I am not satisfied with the given plans by mr. Shoib khan and mr. Sunil.

While taking membership program, he promised us to provide the complete dubai trip excluding lunch facility only after asking 4-5 times confirmations.
He told me worth rupees 30, 000 inr will be provided to us and below facilities will be provided:

1. Room in palm atlantic resort.
2. Breakfast and dinner
3. 4 water sports.
4. 1 day to desert safari.
5. Sight seeing for 3 days.
6. Visa fees.

He told us that we have to pay for lunch only as it will a sponsered trip.

Along with the package following things will also be provided:
1. Ccd vouchers
2. 1 year gold/3d gym membership
3. Movie vouchers every month.
4. 10% discount on domestic flights for 5 years.
5. Partner card will be provided.

I got my kit few days back and recieved 1 card only. When i called him for clarifications he is not picking up my calls from last 1 month. When i asked him to book the hotel room and flight tickets, then he told me that shared hotel will not be provided and no facilities will be given to us. He denies for all the commitments.

I called mr. Sunil on sunday at 4pm and i asked if he is available in office or not, he told me that our saturdays and sundays are weekly off. When i reached the venue all were there.
Please tell me whether they do such kind of things everyday to fool customer or is there any policy of jukaso to do the same with members?
How can customer make trust on such kind of people?
This is totally wrong.

While depositing advance amount transaction, he promised us to provide all above mentioned items. Now he is not even entertaining the my problems.

Please do the needful as this behavior and working attitude is not good while dealing with customer.

Please sort the matter and take strict action for the same.

    I had received a call saying i win a lucky draw and for collecting 2n/3d complementary holidays voucher. I have visit jukaso inn, 49/50 sunder nagar, new delhi 110003 on 26th feb 18 at 8 pm. When i visited they are offering me the membership and telling all the benefits and booked 3 years travel package red season (4n/5d) of 'journeys by jukaso' worth rs. 48000/- at the time buying membership they are saying food and pick and drop will be free of cost and 4 adult and 2 child below 12year can be stay in a room but now they are saying 15% discount on food, 60 km in 3year cab will be free and only 2 adult and 2 child can be stay in a hotel room. I am asking for cancellation my membership but they are saying you will receive money in 90 days after 30-40% deduction. My membership id is 120564 in the name of davinder pal i want they return my 48000 without any deduction. They are fooling to people

    I want my money 48000 back still not received any calls after sending multiple mails to jukaso journey customer care

    I have also visited 4-5 times at jukaso inn hotel sunder nagar, delhi for my money refund and meet with payal khanna and mr. Dabad but every time they are giving me new date for my 48000 cheque, every time they are saying due to fund non availability now we are unable to give you 48000 cheque please visit next date we will give you.

    Journeys resorts please give me my money as soon as possible without any delay.

      I have chosen 5 yr membership with led as free gift. Initial payment done was rs 10000 (Taking time to go ahead or not with membership) and remaining payment within 1-3 days if going with membership.
      Led not given.
      I have decided next day itself not to opt membership and request for cancellation and refund of rs 10000.
      From that day onwards i didn;t receive any call and when continuosly following up with team, one member "payal" responded that your refund will process after 90 days after 5000 + tax deduction.
      I am not sure whether they are providing me refund or not but after going through comments it seems my money lost.
      I have ask one lawyer to look after my case but i suppose he is also not interested. According to him, its a daily fraud news coming. So its hard to get your money. If they are saying in 90 days then wait till 90 days, if no reply in 90 days then in case you can file a 420 case against jukaso.

        I wanted to book flight tickets and tried to chase these people since long.But they neither respond to calls nor do they revert back on mails.

          I had bought the holiday package worth 90k on 3rd december 2017 and got it cancelled on 6th december 2017 after finding horrible reviews about jukaso's service.

          As per the product agreement, refund will happen within 90 working days of cancellation.

          I waited patiently earlier for 90 days to complete. Now, its been over 90 working days already and had started chasing jukaso for refund.

          But chasers are not helping as their support don't revert back.

          Now it has become frustrating to chase them up for your own money which they have kept to earn interest.

          Once they get money, they loose interest in customer as they start earring interest on customer's money.

          Worst experience.

          Could anyone from jukaso revert on refund.

          Tourism ministry should do something for these fraudulent companies.

          Why my complaint does not reflect in overall Jukaso Customer Satisfaction rating as "Pending" as its not resolved yet.

          To add on complaint, have not got any response from Jukaso yet on repeated chasers

          Still have not received any update from Jukaso
          and I don't know why my complaint does not reflect in pending status.

          This is showing wrong impression that Jukaso has successfully resolved all its complaints.If pending complaints does not reflect in overall status then this will lead to more customers falling into trap of Jukaso or any other company in general.

          Is there a nexus between this forum and Jukaso journeys as I dont see my complaint is reflecting as "Pending" event though it has not been resolved yet.

            Please don't trust this company fake company ever. fake promises they do, especially DAE plan bata kr pagal banate hai. Logo ko lootte hai.They don't pick the call, they don't revert on mail and especially Richa the sales head is very rude on calls, At the time of dealing she was very polite but when you call for reservation she became very rude. I loose my 36000. Please you save money.

              Myself dr. Madhu purohit was called by the team of jucaso journeys including mr soni, asst marketing manager, shakti s. Sinha, vm, bhatt, prashant & others visited ujjain in jan 2018 by telephone in a coffee house along with my sister & brother in law. They promised me a 2/n 3/d free holiday gift voucher. Then after a long discussion and assurances we took 5 years membership for 3 adults by paying 85, 000. They promised us :-
              1 free 4/n 5/d holiday package in india & abroad every year for 5 years
              2. Free food, pick & drop, sight seeing
              3. Free dae membership for 1 year
              4. Free arrangements of our stay in 3 or 4 star hotels at places where jucaso property is not available.
              5. Free holiday gift voucher for 4/n 5/d
              All above mentioned things are mentioned in the contract papers signed by them.in feb. 2018 we send a mail for reservations of a holiday package for bhimital, corbett, ranikhet & kausani (8/n 9/d) by clubbing one gift voucher & one year membership. After so many calls & mails sent by me ultimately they refused to book hotels in ranikhet & kausani saying that they are not having property there. Then i sent mails to cancel our membership and return our amount (85, 000). Till now i could not receive any response from the company.

                For the last 4 years atleast 3-4 times in the year I have been trying to contact Jukaso Journeys but they have not been able to provide me with a confirmed booking . Only excuses and passing the buck. At the time of taking the membership they made alot of promises but now that the membership has been taken they are not willing to even come on the line to speak to the client
                Even after paying the membership fee they continue to put in the ECS request causing unnecessarily bank charges.

                  Here is suneel mundra from ahmedabad. Vivek rai, sonu thakur, jainam from ahmedabad and payal khanna from delhi r the persons who called for promotion, made various promises and commitments, taken money by wrong promises. Wrote for cancelation on 4th dec 2017, but dragged the issue for more than 2 months promising all will be settled and promises made will be kept. Finally after long follow up and 6-7 visits to their office, umpteem calls, sms, whatsapp, mails finally mr vivek confirm in writing to return the money in a week's time in feb 18. However despite continuous follow up no money has come. Worst these people do not respond. Customer service is highly pathetic and irresponsive. I hv got records of all promises, assurances and money return communication. But no one is bothered to resolve the issue. No one is lifting the phone. Worst of and worst employees

                    I am suneel mundra, same story, promised a lot, swiped the money on 28th nov 2017. As committed asked to send agreement. Confirmed all the facilities and dragged the issue for more than a month that we will give you wht promised. I had sent cancelation on 4th dec 2017. Finally in feb mr rai agreed in writing to return the money in a week's time but nothing so far. These people don't lift phone, revert on sms, mail and whatsapp. Not available in office. Mr vivek rai, sonu thakur, jaina and payal khanna from delhi are the involved officials.

                      We have cancelled the contract with them in december 2017. They said you will get your refund after 90 working days. When i called after 90 working days ms neha dubey said mam 90 days will over on 25th april. Please add all gov't holidays.

                      When after 25th april i am calling on toll free.., some sabnam said you are on board... We can't see any cancellation in system for you guys.

                      These guys are harassing us like anything. Neha is not picking up the call.

                        I am prof. Alpesh upadhyay, membership number 200220.

                        Please, register my official complaint against mr. Pavan,. Mr. Sonusingh and mr. Vivek rai. Branch manager of jukaso journeys ahmedabad

                        Mr. Vivek rai the branch manager of ahmedabad office along with mr. Sonusingh and pavan offered me

                        1. Five years membership for four adults.
                        2. He offered me membership with food, pickup, drop and sightseeing. He has also mailed me from his office mail.
                        3. He offered me dae gold card with membership
                        4. He offered me barbeque vouchers worth 2000 rupees.
                        5. He offered me spa membership of one year.
                        6. He told me jukaso journeys is associated with all hotels of fortune landmark and he will give me reservation at ahmedabad fortune landmark.
                        7. He offered me a dinner set.
                        8. He offered me pizza vouchers.

                        But all of his offers and commitment are proven wrong.

                        I called, whatsapp and emailed to all these three persons but there is no reply.

                        I feel cheated. They have made fraud with me.
                        Please, register my complaint against all these three persons. And give me complaint number.
                        I am the member of all india consumer protection committee. I am a press reporter too.
                        I have also shown press report of a complaint registered against mr. Vivek rai published in a local news paper.

                        If i will not given justice by the company i have to file an fir of fraud and cheating under pc 420 against all these three persons and jukaso journeys. And will go to the media that may harm the reputation of the company.

                        Reply as soon as possible.

                        I have many details of the company. They are well trained how to flue people and thief their Hard money .

                        Training program organize by Yajush Khanna & his father Rajiv Khanna, how to thief money..

                        I will complaint to our PM and Mr. Amit Shah (BJP President) about the same as i know them when i was in ABVP - Mahamantri 2006.

                        I will try, they will get biggest punishment as well as financial big penalty from Gujarat high-court if require then i will file a case in Supreme court.

                          Sir this is bring to your kind notice that jukaso journeys are cheating the public by making members for jukaso journeys. I am also the one as per discussion and the hand written papers giving by jukso, the are not providing the facilities as discussed and mentioned on the working papers given by jukaso. They just oblige the persons in jukaso and sunder nagar, new delhi and making members after depositing the huge amount in their account and not providing the facilities as per commitment. I have tried to book the jukaso hotel for stay in india but after giving the telephonically confirmation at the last moment they regret to provide the facility as per the commitment. I am not only the one who suffers there are so many innocent peoples. Kindly take immediate action against this company.

                              I have been a member of jukasho by journeys since aug 2017 by paying them rs 45000 for 3 yrs at pune. After that many emails and calls for availing the services are made to even highest owner mr khanna., but to my surprise they dnt even bother to reply or refund money. Their retention team gives false promises on mail and again no revert regarding booking. Plz resolve

                                Myself mukesh aggarwal, i made a booking of your holiday package during my visit to jukaso office on 19-sept-2016 of amount rs. 60, 000/- (Sixty thousand only)

                                Jukaso had lured me with their false promises and forcibly made me do the payment for their membership and later when i found out about their fraud stories, i wanted to cancel my membership.

                                I tried to contact them via mail, phone. They even told me that my membership is cancelled and amount will be refunded back. But it's already more than 1 year and i haven't received even a single penny from jukaso journeys.

                                So, i request you to please cancel my booking and process me my refund of rs. 60, 000 as soon as possible.

                                  My traveler id is 148972 & contact id is 67111.

                                  I took the jukaso journeys membership in april 2017 as the executive mr. Sunil & the manager mr. Narayan committed me the following.

                                  1 we can go for holiday any where in the world using the jukasso
                                  Journeys. There are few hotels / resorts which jukasso owns and for
                                  Any other property, we can travel by booking the holiday through dae.
                                  2 we can select any hotel in the world including 5 or 7 star hotels
                                  Through dae for which one has to pay aprox rs. 1100/- (In india) and
                                  Rs.2200/- (Out of india).
                                  3 any sightseeing / local traveling will be done through jukasso
                                  Journey, for which i don't have to pay any amount.

                                  I have planned my holidays for goa in the month of october 2017 and
                                  Contacted journeys over phone for hotel related queries, then i was
                                  Told that jukasso has got only 1 resort in goa, which i found was not a good one. For booking through dae, i was asked to contact dae directly and they only have few resorts, again none of the resort was above 3 star category.

                                  Since the membership was stamped on me after giving wrong / false
                                  Commitments, i want to cancel the membership and the money which i
                                  Have paid need to be re-imbursed. For this i have contacted the
                                  Jukasso journeys in sunder nagar many times and every time they said
                                  The concerned person is not there to address. The persons i met was
                                  Mr. Shoaib khan and mr. Sunil a couple of times. Again i went few days
                                  Back and met mr. Aswin, who asked me to write mail to ms. Payal.

                                  I have written many mails to (Ms. Payal [protected]) to cancel my membership and return my money at, but there was no positive response from her. Even i tried calling her many times, but she never bothered to answer the calls

                                  I want to cancel my membership and my money back as the membership was taken by me based on the commitments given by the jukaso team, which proved to be wrong / false later.

                                    This has reference with said Contract ID - 99162, Membership ID-184331.

                                    Today I had called your customer care desk regarding my membership cancellations money.

                                    Who will answer/reply me...?

                                    From Last 45 days I am getting same answer that it is in process.

                                    I want to know your process. As I had given cancellations request almost 140 days back. You people informed me that within 90 days it will be refunded.

                                    Where are your all promises...?
                                    What type of process you are doing...?
                                    Where is customer care...?

                                    You are making fool. Stop it and return our amount.

                                      I've purchased membership 99275 on 11 Nov 17 convinced as it might be cancelled anytime without any charges. After purchase I got an agreement saying 5000 + cancellation charges for cancellation the membership. There were many hidden figures as well as some different figures from the promises which were made before. It was totally bogus and I asked for cancellation on 13 Nov 17. I tried to contact them many times by mail as well as by toll free number. Every mail is responded saying that I Will be contacted within 48 hrs but never any call back is made. On toll free number, the executive and supervisor both are not are in position o[censored]pdating me. Whenever I called them, they always keep repeating same words as it will be completed within 90 working days. Till date cancellation is under process even it lasted its deadline of 90 working days. I tried to contact in many ways but got no satisfactory response from anywhere.

                                      Today I called on toll free number, Ms shabnam was on the line. She replied same as it was in past. She told me that their representative will contact me in next 72 hrs. I asked for reference no and she refused me saying my complaint Id 1012115 already generated and under that reference no all conversation are been made.
                                      I've no faith on jukaso team, we'll see what happens next.

                                        I have purchase a membership from Jukaso journeys wide membership number 176864 and company provided me free air ticket cost 15000.

                                        when i was booked the ticket jukaso told me book tikcet your self we will remburse this 15 k in your account on 25th Oct-17 but company did not give me refund money till 2nd Apr-2018.

                                        whenever i call the customer care they told me your massage is convay to concern team but nothing resolve the issue and not refund the money till yet.
