Ms. Wafa of jukaso jurney (Mail id [protected]@jukasojourneys.com) and phone no [protected]) was after me to book the manu maharani hotel in jim corbett. Once i paid the money (Reference no n[protected]) there is dead salience form jukaso jurney. Wheni called them many times they are giving funny excuse every time like madam is out/sir is out/ power not coming/system is down.

Company is not completing his commitments. Company is totally fraud. I want to cancel my membership.my financial position is also not so good that's why I can't pay my balance dues. That's why I can't continue my membership. Pls cancel my membership & refund my payment 32000.

    Not giving booking and refund the membership amount

    I purchased a membership no 116080 (RTN [protected] REMID [protected]@rediffmail.com with the company)against which I request for booking in month of july but they said no availability go for jun I did the same and after 14 days they said jun we cant give change your location i did that one also but got nothing. My request is that if they cant give one booking how they will go for 3 years membership. so i need refund of all the money I...

    I purchased a membership number 144821 in april 2017 at patiala, sold by mr. Sandeep mahajan and miss. Manjot, offered two gift vouchers of two nights and three days free stay alongwith free breakfast, but when tried to book on these gift vouchers, i was astonished as i was asked to deposit rs.8000/- in axis bank account through phone call, no written mail sent to me, when contacted mr. Sandeep, he assured me to take care of free booking, for some days he made me fool, thereafter he stopped even picking my phone, i contacted miss. Manjot, she too failed to resolve the issue, i called toll free number of jukaso, they attended but never resolved the issue or confirmed my booking. I have complained against mr. Sandeep at [protected]@jukasojourneys.com, but no response from anyone. I am feeling cheated. Kindly take action against concerned

    On 31/5/2017, jukaso sent me mail directing to deposit Rs. 8000/- in axis bank account ​A/C Holder Name- Journeys Resorts Pvt Ltd

    ​Sec-14, Gurgaon, as i have already booked my air tickets to pune, so seeing no options deposited rS.8000/- on 31/5/2017 IMPS reference number [protected], and sent transaction details on mobile number [protected] as provided by company official Mr. Ashish, but despite lapse of 2 days no confirmation of my booking is sent, I have made several calls to reservation team they just kept on saying confirmation mail will be sent within 5 minutes but despite waiting for whole day, no confirmation mail received...

    Called jukaso reservation team on toll free several time on 5/6/2017, regarding confirmation status but answer was just "we are sending confirmation mail in few minutes " but nothing happened...no email or revert came .

    Again jukaso people faltered, they issued confirmation voucher for PUNE from 7/7/2017 to 9/7/2017, for one room, although originally I booked for 7/7/2017 to 11/7/2017, one room. As we are 4adults going, so on suggestion from jukaso people ( MR. Ashish ) we opted for 2 rooms booking from 7/7/2017 to 9/7/2017 . But they issued confirmation for one room only, although they have charged me for both rooms @ RS. 2000/ Per night as utility /taxes. Even this confirmation voucher delivered to me after 100 s of calls / mails and harash words...

    Reputation of any company depends on after sale service of customers, and behavior of its officials, moreover as jukaso is dealing in hospitality industry, so customer satisfaction should be utmost, but until now from only reply of this company it appears they are least bothered about customers, money making is only motive...

    Today I checked my online membership account on Jukaso journeys...and astonished to find Annual charges of Rs.3000/- although as per contract, I am having there are no annual charges during my 3 year membership... even while enquiring regarding my membership from toll free number of jukaso, I was assured that there will be no annual charges ... It seems, cheating is very much prevalent at jukaso ...For reference my membership number us 144821

    Till now my online account was showing 0( zero) outstanding towards my membership of 3 years, but all of sudden Rs.3000/- has been shown as annual charges, although as per my contract id 63195, there are no annual charges, it's a clear violation and breach of trust

    Today again checked my online account, now it is showing outstanding amount Rs.6000/-, although I have got a email on 22/6/2017 from [protected]@jukasojourneys.com, stating that your ASF is paid for 3 years, there is technical issue in online member login portal and will be rectified in due course, but after passing of so many days its still not corrected rather outstanding amount enhanced to Rs. 6000/-

      I also want to enjoy this membership but i am get rid off due to your
      Liar executives, fake commitments by your executives and the way they
      Respond. They want only payment from the customer afterthat they dont
      Know you your problems and their commitments is this a way to deal
      With customer.
      I already told them about my problems that i cant afford 40k in 1
      Time, so if your membership allow a 0% emi options then deffinately
      I'll go for it then they immediate said yes we have 0% emi option when
      I gave my credit card to them they made a payment of 40k afterthat i
      Asked them for emi they said mam deffinately tommorrow and that
      Tommorow never come again. Now they forced me to pay interest amount
      And assured me that company will refund after a year. I said ok & asked
      Them "could you please give me this statement in written" because
      After a year where i'll find you dont where you will be may be you
      Left the comapny then?
      But they didnt accept and try to force me to pay interest & i have
      Conversation between me & executive in recording & messenger also.
      After that i decided to cancel my membership, will you ever want to
      Continue with liar & fake peoples never.

        I am Jiju Sankar Traveller ID 145864.
        I have not received DAE login id and password since becoming a member of jukaso journeys in Apr 17. On enquiring through e mails there has been no response whatsoever. On telephonic enquiry I have been informed on couple of occasions that it would be forwarded in a week. It's more than a month now and there has been no progress on this.

            Hi, my contract id is 46998,
            It was all fraud done to us. The promises which were made at the time of offer was not matching with the actual offer.
            We have raised the cancellation on 25th jan 2017.
            It has been assured to us that within 90 working days. But it is more than 90days we have not yet received any call or mail fron there end.
            Even after so many phone calls and mails, we have not yet receiced any reply from there end.
            We are planning to file fir against them

              Sir/Maam,

              I along with my wife was invited by journeys by jukaso's team in one of their branch office Chandigarh to explain about their membership and hotels in Dec'16. All the membership details were presented to us very nicely and was told that we can cancel membership and my amount we will be refunded after deducting some administrative charges with the assurance of one fee gift (Gold membership kit) as described in their Chandigarh office and promise it will come in January'17 But kit is not received till date.

              I made a payment of Rs. 18000 immediately and ready to pay rest amount at my home and your Chandigarh branch head told me that his representative collect the cash or cheque from my house after 2 days but no one come to collect the money. As well as no communication.

              We have to plan to go abroad in month of Feb'17 but no contact from your Chandigarh office with us and contact no of your representative is not answerable (She resigned as confirmation from her) and no
              other contact no is available with me.

              This type of exercise is showing deficiency of service.

              First mail communication is received from your office on 20-Apr-17.

              But i am unhappy with service and not interested to stuck my more money therefore I refund my amount Rs. 18000 to me.

              It is requested to kindly take action against them and help me getting all my money back

                I have purchesed the membership of your company for Chandigarh. So now when i was planning to go for holiday i ask your guys to make the hotel booking they booked Jim corbett for me. And said the we do not have hotel in Nainital so uyou have to take the paid booking under DAE program I said to make booking for me.But now they r saying that we cannot book for you as we do not have any information about your booking. Your employee at chandigarh branch Mr Sandeep Mahajanj mobile no +[protected] said that my journer staff did not inform him about us.
                He does to have manners to talk to the guests. I am sorry to say that you guys are not running a hospitality industry If feel like you are running a dhaba.

                  this is 10 yrs membership sold to me by mumbai office manager mr. Denzil in oct-2015. as per the plan total cost was rs. 105000/-.they told me, this includes gift APPLE IPAD(worth rs.20, 000) after payment of 52500/- and taken 6 PDC cheques of rs.2188/-
                  i have already paid the amount RS.52500/- in month of october-15, and 6 pdc cheques amt.2188/-also cleared. after that i was expecting my Gift, membership and other offers.
                  i recieved membership but not my gift.
                  i followed repeatedly for the gift the promised along with membership but no answer from the company, sent mails to concern persons, even ceo but instead they are just ignored. Talked to call centers they offer me something different that they are not able to provide as you have to wait as IPAD is out of stock.

                  IN short, co. tried to fool me by giving false promises. They wanted to sell product anyhow.
                  should be banned co. like this.i have gone lot of mental trauma during whole episodewant to recover my money and cancel the membership if co. not able to provide my gift.
                  please help me to get justice. i have all supporting emails exchanged.

                    Hello Respective person,

                    I request you to please cancel my membership. My Traveller ID 126518 and Contract ID: 67581 / member no :149504 with Immediate effect and I want my money back. I paid Rs 55, 000 by HDFC Bank Credit card for 3yrs membership just 20 days before.

                    Reason of cancellation: ( fake offers and commitment/ payment mode change)

                    The wrong message and commitment was conveyed to Me and my wife. We have purchased this membership on 28th april from JOURNEYS BY JUKASO, Jukaso IN(Sunder nagar).Informed by them for lucky coupons, When we reach the representative named Mohd. Shoeb there CME ID-312 entertained us and explained about JUKASO and committed which is totally fraud with customer.
                    1st fraud ( 365 DAYS FREE FACILITY OF WATER PARK WOW -DLF BASED property). According to your executive Jukaso a tie up with DLF Properties but now will check there is no such a type of facililty provide.( I have audio of executive)

                    2nd Fraud will get contract to pay total money in 24months EMI but now will massage from Bank to be paid amount in 1 shot.( Written in contract).

                    3rd Fraud They told us that FREE PASSES would be provided on celebrations of NEW YEAR AND VALENTINE DAY ETC.. But again from customer care we came to know that its not free but discounted coupons are provided, they also didn't provided correct details about (WHITE SEASON).

                    These guys are selling the membership in a very cheap and fraud way and ruining the name and fame of the company JUKASO . So, I request you to please take appropriate action to stop these false deeds and kindly cancel my membership with my paid amount.

                      I have sent mail so many times to refund my amount but they are making excuses and excuses. I have cancelled my membership with this company bcoxmz staff have made false commmittment.

                        I visited sundernagar branch jukaso hotel... They all r cheating people bye giving packages for which services are been not given at any cost... Don't fall for their words.. They r most behenchod people's.. They will neither refund ur money and would not listen to ur complaints... Owner of this company needs to b hanged for frauding with innocents people who spend their savings to them for some luxuries..

                            I would request to all if you receive any such call regarding free gift/voucher from jukaso, then please don't trust them, they call their place and force people to be a member of that and ask money immediately.
                            It's my personal experience, I have faced this so I don't want other face the same.
                            On 13/5/17, they call me by saying you have won gift voucher for collecting it visit there but once I reached there they forced me for taking the membership and asked immediately to pay about 195000 for eight years membership.

                              Sending this mail body, post getting zero response post sale deed closure from sunder nagar (Jukaso)

                              I have recently bought 5 yr. Jokaso jouney package (Contract id 68520) last week & below are the commitments discussed with the sunder nagar sales team (Richa oberoia, manik bhatia).. I would really want to enjoy this association with jukaso and would want to defiantly renew post 5 yrs however need the clarity & your due confirmation on below the commitments (Sharing for transparency) :

                              1. Total of 11 holidays in the year can be availed and 3 yrs advance holidays can also be availed

                              2. Stay, breakfast & shared site visit is free in all jukaso self property, tie ups and dae... Breakfast is the biggest issue which is really a cheating if i don't get the same atleast on jukaso and tie ups (The same has been committed verbly by all the sales team in sunder nagar)

                              3. For personal site visit - only the petrol charges will be paid by me across all types of hotels & resorts

                              4.2 vlcc vouchers of 15000 each and 1 candle light dinner on any of the jukaso delhi property - to be courier within a week at my home address

                              5. Minimum 10% discount on domestic flight booking and minimum 20% discount on international flight booking

                              6. Maximum 36 months extension of contract period, in case not able to avail full 55 holidays

                              7. Can renew the contract on the same price post 5 yrs

                              8. Dae exchange price within india/asia minimum is 800 (Per night) & maximum is 1200 (Per night)…dae exchange price outside asia is minimum 1200 (Per night) & maximum is 2400 (Per night) …apart from this price there would be no other type charge or taxes

                              9. Due to gold membership of 1 yr – the dae exchange price will be discounted & can get more number of holidays

                              10. Can travel on any season across any type of property - can book any property at peak season however need to share the formal mailer 7 days in advance for domestic and 15 days in advance for international

                              11.in case, i cancel the booking via sending email or calling the call centre before 48 hrs in advance then my count of holidays will not be deducted

                              12. If i refer any friend then per each friend who joins jukaso, the amc of 5000 would be waived off. I. E if 4 of my friend would buy the same package then the rest 20000 would also be waived off.

                              13. 50% discount lunch and dinner on all categories - self/tie ups/daes

                                This is worst company. Plan of this policy is totally bad they showing other things when they selling policy of holiday package after that the condition take different face.

                                After cancellation of policy they are not refunding total amount.
                                They are doing deduction of in my paying amount.

                                  I paid Rs17500/- on 12th Jan 2015, but when i read about the reviews & Feedbacks of Jukaso Journeys, I cancelled My Membership on 13th Jan 2015 as the employee of Jukaso Journey Said that if i cancel the membership within 10 days the whole amount will be refunded, So i did the same, but after so many follow ups i still dont get my money back.                                     Recently I have paid Rs.5000 as the token amount of the membership, they said they will convert it into membership later.In case, I don't want this membership then Rs.5000 are refundable or I can avail any hotel booking for 3 days and 2 nights.
                                    One person name Jaskaran from Jukaso Gurgaon branch has swipped my credit card and took my amount.
                                    I would request you to help me out.
                                    I have tried calling their Gurgaon hotel many times, but there is new Ginger hotel as been established replacing Jukaso.

                                      I am a member of your organisation since last one & half year. My membership detail is as follows:

                                      I have booked one studio apartment from 02/05/2017 to 04/05/2017 at nainital (Uttrakhand) for this booking they have charged me rs.5000/- which was remitted by me through neft on 29/04/2017. They have not submitted booking voucher but they assured me it will be provided on spot and i should proceeded for nainital on 01/05/2017 with my family. But after reaching there i came to know that there was no booking & no reservation in my name i immediately contacted to the staff of jukaso co. They did not replied properly and after wide discussion they make a temporary arrangement of one room at hotel vikrant which was very low standard hotel the room which aloted to us was not more then for rs.1000/-.in this connection i would like to inform you that my husband is a chief manager and my family keeps good reputation in the society, but due to your this unprofessional behaviour i faced a lot of mental disturbance and suffered financial loss of my money for rs.25000/- to 30000/- as well as precious time of my and my husband not only this my children have to bunk school. I ask you that who is responsible for this loss and who will compensate this loss.
                                      In this connection i informed you that there are 3 members of your staff who cheated me 1. Ms. Pooja who called me first time on 03/04/2017 and 2. Ms. Mamta, & 3. Mr. Hemant pandey they all have made at least 72 calls from 3/04/2017 to 03/05/2017 in my mobile.
                                      Sir, this is an organised cheating by the employees of the jukaso journey. So i request you that you should take necessary action against erring staff and reimburse my expenses.
