I had enrolled for JustDial subscription through ECS mandate on 12/10/2022 for my shop Shree Vishnu Enterprise. The enrollment was done via JustDial agent Mr Dipanjan Paul (Mob: [protected]). He had promised to hand-deliver all the agreement documents as well as provide copies of all the signed documents within three working days. But till date, no documents have been delivered to me. The agent is not responding to my telephone calls. JustDial is also not responding to the grievances.

On feeling unsatisfied with the service and due to recent financial constraints, JustDial was requested via email on 04/01/2023 and 11/01/2023 to cancel the service as well as to cancel the ECS mandate.

But till date, the requests have not been paid heed. The company only informs via telephone call that the service cannot be cancelled. They refuse to give anything in writing. The company has been deducted Rs 2359.00 on 17/01/2023 from my bank account using the ECS mandate even after the cancellation request.

I purchase a plan from justdial for my business ACCUPRESSURE HEALTH CARE CENTER YAMUNANAGAR.
I want to close the service.but just dial team not supported me and deduct emi of 1475 rs every month.on time of purchase i give 3 month advance emi.i want my service to be stop and refund my advance

I start the package from Just dial Ltd in November paid 4720 INR to Justdial company executive given false commitment regarding proper lead delivery from next week after the payment he is not responding the call after 15 days your team change the executive he stared my package an take 2360 INR again 1 new ECS now I'll pay total 7080 INR still my package would be activated but single lead not recieved from Justdial from last 2 month your whole management known about this issue I'll share approx 7-8 mails to higher to lower management but i think all are cheater working in this company. You are wasting my precious 2 month an taken my money also but no one responded really worst management in Justdial i definitely not recommended to any one go with Justdial

I have enquired for plumber and I received call from one plumber Sharuk and he was told me we are from Justdial we received your request and he came for work before work he request for advance amount and we provided him and he was told to us will come back taking material but after that he was not came and my number is put in block list and all.

Please raise complaint as well as please provide me the registration details on mail id [protected]@gmail.com of plumber Sharuk - [protected] I need to raise FYI against him.

Dear sir/mam,

I am ankit gupta and I registered my business on just dial in dec 2022. As per the executive that visited me (named vishal), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month . I took the risk as I was starting my business and gave him the cheque. The amount got deducted from my account in january starting. I started getting leads.

Executive (Vishal) told me that we can unsubcribe your subscription at any point of time but he have never told me for the same.now even when i need him to visit in my office for my business purpose neither company persons are responding nor vishal.

The worst part is, the just dial executive got my signature on the ECS form telling me that it will be an EMI for 3 months.

Hi Team,
I would like to resolve an ongoing issue with your service. I've already paid Rs 3540 and EMI
Of Rs 1180. I was offered a different plan and without my consent a completely different service was activated and I'm paying for something that was not agreed. I want to cancel the entire subscription, I'm completely dissatisfied with the service offered by your representative, I'm chasing to get this sorted and getting false promises.

me was the victim of just dial company and worst service ever seen in 21 century being listed company in stock market .

you can see your performance
be a service oriented company
ceo not suitable to run business start begging business'.
do not use india base platform or advertise company any more .

respond immediate or l will record video and post on social media

my story and well feedback and suggestions not to involve in just dial any of the products now onwards

just dial is fraud company and hiring lot of sales men and girls for trapping small business owners by telling nice and polite story and none of the plan will work in business' expansion.

marketing team is pressurized to buy plan and after that no service provided and only you will get call for upgradation only

For 2 years just dial has been calling me at least once a week asking for some amisha investments, which I have nothing to do with

I have told them dozens of times they have the wrong number and to update their system but they do not

this is harassment!

I owner “Belgaum Light Blocks” has requested just dail to stop ECS as firm is already closed. I made this request on 17th December 2022 to the executive named Nagesh and he suggested me to make pending payment, also he tolled will do call back after 10 mins to confirm the payment. But I did not received any call back and after few days I called just dail and everyone said the case with Nagesh and he need to resolve and call back will be arranged from Nagesh but I did not get any call back, mean while I come to knew that just dail did not received any payment. I collected mail id [protected]@justdail.com later [protected]@justdail.com and forwarded payment receipt details but after two days I got the message in inbox stating RECEPIENT EMAIL SYSTEM REFUSED ACCEPT A CONNECTION. Just 2 days back Nagesh spoke with me and he gave me his mail address nagesh.[protected]@justdail.com and even after two days inbox stating RECEPIENT EMAIL SYSTEM REFUSED ACCEPT A CONNECTION. I even mailed from my alternate email after suggestion from Mr Nagesh again same messages appearing. I requested him to arrange any local executive so that I can handover my payment receipt but I am not getting any confirmation. Last two executives I already conveyed if your simply making rounds around executives and not stopping ECS, I need to reach local CONSUMER FORUM COURT to get stop ECS

I’m getting so many calls from Just Dial even though i have asked them to stop calling me, and hundreds of landline numbers from where they call. Please ask them to STOP CALLING ME FOREVER. NO SERVICE IS REQUIRED.
They have registered my number against some restarurnt I have told them so many times that this number does not belong to any restaurent, Please do not call, but I think they do not care about my request.

2 months doen payment ecs was cut by @justdial for a contract with my company
We stopped contract as justdial was not able to provide said leads
Two month downpayment contract was activated as we had already paid for it
Now suddently after 10 days (50 days remaining) again justdial has stopped sending leads
Ofcourse the leads thru all this period have been almost useless, but atleast they can be true to their words
Area manager is not responding anymore
And justdial is not ready to provide refund as well
Please stop fooling customers in name of contract if you cant fulfil the requirements that you promise @Justdial

I made a agreement to justdial within 15 days i asked to stop the service due to irrelevant and spam services i was getting and i clearly mentioned. No ECS to be triggered to my bank account . Even after that they trigerred the ECS for 6 times in 25 day period and now if i ask them they say we are not responsible as future ECS has been stopped now i got a deduction of Rs.3500 from my bank due to ECS Failure. Which i many times informed the company to stop the procedure from 15th day of commencement and they took deposit of 9720/- and now they wont even return the deposit and now they are saying we cant give the money back. In these past 35 days i am mentally disturbed so much and bearing the penalties from my bank of 3500Rs. Which is not acceptable

At the time of renewal of our package with just dail they didn't let us know what exactly was that package regarding and misguided us bt telling us it's the same as we used earlier. After the payment was made we found out about the details of the package. We have been trying to contact the executive from last 2 months but there is no response. Now we are not even getting the results we want as well as the package was a total waste of money for us.

I have searched for some centre got the number from Just Dial. But from that moment I am getting continuous calls from different centre's asking whether I searched for that service. Please stop this. Getting irritated.

On date 28.9.22 a call came to me regarding b2b service and fixed a appointment on date 30.9.22 with a executive Mr.Vivek ([protected]) at my place he explained a plan to me.i had choosed a national listing plan for which I paid 2 months deposit 7080 inclusive of GST.after that my 1st ECS was debited on 12.10.22 of Rs 3540 after that 2nd ecs debited on 10.11.22 after 2 days debition of my 2nd ecs I was not happy with the services provided by justdial and called justdial they convinced me to take a Karnataka state plan leaving national listing again on date 17.11.22 Mr Vivek have come to my premises and explained a plan of Karnataka listing I had agreed for that and paid 4720 as cash told me that every month rs 4720 will be debited as ECS mandate again on date 1.12.22 rs 8259 debited then I called mr.vivek, Ms Indira, Ms stefy (manager) no body responded me at call then I visited to the premises but they told me that there is server error of all Justdial panindia

I request Justdial team to revert my full amount refund of 27139 Rs which was debited because not a single customer attended and I got service from 14.10.22 to 20.11.22 for 1 month and 7 days so I request Justdial team to revert my amount ASAP

I have been trying to stop there services for last two months. There post selling customer service is very bad . No benefit in with the paid subscription. Stop it asap.

Gaurav Banduni sold me a package of justdial on 22.11.22. He charged amount for full year from my credit card and informed that he has converted it in NO COST EMI. i.e, I will be charged @ 3540/- per month. On my 1st month credit card bill, i found extra charges of Rs 340/-. If it continues for 12 months, i have been charged extra by approx Rs 4, 000/-. I raised the issue with the company via email dated 3.12.22 as well as raised issue in grievances in their app. But all in vain. There is no response from the company or their marketing executive till date. It appears that they all are happy that they succeeded in making fool of one more person. It appears that the company's target is to earn money by making fool of the customers.
