Contract date: 24-sept-2017
I have booked 3 years travel package of 'journeys by jukaso' on 24 september 2017 worth rs. 45000/- from your sales person mr rajiv - mob no: [protected].
My member id is 93424

And below are the promised details in the package:

1) 11 nights bookings for one couple per year without any extra charge.

2) waiver of all rs. 3000/- maintenance charges every year (Total: rs. 9000/-) as payment is done with credit card emi option

3) booking for goa from 25-december-2017 to 30-december-2017 for 2 couples i. E. 5*2 = 10 nights. And remaining one night will be carried forward to next year.

But today during verification call from your company, it was told to me above offers are not valid. Only 4 nights stay will be given.
Even the sales person is now not receiving my phone calls. This is very unprofessional behavior and fraud to customer.
If you can't provide me above promised things, then i want to cancel this membership.
Please stop deducting emis and refund my money else i will have to file complaint in consumer court.

    Hi,

    As i had highlighted multiple times earlier, below were the issues in my membership id: 67699.

    As discussed during welcome call (Which happened on the 1st working day after making the payment), there were 3 discrepancies pointed out over the recorded call, as mentioned below in case details. I had clearly stated earlier over the welcome call, i will continue the membership only if all of the committed 3 points are honoured.

    I was told a call back will be arranged. I got a call from ashwin and after understanding the discrepancies, he confirmed that he will try and get everything resolved and get back to me in a few days over a call. Next, he called me back on 9th may claiming that he is able to resolve 2 discrepancies and not the third one, so i should now go ahead and email the team for full refund, which i did, a few minutes after the call.

    Now the team claimed since the email was received more than 10 days later, some amount will be deducted - which is not right, as it was ashwin, who had requested for time and asked me not to email until he gets back with a resolution. The day he got back to me over a call, i immediately emailed you. Moreover on the 1st working day itself, during the welcome call, i will continue the membership only if all of the committed 3 points are honored.

    Anyways, the above concern has been shared multiple times in last 6 months including during my visit to your office, yesterday (30th oct 2017), where i met ms sonia chadha, who claimed that nothing can be done and an amount of inr 6850/- has been deducted while the remaining has been sent to my card company for refund. As per her, i should go ahead and do whatever i want to, but this can not be changed. Neither i was allowed to meet the hod or any other senior personnel despite multiple requests

    So here is the first step: a complaint has been filed with national consumer helpline this morning and the docket number is 489528.

    The expectation is to get the refund of the deducted amount of inr 6850/. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Also i will be proceeding with a case filing / complaint on various other forums and social media platforms if this is not resolved soon.

      I was visiting on central mall gurgaon with my family and met with the guy who was requesting from everyone for few minutes to talk.
      As we are indian citizen and do respect to all as everyone should do, he took my number and mail id as usual sales guy do in malls and markets.
      After some time i recieved the call and got the invitation to visit jukaso hotel near bata chowk and sector14 to collect your prize.
      Multiple times these people called me and politely invite me to visit. I visited hotel on the specified time at 4.00pm. There were many families and many executives who were attending families seperately, i was also attended by one of the executive and his manager (I don't want to disclose their names as i respect indians), they shown us different tour packages and facinate us with many facilities even they told us that along with this you will get the gym and swimming pool free of cost membership in their premise. They told me swimming pool is under construction and it will be complete within 2 month. Its fine that we purchased the gold membership of 82000 (On 4march2017) which i paid through credit card which they suggest to change in emi, i did that and overall i spent 90000. They gave me the offer of goa as complemetery which i can avail within 1 year and they told me to inform only before 15 days, the things which they told was totally different which mentioned in form, there was many paper no one can even read that in short time, i got the file and package details after1 week, after few months i visited their place now what i saw that was unbelievable the hotel was ginger not jukaso, now they have very small office beside that hotel.
      I felt its ok and after visiting 8 months i found there was no swimming pool as well. I called their customer care multiple times and they said if you want to plan holidays just 15 days before you can inform,
      Now when i took the planned leave from my company 28 days before and informed them that i want the booking from "24-28 january 2018" and send them mail, immediately after few hours their mail came with below reply and ticket closed.
      "we have received your reservation request however the dates requested are sold out dates. We would request you to please provide us any alternate dates for us to process your booking before dates get sold out.
      Available dates march:-2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 if you have any query please call us our toll free number[protected] from monday to saturday between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm." it means they decide our holidays when we need to travel. They are very clever they knows my package will expire in march.
      I called the given customer care number and they directly denied even she don't want to talk. I replied the mail but they even unprofessional,
      Means after getting money they don't bother what is the griveances of consumer, its directly not effecting consumer but also the genuine hospitality industry. Now i know why the hospitality industry is in loss due to these type of incident happening with consumers.
      Its not the matter of only money but the fraud which these type of few "corrupt hospitality" companies doing.
      If this money i deposit for saving bank i will get some interst. I need to refund those money back with interest to me also i suggest to take strict action regarding this by this consumer forum.
      This is my initial step, these things are polluting our gurgaon city, as a indian citizen we don't want to encourage increasing crimes in our city and incident which happens recently on ryan and fortis in gurgaon.

        I am a member of jukaso journeys subscribed for 3yrs membership and paid rs. 40000 for it.

        I was informed that they have properties and tie ups for 150+ locations where i can stay after getting the booking confirmed and i don't need to pay a single penny for the stay.

        When i sent an email for the reservation for a particular location, they reverted that reservation cannot be done as they don't have any property there and sent me the list of hotels where i can stay (List includes 15 locations including 3 locations were outside india)

        I was completely shocked and i tried to contact one of their representative (Girish ranjan - [protected]) who has informed me earlier that i can get reservation in the hotels listed in dae website but he did not even answered my call. I also sent him the text messages but no response. I also replied to the email sent by jukaso journeys but did not received any response from them either.

        Request you to please help me in resolving this issue in best possible way.

          Membership was sold to us with lot of rosy and fake commitments wherein majority of the facts and service commitments narrated by Sales Executive were false and misleading, which forced us to purchase the membership on the same day as the sales people told us that it was there closing and after that they are closing 5 year membership. (without giving us time to go through the agreement clauses and raise queries)

          While selling the Holiday plan scheme, we were informed that they have tie up with 4-5 star Hotel properties (Like Hyatt, Oberoi, Ramada), however, when asked to initiate the booking I have to follow-up 10 times a day to know the booking status (where as I was promised booking on 2nd day, while making me sign an agreement). Thereafter I have been offered cheap Hotel which are available at INR 1, 000 per night easily on any travel websites, instead of booking a room in Oberoi Hotel, Fortune Hotels, Ramada, etc...

          We have been chasing them since we took the membership, and as a result my phone calls were avoided and Blocked by Sales Executives.

          We had shared our holiday plan before taking membership and the sales guy showed us some properties online but now there entire hotel list does not have those properties which were committed to us.

          Since, it has been 3 days to my membership, wherein I could judge there colours, accordingly I have submitted a written request (through Speed Post and email) for withdrawal of my application as per their agreement clause 8.1 : " Travelers are allowed a period of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of Down payment to withdraw their JHP-5 years application and claim the refund of the amount paid".

          The company is running a racket of cheating people and selling fake membership on a large scale. They are not responding right from day one and there is no responsible person for escalation.

          I don't understand if the Sales Executive have given false & fake Commitments to customers to meet his sales target, Why should Customer be penalized for it??

          One of the Sales / Support staff called and showed their discomfort in my withdrawal of application and tried to convince to continue with the membership. Further I was told Withdrawal of application is a cumbersome process and I should not get into all that...

          I want my complete refund of INR 60, 000 (paid for the membership), as I have not used / availed any kind of benefits / services under the membership and we have submitted our withdrawal request within a period of 3 days (1 working day) from the date of payment.

            On date 9th dec 2026 taken membership and promise to gi e vlcc voucher of rs 15 k along with welcome kit but not recv with welcome kit and make payment of rs 65000 through credit card and then give update emi will convert rs 3611 and no intrest will charges.no emi converted and banks charging higher interest on the same of amount Rs 65000

            When i have tary to call relationship manager then not pickup phone and no revert recv even marked mail to jukaso custumer care.

            It seems fraud and wrong commitment to custumer.

            Kindly look the issue and take necessary action against the same for wrong commitment and help to return the money and cancel the membership. Membership no -188401

            When try to call jukaso relationship manager Geetanjali and arun vaid not pick up phone and no response recv after so many calls and message.

            Make me fool and wrong comment regarding to give vlcc voucher of rs 15000 and emi Option will be made 3611 againt payment of rs 65000 through credit card.

            I have taken membership of 3 years but seems jukaso is cheater and unfaithful and I wasted the money

            Kindly look the issue and help to cancel my membership bcz not want relation with fraud and cheater company .

            Vlcc voucher not recv rd 15 k

            Emi not made amount pay rs 65000 and now bank are charging intrest.when I have taken membership then told to 3611 emi will pay for 18 month and intrest will charge on the same amount the i pay amount through Sbi and Rbl credit card.

            Pls help to cancel my membership from jukaso and rerun the amount as I paid rs 65000 dated 9 th Dec 2017.

            Even I try to call relationship manager Geetanjali and arun vaid but not pick phone and also not give response message and whataps.

            Kindly help to cancel my membership with jukaso and refund my paid money rs 65000

            Jukaso is totally fraud and no cure to his custumer.

              I purchased jukaso package for 3 years mini pack at cost of 45000 from main office plot number 1, idc mehrauli road, gurugram-1220001. However after going through agreement found that whatever they discussed and promised with us and what is written in contract is different.

              Based on that this, i do not want to continue.

              Please find the details below:

              1) they will be given 11n/13d stay at jukaso properties and this is for three couples means 3 room to be booked for every 11n/13d per year.

              2) no one told us about any dae booking for which i have to pay extra 1000 rs.
              Initially they told me that pay minimum 10000 rs. From dabit card while they asked for credit card initially. They swiped my dabit card and took 10000 from it.

              Sales manager mr. Girish ranjan told me all above details but after getting 10000 he turned back from his talk.
              He committed to return my money with deduction of 3000 rs after two days but after so much followup he is not refunding my money and also not picking my call.

              I am mentally disturb from last 10 days because of these peoples.
              Now they are torturing me by doing calls at my wife mobile number.

              Please take a legal action against section 420 fraud and mentally harassment and help to get my money back.

                Sales person CHANDANI aka CHAHAT and MUKESH MALIK of JUKASO JOURNEYS has made many false promises to sell membership of 95000. Now they do not fulfill their promises as well do not attend calls. Consequently I have to run in their office every 3rd day. I took JUKASO JOURNEYS membership on 14th nov[protected], requested for cancellation on 19 November 2017. I am waiting for my refund. This company is total fraud. When they have to sell the membership they ask customers to sit in the main office, where as when customers go to complain and for cancellation, these people do not let you get near other customers, do not attend us nicely, meet in a room where no other customer can listen us. If you all are facing same problem let us all join hands and take some legal action against JOURNEYS BY JUKASO as soon as possible. I do have all the call recordings of both the sales persons of company.
                Please contact me if you all who have been cheated by JUKASO JOURNEYS wish to take legal action.

                  I have a membership with journeys by jukaso and i booked a hotel through them for the first time on 03/12/17. The booking was for 2 days 09 nd 10/12/17 in there property jukaso palace in macleodganj. When i reached the hotel it was under renovation. The manager told me that they informed the main branch in gurgaon about this. But the executive miss anjali in jukaso did not tell me about this. I reached the hotel at 8pm on 09/12/17. The manager told me that i can book another hotel for you but you have to pay for it and the executive from jukaso didn't pick my call..
                  Even the manager at their head office mr. Abhishek did not respond to my calls.. I have paid them rs. 58000/- till date (Memberships charges-50000/- one time payment + annual fee part payment - 8000/-) and this was the first trip which i was supposed to go on with them
                  Kindly look into the matter

                    Despite my Endless mails to Jukaso official ids and Ms Manjeet ... I feel clueless as no one is responding on any medium. This is not done.

                    I seek bookings for Goa holiday but they havent given any. Then have not even reverted to any other booking request.

                    No one picks their HELPLINE number and every mail remains unanswered. This is sheer cheating. They continue to fool people and no one is doing anything to help people.

                    I will send the company a LEGAL NOTICE if I am not helped this time

                      I would like to cancel my policy with jukaso due to bad behaviour from sales department of team jukaso.my policy id is 101407 in name of meera mohandas.i have discussed the same at jukaso office.At initial stage sales team promised to return amount if i am cancelling policy before 45 days.As the payments are done by credit cards please return the amount paid as soon as possible.
                      It was bad experience for me with jukaso.i have paid a amount of 70000.55000 using crdit and 15000 using debit card.sales manager was Ms BIndu and Gaurav.now they are not receving the call not replying for messages.Hope for the good co operation further payment so that i can receive payment intime

                        I have raised a complaint earlier also, but don't know who marked it as resolved as it is not.

                        Earlier they was not doing the bookings... For 6 months and as per them they have fired their employees as they promised lot of things to customers... They told fairy tail stories to grab the customer.

                        As what neha dubey told when we went after lot of harassement for cancellation. They convinced us a lot we will give you this and that.. Plz don't do cancellation... We will take care of your bookings and all... But again what happened is disgusting.

                        After lot of discussions and everything they did booking for dharamshala... And cherry on the top when we went there.. They said the property is under renovation and we lived in a store like room no hot water... No glasses on the windows... It was cold nights we stayed with 2 year old baby for 1 day, layer of dust... Quarter bed and we checked out next day... As we travelled all the way from gurgaon to dharamshala and we didn't have any other option.

                        When we dropped mail, they are not replying... And its the 4th or 5th time we have asked for cancellation. I don't know why they are not doing it.

                        Everytime neha says... Meine aap ke liye itna kuch karvaya.. Ceo se baat karke approval liye... I am not getting what actually neha is trying to do. If ceo has that much problem with the cancellation. Why can't he talk to the customer about the problem they are facing.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I along with my husband was invited by journeys by jukaso's team in one of their branch office to explain about their membership and hotels. All the membership details were presented to us very nicely and was told that we can cancel membership and my amount we will be refunded after deducting some administrative charges. They offered me a 5 years membership for rs. 35000/-. I decided to go for this on my name, filled the application form and paid an advance of rs 5000/- using my credit card. I was told that my membership id will be generated only after i pay full amount of rs 35000/- and all the details shall be sent on my address. Copy of the application form filled by was also not given to us as they said that the same shall be given after full payment.

                          After coming home i decided to check reviews of the company and found lots of complaints against jukaso journeys. So i decided to cancel my membership and e-mailed the same on very next day informed to them on phone and i was assured that my money of rs. 5000/- will be refunded to me very soon. Till date i have called journeys team so many times and even e-mailed regarding my refund. I have been assured by them multiple times on phone as well as on e-mail that all my amount of rs. 5000/- will be refunded to me but till date i have not received my money back.

                          I had just filled and signed an application form on my name and no membership id was generated by them. Even after no membership id, journeys team has my money with them and not refunding it.. Even i has asked to arrange for a meeting, but i did not get any reply from them.

                          It is requested to kindly take action against them and help me getting all my money back.

                            I want to report on a fraudulent and misleading traction by "journeys by jukso" a travel venture of which i am recent victim.
                            My wife went for shopping in big bazaar on 29th november 2017 and was offered to fill a coupon by an agent. She filled the coupon and next day we got a call that we have been selected for a lucky scratch coupon and some other gifts and they asked us to come to journeys by jukaso in gurgaon sector 14.
                            After reaching at the venue they talked about their club membership and we denied taking it. A lady named manjeet kaur offered several other benefits and told us it can be canceled anytime by contacting/writing an email to them and no charges will be deducted. She told us only about rs 2000/ emi and it can be canceled anytime. They convinced us to get my credit card, swiped and instantly deducted rs 63000/. After confrontation they asked us to come next day for cancellations as some other team take care of cancellation.
                            After reaching their office next day (30th november 2017), two different ladies met with us and denied taking request for cancellation. After few hours of arguments they finally provided a signed copy of cancellation request (Attached here). Now they are saying that money will be refunded after 4.5 months after various deductions.
                            If i haven’t availed any of their services and filed for cancellation within few hours, how come on earth they are supposed to deduct any money and refund after 4.5 months?
                            I want my rs 63000/ refunded to me immediately and i want to escalate this matter to higher authority of their misleading and fraudulent information which go me trapped in their scam.

                              Did i think, i was cheated by kamran saikh.

                              First, i would like to inform you that, i have not taken any membership of 40, 000. Also i am unknown from this (40, 000) membership as it is not discussed with me.
                              The membership plan about 69, 000 is being discussed with me, which have 55 nights for 5 years. This membership is hard for me so i ignore the plan for five years due to more emi. Also i submitted the closing paper.

                              Note: but its true

                              At the last your manager (Kamran saikh) offer me one year plan of 10, 000 rs. For 12 nights. Also he convert this plan for 3 years verbally in front of me and my wife. But i have no clues.
                              I like the one year plan and pay 10, 000 in one go.

                              After making payment he says me a verification call would be coming and told him/her.. Yes, yes and ok, ok. So i follow the instruction given by your manager.
                              During the call she asked me the membership of 40, 000. She did not discussed the plan about 10, 000.

                              After call i ask kamran saikh about 40, 000 he says (Don't worry, your plan is 10, 000, no need to pay remaining 30, 000).

                              But i have no clues to proof this, if it is wrong.
                              Only my wife is the witness of over all discussion at jukaso inn sunder nagar delhi.

                                Hello concerned officials of journeys by jukaso please accept my request for cancellation of my membership with your company rather i have'nt got any membership no. While i have paid 37000rs (32000rs. By credit card and 5000 rs by cash) on 04.11.2017 i tried to contact your company online but failed to get contact. I have some financial problems now these days that's why i'm asking to cancel my membership and refund me my full money back. Ishall be very thankful to you.

                                  I have bought a leisure membership from journey by jukaso on 18th dec' 2016. But due to certain terms & conditions of the package i opt to cancel the same and filled the cancellation on 25th dec' 2016. The same was approved as well by journeys. But since then i am following them up for the refund but every time they say its in process and they will either revert in 48 hrs or send and email but it never happened. I have sent them mails as well but have never got and reply back from them. As per the cancellation policy of journeys the refund shall be processed in 3 months time but after 11 months still there's not update from journey. Today when i have called they sent a mail saying its been approved and will allocate a ticket for the process. I have shared attached below the mail i sent on 25th dec' 2016 for the cancellation and also few other mails.

                                  Would like to get the jukaso journeys bronze package purchased last week (18th dec) cancelled as the terms and conditions mentioned during the time of purchase differs. I came to know of this only when i got the welcome call from your end. My details are given below:

                                  Kindly let me know the way forward in getting this done. Also i was told that when i cancel there will be a cancellation charges if rs. 5000/- against 2days (Now which differs).

                                  This complete system is having some issue. The mail is not reaching the required recipient, no person is available for sharing a firm date with me regarding the resolution of this matter, your top officials are no available for signing the cheques, your dept heads (Mr. Anuj) hands me over an old card with mobile number not existing or not in service with all this you still say your company has a reputation and will resolve my issue.

                                    I have booked holiday package 2n/3d for rs. 50, 000/- but i have paid only rs. 5000/- dated 30th october 2017 at pune, hotel shiv sagar. The representative & manager of jukaso journey's mr. Patil, and also they said if you want cancel this you will get return immediately full amount. So within 3 days i have sent mail of cancellation to [protected]@jukasojourneys.com dated 3rd nov. 2017... Till today i didnot received any reply nor my refund

                                      By mistake we have bought the orange membership of jukaso journeys but on the next day we placed the cancellation request for refund of ₹102000 but till today we haven’t received the refund. We have mailed the company so many times, met them personally. On last meeting they said they will give the refund cheque on 20 oct 2017 but till today we haven’t received the same. Please refer attached snapshot of mail for the same. Please help us in getting our refund.

                                      Contract ID of the membership is 40683 which was bought on 4th December 2016 from Ashwin Sagar ( jukaso journeys) and cancellation request was made on the very next day i.e. 5th December 2016. As per Ashwin Sagar refund will be given after 90 working days. But till date, we haven’t received the refund. From last one week, we are contacting Mr Kundan ( Jukaso journeys) who promised us that we will get the refund by 20 November 2017 but when we called him on 20 for the refund status he is not picking our call. I think we have called him around 200 to 300 times but he is not picking our call.

                                        Please refer our previous mails of 17 nov 17 your reference id 1001266 and our mail of 19 nov 17 your reference id 1001451. Due to some personnel reasons of money requirement. The above mentioned 5 years mini travel plan jhp traveller id 185952 contract id 100779 which we have opted on 16 nov 17, we are withdrawing our application as per the clause of the contract 8.1 within 10 days after down payment. We have stated same in our previous mail of 17 nov 17 and again stating in this mail of 19 nov 17. Please refund my rs 90000/- out of rs 95000/- immediately after deducting rs 5000/- your administrative charges as per the agreement. Your costumer care persons mailed me and responded on 17 nov 17 that they will update me on the progress of the refund as i require this money at the earliest. But till now no one has contacted me. Please withdraw and cancel my application immediately and return my rs 90000/ - the at earliest.

In the eara of social media lot of transparency is required in doing business which I did not find in your team.                                         It seems fake. My Complain is not yet resolved . Jukaso agents are fake making public fool. Showing satisfaction rate on this site. Jukaso pl reply when I can collect my money
                                        In contract lot of things are not mentioned as told by your rep so as per the agreement clause and as told by your team we have withdrawn our application for membership . Please return our amount immediately. I have sent lot of mails which have been replied that your team will contact me but no one has contacted me and even your sales persons are not giving any firm reply nor the numbers of your higher management.
                                        No one will entertain you there ...I m also facing the same thing since one year.
                                        I ve also cancelled the member ship in the given ten days as per agreement . Then they said they will refund your money in 90 days “as agreement “ ...then never may be never.
                                        Met each and every time a new guy there in office . They will just fool you anyhow with giving you dates such as next month or next week or tomorrow.
                                        And if any how the same guy met you on the given date he will say . The “person” who is supposed to sign your cheque is “out of India “ due to some extreme emergencies!
                                        I m fed up with all these.

                                        This people are fraud and cheat ...They must be beaten on streets. Fake promises, they dont have any tie ups. I am from Goa. and will make them cry now.Need all yours support.
                                        When you cancle your membership they say 60% amount will be deducted as per terms and conditions open loot of peoples hard money.

                                        PLease share with all the complainants here on forum ..lets show them the power of people. WIll make them mercy for their wrong doing on streeets of Delhi along with managment of Jukaso.

                                        Lets gather all at Jukaso Sunder Nager, New Delhi . PLease creat FB page and add all members or share a link so that members can join.Then in unity we will screw them all means everybody involve in scam and fraud.

                                        Same thing happened to me. How will we get are things resolved as this fraud company is not afraid of legal actions as well.
                                        I am alos facing same problem, I think strict legal actions are required against them
