I purchased jukaso package 2 days back for 5 years mini pack at cost of 95000. However after going through agreement found that whatever they discussed and promised with us and what is written in contract ia different.

Based on that this, i do not want to continue and as per contract since its only 48 hrs of purchase and it can be withdrawn and cancelled within 10 days. I would like to cancel it.

Please find the details below:

Below details were explained to us:

1) you will be given 4N/5D at Jukaso properties and 7N/8D stay at DAE hotels. Total of 11N/13D stay per year.

Clarification: In your contract that you have given me its only mentioned that 4N/5D stay will be provided per year. No additional days.

2) You have said that for DAE booking we need to give 900 Rs. only additionally.

Clarification: In your contract there is no such rate mentioned and when I checked with DAE they said 150 Dollar will be charged as exchange rate per day !!.

3) You have told about additional benefits like hotel activities, during the stay, breakfast and sight seeing is included in this. Only Fuel charges to be borne by us on actual basis.

Clarification: In the contract, there is no such statement. Also for DAE as well there is no such statement.

4) You are having only 9 properties that that too most of them are in n metro cities or NCR. However you told that you have properties across India and Internationally of your own. This does not meet any holiday purpose and moreover its no use of staying in your hotel in Delhi NCR region only.

5) You have told as a member, you will get 20% - 50% discounts on dine in and offers made from time to time like new year offers etc. Also as a member for banquets bookings your per plate charge varies from 1000 Rs to 2000 Rs. however member will get 50% off.

Clarification: In your Contract there is no such statement.

6) You told that there is no capping on stays per night and balance will be transferred to next year.

Clarification: your contract it says any additional nights exceeding 9 Nights per year not availed will automatically be lapsed.

7) You said there is no AMC charges and everything included in Rs. 95000 paid by me. Also the Bank has charged an interest rate on this for easy EMI which values close to 10500 Rs additionally which you will be reversing in my bank account. However I am trying to reach your sales team and they have not picked my call even once.

Clarification: In your contract its mentioned that AMC will be charged every year and if you fail to pay that in any year, contract will terminate.

8) In your contract reservation is mentioned based on 4 seasons, Blue, white, purple etc.], however you did not discussed any such point.

Now the Jukaso customer care and those sales people Jasleen and Bhawna are not picking up my phone.

Requesting your forum to take action against it as early as possible because its only 48 hrs. After 10 days, they will make an excuse that required grace time is already over. I do not want to listen anything else from them and just want my refund of 95000 Rs. Back.

I have not been provided with the full information and there is an ambiguity and I do not agree to proceed with your membership further. Also as per contract, I have the right to withdraw my membership within 10 days under Clause 8.1 of the contract signed.

I have already filed the request and sent the postal mail within 48 Hours to withdraw the membership. It is requested to kindly confirm me on this status and send back my money invested with immediate effect.
No one will entertain you there ...I m also facing the same thing since one year.
I ve also cancelled the member ship in the given ten days as per agreement . Then they said they will refund your money in 90 days “as agreement “ ...then never may be never.
Met each and every time a new guy there in office . They will just fool you anyhow with giving you dates such as next month or next week or tomorrow.
And if any how the same guy met you on the given date he will say . The “person” who is supposed to sign your cheque is “out of India “ due to some extreme emergencies!
I m fed up with all these.

      It is really a shame in name of jukaso that the room you booked for us was not even worth rs 500. Stinky rooms. Worn out carpets. Nonsensible commitments of yours. We reached there at 12 and saw your real commitments. Every time we relied on you people for our holidays. It was my husband's birthday and you just ruined it. You are big cheats, who committed good stays and charged us rs 40000 for this substandard hotels. I am really gonna make sure to bring out you people's real face. We cannot even sleep. No privacy is there. No higene is there. We could hear sounds from other rooms too. You have bluffed us and misleaded us for paying you rs 40000. I want my money refunded back. Jukaso is a big team full of liars. We couldn't even continue for second day stay at that place. Just because of you people we had to go through so much hassle. We had to do last minute arrangements.. And that too at so much higher price for sake of non availability.. As we were not pre-booked. It would have been far better we must have never relied on jukaso.

        Hi my name is Kunal Sambharwal and my jukaso travel id is 183397 i have purchased this membership on 2nd Nov when i called them on 3rd Nov due to some financial issue i want to cancel my membership and i wanted my 22500 rs which i was submitted to them as advance Money they told me that they have forwarded my concern to their retension team but no one has contacted me till now it has been 11 Nov now from 3rd Nov i regularly calling their customer service but they always say they can't do anything wait for our retension team from last 7 days i am just waiting and calling them kindly return my money.

          If this is the way she talks to her customer,
          She won't able to make any clients.

            We hd paid rs 25000 to your person mr. Sameer patil n rajeev at phoenix mall grand buffet restaurant in vimannagar, pune. I have to cancel my membership n want my payment back. Reason for cancellation is that this is all fake. There is no any hotel. Jukaso is not having any hotel. This is all fake agency.

              fake promises - refund of money

              With my wife visited jukaso inn sundar nagar, new delhi at 22nd october 2017 on invitation by their executive and then their executives named ms. Seema and ms. Jasleen started to show us various facilities provides by then at different locations.
              They showed us a five year mini travel plan for rs. 95000 with amc of rs.5000.
              Since 95 k is a big amount for me so ms. Seema offered me to convert 95000 into installments and she informed...

              Dear sir we withdrawn our membership on 17 october 2017within 10 days according to your policy and cannot get any confirmation regarding that we are facing many problems regarding this sir our contract id: 94683, contact number [protected].
              We take this policy on 10 october 2017, for amount of 25000 for 3 year with the facility that we will get total 33 nights for three year i. E. 11nights per year. When we called on toll free no then they told that we have to pay more 25000 to avail all services. Toll free representative also told that we can't avail the dae service also. The representative at sundar nagar jukaso hotel told during the purchase of membership and after taking it the toll free representative giving different information is totally miss leading and making fraud.

              We have submitted online withdrawal request on website [protected]@jokasojourney.com on 17 october 2017.

              As per contact term and conditions you have to charge 5000 as a administrative charges and refund remaining amount, but now you are adding extra 30% taxes (Gst) on amount and saying will refund balance amount i. E. Only 12000. Which comes under the total fraud and looting innocent people money.

              Means खाया पिया कुछ भी नाही और खर्चा चारा अणे।।
              Please refund 25000 rupees । otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer forum.

                My name is washim khan i am resident of laxmi nagar new delhi 110092... Few month before i was booked a tour to ajmer sahariff... Date was 6/7/2017... I was very disappointed to say that this is my wroust tour ever in life and i will never be in future agree to deal with jukaso journey... The agent was also gave me a bad experience and even dont have know guest dealings... Payal khanna and ajaye tomar... This two person was the most 1 of the badly and rudely behaviour with guest they work only for money... Finally i have to say that dont even try to book your holiday with this company... So bad experience honestly... I need my total money refund in my account other wise i am really take serious action and put a case in court...

                  1. That i have visited jukaso journey office at sunder nagar, branch where there sales team provide a long list of wonderful resorts across major international destinations including bali, maldives, europe etc claiming that the said properties belongs to jukaso.

                  2. That on believing them we had paid a down payment for a sum of rs.40, 000/- out of rs.1, 30, 000/- on the promise that within a week we will receive the kit and also allotted one contract i. D-89459. That kit is not reached till today.

                  3. That after passing a week we went to jukaso in, sunder nagar branch for the kit and their we handover one application for cancellation of our membership also ask for our receiving but ms priyanka who has been introduced as the senior in charge assured that our refund will be automatically transacted in our bank account.

                  4. That since then we are approaching you regularly by calling at your telephone numbers of sunder nagar but still nothing is been done and also we visited uncountable time for the refund but nothing is been done.

                  5. That we got a surprise when we saw number of complaints against this company on internet and consumer forums and in every complaint like us that we visit there office at sunder nagar, branch where the sales team provide a long list of wonderful resorts across major international destinations including bali, maldives, europe etc claiming that the said properties belongs to jukaso.

                  6. That we caught them red handed when we reached at there gurgaon hotel and got a shock when we saw that the hotel name is ginger on confirming from the staff of ginger we came to know that ginger already take over jukaso long back and apart from that we had also been informed that our membership is not been cancelled till the time being we have to send the mail also.

                  7. That on confirming about our cancellation application status which we move to one of there senior sales team, they inform that this is there mistake and because of this we are unable to get anything done in our cancellation of membership.

                  8. That then we moved second cancellation application on mail on 05th october 2017 after 16/08/2017 handwritten application to refund the complete invested amount, but they care a damn. Only by mail receiving is been send by them.
                  Kindly resolve my issue and help me in getting my refund

                    I was purchased travel package from jukaso journeys but they did not provide me any hotel for me they were always told me hotel is not available. I was continuously followed up but they did't reply me and not picking my call. Then after i went jukaso office but some one told me contact person is not available or they are deny for everything or every commitment.

                    So please refund my amount 80k amount. I am waiting from last year.

                    No one employee picking my call. Very irresponsible employee are working here. Here senior person also not looking any pending case they are working for only sale.
                    If you have any manner then please check your database there are thousands plus members could not availed own package due to this unsupported team they are always told me that they can't provide trip for my location but sales person told me during sale time for my specific location is available but after purchased travel package of 80K they are deny for services. you guys cheated me so I know very well about your team members name and I had complain against you guys after some time you guys see court notice then after I will talk to you.

                    please don't make fool to others you guys are not capable to provide these services . You can't do this so stop selling this service . I am collecting to all members who was made fool from your side. right now I have collected 10 members who is suffering from your side. so be careful or shutdown your shop or company otherwise police will catch you and you guys will go for jail at least 5 years and also will give 80K+ interest amount me and others.

                      Hi jukaso journeys team, thanks for organizing my trips very well. Regarding the kerala trip, i wan to take back my earlier comments and want to say that it was awesome. Driver was very seasoned driver and knows the hilly terrain of munnar very well. Some suggestions from my part, is it possible to mention in the itinerary the time lines by which we should visit the sightseeing places. Like if we start at 8.30am then will reach a sightseen at 10.00 am and spend 1 hr there. Basically then the traveler will be aware when he needs to start and if he does not start then he will obviously miss the first point and have to start from next one. And one more thing please if possible convey my apologies to tour agency for kerala trip as i have given harsh review comments. It was not intentional. I want to convey that travel was well arranged. May be i expected cochin marine drive and sea to be like mumbai. Regards, janki negi hotel was superb

                        My story of getting into the web of Jukaso is not different. They have called us and sold their plan to me. But, after two days when I contacted the customer support there was no response. I have asked to refund my money and cancel the plan. The cancellation process took too long and their representatives asked same question again and again. It's been more than 6 months and I have not received my money.They are replacing every representative whenever we go to ask for refund and new process come in scenario. Spoiling people hard earned money.

                          I took the membership and applied for 2 rooms for 2n/3d stay at jim corbett on 20-21 october 2017. One room (2n/3d) from my package and one room (2n/3d) from holiday voucher provided by them. They asked me to pay rs 4000 to redeem the free holiday voucher (In name o[censored]tility charges) which i paid to their executive mr parkash through paytm. They send me confirmatin voucher that 2 rooms for 2n/3d have been booked in may name at gajraj trails resort at jim corbett.
                          But when i reached jim corbett on 20 october 2017 with my all family members, i was shocked that gajraj resort staff denied me to check in stating that there was no room booked in my name. I tried to catch mr parkash but it went switch off even their company's official number was also not working. It was a totally mentally torture for me. My 2 years daughter was suffering from fever and all my family members started blaming me. Finding no way, i had to arrange another resort. But this incident spoiled all my trip and we didn't enjoy even after spending a lot money there.

                          I have applied for refund of Rs 15000( which I paid to take membership) Plus Rs 4000 (which I paid them to redeem holiday voucher) but they are denying that to refund money is not their policy.
                          See how mean they are. Harassing customers is their policy but refund is not their policy.

                            I put purchased a 10-calendar year trip plan on the 08 october 2017 and requested a refund on 18th october. I was advised they have a 15 morning period to process the refund demand. It's been more than 1 weeks and i've not received any response from jukaso regarding my refund. I've frequently called their customer support and they continue telling me a similar thing they have forwarded my circumstance to the worried department plus they have no idea any information on my circumstance. I even went to their office and spoken with their retention team on 23rd october, and they previously guaranteed me that he'll provide me the day where my refund by the finish of your day but i never acquired a reply again from him. He offered me his contact quantity which is definitely switched off. They have got not taken care of immediately my numerous mails and mobile to the grievance office. Kindly help me have the refund.

                              My story is not so different from the others those are cheated by jukaso the fraud organization.
                              I lost a huge amount of money to them. Only because i am a conman man and don't have ample time to go them legally.
                              But whenever i get time in future i have the names with me in future to play with at least to the sale persons who cheated me.
                              No body knows when karma came back. Sometime a small mistake become a blunder to life.

                                Me and my husband has been invited by jafar and puja to receive some gift voucher and they offer very attractive and flexible holidays plan ie booking of 4 or 5 star
                                Hotel accomodation for 5 years and taken 65000 rs from us. Now after that no kit nothing has been delivered to us. Also when we were trying to book hotel they said hotel is full and not available. They are cheaters, when i am asking for my money and cancellation they were telling we don't give money back. This is a request to govt. Please arrest them as soon as possible and throw them into jail for life long. Here are there no. [protected], [protected], [protected]. Even if in there document it is clearly mentioned that they will refund if we cancel membership within 10 days. And i canceled in 6 days. They were saying do what you want we will not give money back. Please sir its a request to punish these cheaters jukaso fraud gang team as soon as possible.

As per contract i can cancel that with in the ten days and they will deduct 5000 Rupees and rest amount will be refunded to me. But now they are avoiding to cancel and refund my account.                                       This is with reference to your invitation to me and my wife at Hotel Polo Club Patiala on 14th of October 2017. As we are regularly visiting various tourist destinations every year with family so we visited there with full excitement to explore something new for us. But when presentation was going on with your reperesentative shweta called the manager Ms.Manjeet to discuss more about location preferences and comparison with other Four and Five star hotels. She deliberately hurt our feelings by saying that (Patiala walian nu ki pata five star te four star ki hunda hai ) Patiala people are not aware of hotel star ratings. We belong to very well educated families and some of our visited hotels are :
