Sir/Madam,

I have received call from jukaso 49/50 sunder nagar on 27/08/2017 for invitation to collect holiday voucher 3D 2N and Screch Card Voucher without any payment no any term and condition.
I am completely unsatisfied with service of jukaso. i
i humble request to cancel my membership due to personal reason and refund my money Rs. 50, 000.00 at earliest which was paid by me through credit card.

    I have taken membership with jukaso but they did fraud with me.. Totally they are fake. They take rs.30, 750/- but no service provided.. I have sent 35 mails but no reply.. I called many times they are totally manner less.. No services provided. Done fraud with m.. I want money back. Rs 30, 750/-

    Refund not received from Jukaso journey

    issue is still there...
    I have taken the membership of Jukaso journey in 2013 after so many great offers and promises by Jukaso but all the offers and promised were fake.. They are Fraud Company & don’t any values… while giving membership they are so quick to get the money from us but in cancellation they cry as if it’s their money…

    Well after membership I called the for hotel booking at Nainitaal and then got poor response from them.. After lots effort I have given my date for hotel booking to Jukaso care.. They said that we will confirm your hotel very reservation soon ( My date was 9-jan-14 to11-jan-14). As per their promise I have booked my train ticket also… I was calling them so many but no response my dates was gone & my train ticket were useless also… Most hilarious thing is that, they sent a mail of hotel confirmed on 30-jan-14 & confirming the booking dates of 9-jan-14. OH!MY GOD…. How much careless you are…
    then I have decided and cancelled the membership due this issue because was feeling cheated by Jukaso… they were agreed on their mistakes on mail & said we will refund your money… Still I am waiting for my refund amount foe last five year and I have sent 31 mails to them but they are useless fellow…
    I want my hard earned money back. Please help…..

      Hi, i took a membership in jan 17 from jukaso over the payment of 36k
      Traveler id-127938. I cancelled my membership within the time frame mentioned by company, i called to customer care several times for refund but no satisfactory answer was given also they didn't reply on my mails i send them, the only answer from their customer care executives was that "it will take some more time", now almost 8 months passed away and there is no clue that when i will get my refund, please help i need my money back.

      it is for refund and i need it back ASAP,
      it is the height of ignorance, your retention team even does not reply on my mail, i send to you.
      it is going to pass almost one year, how could any hospitality firm can treat any customer in such a way.
      it put a clear massage about your company's intention of looting innocent people,

        I was missold a membership of 10 years by mr sanjeev and ashwini (Venue manager [protected] and [protected]) for amount of 1.45 lakhs in gurgaon office in may 2017 by making fake promises that you can book anytime, haslefree with our website. Actually website is not working. You cannot even update your info.
        They promise to give you stay in 4-5 star properties but in reality, they don't have such affiliation. They are just lying about everything. While booking they say we have only 14 properties for rest of them you have to pay as per dae. Now foe dae also if you want to book they are asking for 1500 rs per night which is not mention earlier also and in the agreement.
        I was trying to book a trip to bhimtal. But in response i got to know that “ mam this is not our property, we can do 70% booking which is already full. When i said this is not written in your agreement then he said that “we cannot write everything in the agreement”. Then i mail to book for jaipur but 7 days over no reply.
        Its been 3 weeks i am chasing those guys for my jaipur reservation. I am like on a job for jukaso to start calling everyday from 9 am to 8pm.
        When you call customer care they reply “mam this is a toll free number, we have to follow rules. You have to wait. Everytime they reply… i will forward your request but no reply for any mail. If i say forward you call to the manager then they reply … manager is not here to take calls. This is a toll free number.
        Even those guys are not ready to change my details in the system. Whenever i call they say we will change it but online when i login my old details are there.
        I am having the email for all the conversation from 1 side.

        Its not resolved yet, they have changed the status of my complaint to resolved. They all make fake promises. Sir we will do this and we will do that. But nothing will happen. We have gone for cancellation without using the service still they are like we will cancel this and will take 3% card charge that you use to pay at the time of paying the membership. I don't know what to do and dnt know how can I change my status to NOT RESOLVED instead of RESOLVED.

        Its almost three weeks over and I am still chasing these guys. As no one picking up the call (Ashwini, Abhishek or toll free guys).
        Abhishek pics up his mobile and said "I am not Abhishek'. They are saying they all are in meeting. I dnt know how a person is running a company by only having a meetings at all times.

        After paid lakhs of rupees I am getting zero service.

        Also for Dae, as I am having Gold member I am not able to avail the services because these people delayed it 3 months from the date of contract. Now also everybody is like, I have forwaded it will take 7 days or don't know how many days. they are unable to provide the services as promised.

          Since last six months i am taking followup but these idiots are not giving my refund. I have made more than 2000 calles and 100's of mails but they don't reply. They are frauds, cheater, in 2015 and 16 there were strikes against them. But they are continuously cheating people and making frauds. Nobody is stopping them. I got frustrated from them. They are frauds, i am sure now they will not give my money. I have tried a lot. Now i will resister police complaint at last. I have no other option for theae frauds.

          Customer support of this company is useless. First they will say that it will be refunded in 90 working days. They don't consider saturday and sunday and holidays in this even they work on saturday. And after that they will say it is in process. If you will ask everyday continuous a year or two they will only say it is in process. When you raise your voice they will say if you will raise the voice, it will not be refunded. Directly they say that kind of wording they don't care anybody. Thousands of people are suffered. I am posting this complaint 2nd time here. They will not refund my money i am writing here until govt will not take strict action.

          Jucaso people are useless. You don't talk to the people who want their refund. Always giving giving next date. Even visit jucaso ofc but no response. They only ask no authority is available today, come next time. I got fedup. And talking about refund, they deduct 5000 directly for cancellation charge and 5000 more for charges. I don't know which charges they impose. Their talking manner is also very bad. I have given more than 30 mails and more than 2000 calls still you are asking for details. You people just pass your time. Useless people.
          I would like to cancel my membership from your company asap. My membership Id is 89959.

            I purchased the membership (O0103914) on 13/6/2016 at Jukaso Sunder Nagar, Delhi. They made huge promises, none of which is filled. After visiting their office in Gurgaon, and meeting there retention team (Ms Payal), they said that they can't fulfill all what was said during the sales and gave me few options, to continue the membership. This includes air tickets worth 11, 000 plus 2 year ASF waiver. This was send to me on 11-dec-2015. Since then i tried to ask them to book the tickets multiple time and every time there is some reason or other and they never booked the tickets. They are just telling lies. I went again to their office in Gurgaon on 20-June-2017, and again met Mr. Shivan. He mentioned that I will get an email with userid & password for a air travel portal within 3 days, with 11, 000 coupons, but haven't received it yet. The person phone number is also switched off since then. Also, when I try to book holidays, everytime it says not possible giving some reason or other. It seems all the people in jukaso are just telling like (even their VP and head). Very strange that such Hotel chain have all fraud people and how can government allow such people to even do business. I want full refund of amount paid at the earliest (though interest should be paid as well)

              I bought journeys by jukasso 25 year blue membership in Dec 2013. Offers given to me with membership included:-
              1. 7 nights & 8 days after paying 4 months of EMI.
              2. Rs 10000 Samsung voucher
              After payment of 4 EMI when i called Jukasso for both above they told they will call back, send across email. I send emails & multiple reminders for weeks. Finally they told that Samsung voucher can not be provided & they will adjust it with EMI. In the mean time when i talked to DAE executive for 1 week complimentary holiday they told that they have never given such offer to any company so talk to jukasso how they are giving this offer in name of DAE.
              I decided to stop paying EMI until i avail one complimentary holiday offered by jukasso in jukasso resort. However inspite of putting multiple mails & calls i could not complete the booking. Unfortunately i had paid 85, 000 by the time i realised jukasso is incapable of providing any of the services i paid for. I am proceeding with legal procedure against the firm & i am writing this to make sure no one gets trapped in this like me.

                    The company makes fool of people by selling vouchers of holidays.. After purchasing the holiday vouchers, if you apply for a booking, u have to pay utility bills as the complete tariff of the room which cost is higher than the room perday charges on yatra or mmt or any other hotel booking site.. So please avoid attending the events of journey by jucaso.. The promiss to give you free comolementry holiday of 2 to 3 days but when u apply for the booking they will charge u perday charge of room as an utiliry bill which is dobule of the room rent. Please avoid attending the events if they give the voucher ask them to book just now if it is free.

                      Hi. My name jitendra.

                      I was missold a membership by mr kuldeep from jukaso journeys.
                      I have cancelled it within three days and since then i am chasing them for my money. I have bought it using my credit card. I have paid intrest for 12 months + my money is stuck. I have been harrased by this company in last 12 months believe me. They don't respond to my emails and when we call them they just give false information that i will be getting my money after some days.

                      In their agreement they have written if cancels within the stipulated time customer will get a refund withing 90 days. I am waiting since last one year.

                      I have spoken to everyone i could however of help as they just give fake comments and want to get rid of you.

                      Customer service is pathetic
                      Ms payal retention manager she don't answer my emails or phone
                      Mr anuj pandey manager. Same goes for him he has changed his number as well

                      I will be going to. Court thats what i think i should do now

                      They have breached their agreement. It's a fake company who just cheat and take your money..

                      My complaint is not closed as I have still not received any resolution, This company doesn't bother. I have been chasing them since last 12 months still no response.

                      After written a complaint on this platform I thought it would be sorted however it is not yet .

                      They have given so much stress and financial burden which is making me suffer every day.

                        In the month of december 2016 i received an invitation from jukaso journeys mentioning that they have some good option and package for tour and travels.
                        I along with my wife decided to visit the place so we did, after hearing the plan we decided to buy a plan of 3 years which cost us 36000, but due to some reason we decided to cancel the agreement & as per our agreement we will get back our money after deducting tax amount.

                        So i started following up with them for the same but they have stopped responding me. My wife met with ms. Payal in their gurgaon office & she promised that money will be refunded within 90 working days. But now morethan 150 workinf days has gone but they are returning my money.

                        I put several mail to them, i mad more that 100+ phone calls, i tried to contact every responsible person of the company including md mr. Rakesh karla but every one of them turn around their faces, no one has responded, blocked my no., no revert of mail.

                        Now i am clueless how will get my money back.

                        Now i need help, its have been more than 6 months, i am in dire need of money.

After all discussion, amount of rs. 15000/- has been finalized for 3 night & 4 days package, now we are calling for book our package, they are not responding.                               I am again re posting my previous complain against jukaso journey, because i don't know how but the authority marked my complain got resolved but it still doesn't.
                              Jukaso jurneys is only beating around the bush but they are not giving the proper solution. I need my money please help me getting it back.

Ashwin (Senior sales executive, [protected], [protected]) informed us that this is a part of tax component and they will refund the amount in my account next day.

                              So i started following up with them for the same but they have stopped responding me, then i decided to cancel the package and after 3rd day i put a mail for cancellation but again they didn't respond to my mail as well.
                              I went there again and met mrs payal khanna (Hr, [protected]) and narrated her whole story, she convinced me that she will refund my money with in 3 months, i asked her the last probability date so she confirmed last week of may 2017, i said ok.

                              Again from mid of may i have started doing follow up, i put several mail to them, i mad more that 100+ phone calls, i tried to contact every responsible person of the company including md mr. Rakesh karla but every one of them turn around their faces, no one has responded, blocked my no., no revert of mail.
                              Again i decided to visit the place where i got an opportunity to met mrs payal again, but she denied to her responsibility, started yelling at me as if i was asking her money and left the conversation in between.
                              Now i am clueless how will get my money back.

                                The wrong message and commitment was conveyed to me and my wife. We got complimentary voucher but not as say complimentary because at the time of booking they are asking me 4 thousand to book a room. So why you people are saying free of stay. October from journeys by jukaso, city square mall (Rajouri garden). We were called to collect gift coupon which were won by us in a lucky draw (As informed by them). When we reach the representative named salim zafar entertained us and explained about jukaso membership and how we can avail holidays from this. The next person was mr. Rahman and his mob. (Removed). Both of them tried their level best to convince us to purchase the membership. For getting their job done they committed us about giving many benefits like (365 days free facility of swimming pool, gymnasium, 20% to 30% discount in dining in restaurants and free banquet hall bookings twice to thrice in a year). After contacting customer care we came to know that company jukaso does not provide any such facilities. We are only entitled for 4 nights and 5days stay in hotels under jukaso anually.

                                  I was called 3-4 times by jucaso journey representatives to listen to 45 minute presentation and they will give 2n and 3d voucher for staying in 4-5 mentioned destinations along with breakfast absolutely free of cost.

                                  I reached there at 8:10 pm and they tool around 1.5 hours and after listening i said i wont be member. They gave me the voucher as mentioned where its written i need to pay taxes and when i asked how much they said around rs 500-600.

                                  When i called the customer care today morning, i was told i have to pay rs 1500 minimum for 1 night as a part o[censored]tility.

                                    This is w. R. T. The mis-selling, mis-representation of the facts and cheating done with me by gaurav, while pitching for the "jukaso journeys" membership in your city center office, gurgaon.
                                    Anand take us through the scheduled presentation and then mr. Gaurav came into picture and provided us three optional packages, 1 l something for 10 nights and 11 days, 80 k for 4 nights and 5 days
                                    And 2 l for 10 nights 11 days for 25 year; plus some amount which we need to pay annually as maintenance. We were then provided a table offer for that day only,
                                    That if we take the membership then and there, he will provide the below complimentary offers: 1) breakfast at no cost will be included in the package
                                    2) additional holiday vouchers for 4 night and 5 days each 3) no booking amount in jukaso properties based at ncr for functions, birthday parties, etc only advance booking to be done
                                    4) during party, the per plate rate for jukaso journey members will be provided at discounted rates and if the gathering is below 100 the per plate rate would be
                                    Around 450-500 and if the gathering is above 100, the per plate rate would be around 700-750
                                    5) if you want you can pay this membership amount through card and he will arrange to convert the amount into 12 equal emis at no interest and no processing fees.
                                    6) take holiday in dae properties additionally then the package nights
                                    7) there are list of around 100 propertoes that is jukaso own and associated properties were i no need to pay anything except amc.
                                    I selected the 2nd package where i was supposed to pay 80 k and i opted to pay through card and to be converted to emis.
                                    The question, why i selected the package and agreed to take the membership, was totally on the below points, in order -
                                    The lucrative point was birthday celebrations and functions at discounted rates. I specifically told gaurav that this is what i see the most attractive benefit
                                    And i asked him thrice to cross check and provide us the exact per plate rates for below 100 gathering, because there are family functions falling in line in next few months.
                                    Every time he told me that what ever he said is correct. - the an additional holiday vouchers were to be provided to us over and above our gift voucher for which we were called.
                                    - interest and processing free emi option for 12 months. And all the locations are listed in there properties where we want to go in coming 3-4 years.
                                    Now i can say, that unluckly i have done the payment of 80 k on the the same day.
                                    What i got in return is, - one booklet with only 8-10 properties
                                    Surprise items: - the point of concern for me - i come to know from hdfc bank that your amount of rs 80kis converted into 12 emis with 0 processing fees and
                                    Interest of 1.08% per month. Interest??? - i went to jukaso hotel on 25th december 2016 to inquire about the process and per plate rates. About the list of properties that shortened to only 10 properties out of 100.
                                    There, i was shocked to here the following: - firstly there is no booking amount for functions and parties required for member/ non member -
                                    There is no discount in the per plate rates for member/ non-member - there is no difference in rates basis gathering and the per plate rates with taxes will
                                    Come at around 950/ person/ plate - when i told that person that we were told about the booking amount and discounted rates at the time of selling the membership,
                                    He clearly told that there is no instructions from the management about any such thing since years and if this thing was told to us then this is done just to
                                    Sell the membership. My concerns mis-representation of facts: - breakfast at no cost will be included in the package - i checked,
                                    This was originally a part of the package - booking amount required at jukaso properties - no booking required as confirmed to me by jukaso hotel employee - discounted rates for members - no discounts as confirmed to me by jukaso hotel employee - difference in per-plate rates basis gathering - no difference basis gathering as confirmed to me by jukaso hotel employee - interest free emis - i am being charged with per month interest at 1.08% which will come to 88.

                                    Cheating: intentional cheating done by gaurav by offering the below items to sell membership - booking amount waiver at jukaso ncr properties - discounted rates for members for functions and party -
                                    Difference in per-plate rates basis gathering for members - interest free emis and asked gaurav why interest; he called me and
                                    Told that this will be reimbursed by the company; i asked how, he said that he will explain. After my visit to jukaso i called up gaurav but his number is not
                                    Reachable, whatsapp is not working; in total he is not traceable. This means 3 pending vouchers, clarification on how the interest amount will be reimburse
                                    By the company and explanation on the misrepresentation of facts is all gone.
                                    This means - now i will end-up giving rs 96000 as interest on 55k membership amount in 12 months, - will pay higher amount per plate for which i actually entered into membership agreement
                                    With experience so far, - i don't think that the free breakfast thing will be there or not, - whether the quality committed in properties will be there or not,
                                    - whether there will be further hidden charges ; employees like gaurav are termites for any company who instead of giving benefits to the company in terms of revenue, eats up the reputation of the company.
                                    There are 100s of complaints on web against jukaso journeys. I don't see management understanding that 1 cheated and bad experienced customer is more dangerous than 10 rewards. I am going to file a complaint against them in gurgaon, haryana.

                                    Management is too involved in scam...that's why such things are happening, they don't take action on... any complaint...rather trouble the member...I too have suffered...
                                    So many times I have called and emailed you guys but no response. Now I admitted a complain against your organisation in police station

                                      They called me saying that you have won gift card and 2n/3d holiday.. Please collect your coupan from city square mall rajori garden
                                      Then they started to explain their holiday package.. Finally they convinced me and my wife for 36000 amount and
                                      We will get 11 n per year for 3 years at jukaso hotels.
                                      But they are totally fraud. When i tried to avail the holidays the number they have given is switched off.
                                      I called jukaso they say that there is no such plan for 11 n
                                      We can give you max 4 n per year.
                                      That too must not be on weekend.
                                      People sitting in jukaso office in city square mall are totally misleading the people.
                                      They are sitting there to cheat our hardearned money.
                                      Even jukaso it suites gurgaon hotel also sold off to ginger.
                                      The mobile no shown on website of jukaso it suites gurgaon comes swithed off.
                                      They say they will refund if you don’t like but when i asked them to refund they say this will take time.
                                      And i am waiting and following since last 1 year for refund.
                                      They are big cheats.
                                      God will not forgive them.

                                        I m manish. This is w. R. T the mis-selling, mis-representation of the facts and cheating done with me by narayan singh, of while pitching for "jukaso journeys" membership in sunder nagar, delhi. Narayan singh take me through a presentation in which he talk about some holiday packages and their benefits after purchasing membership by buying a holiday package, in which one was for ₹96000 & other one was for ₹56, 000, after that he told me to choose between 56k & 96k. I selected 56k and then he told me that in this package they will provide me 4n/5d holiday in jukaso properties all over the world either in india or out of india as well as 7n/8d holiday for d. A. E (Dial n exchange) after paying 1100 per night in asia and 2200/ per night (Other than my 56k) when i opt d. A. E for out of asia. And not only that, i have to pay ₹-3000/per year for coming 3 years when will plan my holiday every year means 3000*3=9000, extraa, as their amc too.
                                        Now, other than holiday package they are provoding complementary offers (1) breakfast at no extra cost which is included in the package (2) additional holiday voucher for 2n/3d each. (3) he told that i can book banquet hall or party hall in jukaso property without booking amount to be paid (4) during party the plate cost for jukaso journeys member will be provided at 50% discounted rate. (6) 5-20k vlcc beauty saloon scratch voucher will come with welcome kit after membership (7) 4 movie tickets every month for free (8) free entry at every waterpark in delhi ncr with membership card, which will be delivered to our home address within 15 days with a membership certificate. (9) during holiday i can opt for car with driver for outing at only petrol cost, from hotel. But now, when i callled to their costumer care number to book my waterpark ride, then i was socked to hear that they are not providing such things in their any plan even they are not offering such movie tickets or car with driver etc. They will only provide what they have written in their agreement means just only hotel stay??? After paying 56k???.
                                        Now i am fealing that i was get trapped by them, their mis-representation, now i am going to lodge a complain against fraud, mis-representation, mis-selling, in police station at delhi, and not only that, j am also going to send a written complaint to higher authorities in order to take a strict action against them, so that they can not make fraud to other people.
