my dad purchased a tommy hilfiger spectacles worth 9500Rs from titan eye+ shop in chembur a year ago after 4-5 months one side arm just broke off from frame so he keep it in his cars glove box and started using his old one, time went and he forget and now i found out so i bring those broken spectacles to titan eye+ shop to fix it and the guy at store says tommy hilfiger dont sell spare parts and we dont repair glasses with broken weld its not our problem, what is this no service for the product they sell if the product is capable of service and costly

    I purchased a Fastrack watch and titan watch from kanpur (both are in warranty period)and not working properly, at present i am in jhansi, i went to Titan dealer in sadar bazar jhansi, but he said to pay Rs120/- for each watch for courrier charges to titan service centre. on the time of purchase at kanpur they said no service charges anywhere in india during the warranty period,
    where i can get the form to register complaint against this and where I've to got for the complaint. can I file complaint against fastrack/titan here online. Prashant.S

    FASTRACK/TITAN — ABNORMAL CHARGES

    I AM ANUP SINGH, A PTY OFFICER FROM INDIAN NAVY BOUGHT A FASTRACK WATCH FROM MUMBAI AROUND 1 AND HALF YEARS AGO, I AM ON LEAVE IN KOLKATA MY HOME TOWN, MY WATCH STOP WORKING I WENT TO TARATOLA, 24 PGS SOUTH, TITAN SHOWROOM , THEY SAID THAT THE CELL, CROWN AND THE ELECTRONOC CIRCUIT IS FAULTY, PLUS SERVICE CHARGES AND A ANOTHER CHARGE CALLED " OTHERS" WIL BE CHARGES TOTAL 350 RUPEES, I WENT TO ANOTHER SHOP WHICH IS ALSO A TITAN SHOP THEY JUST CHARGED 50 RUPEES AND CHANGED THE BATTERY, THE WATCH STARTED WORKING, I WENT BACK TO THE SHOP FOR SHOWING THEY ABNORMALLY STARTED ARGUING AND CALLED THE SECURITY TO THROW ME OUT, IN THIS WAY THEY ARE NOT ONLY LOOTING THE PEOPLE BUT ALSO DEFAMING A WORLD CLASS BRAND

    I bought two watches 1. Titan gents steel Model No-9151SAA on 16.12.2012 and 2. Fastrack Model No-9911PP02 on 13.12.2011 from Chawla & Chhabra Brothers shop, Kanpur (U.P), unfortunately your product has not performed well as it becomes late every time (at present stop).

    I am disappointed as I purchased it from Kanpur and now I am residing at Jhansi and when I went to an authorized dealer of Titan watches Elephanta Sales, Sadar Bazar, Jhansi to get my watches repaired and resolve my problem as the watches are still under guarantee period, he kept the watches for more than two months and said he is going to send it to company (Titan gents steel Model No-9151SAA received by dealer 09/12/2012 and and 2. Fastrack Model No-9911PP02 received by dealer 07/01/2013. Receipt attached) and now he is saying it cannot be repaired as some more information is required, model No. is not mentioned in guarantee card and bill of both watches is not correct to get the claim or defect repaired as company has refused to do the same.

    Kanpur dealer has not given me guarantee card for Titan gents steel Model No-9151SAA and secondly model no. of fastrack watch is although mentioned on the bill itself.
    As per Jhansi dealer he kept the watches for near about 2 months and now he is saying the company has refused to get it repaired.
    And now he is saying that if we are not satisfied we need to contact Kanpur dealer from where I purchased it. Now it is not possible to me to go to Kanpur as I am in Jhansi.
    I have been using Titan watches since long time (26 yrs) and this time I had such a bitter experience that I feel that I have been cheated and I think that in case company is providing such type of customer service it will surely ruin company’s image very soon.

    I would appreciate if you could tell what should be done now, enclosed are the copies of my records, I look forward for your reply and resolution to my problem and wait until (time) before seeking help from a consumer forum.

      Dear Sir,

      I bought the Titan Octane Watch model no : 9390KM01 on the month of May 2012.

      After that one of the needle fell down. I given that watch for the Service to fix it up in chennai - Velacherry titan show room on 1st December 2012.

      My Service Bill No 6319.

      I recieved the watch in worse condition that

      1. Clock Button is not working.
      2. After click on the reset button the needle is not working as expected
      3. I recived the watch with lot of scratches.
      4. I given the watch as new one and now i received as quite old.
      5. They take 25 days for service but the service is not proper

        Mr Neeraj is a Rude person and gets offended while we try to call him and ask about the status of the product. I had ordered a Titan HTSE watch and he did not deliver the product even after 7 days. I clearly asked him before placing the order if the product was available and he confirmed that i will get the product after 7 days and on the 8th day he gets the order cancelled. I heard Mr Bharath speaking to some one that we have been able to get rid of the customer and i have the recorded call details.

        Unfortunately i have all the recorded call with onlydeals.in

        They are doing business as if the customers are beggers and even after making the payment.

          I want to register a complaint against the employees of Ash & Aish Associates, Madipakkam (Titan watch care centre). I had given a watch for replacing a battery, they did it and it failed in 2 days. When I went there and asked for a replacement, they were rude and vouched that their battery is good and my watch needed servicing. When I asked them to meet their owner, they got furious, almost manhandled me and I was evicted forcefully from the shop. They even swore at me that they will "handle me differently" outside and settle the matter.

          Till today, I had great respect for a brand like Titan and considered it to be one of the best brands in India. But not any more.. I totally lost respect for this brand because of some of its employees. I am still baffled how can a brand like Titan employ such goondas in their show rooms and service centers.. Awful really.. I even thought of going to the police but then I have full confidence in the authorities of Titan that stern action will be taken against the erring franchisee employees..

              Amul Milk price(MRP)is Rs.15/- for per 1/2 kg in mumbai/maharashtra but it is sale at Rs.16/- in our area i.e Ulhasnagar(All the retail shops in Ulhasnagar) . Why pay 7%(Aprox) extra for per half kg.

                  I bought a watch from TITAN. Its not been a year and it has been repaired twice and again it has stopped working again. I have mailed thrice in its consumer care but there is no revert from that side. I want my watch to be replaced as soon as possible.
                  Is this the way TATAs work, I thought it is such a reputable organization but I have got a huge disappointment. I hope my watch gets replaced soon.

                    I purchased a watch Six months ago in world of titan, Pondicherry and they provided me a card known as TITAN SIGNET. This card is useless as they do not even know the number of points gained in my signet number 40014........, when i asked it on the subsequent purchase. Further they are also refusing to redeem the points gained. Since now i have purchased 3 watches and when i ask about the points they are asking me the price's of watches bought by me one by one. Its useless to carry this card and it is a business tactic of cheating customers.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I had purchased a power glass costing appx. Rs.9000, a year ago from your dealer at Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore. Firstly the glasses were delivered after a month that too after repeated follow-up and visits to the showroom. It had initially Keystone problem which was corrected after many visits.

                      Finally was happy that i could wear my spectacles, but the happiness was shortlived, since the left side lens used to get loosened after every fifteen days o[censored]suage.

                      This defect was brought to the notice of showroom staff and technician. But everytime they used to merely tighten the screw and return the same. But to add to the above problems,

                      the coating has started coming off - slightly. I am sure this would increase with time. Your person is not willing to give me a replacement nor resolve the issues.

                      Also be informed that i had got a similar type of frame and glasses for my son two years ago, his is fine without a problem.

                      I being a repeat customer of your esteemed company, surely do not expect a poor quality product.

                      Request you to either resolve the above defects or replace.

                      Awaiting your positive reply at the earliest. Ofcourse your showroom staff have been very courteous all along but without any solution to my problem

                        Service from Titan Eye plus Store located in Ulubari:

                        I ordered a pair of spectacles on 6th Oct 2012. I was promised a delivery on 13th Oct. On 18th they answered that they cannot fulfill the order even by end of Oct.

                        Complain: Even after repeated reminders the store people did not deliver in time. They dragged on till 18th and finally said I will only get my specs by end Oct. This is highly unprofessional and I want the store to pay my full advance back. As I leave Guwahati on 20th , I cannot order my specs on any other store as well. They caused me great inconvenience to me. As a customer I am disappointed with the miserable and unreliable behavior of the store. Please do never order anything with Titan Eye Plus.

                        I have purchased a Puma make frame from Jamshedpur store on 18.04.2012.It is a single piece frame having warrenty of one year.
                        Last week, one arm of the frame broke down. I went to Jamshedpur store again for the complaint. They have registered the complaint one week back but unfortunately I have not received any feedback from the the store. I am facing a lot of problems for my daily routine jobs witout spectacles. I am not not able to understand the meaning of warrenty on a single piece frame when they are not replacing it.
                        I would like to request the Titan plus customer care unit to please look into the case and arrange to do something for the sake of reputation of a Tata organisation in Jamshedpur city.

                          I have purchased TITAN RAGA watch. After 1 month its showing wrong timing due machine issue.

                          I given for service at Bhimavaram show room. The service is really a hell. No one taken responsibility for the complaint.

                            I had bought a Titan from authorised Titian showroom in Dombivili Easr. Tilak Nagar. around May 2012.
                            After 2-3months it started lagging, giving wrong time. Since it was in warranty period i went to the dealer and he said its mechanical problem and need to be sent to company. He assured me that i will get the watch by 24Aug-12. But as of date 05.10.2012 i have not received by watch. Most pathetic thing is that they dont even follow-up. Its customers mistake that they buy goods and expect services on same i guess.
                            This is second instance with Titan watch and hence forth i swear i would never ever buy such a third class brand.
                            No quality....No service.....Only high cost.
                            Its good that retail is opening up. These people need to loose their business, till then they wont understand the importance of customer service.

                              I took my titan watch to a service centre(S.S.Times) located in Nungambakkam.They checked and told me that water went inside the watch and so it needs to be repaired.I told them that ill bring it later and left the shop.After a few days I went to another Titan service centre and showed the watch.They checked and informed me that some screws inside the watch were missing and told to check in the shop where i gave the watch earlier.But the people in Nungambakkam service centre told me that they never took anything.How can they do this in an authorised titan service centre.Kindly do the needful.

                                My Titan watch model 3001SM02 was given for service at COLORS WORLD OF TITAN OMR CHENNAI. Although they supposedly ''serviced'', the complaint persisted so i gave back once again, then starts the ordeal, they took 1 month to return the watch and were particularly rude when i called for enquiry. They asked to wait for the ''sms'' to know that it is ready or not. i waited 1 month for the ''sms''. But it never came, in between i went to the world of titan showroom directly and enquired, but to know avail. Finally after 1 month of ordeal i got the watch back only to find out soon that the same complaint persists. I suspect that they haven"t done any service on the watch and returned to me as i gave them. I wonder why they took 1 month for that

                                  We went to Tanishq on out wedding day and purchased few products. Withing couple of week of buying one of the product broke.No mis handling was done. Just simply took it out to wear and it broke. Also on the day of the purchase they did not redeem the points that had been acumulated from my previous purchase. Very cooly after the billing was done I was told they forgot to redeem will do it next time ,this is a good enought amt. not 1 Re or 100 Re in thousands

                                  I also wanted a particular product an earing which they refused to sell just because they did not have a tag we were in a hurry and told them just find it fast and we will buy there answer was we cannot find it fast so do not buy the product. you are telling a customer not to buy a product that she really wants.

                                  After all the complaints I made they came back and told me they were able to locate the product that did not have a tag "do you want to buy it now". Dont you think it is ridiculous to ask a person to buy more of your product when that person is not happy with the things that she has already brought. You need to fix stuff before you can even think of other things.

                                  they have no intension of fixing my broken piece. I brought it for an occasion and it is not accecptable to say exchange it no problem. That is a peice of memory that I have brought. The manager has no idea or the customer team has no Idea about the emotion part that goes into selling a jelewlly in india. IF you do not understand this you should not be selling Gold as a product in the market.

                                  I have been a great fan of tanishq desing but to know that they do not stand behind there product if broken they are not fixing and things like that . I will buy from other stores which bend over backwards to give service. I have also spoken to my friends and they all think that you guys need to change the attitute when you sell a product that is high end. We expect great service. otherwise there is no differnce between Tanishq and an outside jeweler

                                  I need answer to these questions.

                                  You need to fix my broken product
                                  you need to redeem the points and give me my rightfull money
                                  For all the pain and the time I have spent you need to answer me.

                                  CHANGE YOU ATTITUDE AND PROVIDE SERVICE OTHERSIVE DO NOT SELL A HIGH END PRODUCT.

                                  I went to tanishq on our wedding day and brought a few things once I purchased they were supposed to redeem the points I had accumilated last time I brought for them and they never redeemed them tanisq claims it is a small amt and so will do it next time. Also I wanted to get a small earing for my daughter in memory of that particular occasion and they said they will not sell that particular earing because there was no tag on it ( How rediculous) they were not even interested in selling that product. I told them then i need to leave a little early and if they can search of that tag then I will buy it, there answer was cannot do it fast so do not buy the product.

                                  After a week or so the product that i brought broke and they are not even brothered about repairing it. I am love tanish and my favorite place to shop but this one experience is enough to put you off for ever . Something to think about for the person who runs the division.

                                  There answer to all this when I complained this what I get in the email "As per our discussion on 18th of September. We have found your desired product readily available at the stock which is ready for billing. The image has been attached herewith, kindly confirm the same for further process."

                                  They totally lost the point. What happended to the service, the broken product, the redeeming points . They just want me to buy more of there product. YOu will lose a customer and many more in case if you are not fixing this because I will be talking about this to all my friends.

                                    Within two months of the purchase of the watch vide doc no 10018679 on 24/2/12 from world of titan at sahidnagar the watch went out of order they repaired the same in two months it again stopped functioning There is very poor response from the seller I did not expect this response for a RS10000 with variant number9274sl01 with descripson c381 I hope my grievance will be considered favorably

                                      I have purchase gold from Tata Tanishq i was not given proper information about the gold kada.
                                      when I went ahead for the exchange of it within 10-15 days they were giving me all calculations which were company profit.
                                      let me explain you in details about it:
                                      *they were giving me my gold according to the cash that i have paid for the gold however I have purchased gold of 13.91gm and paid 47500/-
                                      according to today's rate i will get back only 10 gm of gold and the reaming is my loss......i told them to give me according to the gold weight
                                      not according to the bill amount......they were trying to make a fool of the customer......with all nonsense calculation.....

                                      TATA TANISHQ IS VERY BIG CHEATER DONOT FALL INTO ALL THERE NONSENSE PLAN WHICH SAY CUSTOMER OFFER...
