JustDial.com — Fraud services and claim refund of my paid amount

Company sales person Mr. parth alanay visited my office to explain about Justdial and its services. He promised me to give a website and a digital catalogue on Justdial platform. plan started from June 2022. my plan amount was 24000+gst in which EMI was 2360. since today 3rd September 2022 he has not visited my place to give any of above services nor stopped my contract though i called a lot of time to him and respective company Justdial so many a times. They are not ready to stop my plan which is ECS based contract. up till now i was getting fake leads which I already complained many a times to Justdial toll free number, but didn't got good support. up till now my ECS was being deducted from my company's current account.
but on 3rd September 2022 company sales person Mr. sunny parekh contacted me and explained well about company and its services again but he told me that i didn't got business because old sales person had not put the keywords properly in my Justdial profile that was the reason I was not getting business. (which was totally a fault of company sales person Mr. parth alanay). after all discussion Mr. sunny told me to upgrade my plan from 24000+gst to 36000+gst so my EMI was now of 3540. so i trusted him n gave him cheque of the same amount and from now my ECS would be deducted from my provided UPI id to him.
But on date 7th september compan deducted 2360 from my upi id and on 9th they cleared the cheque of 3540 provided by me.

so total amount paid by me till today is 4720*1=4720, 2360*4 =9440 & 3540*1=3540
so total amount is 17700. deducted by company from m account.

as per their promised they didn't provided me any single service and nor they are stopping my contract.

i would like to file a complain on name of JUSTDIAL.LTD and i would like to claim refund total amount of Rs.17700

Hello team,
As I discussed with your sales person or area manager Mr Honey Singh ([protected]) and Mr Pawan([protected]).
They came at my office Lifefresh Water solutions O-38 vijay vihar Uttam Nagar New Delhi -110059.
He assured me we will selling you this JD mart lead based plan which give you every day 5 guaranteed leads and monthly price of this plan is 3000/- with 2 months advance payment with rs 7080/- through online directly from your portal and assured me after advance payment done we will activate all facilities like-domain/hosting, Google seo, kyc, social media promotion etc. After the advance payment and edc not deducted before this activation.

Now, from my account they without my permission e mandate from my account and deducted the EDC and plan is not active.
No one pickup my calls and updated me.
Now, I am harrassment from this situation please raised the action on this person and take necessary action against the both person.
Immediately basis please deactivate my edc or plan and refund of full amount otherwise I will discuss with advocate for the same do the needful in favour of me.

I am getting calls from Just dial 5-10 times a day. Every time it's from a new number. Despite requesting their team to delete my number or put me in a no call list there has been no help.
Please take action against this company.

Hi purchased just dial subscription for my dental clinic for one year for more than 23000rs 2 month back . I was promised first position in certain keywords, one one major keyword given as first position till now. I was told that through back end team other keywords will be made available, till date has been no response to my continuous complaints and requests to the management . I have requested to end my subscription and get refund, this also has not been done . I have asked many times but no one replies.

Just dial service not upkeeping the offers they made me before closing their sale with me. Their service agent approached me in my office and they made me to take 5 services for different districts by conveying false informations and offers. They told me that ECS can be stopped any time after 3 months period . They contiue the ESC despite my request to close it.

Now, non of the Just dial agents are responding to my complaints and calls

This clearly indicae that Just dial is just making mony by cheating its customers.

I have registered with Justdial company for starting my new business. Few months later loss on my business and closed. But in justdial there is no option for stopping my ECS due. I tried to call and stopping the ECS money deducting but there is no response for sopping the justidal side. I tried many time and submitted email and contact to the justdial customer but there is no response and still struggling getting my deducting amount in my account i still upset. There is no solution.

Next time and bond of agreement will be send but the truth is no bond nor Leads Is generated today 13/10/2020 after long requesting and please just dial customer send me payment receipt but relationship manager mr.sai he is not lifting my call just putting my hold on call
When i raise a issue of no leads they keep on delaying this tomorrow it will be activated . please sir/ma'am take necessary action against Justdial

Sir mere pass just dial.com se (Gunjan Sharma) call ki related to job & she is offering me Jindal steel power plant Hawra location .
She told me 5k pay for file processing charges.
I have pay 5k
But some time later she told me 10k pay for hr signature. I have pay but she continue demand payment now till date I have pay 1 lakh 5 thousand .
She is don’t return my payment and don’t gating my job Id and call latter and joining date .

Last october 2021, A person from justdial ( Mr .Vignesh with Phone number [protected]) visited me and made me get a 1 year contract with justdial to avail their services . He told me after One year, No ECS will be Deducted . Also he told me I can cancel the contract anytime after 6 month payments .

So I paid him Rs.3, 540/- on 25th October 2021 and after that till september 2022, I have been paying ECS of Rs.1, 770/-.

In the meantime after 6 month payment, I opted to cancel the services many times via justdial app .And a lady called me in regards to this, and spoke to convince me, but i told i want to cancel my services and then she told me they service will be cancelled in 3 months, but didnt get cancelled .

Even now in the month september 2022, i opted to cancel the service, Stop ECS request 3 times, But each time after a day i give stop ECS request, i received the message from justdial as 'Dear Customer, As per our recent discussion & agreement terms, your ECS stands continued. We look forward to having a strong business relationship in days to come. Regards Justdial'
But the True fact is no one called me from justdial, but they have falsely mentioned it as they have discussed it with me . (I can provide the call register in regards to this )

Even if I call Vignesh (The marketing manager who visited me for the first time with Ph no.[protected]) he tells me, you can call [protected] and tell the fact of a one year contract and stop ECS problem, so that they will cancel immediately . ( I can give call record of this )

Also another person calls me from Justdial and tells i have unutilsied balance of Rs.20000 /-( Rough figure ) in my justdial account and asks me to pay another Rs.5000( * Rough Figure ) for upgrading the plan, so that he will help to cancel the ECS immediately . He also tells me that No one will cancel the ECS with justdial without staff support . ( I also have a call record in regards to this ) . From this call, it's understable that if I pay Rs.5000 they will cancel the ECS of Rs.1770/, otherwise their customers have to pay the ECS till their death.

So I am writing this mail, So that Justdial will cancel my ECS with immediate Effect and stop this Nonsense of Cheating.

Terminate of contract for the Reason being False Commitment from justdial, So Discontinue the service immediately and stop ECS.

Please consider this as my final written statement request and cancel the service with immediate effect . Or if 3 months notice is required, treat this as written notice for the same .

Otherwise As a person affected because of you, I may take Legal action in Consumer Court with all available proof with me to cancel the services with Costs incurred for legal action and compensation for mental agony and recovery o[censored]nutilized cash balance available with you .

This is to inform you that, last Saturday dated 8th Oct'22 I had a talk with your senior executive, Mr. Shiva, where I informed him that I was cheated by one of the travel agents named, Mr. Mahesh Purty ( whose details I received from Just dial only ) . I just need to inform you one thing that whenever I travel somewhere I took help from Just Dial . I had a blind faith in you for every booking starting from car, fooding lodging ...everything . This time also I paid the advance to that person by only believing in the brand like just Dial .
But this time you prove me totally wrong and really feel hopeless service of you . The day when I understood that I was cheated badly by that person I called straight to your agent . That person gave me wrong information that he had made a complaint against that person and I will receive a call from your side . I waited for 7 days . Finally when I didn't receive any call from you, I called further and had a talk with the person named Shiva . As per communication with him you have already blocked that person from just Dial . Can you provide me any proof for the same ? My payment details and that person's visiting card are also attached for your reference .
I will be very much obliged if you take any action against that person and take any initiative to refund me back my money .

Hi, I have started services when our executive started follow me day and night to take the service and make payment.

I was sure that you people can not provide the services which I need. However they initiated a contract without my consent sign or any stamp,

Also they told me that this is monthly subscription so you may cancel it anytime to get your refund. I made the payment on false commitment, Then they created my account after almost 20 days. Even after that they put wrong information in that,

Then I tried to contact to them but the executive Ambika, RM Rachit Saxsena and the person over the phone claimed from ECS deportment name Nisha started telling me that the services can not be stopped or cancel and no refund will be made to you.

I request that I do not need your services. But still they started forcing me that services can not be cancelled. Now they stopped picking my call. In my profile there is nothing but a false office photo and a small description of the company.

After informing them to cancel my ECS they deduct money from account so overall I have paid INR 14156 without geting anything but a fake profile of the company online.

if people can see this then please stay away from just dial if you are looking for leads.

Various employees of just dial have stolen my money through the means of cheating/misguiding. They have initiated my ECS and are not stopping it now.

Justdial theft my business details and customer reviews and ratings also from google. They listing my details on their web page without my concern. I checked it. All those details are gathered from google site only. Through that details, they are calling me for to give business assistance. I told them I don’t need their assistance and I’m not interested on Justdial. But, they are not give up. They keep on calling me and irritating me till date. Great thieves they are.

Hello, My name is balram Sharma. I took a plan on Justdial on 7/09/22. I gave them amount of 4800. But they have not provided me leads till 20th of September. I called their customer support many time. At last they provide me leads for 2 days. Later they ask for next installment within 2 days. I refused to pay installment as I have not received leads for almost 14 days. Now my installment bounce. I got charged for that from bank. Now they have almost 10k in their balance but not even providing me leads for my that money. Now i wnt to cancel that plan and want my money back. Please help me.

one of your executive employee NEERAJ provided me the fake information about pin codes and keywords. I told him to provide me the keyword BANQUET HALL in the top 5 positions in selected areas alambagh, transport nagar, krishna nagar, manas nagar but he provided the 5 STAR BANQUET HALL and MARRIAGE LAWN which no one search anywhere and we don't provide marriage lawn service.
i know very well the value of keywords thats why i told him many times
that i want only BANQUET HALL keyword and he promise me that it will but it's almost 1 month over and still the keyword is not working. I am not
in the top 50s. i paid 20500/- for fake information given by just dial team.

I need the proper information regarding this and total refund with interest.
and take a strict legal action against the fake information given to me.
