Hi, i had purchased membership through jukaso journesys.

My mem id : 70294 was purchased on 13th may 2017, & after getting the feedback & company reviews i requested them to cancel the membership on 17th may 2017 as per there company policy which was valid to request your cancelation within 10 day from purchase of policy with getting deduction of rs.5000/ from the membership amount. Membership fee they charged was rs.90000/-.
Its been almost 6 months since i made a request for cancelation & till date they have not been able to refund my amount. Inspite that they have been harassing me to retain the membership or else we wont refund you this amount.

When a company's highly paid staff & master of this trade cant provide complete information, that clearly indicates how many members you must be sending across on Holidays .

Below is the clear lack example where the lack information provided to us as customer : After making a cancelation within the 10 working days while I purchased the membership . Your team is considering this case in recession cancellation & After waiting & reminding for long time Your company re-paying 63000/- out of Rs.90000/- that too with a PDC of March 2018 i.e almost 6months from today .
Is this the companies policy to charge the payment instantly & if it come to re-pay, you will do such harassments with your customers .

Sorry I would not accept this PDC as I need current dated cheque & that too with the complete charges & Addition of the interest of this duration & harassment made to me .

No one will entertain you there ...I m also facing the same thing since one year.
I ve also cancelled the member ship in the given ten days as per agreement . Then they said they will refund your money in 90 days “as agreement “ ...then never may be never.
Met each and every time a new guy there in office . They will just fool you anyhow with giving you dates such as next month or next week or tomorrow.
And if any how the same guy met you on the given date he will say . The “person” who is supposed to sign your cheque is “out of India “ due to some extreme emergencies!
I m fed up with all these.

    I have cancelled my membership on 18th august and was called on 25th september to collect my cheque by mrs. Payal khanna. But now she is not picking up my call rather she had blocked my number.
    I'm fed up from this. Your customer care executive is not helping us out.

        We would like to inform that we (Me and my wife) attend the meeting with narayan singh (Cme id 307) and rahul dated 1/10/2017 at sundar nagar jucaso guest house regarding offer free win voucher and tour accommodation but during the meeting he explain about their membership and hotels. All the membership details were presented to us and was told that we can cancel membership and my amount we will be refunded. They offered me a 5 years membership for rs. 75000/-. Then at the end of the meeting i asked about membership fee he told me 75000 for 5 years. I told to him it is very costly and i can not afford big amount then he told me you can pay emi base and first emi will pay after 45 days. Your emi amount will be 3230. He did not tell us you have to pay full amount at the time joining of this membership he got my credit card and entered 60000 amount but transaction failed due to low balance after this failed transaction he asked about my credit card limit then i told him my credit card limit is rs 34000 and i used amount of rs 26000 and balance amount is rs 8000 then he stated to comment on me regarding my financial status as well as bad behavior to us we felt very embarrassing on his loose comment. We thought, we have to pay first emi amount and rest of amount will pay further emi. He deducted my credit card balance amount and told to me the balance amount will have to pay within 5 to 10 days but i do not want to continue my membership and still i did not get membership application copy. I got contract copy only and there are lots of detail entered wrong like my name spelling, dob, doa, my wife dob etc. The given copy is also not readable.

          Sir/madam,

          I have received call from jukaso 49/50 sunder nagar on 19th feb 2017 for invitation to collect holiday voucher 3d 2n and screch card voucher without any payment no any term and condition.

          But they offered me for jukaso membership for 3 years for the amount inr 70000 including kerala package with inr 25000 air tickets amount as well.
          I am completely unsatisfied with service of jukaso as they have not responded on my emails or calls. When i asked for air tickets. They always advised me that the request is raised for travel buzz gold card.

          I am continuously chasing for air ticket amounts buzz card or refund as mentioned in the membership but no satisfactory response saying request forwarded to concerned team. Attaching herewith my chaser emails for your reference.

          I m disappointed with the services they provide. Its a fraud company.

          I humble request to cancel my membership or refund my hard earned money rs. 70000 at earliest which was paid through credit card.

              I am a memeber of jukaso. My contract id is 27261. I am not able to book any of destination where ever u are having your own properties. I was given details of a lot of destinations where i can stay. However, i am not able to book any destination through e mail or through members login. No help is given by toll free number. After sale of package chandigarh office is closed. I had a bad experience with jukaso.

But now denying dubai trip. Only offering 25 years membership, which i do not want. Now i do not want to keep relation with this company and wand to discontinue but, not responding when contacted company or mr kuldeep / mr sunil kumar.

                I have lodged a cancellation request on 22 Aug and already 90 days over, but did not got the refund amount. It means the company does not respect its own clauses 8.5. After repeated call / mail did not got confirmation and if get response over phone, that will be: we will contact within 48h, which never come. I have informed/explained all your drama to Mr. Arvind Kejriwal (Dehi chief minister) as well as to the prime minister. I am requesting all (who has been cheated by this company) to make a forum or directly write to prime minister / chief minister regarding the issue, explain detail and request to take action. I have done it, got positive response, if we all can do this then easily we can black list the company. Its necessary to the company / management.

                I am talking to lawyers and going to take court action.

                I am requesting all to write Delhi Chief Minister and Prime Minister (PMO office). Higher number of complaint regarding same issue definitely will make an impact.

                Its surprising that, you will not find good review about the company. When we are trying to see a corruption free society, people like you are operating unethical business from Delhi. Is it your business model Mr. Rajiv Khanna? Our money do not have any value?

                I am not not talking that you are not sending customers to different locations, rather saying that: you lied about Dubai tour which was promised. Why didn't you responded of mail or letter rather responded when registered a complaint. You have worst customer care service. With this experience I am not going to keep relation with you. Only option is visible to me is cancellation. I already informed about your behavior to Delhi CM and Prim minister and already received the docket no. I just waiting few more days and will give you proper reply.

                  My contract id: 91359.

                  I had become the membership of jukaso on 10th september. Barkha kanojia and shoeb khan were executive/presenter for this.

                  I am mentioning some wrong information what they have told to us.
                  1) 4n/5d from jukaso and 7n/8d from dae i. E. For 11n/13d in a year and 55n/65d in 5 years, there will be no charge. I need not to pay any single amount.
                  2) without telling to us about rs.5, 000 “maintenance charge” per year, he has withdrawn rs.90, 000 from my credit card. Not given the information before making any transaction/agreement.
                  While asking about this “maintenance charge” from shoeb khan at that time, he told, i need not to worry on this, shoeb khan will pay rs. 5000 per year as a “maintenance charge”.
                  3) as per shoeb khan, the emi will be rs.3, 750 per month for rs.90, 000 what i paid through credit card. There will be no any gst and interest charge i have to pay. If any gst and interest charge will happen then i need to send the credit card statement to “payal. [protected]@jukasojourneys.com” and they will cash back those amount in a week.

                  I raised this concerns to customer care on 11th sep, 2017. I had word with prakash, he told me that i will get a call from concern person regarding this within 24 hours. But, its more than 1 week, i have not yet received any call from any people of jukaso.

                  We are getting mentally and physically harassment. My wife and me are totally in tense all time because no one responding what is the status of our withdrawal.

                  Because of those executives/presenter why we are suffering. Please let us know. Rs.90, 000 is very big money for us.

                      I was called in jukaso inn at sundar nagar, delhi on 22nd may, 2016 and was charged rs. 50, 000 on pretext of following offers:

                      1. Membership for 5 years of jukaso and complimentary dae membership for a one time sum of rs. 50, 000/- (Inclusive of amc).

                      2. Annually free invitation for 5-6 events will be sent to me for whole family, wherein food and stay for that night will be included therein.

                      3. In a year, total 11 nights being offered to me, i can bring 6 adults and 3 kids for stay.

                      4. During stay, pick and drop facility, sight-seeing, 24*7 cheff availability, spa access, nanny for child, gym and other such things which would be free of cost. There will be a charge of rs. 600 to 1, 000 only for food for whole day, inclusive of lunch and dinner.

                      5. Stay will be free for 4 nights at jukaso and 7 nights of dae, cost will be around 1100 per day.

                      6. Also, nights can be pre-availed and extension of membership of 3 years will be given.

                      7. In all jukaso resorts/inns, banquets will be offered free for no restriction of number of bookings and food will be charged at 50% of price.

                      8. At non-jukaso banquets/hotels 30% discount will be given on behalf of jukaso membership at my final negotiated price.

                      Agreement given to me after payment was different with above. So, they assured me that i would be confirmed about all above offers on telephone and then only membership would get confirmed. Otherwise, it can be cancelled and whole amount will be given back to me. But, on telephone they deny all offers and refused to pay my sum back as well.

                      To resolve this issue, i tried all my best by doing these efforts:
                      1. Wrote them multiple emails, but nothing fruitful come out.
                      2. Send them one courier, delivered on 21 january 2017.
                      3. Send a notice to all parties on 22 march 2017.

                          This is worst company i have ever seen and heard now... They lured with different fake offers and take our money out without allowing us to leave their office. One of the fraud representative miss chandhani and her manager bindu singh. They did each and every fake tricks to traps us in their fraud and fake scheme. Moreover we deny to take scheme on their verification call but still they debit amount from our credit card. Now refund our money amount rs 45000/- rs back as soon as possible otherwise we are going to lodge f. I. R againt two of the above ladies and whole company...

                            This is deepali saxena. I took a membership at jukaso of amount 50000 along with the dae membership of 10000 rupees. They are the big fraud, did not provide the correct information at the time of booking and asking for more money for the booking of holidays. Have talked to sohib khan from whom i am taking the membership regarding this and he told me that he will not picking up the call. He is the big fraud. I want to withdraw my money from them.

                              I have taken contract with Jukaso Journeys on 11th June 2017 by payment of Rs.72, 000/- They promised along with their Jukaso journey services they are going to provide Spa services in Thalwalker 2 times in a month. But I realized there was no such SPA services in Thalwalker. I have sent contract cancellation e-mail on 17th June 2017 and physical copies sent on 18th June 2017(8th day) by speed post. But I have not received my amount back till now. I have attached the documents in this complaint and E-mail communication thread as well. As per the contract agreement, they have to re-pay my money, after deducting Rs, 5000/-. Can you please look into my issue and for my money back.

                              Please let me know, whether can I get my money (Rs. 35, 000/-) back from Jukaso.

                              I sent the following below email to Jukaso today.

                              The following are the details
                              Jukaso means Journeys by Jukaso

                              11th June 2017 discussion between 5:00 to 8:00 pm
                              Reached venue and convinced with venue manager Srikanth information and paid Rs. 72, 000/- for 5 years contract using my ICICI bank credit card.
                              During discussion Srikanth Informed me that, In Kukatpally bus stand, Talwalkar branch is available.
                              Along with Journey services, Free Spa coupons will be provided to Applicant and Co-applicant for each month (5years), during the contract period.
                              After amount paid, no receipt was provided by Jukaso to me.
                              My Signatures was taken in the contract Agreement, but no one signed from your company Jukaso.
                              After paying Rs. 72, 000/- One call came to my mobile from your organization Jukaso, your venue manager has taken my mobile and picked and answered the call. I don’t know, what he has answered.
                              I am in assumption, venue manager (Sreekanth) is from Jukaso.

                              14th June 2017 discussion:
                              Keeping in mind with little doubt in mind, I have not received any receipt and no signature from Jukaso, I approached the venue manager for cancellation for the contract agreement.
                              He introduced me to another person, saying that Abdul Kaleem is from Jukaso. Abdul convinced me that, if it is cancellation, It will take many months to get money back. So suggested me to downgrade the contract from 5 years to 3 years, so that I will receive Rs. 32, 000/- by 14th June 2017 or max by 15th June 2017. Abdul has taken signature from me for downgrade, but they have not given any acknowledgment for the same.
                              I have not received any amount on either 14th or 15th June 2017.
                              I called to Srikanth and Abul many times, but not received any amount till 17th June 2017.

                              17th June 2017 discussion:
                              I reached venue manager Srikanth at venue, but no use.
                              I called several times to customer care in front of the venue manager Srikanth, no one is picking my call. When I check with Srikanth, he informed me, customer care will not pick the calls. Don’t worry, I will help you, whenever you are travelling.
                              Slowly increasing doubts in my mind about the company Jukaso, as I don’t have any proofs from Jukaso. Since no one has signed on any documents from Jukaso.
                              Now I have verified about Talwalkar in Kukatpally bus stand. There is no such branch at Kukatpally bus stand.
                              I found one branch of Talwalkar in KPHB inside, and there is no Spa available in Talwalkar.
                              I realized, I am going to be cheated by the company Jukaso.

                              18th June 2017:
                              I gone through the contract agreement, is there anything information written regarding cancellation. I found cancellation information saying that, cancellation of contract can be sent within 10 days, so that Rs. 5, 000/- will be deducted and the remaining amount of payment will be paid back.
                              I scanned all the required documents on Sunday.

                              19th June 2017:
                              I sent all the required documents (around 20 pages) by speed post to Journeys by Jukaso as mentioned in the contract agreement.

                              20th June 2017:
                              After receiving my e-mail by Jukaso on 19th June 2017 regarding cancellation, Rs. 32, 000/- was deposited by Jukaso in my ICICI bank account on 20th June 2017. But I have already submitted for the cancellation of the contract by keeping in mind, all the promised information by Srikanth went falls. And I have not received any e-mail or phone call saying that, Jukaso is downgrading my contract.

                              In the month of June and July, I am not aware of about Consumer complaints web site. Before complaint, I have not received any calls / emails from Jukaso.
                              Once I raised a complaint in Consumer complaints, I am receiving calls from Jukaso to convenience me to utilize their services. And sending e-mails in such a way that, I am going to be convinced.
                              Please don’t use your drafting intelligence saying that, I am going to utilize your services.
                              After looking the above falls statements by your venue manager and not picking the calls by customer care, how can I plan my holiday vacations. I don’t want to make my family in trouble.
                              I am not at all convincing for your calls / emails and please arrange me the balance amount of Rs. 35, 000/- to me as soon as possible.

                                Sir, i bring to your kind notice the cheating and high handedness

                                of this company in selling the holidays packages to public .Company officials invited us telephonicaly to .Hotel royal paradise karnal on aug 14, 2014 they persuaded us to purchase a membership of holiday package promising gift package of rupees five thousand within a week and an led t v after three months.A sum of approx rs. Twenty six was debited from our debit card they also forced us to issue a cheque worth rs. In the favour of company.They asked us to make a number of tele. Calls for the gift package but no positive response rather misbehaved us. I was forced to make a g mail request to cancel our membership and refund our money deposited before three months of date of purchaseof membership as promised by company people.We also made tele calls to their office at gurgaon at first instance the promised to refundour money after deducting processing charges rs. Three thousand. But the did not refund any amount rather one of the company official said that as per company policy we shall not get any refund when we informed them the promises made by their officials, they rather misbehaved with me{ a senior citizen with physical dis abilities } i kept on making requests to refund our money. Rathe the made auto debitings from our sbi bank a/c[protected] grain market karnal. Although they kept on promising us to compensate us and not to make auto debit . To our the last auto debit was made after six months of its stop. I again made a humbel request to refund our money but all in vain i have proofs of all g mails and bank statements showig auto debits made. This is a company of cheats and robbers cheating the public and flourishing on pulic money . I make a humble appeal to yourself to interrogate the matter and activities of this dacoit co. And getus back our hard earned money i am aretired se nior citizen with physical disabilities .The total amountis approx fifty two thousand rupees.Kindly do help us and get us our money.

                                  I took a membership no. 51059 in feb'17 and same day i have surrendered the same membership. Even i got confirmation message from vm-jukaso on dated 17th fab'17. I have deposited rs. 26000/- only through my credit card. And as per the contract it should have been refunded after 90 working days, but till date i have not received my refundable amount. I am continuously following up with customer care and physical visit as well, at gurgaon sec 14 branch. I use to get only one answer "underprocess".

                                    On 10/05/2016, a call has been received from caller representing jukaso and informed me that you have gotten two gift voucher having minimum value rs. 10, 000/- per voucher. To collect the gift voucher you have to come in our hotel where all other lucky winner would be there to participate a get together meet which is being organised on 31st anniversary of the hotel. The guy had requested that you should come together with your family member (I. E. Wife and children). Welcome entry and other services would be free of cost. I with my wife and son reached there around 7 pm and after reaching there i was caused to fill a form containing general information like as address, name and other personal information.
                                    Soon after i was introduced with mr. Ankit sing and he started to explain me about holiday and vacation tour plan and their features. During the meeting, we have been a lot of information about the company, its business and quality of membership plan which your company offers to any person who is going to be a member of your company.

                                    And we had been allotted membership after making payment of rs. 70000/- but from otherwise source i came to know the promises made in meeting are false and i should not continue with the hotel.
                                    In that situation, the gap leads to doubts. So i personally request you please refund my entire money i. E. Rs. 70, 000/- which i have paid through credit card on[protected] within two or three days from the receipt of the mail. The mail shall be deemed to have been received once the mail is sent. Because the mail id has been informed me by your caller.
                                    I repeatedly reminding the company to make my payment but the company has not acted on my reminder.

                                        I have received call from jukaso 49/50 sunder nagar on 19th Feb 2017 for invitation to collect holiday voucher 3D 2N and Screch Card Voucher without any payment no any term and condition.

                                        But they offered me for jukaso membership for 3 years for the amount INR 70000 including kerela package with INR 25000 tickets amount as well.
                                        I am completely unsatisfied with service of jukaso as they have not responded on my emails or calls. When i asked for tickets amount. They always advised me that the request is raised for travel buzz card. i am followowing up for this for last two months.

                                        i humble request to cancel my membership and refund my money Rs. 70, 000.00 at earliest which was paid through credit card.

                                        I am continously chasing for air ticket amounts buzz card or refund as mentioned in the membership but no satisfactory response saying request forwarded to concerned team.

                                        I m disappointed with the services they provide. Its a froud company.

                                        Even i didnt get any call from Jukaso.

                                        Can you please take appropriate action against them.
