Last 3 mnths ago.. I gv 10000rs. Cash ncheque of rs.90000. To jukaso manger. Named jafar.. After finding sm thng wrong. I decided to quit d package.. Within a day.. They. (D management) promised us to refunding money within few days.. I wrote application.in which all details wr mentioned.. Till now no. Response r coming.. Moreover they r nt receiving d call. Plz help..

After getting satisfactory reply..i am taking my complaint back.and hope Mr.jafar will be return my money nd cheque within a week.nd fullfill their promise..after resolving my problem, i msg once again ..dat how loyal they are..thanku .

    They said to me that u can go to any waterpark and amusment park for free after buying our membership, and u will be able to avail 4 free movie ticket every month bt when i asked about that, they said we will provide what we have given in our contract agreement, which is not mentioned in their agreement, they are just selling their membership by misguiding the costumers.
    So please do not buy their membership, the all are frauds.

      I booked the 3-year jhp on 4 april 2017 and made the withdrawal request on 8 april 2017 (Within 10 days as per the clause 8.1 (Withdrawal of application for refund) of the agreement signed.

      Till date no refund has been initiated.

      On top of this, mr. Kundan shah is saying that they have settled this amount. How they have done this is very unethical.

      Please refund the amount immediately.

        I am also cheated by jukaso journey pvt. Ltd. They cheated me rs. 55, 000/- for some vacation plans. They have completely misguided me. When i asked to refund my money, they have completely denied me.

          I am victim of jukaso resorts / journeys resorts private limited. [protected] (Siddarth gautam) at kirti nagar, just above haldirams. He made the false commitment and cheated me by transaction of rupees 60, 000/- happened on 10/05/2017 to journeys resorts private limited.

          There was a lot of difference between the verbal promises and documents they (Jrpl representative) and the purchase agreement they sent me through email to accept.

          Initially they were making commitment in a few days but now they are not responding of my call or message. We have nothing in our hand after making this payment of rupees 60, 000/-

          I need my refund from jukaso journeys, i have all the transection copy, call records and fir copy of fraud as well

            I am so pissed of since i have joined this membership. It has been 3 weeks no kit recived. They said we have to pay emi however deducted all money once. I have paid 75000 which we agreed on the commitment of deducting in emi. They did so many fake promises at the time of selling memebership. I purchased this [censored] from jukaso sunder nagar delhi. They don't response. Customer care says write an email then what are u doing stiing there. I sent email and they responded in 6 days provided a tracking number whuch shows package has been dilvered in okhla. After that they keep saying we will assist however no assistance. They are disgusting. For the emi thing now they saying pay intrest and company will pay u. Do u think we are fool that we will put more money in this. Please let me know the process of cancellation. It excutive show properties which are not actually a jukaso property. I feel cheated. I want to post my grievance on all the social websites so that people will be saved. Companies like jukaso and their staff make world belive that we indians are big time liars.

                Hi!
                In the month of december 2016 i received an invitation from jukaso journeys mentioning that they have some good option and package for tour and travels.
                I along with my wife decided to visit the place so we did, after hearing the plan we decided to buy a plan of 10 years which cost us 107000, but they had debited 115000 from my credit card, i asked for the explanation so mr. Ashwin (Senior sales executive, [protected], [protected]) informed us that this is a part of tax component and they will refund the amount in my account next day.

                So i started following up with them for the same but they have stopped responding me, then i decided to cancel the package and after 3rd day i put a mail for cancellation but again they didn't respond to my mail as well.
                I went there again and met mrs payal khanna (Hr, [protected]) and narrated her whole story, she convinced me that she will refund my money with in 3 months, i asked her the last probability date so she confirmed last week of may 2017, i said ok.

                Again from mid of may i have started doing follow up, i put several mail to them, i mad more that 100+ phone calls, i tried to contact every responsible person of the company including md mr. Rakesh karla but every one of them turn around their faces, no one has responded, blocked my no., no revert of mail.
                Again i decided to visit the place where i got an opportunity to met mrs payal again, but she denied to her responsibility, started yelling at me as if i was asking her money and left the conversation in between.
                Now i am clueless how will get my money back.
                I have the record of every conversation (Telephonic, watsapp, mail) i have made with them.
                Now i need help, its have been more than 6 months, i am in dire need of money.

                Please do not beat around the bush. I already have done 39 mails to your customer services in cc to all above mention members, I was very clear in my every mail that I need my refund but didn't got proper revert from any of you.
                And as per your mention policy, if a customer file any cancellation / refund within 5 days than you are liable to process the request.
                And I have done the same thing with in 3 days.
                I also have a mail from your side in cc with Mrs. payal Khanna that I will get my refund in May end 2017 but dead line is already crossed.
                So, Please do not try to deviate from the real concern, with due respect I am saying you that please refund my money.

                  They invite people by offering a free holiday package and sell their stupid membership plan. Though if someone doesn't have the priority to have a holiday package they force to get one.

                  You are absolutely right, I have been here last week same thing happened with me.

                  They are totally fraud people, All provided coupons are "nakli" by them.

                  Have taken membership in march 2016 by paying rs 75000. Company promised I phone on membership but it proved wrong. My request for Kolkata booking is not done. After one month follow up continuously have received welcome call and my cancellation is pending for more than a year. Absolutely no response from the company. Membership no 76677

                    I along with thousand of people have been cheated by jukaso. They mis-sell their 10 years membership stating affiliation with dae for more than rs. 1, 00, 000/-. They promise to give you stay in 4-5 star properties but in reality, they don't have such affiliation. They are just lying about everything. No one to take your calls after the purchase.

                    Dhananjay mishra, priyanka gulati, reema khan, jasleen are the people involved in my case.

                    I have a list of 40 couples who have been cheated by jukaso, the fraud company. It is a big scam going on just like sahara scam. Government please wake up.

                    Yajush khanna, malini khanna & rajiv khanna - the owners of jukaso are just earning by cheating people.

                    I have purchase same holiday membership from same team Dhananjay mishra, priyanka gulati, reema khan, jasleen are the people involved in my case. They are not reponding any of my call nor customer care was able to reply me for handing over agreement copy. they just handover me only few page of photocopy of membership.
                    Mr sunil maxi give me list so I can file criminal case againt these pesons, My mail to them is not replied nor any positive responce.or call me to form a group for filing case

                      I along with thousand of people have been cheated by Jukaso. They mis-sell their 10 years membership stating affiliation with DAE for more than Rs. 1, 00, 000/-. They promise to give you stay in 4-5 star properties but in reality, they don't have such affiliation. They are just lying about everything. No one to take your calls after the purchase.

                      Dhananjay Mishra, Priyanka Gulati, Reema Khan, Jasleen are the people involved in my case.

                      I have a list of 40 couples who have been cheated by JUKASO, the fraud company. It is a big scam going on just like Sahara Scam. Government please wake up.

                      Yajush Khanna, Malini Khanna & Rajiv Khanna - the owners of JUKASO are just earning by cheating people.

                        I am a resident of gurgaon. There is one company name jukaso journys whose service person name Gaurav gupta ([protected], [protected]) called us and make false statement regarding the trips and the hotel facilities and taken 80K rupees from me. After payment he changed his statement I cancelled the plan on next day and I am taking follow up since last 6 months but they are not giving my money. Even they are not talking in good manner. I have asked my refund status more than 100 times on call and mail but they don't reply. Even I have visit their office in sec. 14 gurgaon. But I am not getting my money. It is a big fraud. I have read on internet about this. many people got stuck in their fraud. Please take strict action against this fraud company.

                        You are frauds. I have cancelled my policy on next day then why don't you refund my money. First you asked me to complete 90 working days. I completed. Then you asked that it will be refund in june mid. Then you said it will be refund till june end. Then you said it will done in july first week. Then you said it will be done in july 2nd week till 14 july. Then you said it will be in july end. Then you said it will be in august first week. Than you said august 2nd week. Than you said august 3rd week. Now you are saiying it will be in august end.
                        What is this? You are frauds. Govt. should take strict action. I will also register police complaint. You frauds will be return anybody's money. More than 1000 people have been suffured from you. Check the attached photos.

                        Since last six months I am taking followup but these ###### are not giving my refund. I have made more than 2000 calles and 100's of mails but they don't reply. They are frauds, cheater, in 2015 and 16 there were strikes against them. But they are continuously cheating people and making frauds. Nobody is stopping them. I got frustrated from them. They are frauds, i am sure now they will not give my money. I have tried a lot. Now I will resister police complaint at last. I have no other option for theae frauds.

                          This is Sathish Kumar Kalluri. I feel so "unfortunate" for having taken a membership in Jukaso. Their sales team initially made several promises such as pick and up drop to and from the hotel, basic lunch at the property, a driver and vehicle for local sight-seeing, holiday buy-back policy (if vacation not availed), etc. and lured me to become a member by paying Rs. 40, 000/-. I have initially made only a part payment. Later, at the time of making the balance payment, I was told by Jukaso executives that all the above promises made by the sales team are invalid/fake and they do not hold any responsibility of what was promised by the sales team. The entire team composed of an executive named WAFA and her team (Pooja, Mohit, Mamta) always responded either arrogantly, or create some kind of an emotional scene just to avoid conversation. When I requested them provide me with a scan copy of the receipt (signed and stamped) through an e-mail they never bothered to respond in-spite of multiple reminders. When I asked the lady named WAFA that why do not they respond to customer e-mails when it is actually their minimum courtesy, she quite arrogantly replies saying " You are not my boss to tell me what I am supposed to do. You do not have manners, You do not have any rights to ask why I have not done something, You can go and talk to whomsoever you want and what not". She says that I am arguing with her when I actually tried to put forward my concern. They never allowed me to talk to their higher officials nor are their contact details available on wen including their website. I was always sceptic and when I ask them to cancel my membership and give back the amount deposited with them after deduct some processing fees, they say its is not possible and I need to just forego my money in such case. I am now in a big dilemma as to what is future of my amount of Rs. 40k deposited with them. I strongly feel this is a bogus company. I would seek help of the concerned authorities in cancelling my membership and getting my money back.

                                I am shashi bala, on 24th sep, 2016 i was invited by jukaso journeys resorts employee ms manjit kaur and ms simran nod they told us to join 5year jukaso membership for rs 70, 000. Initially we were reluctant to join as member but after their lot of convincing promises we joined by giving rs 50, 000 through credit card and rs 20, 000 as check payment. They told us that you will be provided with free spa services, each jukaso studio will attached by an individual kitchen and you can pay the credited amount through emi. Their properties are very far from stations but they hide these facts from us.

                                They assign me a contract id-32862 and traveler id-110862. But day after when i got a verification call, the company refuse to give the services as promised by their employees in meeting. Next day i stop check payment of rs 20, 000 and wrote to company on their mail id to cancel my membership and refund my rs 50, 000 immediately as they are making fool of their customers by giving false promises.

                                Till date i got no reply from the company. I want my refund back of rs 50000. I am using sbi credit card and they said that you will get 0% finance charges and amount will be paid back in emi.

                                Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Company not refunding my money.

                                  This is the worst experience that i had in my entire life. I travelled for 6 hours from delhi to bhimtal with my friend and his family with two kids, one of 3 years and one of 1.5 yrs. When i reached seven heavens they told me that i would be given alternate property, i agreed but the alternative property, some damyanti hotel, was eqall to a hell. We reached there in one hour. The road was pathetic and the location as well.
                                  I am attaching the pics.
                                  I haven't accepted it, and aftwr discussing this with your team and mr. Karan for 2 hours which was useless, as nothing was done in my favour, and now i am returning as no other hotel is available, attaching pics as well.
                                  My entire trip has been ruined.
                                  Ritika from jukasso promised me a callback but after 2 hrs still waiting.
                                  Looking for a response.

                                  This is in continuatom to the above mail on which i still have not got any response.
                                  On 13th may, the same date on which the bhimtal incidence happened with me, we chossed to book jukaso manu maharani as we had a reservation for 14th check in and 15th checkout. So we booked two rooms from goibibo for 13th night. On 14th morning we choosed to continue with the same room bookings in cottage no. 306 and 307.
                                  On 14th night, me and my family along with my friends family decided to go for dinner around 10 pm to a nearby restaurant. When we came back to our cottages, we found that the back window of 307 has been broken and all the stff has been disturbed. Someone broke into the room, all of the cash which was around 20000 was stolen. We immediately informed the reception guy and they were so ignorant that they came after 15-20 mins. They start analysing and told us "hum dekhenge".
                                  When we didnt got any proper response from them, we decided to file a complaint, around 1 am the police arrived, and analysed and we were pretty sure that it is someone from the staff who did this, so police did their interrogation and all. After sometime the great manager mr. Manoj sharma arrived, and came up with a solution, that they will give us our lost money and help me with my cancellation of the membership, on all the conditions we agreed as we were not having any option, i was with a family with two kids of 1.5 years and 3 years and we were struggling with this situation at 3 am. Then we were so affraid that we decided to stay in a single cottage for that night.
                                  In morning mr sharma did give us some money back and promised that the pending amount will be transferred to the account. We again agreed to his innocent commitment as left the place.
                                  But once we reach delhi, it has been 2 weeks and nothing has been done.
                                  I havnt received any call. I called manoj sharma and now he is completely misbehaving. He said hamse jitna ho sakta tha kar diya, ab aap jukaso gurgaon se follow up karo.
                                  Ok, i tried that as well, went to the journeys office, no body attended for almost an hour, then some junior ex ashwin attended and listened to my suffering and promised a callback from senior mr. Anuj pandey.
                                  Now it has been 10 days, i am still waiting for a call, i tried calling the great mr. Pandey for atleast 20 times, but no response. I tried the office no. S, afyer they ask my ne, they disconnect.
                                  I am totally frustrated now and will go for consumer court and social media escalations along with filimg a second complaint with sho ramnagar.

                                  I bought membership in Pune and then whole team vanished. Now only telephonic complaints can be done and these guys are doing nothing. This is going on far last 1 year.

                                    This is a fraud tourism group managed by fraud management so please ignore their calls and services. They have cheated rs 80, 000/- from me on 29th jan-17 by making false commitment. So, i cancelled the contract because of their fake commitments within 7 days of signing date and since than 4 months have been passed but they are harassing me and not returning my money. Its not only me there are lots of person suffering with similar issues. They are cheaters so request you all please don’t get involve with this company.

                                    They are calling the people and making false commitments for selling holiday packages. I have been lured for taking holiday package and taken token money with money back guaranty upto 3 days. But when i asked for refund of my money next day then they are making excuses and excuses and excuses but not refunding my hard earned money.

                                    Fraud by jukaso

                                    This is a fraud tourism group managed by fraud management so please ignore their calls and services. They have cheated rs 36000/ from me on 14th -jun-17 by making false commitment. So, i cancelled the contract because of their fake commitments within 2 days of signing date but they are not returning my money. Its not only me there are lots of person suffering with similar issues. They are cheaters so request you all please don’t get involve with this company.

                                    They are calling the people and making false commitments for selling holiday packages...

                                      - reference to above subject, i have purchased a membership no; 144821 for 3 years on 1st april 2017, at patiala (Punjab).

                                      - this membership was sold by mr. Sandeep mahajan (Khtri) phone no. - [protected], and miss. Manjot phone no. -[protected].

                                      - i have paid rs.36000/-, i was offered 2 holiday free gift certificates no; 63195 and 63392 for 2 nights and 3 days alongwith free breakfast.

                                      -when i tried to book my holidays from 7/7/2017 to 11/7/2017 for pune on these 2 gift certificates on 13/5/2017 through sending a request to your reservation department, on 17/5/2017.

                                      - i received a call from jukaso journey's asking for deposit of rs. 8000/- in bank. No official mail or letter sent to me, as mr. Sandeep at the time of selling membership kept on stressing on free, as he assured free stay and free breakfast, so i was of the view there should not be any charges for gift certificate bookings, so i asked the caller to wait i will contact mr. Sandeep, i contacted mr. Sandeep, he assured me to take care of my bookings, he kept me saying every other day your booking will happen in a day or two, but it never happened therafter he even stopped picking my phone or reverting my whatsapp, i contacted miss. Manjot, but she too did not cared to address my issue.
                                      - i contacted again on the toll free number on 26/5/2017 to 31/5/2017 several times thereafter jukaso journey's sent me written demand for rs. 8000/ on 31/5/2017, so i deposited rs. 8000/- in axis bank account no; [protected] of journey resorts pvt. Ltd. Through imps reference number [protected] on dated 31/5/2017 and sent the mail regarding deposit on 1/6/2017, along with sending whatsapp clips on mobile number [protected] provided by mr. Abhishek.

                                      - thereafter despite everyday calling to the toll free number and writing so many mails to info @ jukasojourneys, anuj. [protected]@jukasojourneys.com and [protected]@jukasojourneys.com, for my confirmation of booking but that never happened altough almost a week has passed after depositing money.
                                      - no company official is responding to the emails/ phone calls, seems like my hard earned rs.36, 000 + rs. 8, 000= rs.44, 000 have got wasted.

                                      Now, i want to lodge a complaint against jukaso journey's for minting my money and for the pathetic customer service.
