I am after Payal Khanna from Retention team .This liar kept giving new dates for cheque refund in such a fake polite tone and will literally shout on you when you come back on the date . I have emails and Chats stating the date of refund but they do not even bother about what they committed on email, Messages and Calls .We have all the documents and proofs to show how this group is fooling the people even today .All you Jukasu Journey Staff should know that they are not gonna be spared.
My Previous Consumer Complaints are marked as resolved falsely, Here is the complaint :
Me and my wife were invited by jukaso inn sunder nagar for attending their membership plan where we booked their 5 years membership plan. We paid 50, 000/- to” journeys “on 28th may’16 through my credit card. Your executive promised many extra perks like free dinner coupons worth 5000, vibes coupons worth 10000/- every year, discount dairy, 2n3d stay in singapore, 2n stay in any of the jukaso property along with 25 night stay in 5 start hotels all over the globe every year in their 5 years’ membership plan. I was just given an agreement copy of the same as you said that i would be getting a membership kit within 30 to 45 days of the booking and all the above will be a part of it.
Soon in 2 days after purchasing the same i read the reviews of jukaso journeys online where i was shocked to know that the company is a fraud and have cheated hundreds of me already in last 3 years. I also read that more than 5 firs were registered against you. Lots of agitations and poster marches have been already carried out for victim’s money refund.
I immediately tried booking 2 nights stay in one of your properties considering myself lucky and distinguish from all other victims but alas. It’s been 15 days since then and i have just got 2 emails for collecting information and asking another 4, 000 /- for booking the hotel as their annual fee. I gave them the copy of 2 free stay that we have got but since then they are not responding to my numerous emails. The customer care number and the executive who sold the membership plan are not responding to my numerous phone calls and messages.
I went back to them asking an answer to all the fake commitments and this fraud plan and got to know that the same people selling their plans to new innocent people and no action has been taken by police despite so many complaints to stop the new incidents to happen.
Now more than 20 emails have been sent to jukaso registered email address but only once or twice we have received an apology for the late response followed by another false commitment of a call back very soon, but i haven't got any call to communicate the date of refund or acknowledgment even.

Update in 2016 Last Quater:
Your company is known for its miss commitments, so was the case on 3rd September 2016 .
Even after confirming the time on Email you cancelled the meeting when we reached Gurgaon .We travelled all the way from Ghaziabad just to hear that you are busy with other customers and we should go back home that day .
What is the point apologising each time when you have no ethics at all??
Moreover another miss commitment followed when you assured us that you will call us on the coming Monday i.e. 5th September to conclude the closure of your so called membership which has no face value .
Why were we insisted to attend a face to face meeting when a telephonic discussion was possible –Because you were at fault again .
Again, more than 10 Days have passed and we have not received any call from you .
Waiting for the refund of my hard earned 50, 000 Rupees at the earliest .
