At the time of renewal of our package with just dail they didn't let us know what exactly was that package regarding and misguided us bt telling us it's the same as we used earlier. After the payment was made we found out about the details of the package. We have been trying to contact the executive from last 2 months but there is no response. Now we are not even getting the results we want as well as the package was a total waste of money for us.

    I have searched for some centre got the number from Just Dial. But from that moment I am getting continuous calls from different centre's asking whether I searched for that service. Please stop this. Getting irritated.

      Respected sir I am Naresh purohit from Balaji garments, srirampuram bangalore.
      On date 28.9.22 a call came to me regarding b2b service and fixed a appointment on date 30.9.22 with a executive Mr.Vivek ([protected]) at my place he explained a plan to me.i had choosed a national listing plan for which I paid 2 months deposit 7080 inclusive of GST.after that my 1st ECS was debited on 12.10.22 of Rs 3540 after that 2nd ecs debited on 10.11.22 after 2 days debition of my 2nd ecs I was not happy with the services provided by justdial and called justdial they convinced me to take a Karnataka state plan leaving national listing again on date 17.11.22 Mr Vivek have come to my premises and explained a plan of Karnataka listing I had agreed for that and paid 4720 as cash told me that every month rs 4720 will be debited as ECS mandate again on date 1.12.22 rs 8259 debited then I called mr.vivek, Ms Indira, Ms stefy (manager) no body responded me at call then I visited to the premises but they told me that there is server error of all Justdial panindia

      I request Justdial team to revert my full amount refund of 27139 Rs which was debited because not a single customer attended and I got service from 14.10.22 to 20.11.22 for 1 month and 7 days so I request Justdial team to revert my amount ASAP

          Gaurav Banduni sold me a package of justdial on 22.11.22. He charged amount for full year from my credit card and informed that he has converted it in NO COST EMI. i.e, I will be charged @ 3540/- per month. On my 1st month credit card bill, i found extra charges of Rs 340/-. If it continues for 12 months, i have been charged extra by approx Rs 4, 000/-. I raised the issue with the company via email dated 3.12.22 as well as raised issue in grievances in their app. But all in vain. There is no response from the company or their marketing executive till date. It appears that they all are happy that they succeeded in making fool of one more person. It appears that the company's target is to earn money by making fool of the customers.

            I am getting too many calls from vendors, when asked they mentioned they got my number from Just dial. I don't recall sharing any information with just dial at all. Please remove my number

                I, P. Santhoshini had a request to stop my ECS deduction as I cancelled the agreement towards Justdial, the request was accepted and a message saying ' your request towards to stop ECS deduction is accepted ", but later Just dial had started their ECS..., My problem is not resolved . Inspite of many requests to executives, they r not stoping ECS deduction..., Please help me to resolve my problem and kindly guide many others with the same issue .

                  I have just contract but now I want to cancel my contact in-between because of some financial crises but just dial not cancelling, but at the registration time marketing executive was committing that whenever you want to quit you can but now just dial asking for proof for those commitment.

                      Took 3 months advance and deducted 1 ECS without starting service on time. Later we kept complaining for 1 month but even after constant complaints UNETHICALLY deducted another ECS.

                      Promised 90 leads a day and got only 15 leads in 2 months, all FAKE. Posted FAKE reviews and ratings, and asking for money to improve those ratings. Also not allowing to take down the ads and not giving refund.

                      WE ARE GOING TO LODGE POLICE COMPLAIN FOR FRAUD. Sales person stopped picking calls and customer care didnt call back.

                      Fraud company and we will go to social media and tag Amitabh Bacchan to respond as he is brand ambassador for this fraud brand.

                        Just dial took 3 months advance and 1 ECS first without starting service. Even after constantly compalining on thier customer care FOR 1 MONTH they did not cancel my service and took ANOTHER ECS PAYMENT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.

                        Till today we have complained at multiple forums but no refund and no leads either. At the time of contract promised 90 leads a day and we have till now seen 14 leads in 2 months all FAKE. Sales person stopped picking calls, customer care not giving call backs.

                        I would like to lodge a Police and consumer forum complain for FRAUD.

                            We are newly registered customer of just dial, before registration your sales executive had tell us that just dial take 2 months money as advance and we neend to pay extra of one month to get started ( and without knowing us they have make us sign on cheque which is for deduction of money from bank account ), why did he do this without telling us.
                            Now the main problem is we have done payment for 3 months and your team has closed our service in 20 days only

                            (Is 20 days is one month for your company)

                            They are repeatedly calling us for payment but with this experience we are loosing interest in JUSTDIAL because why our service get stop even before 1 month ??? No one is telling is

                            What your executive have promised that whenever we want to close we get services for next two months as well but now he is denying.

                            This is just ridiculous your sales executive and all whoever calling us making a very poor image of JUSTDIAL
                            We have some subcontractors who also want to take but we are not going to recommend just dial to anyone anymore... There are other websites as well who are providing the same facility.

                            I am writing this mail from registered JUSTDIAL email and sharing contact of sales person +[protected], Sani ...

                            Also let me tell you one thing that from your office we are getting call to make payment but when we ask them how much we have money in our account they say about 7000 and when we ask them that why our service has stopped they say to make payment.

                            Could you imagine the situation, if you all people are going to buy something from market then next person say like this how you will feel about that person/company. Here we feel the same about just dial

                              Hi,

                              It is very harassing that your marketing team is completely unresponsive and unsupportive. The guys Vinay Singh & Raj Shree Saxena who have sourced my contract are least bothered to receive my calls and to ensure that the contract gets activated.

                              It's been over a month that payment has been deducted from my account but not a single lead hasn't come. I have lost confidence in Just Dial and for sure will not be recommending it for business to any of my acquaintances in fact would actively discourage them if they were thinking of going for Just Dial.

                              Though I had already given these documents to Vinay Singh at the time of sourcing my case and have uploaded them again through the link that I received today from your call centre.

                              I would prefer to get a complete refund of the entire amount deducted from my bank account and if there is any hiccup in that then please ensure that the contract gets activated and I start getting leads tomorrow.

                              I would like to escalate my experience with the senior management team of just dial so that other customers are not harassed the way I am being harassed.

                                we are named as sumeet graphics - Lower Parel, and named as orchid graphics - Thane, our both companies are registered with your company for yearly Package basis for just dial daily enquiry, for our graphic designing and offset printing business from 01 March 2020.

                                Our both companies monthly ECS is Rs. 1180/-.respectively.

                                from March 2020 to october 2020, our monthly ECS are cleared, but we are not getting any enquiries and any business. But from november 2020, we could not pay ECS due to corona pandemic situation. Our ECS has been bounced.

                                After so many request, now our ECS has been stopped.

                                Now we are requesting to you pls refund our money back (because you have not giving us service) or send us business enquiries for those months ( from March 2020 to october 2020 ) which we have already paid the ECS.

                                and for this refund, we have mailed you so many times and even called you on customer care no. But unfortunately, no one has called us, and even no mailed response. This is very ridiculous that we are following you from last august 2020 for same thing.

                                We ensure, that you can understand the situation and pls refund ASAP.

                                So i hape you will take fast action.

                                        I have requested stop ECS as well as stop profile/ deactivate profile on the 30th of Nov 2022. This month also amount debited from account despite my request to stop services. I also asked to refund my 2 month advance.
