my infant properly as they have given negative attitude for the travelling in flight and not supporting me when my daughter is not comfortable.
                  2. Jet airways is totally worst flight and they have not provided proper food during travel to london.
                  3. I paid 46811 rupees for this travel and it was totally frustrated to me. Air hostess staff not given proper food and support and due to that we are ill when we reached london. Really very bad journey.
                  4. Definitely file the case in consumer court against jet airways services and demand for 1000 gbp penalty on jet airways for mental harassment.
                  5. My seat was very uncomfortable and air service staff was totally behaving like illiterate.
                  Surely will not travel in jet airways next time and will not guid to anyone to travel in jet airways.

                    Am rashad saheed h 1593529 traveled from doha to tvm on 08/09/2016 in jet airways flight number 0593. I reached to tvm at 10.30am and left the airport at 11.45am after the all formalities. On the way of my home i noticed that my bag is opened by some one. And my valuables was missed. Suddenly back to airport and met the airport manager and jet airways executive. But jet airways executive is not ready to take an action against my complaint.
                    So that i gave written complaint with full details to the airport manager and sop cbi also.
                    1. Nokia lumia phone worth of 25000
                    2. Ray ban glass worth of 20000
                    3. Some oman rial worth around 1000 rupees

                      Dear sir,

                      I have booked tickets on 6th September for the flight from Kolkata to Mumbai Jet Airways flight for 13th September 2016 through Goibibo app. I actually wanted to book this ticket for 14th and by mistake I booked it for 13th. Immediately after booking I called up Goibibo team and I was told that for rescheduling I had to pay Rs 3816 when the actual fare of the flight is Rs 4200. I requested them to reschedule for same flight on 14th Sept without charging any money. But I was told this money is being charged by the airline i.e. Jet airways. I then called up the airline and the airline told me that they allow rescheduling without charging any money for customers who book tickets directly from their airline website or app. For any other agent or website they will charge Rs 3816 for rescheduling. When I requested them to reschedule without charging any money i was told it can be done if I talk to higher management of Goibibo. I have been constantly calling and following up both with the airline and Goibibo for this. I have been a loyal customer of Goibibo and have made a lot of bookings in the past including both flight and hotel. In today’s world of cut throat competition I have stuck with Goibibo. I would request Goibibo team to reschedule my flight without charging any money and request Jet airways to waive off the penalty they charge. I am requesting for rescheduling in the same Jet Airways flight of 14th September.

                      Isn’t it insane that for customers booking through website no amount of money is charged for rescheduling while from others Rs 3816 is being charged when I had paid Rs 4177 for booking the ticket. Almost equivalent money is being asked. I have been made to feel as if I made a mistake by booking through Goibibo. Nowadays when every player in the airline industry is trying their level best to improve the customer experience and customer satisfaction, this type of customer experience is surely going to tarnish the brand image of both the airline and Goibibo. It is in these situations when the brand helps the customers it increases the Brand Loyalty and emotional attachment towards the brand. Please consider this as an exception on humanitarian grounds and reschedule my flight to 14th.

                          I am an Indian citizen residing in France. I had a Jet Airways return ticket for myself and my 7 year old son from Paris to Delhi. For the onward journey we had a transit through Abu Dhabi, which was fine, the return journey on the 28th of August had a transit through London. Upon reaching the Delhi airport on the 28th of August 2016, I was informed that my son's French visa (which is the official permit issued by the French government) was not acceptable to transit through the United Kingdom, whereas my French visa ( also the official permit issued by the French government) was valid to transit through London! Jet airways did not give me an alternate flight and nor did they resolve my problem, leaving me stranded in the Delhi airport with a child. I had therefore no choice but to cancel my ticket with Jet airways two hours before the departure from the ticketing counter at the Delhi airport. I then had to buy a new ticket to return back to France and I decided never again to travel by Jet airways. I wish to have my return ticket refunded. I am attaching the necessary documents.

                            My name is S.Pandiselvi.Few days back i received the mail from shine.com, the post of GROUND STAFF in madurai airport JET AIRWAYS.They given the person contact number and name ([protected] & gush).I contact that person for interview.they conduct the interview through phonic interview.that person told me there are 3 rounds will be there.then he told me to pay 1650 for 1st round.and then for 2nd round he said to pay 5700.then for 3rd round he said to pay 15000.I paid all these amounts then he said he will send soft copy for that i have to pay 23000.i paid this also he sent me the AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA soft copy in that all the details are there.again he asked to pay 25900 for employee id card i paid 14000 he sent me the id card.finally he given the joining date 1st sep 2016 after few hours he called me back and asking me to pay 13500 and he said this is the final amount.after that only he said me you will get the job like totally i paid around 60000, Is this job truly given by jet airways or fake.if it is fake means please take action and i need justice from your side.

                              Tier Points required for Renewal as per DTR in 18 month period ending May 25, 2016: 90
                              Tier Points Accumulated in the 18 month period ending May 25, 2016: 90

                              To retain my tier, I booked many flights through Jet which were way more expensive than flights on similar sector by other Airlines. Despite accumulating the requisite number of tier points, Jet has downgraded my tier which has rendered the entire exercise pointless for me.

                                My parents Prithvi Bir Singh Deo and Kavita Kumari had a Quantas airways booking (QF3954) to Singapore and then a connecting flight to Brisbane (QF52). the Flight was due to depart at 9.45 am on the 9th of August 2016. The time of departure was confirmed by the airport authority helpline on the evening of 8th August.
                                On reaching the airport they learned that Quantas flights from India are being operated by Jet Airways and the supposed flight was JW018 . They were then informed by the Jet Staff that their flight to Singapore was cancelled and only limited passengers would be accommodated on Singapore Airlines that was leaving shortly. My father is 70 years old and my mother 67 years and they had a connecting flight from Singapore to Brisbane yet Jet Airlines gave them no priority on Singapore Airlines. Instead they were put on an Air India Flight A1 302 departing at 1.15 to Sydney and a connecting flight to Brisbane QF 510 departing at 8.35 am. This was a completly different route. It also meant that they would miss the tour group that was leaving for the Gold Coast.
                                The ordeal continued when their checked in baggage that was checked in till Brisbane(baggage tag stating the same was given) was offloaded in Sydney because of which they had to go through immigration check again and therefore missed their connecting flight to Brisbane (QF510). Eventually they reached very late and missed their Tour Group.
                                We want redressal and compensation for the from Jet Airways for the mental stress and harassment two senior citizens experienced.

Few irony - while doing checkin thru kiosk staff request us to do it thru counter, on the counter while we were requesting for early checkin due to long waiting period they ask us to wait.at the counter they simply tell that checkin is closed while more than 40 minutes was left. I see at least 10+ passengers missing flight on this day. Changed perception of this airline and it's staff completely negative.

Few irony - while doing checkin thru kiosk staff request us to do it thru counter, on the counter while we were requesting for early checkin due to long waiting period they ask us to wait.at the counter they simply tell that checkin is closed while more than 40 minutes was left.                                     I am travelling today with Flight No. 9W-366 (PUNE -LKO) through Jet Airways and PNR is CIWWAP.
                                    I was unable to do web-check-in.called up the customer care. They did and confirmed that my eBoarding shall be mailed to me within 15 minutes.

                                    Its been more than n hour and I have not received it.I called up again after 40mts.waiting for it. The executive now says that u provide ur e-ticket no.I said its not mentioned there.Ticket was booked thru yatra and I have the Yatra Ref No.[protected]

                                    Please send me immdtly.as I have kept myself awake.thanks

                                      PNR - YDLT2L- from Amsterdam to Mumbai on 5th Sep. 2016

                                      I learn from the Jet Airlines representative in the USA that aisle and window seats are allocated only on payment! I flew out of Mumbai on the 19th June 2016 on flight 9W232 to AMS en route to PDX. Seat allocation for the MUM- AMS sector was done over the 'phone in Mumbai without any additional payment. Today, the 30th August, when I tried to obtain a window and aisle seats allocation for my wife and I, who are both senior citizens, I was told that extra charges would be applicable. The least that Jet could have done was to inform the passengers either directly or through the travel agents of this rule, which, to put it mildly, is despicable and nothing but extortion and most unproffessional, and unbecoming of an international airline of standing.

                                        I was travelling from chennai to jodhpur via Mumbai with jet airways (PNR: JOOJPC) and I checked in my luggage in chennai which was to be directly collected from our final destination i.e. jodhpur. But after reaching home I found Rs 8000 missing from my luggage. It is very irresponsible on the part of jet airways. They should ensure security of the passengers luggage from their staff members.
