Sir, I purchased Red membership from Journey by Jukaso by paying Rs.1.18Lacs, as per their commitment, they denied for hotel booking after 20days of purchase, so I requested them for refund of my money, they agreed also, since I have given complaint within 10days of purchase they agreed that after deducting Rs.5000/- as per their agreement, they will refund me rest amount but after I sent several mails, did several calls to their executive Juskaran & Anuj but no response is from them neither anyone picking up the call nor calling back, it seems that their intentions are not to refund my money. I even mailed to their head Mr. Rakesh Kalra, but he also not responded back. Horrible service & response from them, I feel I have done big mistake by purchasing their package & are feeling cheated. I will suggest, no one should purchase it. I have all the emails in records related to interaction & follow-up done by me.

    Hi,

    I paid INR 36000 as a 3 years membership on 30 th Dec 2016 via Contract ID 46131 and Traveler ID 126444 but due to personal reasons I requested for withdrawal of application in next 2 days and send the application through Speed Post which got delivered on time .
    After that I had written many times to them but there is no response at all .
    when contacted on phone got assurance that it will be paid after 90 days but now again they are giving a month time to pay back the amount .

    I will just wait for another 15 days for refund else will go for leagal action aginst company.

      It is submitted that on 29.07.2016, we were offered 2 days free stay gift voucher and when we visited your Sector 8, Chandigarh office as called for, we were explained Jukaso’s travel plans by Miss Shweha Kaith, Miss Sukhjeet Kaur and Mr.Sandeep Mahajan and we opted for 3 years mini travel plan and an amount of Rs.40400/- (Rs.37500/- with 12 EMI intt.) was got debited on 29.07.2016 to our HDFC credit as it was told that offer is to be decided immediately on the table and the same will not be available tomorrow.

      Thereafter, we studied the full features of the plan opted and read terms and conditions of the plan as mentioned in the agreement and came to conclusion that this plan/package does not suit to us. As we decided for cancellation, we visited your office at Chandigarh on 3rd August 2016 and contacted Mr.Sandeep Mahajan with the request for cancellation of the plan who asked us to come after one/two days. On 05/08/16, we again visited the office for completing the formalities but as Mr.Mahajan was not available, we were told by other staff present, to visit on Sunday i.e. on 07.08.2016 and today when we visited the office, he was again not available. We were advised by Miss Sukhjeet Kaur to submit the cancellation request by email at [protected]@jukasojourney.com. As such, we are submitting herewith our request for cancellation of the plan with request to refund the amount paid by us immediately.

      We are following up with Jukaso since october and haven't received a response back yet!

      Kindly cancel and provide refund immediately for our package!

        Dear Sir / Mam,
        I got a call from executive Mr Vishal from his number [protected] and he offered me to come at Jukaso
        Hotel for attend the presentation. When i had visited there i met with Ms Rekha Singh and Manager Mr
        Kuldeep Singh Negi. She & he has given me presentation about Holiday package membership of your
        company. They offered me about 3 package (25 Years, 10 Years and 5 years ) but due to expensive i had
        denied the same then they offered me 3 years package with Rs 65000/-( Sixty Five Thousand ) in 2
        installment for Tours 5 days and 4 nights for 3 years including Airfare and pick and drop facility from
        home to Airport and Airport to hotel with Sight seeing without any charges for 2 Adult and 2 Kids or 3
        Adult in India.They said i can plan minimum 7-8 days before so they will booked my Air Ticket and
        arrange the Hotel rooms. Also given me offer about dial and exchange if i will stay in any hotel in
        India / abroad (Including 5 Star) i should make the payment of Rs 1100/2000 per day including
        breakfast. They also given us offer that if i will arrange any party or celebration in Jukaso Hotel
        there will be no any charges of banquet hall and decoration also 50% off on Foods for guest. They also
        given me free complementary offer for Kashmir package 5 days & 4 Nights with Airfare including pick and
        drop facility with sight seeing. They Told me that there is Annual fee Rs 3000 ( three thousand ) which
        is waived for me. They have given me 1 condition if i will tour and stay on 26th January, 15th August,
        25th December & 31st December they will reduce my stay 1 day. I was very happy that i got such Journey
        offer from your side because in Rs 65000/= i am getting total 4 Holidays in 3 years with Stay in Jukaso
        and Other Hotels ( till 5 stars Hotels) including Airfare, Sight Seeing with Pick and drop facility. So
        i have discussed with Mr Kuldeep and 1st installment Rs 10000/( Ten Thousand ), made the payment on
        same time payment receipt number CC No 6476TID No[protected]nd Installment will be pay Rs 55000/ (
        Fifty Five thousand ) on 27th May 2017 while he said that he will send the executive to collect the PDC
        cheque from my address. He has given me 1 agreement paper with lots of Terms and Condition and he shows
        that they are given me complementary offer for Kashmir package 5 days & 4 Nights with Airfare. When i
        asked about to learn the Terms and condition he given excuse that its too long so no need to see this
        because i will get a call from Jukaso and they will provide me all deatils about this journey with Call
        recording. When i reached home and see the term and condition i found there is no Airfare included in
        this agreement which was shocked for me.Today i got a call from your service team [protected] and she
        also confirmed me that Airfare is not included except complementary offer also given me information
        about some red season but not clear about the days and date. She asked few question from me confirmed
        me that she will give the feedback to sales team. This is clearly showing that sale team has given me
        wrong commitment and had done mis selling. Have a request to you kindly provide me Airfare also for all
        3 years which they have committed me or return my money.
        I shall always obliged for your this kindness.

        I have written more than 5 mails but getting assurance that concern department will contact me but till date nobody contacted me.

        Hi,
        I am writing mail from since initial days when i read terms and condition and found that your sales team has done mis selling and given wrong commitment to me. As per them She and he given me commitment that i will get free air fare in all 3 years with hotel stay and will get 1 free complimentary trip of Kashmir including airfare and hotel stay but as per contract in only complimentary trip air fare is included and rest 3 years there is air fare is not included. I am regular writing mail to you about this that your sales team has done mis selling and given wrong commitment to me and i am getting only assurance that concern team will contact me but till date no one has contacted me. In this situation i am feeling that your team has cheated me. So i am not ready to continue my membership with Jukaso journey which i have mention in my mail. So request you to kindly refund my money. I shall be obliged for your this kindness.

          Today "30Mar2017", I am writing this complaint.

          I enrolled for Jukaso Journeys Membership on 16Mar2016 and paid Rs. 45, 000. Post that I applied for cancellation of my membership within 10 days, based on which they promised to refund my membership fee within 90 days after deducting Rs. 5, 000 as administrative charges. Till date they have not paid my money and have given me a PDC which is payable towards end of July 2017.

          Similar to my issue, there are multiple other people who have same grievance. I do have contact number of 10-15 such people.

          Moreover, it clearly appears that they are planning to sell their property in Gurgaon to Ginger Group of Hotels. There is a high chance that they will run away with everyone's money.

          Please suggest if you can help me get my money back.

            We have taken the membership for Rs 40, 000 on 31/12/2016 but soon after on next day inquiring about the promises they made during the signing of membership, they simply denied and told many of the things which will be chargeable. So we decided to cancel the membership and made the request on 1st January, 2017 by mail to them. But after too much followup I got reply back on 9th January that cancellation will be done and refund will take 90 days. but till date after reminding them again go no response from them. Moreover the customer care help line not working.

            We have cancel our membership dated 31/12/2016 in the name of Mrs. Ashu Sood Contract ID: 46081

            on 1st January, 2017 as we found out that many charges which they promised will not be there we were informed that these all will be charged and we decided to cancel our membership.
            When we filed the cancellation there was no response from them. After continuous reminders we were informed that the membership will be cancelled and refund will take about 90 days. But till date no news from them. I sent the reminder mail also but got no reply and moreover their customer care help line is also not working.
            Please help.

              I am after Payal Khanna from Retention team .This liar kept giving new dates for cheque refund in such a fake polite tone and will literally shout on you when you come back on the date . I have emails and Chats stating the date of refund but they do not even bother about what they committed on email, Messages and Calls .We have all the documents and proofs to show how this group is fooling the people even today .All you Jukasu Journey Staff should know that they are not gonna be spared.

              My Previous Consumer Complaints are marked as resolved falsely, Here is the complaint :

              Me and my wife were invited by jukaso inn sunder nagar for attending their membership plan where we booked their 5 years membership plan. We paid 50, 000/- to” journeys “on 28th may’16 through my credit card. Your executive promised many extra perks like free dinner coupons worth 5000, vibes coupons worth 10000/- every year, discount dairy, 2n3d stay in singapore, 2n stay in any of the jukaso property along with 25 night stay in 5 start hotels all over the globe every year in their 5 years’ membership plan. I was just given an agreement copy of the same as you said that i would be getting a membership kit within 30 to 45 days of the booking and all the above will be a part of it.

              Soon in 2 days after purchasing the same i read the reviews of jukaso journeys online where i was shocked to know that the company is a fraud and have cheated hundreds of me already in last 3 years. I also read that more than 5 firs were registered against you. Lots of agitations and poster marches have been already carried out for victim’s money refund.

              I immediately tried booking 2 nights stay in one of your properties considering myself lucky and distinguish from all other victims but alas. It’s been 15 days since then and i have just got 2 emails for collecting information and asking another 4, 000 /- for booking the hotel as their annual fee. I gave them the copy of 2 free stay that we have got but since then they are not responding to my numerous emails. The customer care number and the executive who sold the membership plan are not responding to my numerous phone calls and messages.

              I went back to them asking an answer to all the fake commitments and this fraud plan and got to know that the same people selling their plans to new innocent people and no action has been taken by police despite so many complaints to stop the new incidents to happen.

              Now more than 20 emails have been sent to jukaso registered email address but only once or twice we have received an apology for the late response followed by another false commitment of a call back very soon, but i haven't got any call to communicate the date of refund or acknowledgment even.

              Update in 2016 Last Quater:

              Your company is known for its miss commitments, so was the case on 3rd September 2016 .

              Even after confirming the time on Email you cancelled the meeting when we reached Gurgaon .We travelled all the way from Ghaziabad just to hear that you are busy with other customers and we should go back home that day .

              What is the point apologising each time when you have no ethics at all??

              Moreover another miss commitment followed when you assured us that you will call us on the coming Monday i.e. 5th September to conclude the closure of your so called membership which has no face value .

              Why were we insisted to attend a face to face meeting when a telephonic discussion was possible –Because you were at fault again .

              Again, more than 10 Days have passed and we have not received any call from you .

              Waiting for the refund of my hard earned 50, 000 Rupees at the earliest .

              They provide fake list of properties and whenever u book property online they say its not in our list

              50000 for 3 d 4 night for 3 years
              Destination list has many properties
              But now they deny all properties except for manali and jaisalmer

                Hi,
                I had visited on dated 1st of Feb'2017, where in i had applied for membership and had paid 40, 000 . post which i change my mind and requested for cancellationon dated 10th February'2017 via contacting customer service and email both upon which told me that with in 90 days the refund will be get process. However no response was received yet.
                In addition, now not able to connect at customer service nor any response receive on email yet.
                Hence, would request you to please help me to get the amount to be refunded.

                  Dear sir / madam,

                  I along with my wife was invited by journeys by jukaso's team in one of their branch office to explain about their membership and hotels. All the membership details were presented to us very nicely and were told that we can cancel/Surrender membership and my amount we will be refunded after deducting some administrative charges. They offered me a 10 years membership for rs. 1, 47, 000/-. I decided to go for this on my wife's name, filled the application form and paid rs 1, 47, 000/- using my credit card. Copy of the application form filled by was also not given to us as they said that the same shall be given after full payment.

                  After coming home i decided to check reviews of the company and found lots of complaints against jukaso journeys. So i decided to cancel my membership and e-mailed the same on very next day i.e. 12 Mar 2017 to jukaso team on email id [protected]@jukasojourneys.com. I even informed the same to them on phone and i was assured that my money of rs. 1, 47, 000/- will be refunded to me very soon. Till date i have called journeys team so many times and even e-mailed regarding my refund. I have been assured by them multiple times on phone that all my amount of rs. 1, 47, 000/- will be refunded to me but till date i have not received my money back.

                  I had just filled and signed an application form on my wife's name with membership id (56408) was generated by them. Even after next day of withdrawing application, journeys team has my money with them and not refunding it. A copy of my credit card statement was also given to them but that’s also of no use. Even i am not got any reply from them.
                  I have copies of all emails exchanged with them along with journey. Snap shot of these mails along with snapshot of credit card payment details is attached for reference.

                  At the time of meeting sales representative told me that after reading terms and conditions i can go for surrender/cancellation, then my money will be refunded. When i realize that company is Mis-Selling and Mis-representing the fact through their sales executives. i.e. -mailed them for surrender of package well in time(next day). But company/Call center executive is now ignoring me. Which is wrong And CHEATING?

                  This is very big amount for me and I am in big trouble because I am having

                  Home, Car loan emi’s and I have to admission of my child in nursery class. I am feeling very depressed by Journey teams ignorance.
                  Because of their from last 15 days behavior my personal and professional life is disturbed. Even I am not able to sleep at night.

                  Please save me from them and their mental harassments.

                  I am feeling very cheated and afraid about my hard earn money.

                  It is requested to kindly take action against them and help me getting all my money back.

                  We are also suffering from same. We took membership on[protected] and withdrawal done on[protected]. Till date, I am just following up but there s no refund as of now.
                  They all are cheaters. Please lodge complaint againt the whole company..
                  Go to ministry level
                  Is there option to rate -1 or very very bad rank to Jukaso.

                  I want complete refund of 45000

                  1 year back, I received call from Jukaso journey and saying that you are selected as our lucky winner in the draw. I went mall and they give us coupon and saying if you will selected as lucky winner you will surely get one big surprise gift. When I received call from her, I just said that I don't and how is it possible. I asked her are you sure mam. She said yes mam. We just take some time from our busy schedule and they ask us to wait for sometime then a girl come and ask us to come inside as your session started now.
                  A lady and one boy start explaining package and said mam there is one scheme for 2 holidays as a coupon which we give you after this package explanation only. They committed us 12 nights with 13 days, extra 7 nights, and 8 days, free sight seen. They also given some coupons of salon, surat diamond jewellery and 2 extra holidays coupon.
                  Told us there validity for 1 year.

                  You know what I received call from salon in the same month and they mention validity of coupon has been expired today.

                  I was shocked and trying calling to that sales person but they not responding our calls.

                  We received there agreement copy to late at home. They not even let us checked there agreement at same time.

                  I dropped mail for refund to them and now they saying we will refund after 60% amount deduction from the amount.

                  Please some one help us. We need our money back.

                  We have to pay our monthly emi and too much home expenses. We not bear this anymore.

                  Somebody please help us.

                    This side Gaurav,
                    I have taken the membership on April'2015.
                    Ever time I m not sure where my booking is confirm or not.
                    1. When I book for dharamshala on the month of June'2015, they don't respond, whether the room is available or not.
                    2. When I book for puri on the month of July'2015. They respond we would let you in few days. But then also booking not confirm.
                    3. When I book for Gurgaon there home branch on the month of July'2016.
                    After several call and follow up they assure me in call that yes Sir your booking is confirm.
                    I asked an extra paid service during call and which was also assure me but that also was not been fulfilled.
                    They told me they would provide a suite room or luxury room.
                    First they provide normal room after complain and talking to Ms Payal khanna.
                    They shift to luxury room.
                    In this room there come a pungent smell.
                    In the corridor there always smell a cigarette smoke.
                    In room there is closed window. Which could not be open.
                    You would not provide any remote for AC so that you can control temperature.
                    They have told while taking membership that you would be provided welcome drink and complimentary breakfast free.
                    But that also not provided on first day.
                    After complaint they apologize and provide it from next day.
                    They also committed in booking that they would be giving 50% discount in food.
                    But when we order and all bill was on mrp.
                    After the complaint they settle it on 15% discount.
                    And last they told us that there resorts are 3 -star.
                    But it is in reality worst star.
                    For all these inconvenience they promise that they would provide a Mussoorie trip for 4 nights and 5 days free of cost.

                    If I m continue to write it is endless.

                    In conclusion it is worth to stay in footpath than to stay in Jukaso resort.

                    And would never suggest anyone to stay or take membership to my enemy too.

                    Just replying is not the way. That you resolved the complaint.
                    When you fulfill the commitment, then only the complaint is resolved.
                    Till now you didn't contact me nor do you send the voucher of 4N &5D trip of Mussoorie for compensation.
                    I am also after Payal Khanna from Retention team and she is the biggest liar I have ever came across .She keeps on giving you new dates for cheque refund in such a fake polite tone and will shout on you when you come back on the date . I have all the documents and proofs to show how this group is fooling the people around even today .
                    Payal really a biggest liar.
                    She given the assurance that as your trip is not satisfied.
                    We will compensate you by giving a voucher of 4N & 5D trip to Mussoorie.
                    When I ask for voucher, she told we will mail. It's been a year and still they don't fulfilled their commitment.

                      I have taken a membership from Journey by Jukaso in the month of June 2016, they are promising me to give membership kit, 2 movie ticket and Rs 4000 worth food voucher with this membership. But After getting payments we have continuous follow-up for these thing but they dint deliver .I have personally visited many times in there office they always told will do. but they never give proper response. I had cancel their membership within 10 days after that one lady Mrs Payal khanna has committed that they deliver all the thing and if ain the future you face any problem will refund your full amount. after that will continuous followup for the payments but till date not received any response from their side.
                      Now i again request to you kindly refund the full amount .

                        I signed a contract having contract ID: 19813 in may2016 & requested a cancellation with in 2 days. Got Confirmation that refund process will take 90 working days & now its more than 10 month and yet no refund received.

                        Called multiple times & same response cheque is ready will contact you shortly.

                        On mail follow up its pathetic no one bothered to response..

                        Its really a very bad experience & word of mouth campaign will certainly hit this org future . very un professional, thinking to take legal action against said org.

                          I recently got tricked into false scheme offered by jukaso. Even after 8 days of payment the executive has not provided any agreement and when i am asking to cancel the membership, they are not doing so and suggesting that they only sell packages. I wrote an email for cancellation to jukaso but no response from their side.

                          Totally fraud company.

                            My membership id is 130081 and it was taken at the cost of Rs 40, 000 on 26th Jan 2017. Jukaso said we have won a lucky draw and will be given a free voucher for 2 days 3 nights (breakfast free) to any of their locations and gold worth 5000/laptop/mobile. Nothing was given at the last. they told about other travel benefits in which i was not interested. Suddenly, they told that they have 4 & 5 star property at sundernagar, delhi and gurgaon where i can through 1st birthday party of daughter on 4th march 2017 @ 499 per plate. They convinced me like hell and i got convinced. Considering same i paid for it and got the membership but when i approached the sundernagar property, it was third class and they denied to give them even. I had to pay twice to arrange the party by booking other hotel. It was cheating done by jukaso. Considering same, i want to cancel the membership on immediate basis. No dedecutions shall be made as i have not availed any benefit or signed any page related to such deductions. Also Jukaso officials said there will be no deduction if i quit membership without availing any benefit. Please do transfer the amount in my sbi a/c [protected]

                              In Oct, 16 I took a holiday plan for 5 yrs from jukaso journeys. But when i read aggrement there was differences in promises made to me. Within 4 days I withdraw my application & requested for refund of my Rs 85000. But even after repeated reminders and frequent visits no refund given even after 5 months. It is totally fraud company so better not to go for it. I hav filed a case in consumer redressal forum

                                Hi,

                                I had taken the membership under their psychological and falls commitments on 22 October 2016. Just within an hour I had cancelled the membership via phone, next day via mail, and day after I had sent a cancellation latter to the company via registered post.

                                I had wait for 90 days as they says that this is the refund time limit. After that I mailed many times to the company and some one Payal Khanna. Frequently I contacted on their customer support no one responded in a professional manner which prove that they are cheating people. They are doing fraud to just earn money.

                                No I am ready to go to court. I will start my fight with media. Will gather with my journalist friends on their Sunder Nagar hotel.

                                Interested persona can join me to expose them. Their fraud business time could not run further. "पाप का घड़ा भर चुका है"

                                  My contract id is 45842 and traveller id is 126125. I bought this policy on 28/12/2016 and on the next day on 29.12.2016 I had requested to cancel the agreement and send e-mail to the official ID of jukaso journeys and they replied that concerned department will looking after your request. But till today, no refund or response has been received. I had mailed so many times but no response from jukaso. Even they had given me one voucher for 2 days and 3 night at five places and it includes free stay and breakfast but a few days back, I had received call from jukaso and the representative said that sir, when will you redeem your voucher and when I told the representative, she said that it costs about Rs.4000/- whereas earlier it was told to me that voucher is free. Totally wrong assurance by the co. and misguided the customer. Kindly refund my money as earliest.

                                    I purchased the membership on 30 nov 2016 and paid 80 k by debit card.

                                    Jukaso sales people gave me wrong information about their properties and membership. I received the welcome mail after 7 days of signing the membership. After getting the welcome mail, i started to queries about their properties for my holidays then i came to know that there are no properties as promised to me while signing the membership.


                                    They are just giving me date again and again for solving the issue. But they really do not want to return my money back.

                                    Now i do not know how can i get the money back.

                                      I was given a two nights voucher by this company for attending their presentation which clearly stated in the terms & conditions that only taxes for the accommodation are payable by the bearer. When I emailed Jukaso as required for the booking firstly for weeks no one responded. Then I called up the 1800 no. that was given and finally got a call from one their reservation representatives Ms. Pooja ([protected]) who agreed that while the voucher says that only taxes have to be paid which totalled Rs 1, 178 for the two nights I will also have to pay maintainance & utility charges (which were not mentioned anywhere on the voucher) totalling to Rs 4, 000 for the two nights if I wanted to booking. When I asked to speak to the manager Mr. Hemant Pandey regarding the same she said he was not available and his no. cant be provided. On my insisting she made me speak to her senior Ms. Wafaa who after hearing me said will getback by the evening. Neither did Pooja or Ms. Wafaa getback nor do they return calls anymore. Even when I had said to Ms. Wafaa that I shall put a complaint if such fraudulent behaviour is met out to me as a customer her response was a very casual "that is your choice sir" showing pretty much a cannot care less attitude for the company's reputaion and the customers. With such staff and their attitude would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Jukaso unless they want to loose their money.

                                        Hi All, JUKASO(Journeys by JUKASO/JUKASO Journeys) is continuously cheating customers on the basis of false commitment and misrepresentation of offers.
                                        If you're one of them please raise your voice on internet, spread awareness and join campaign. Side by side please raise transaction dispute with your bank within 60 days so that your hard earned money would not go to these #######s.
                                        Yes, rather chasing JUKASO for years, you can raise dispute with bank to get your moneyback.

                                        What if its already an Year we have paid the membership ?

                                        I am after the retention team Day and night from long time but with more false commitments on Cheque refund dates.

                                        Multiple complaints have been logged in with Economic offense wing Delhi for the same but no progress yet .
                                        Any benefit of filing an FIR against Jukaso? Do they refund our money?
