My self owner of s.k trading company i had add my bussiness in justdial in free listing after 1 year i had a call to register and i was also told that i can quit any time from paid listing so i discontined but call centre are hassaring day and night by call to aging register in paid listing

Justdial convinced for b2b services for which I have paid 2 months advance amount of 7080 after that 1st ecs debited of 3540 2nd ecs 3540 I told them to stop ecs they again convinced me for upgradation of plan and took 4720 cash and debited rongky ecs of 8259 instead of 4720 nobody is responding me correctly help me.

Whenever i browse for something i get call from justdial vendors. I earlier raised this will google also and then said Just dial is sharing my number to all vendors.

Just now i received multiple calls from vendors while just casually browsing something.

Hi,

I have taken a package for promoting my business with Just Dial.com but even after payment I have not received a single lead.

They seems to be fooling innocent people and taking money in the name of giving leads. Whenever we call their call centre they have multiple reasons and excuses of telling why your package hasn't been activated.

I feel harassed by just dial...please help me in getting my refund.

I was asked to pay 2months advance and an eco form was signed so that they can debit further payment from January onward. But they started pulling funds in November itself. Did you activate my account. Also they are not giving the refund of initial advance payment done by me. I have been cheated by Just Dial Executive (Binata +[protected] and her manager. 2 महीने पहले मुझे दीपेश सिंह राजपूत का फोन आया था।
दीपेश सिंह राजपूत जस्ट डायल में दलाली का काम करता हैं। जो की ग्राहकों को चुना लगाने का काम करता हैं।
दीपेश सिंह राजपूत के बारे में मैने पहले भी कंप्लेंट किया था लेकिन जस्ट डायल ने कोई कारवाही नहीं किया।
जस्ट डायल ने मेरे साथ फ्रॉड किया हैं 7080 रूपए का । और पैसा रिफंड नही मिला हैं इसके पहले भी मैने कंज्यूमर फोरम पे कंप्लेंट किया था लेकिन कोई भी संतोषजनक उत्तर प्राप्त नहीं हुआ।

માનનીય સહેબ ને જાણવાનું કે કેટલા ટાઇમ થી ચંદન ભાઈ નો ફોન આવતો હતો પછી મેં જે રીતે એમને મારી પાસે વાત કરી પછી તમારી સેર્વીસ ચાલુ કરવા હું સહમત થયો તારીખ ૧૮/૧૦/૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ ચેક રકમ ૪૭૨૦ ૨ મહિના નું પેહલા જ ચેક આપવાની વાત કરી મેં આપી દીધો મારી જોડે આવી વાત થઇ હતી તમે અત્યરે ચેક આપી દો ૧૫ દિવસ પ્રોસેસ માં થશે ત્યાં સુધી તમારી ૧૦-૧૧-૨૦૨૨ ની આસપાસ ચેક ભારાવીસ ત્યારે તમારી સર્વીસ પણ હું રૂબરૂ આવીને ચાલુ કરી આપીશ આજે ૨૩-૧૧-૨૦૨૨ થઇ હજી તમારા ત્યાં થી કોઈ પણ સપોર્ટ મળ્યો નહિ કે સર્વિસ ચાલુ નથી થઇ મારું ચેક રુપયા ૪૭૨૦ તારીખ ૨/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ નારોજ કપાઈ ગયા જે મારા જોડે ૧૦/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ ના રોજ ભરવાની વાત થઇ હતી ચંદન ભાઈ અને ફેઈજાન ભાઈ જોડે કેટલી વાર વાત કરવા અને મેસેજ માં વાત કરવાનો ટ્રાય કર્યો પણ કોઈ રિસ્પોન્સ ક જવાબદારી ના લીધી એમનું કામ હતું મારું ચેક થી રકમ લેવાની પછી એ લોકો ની કોઈ જવાબદારી નથી મારા જોડે કોને કઈ વાત કરી હતી તેનું રેકોડીંગ છે ચંદન ભાઈ અને ફેઈજાન ભાઈ કોઈ ફોન કે મેસેજ ના જવાબ નથી આપતા મારા ચેક ની રકમ કાપી ગઈ કોઈ સર્વીસ ચાલુ નથી થઇ ૧ મહિનો થઇ ગયો તો તમે ચેક કઈ રીતે ભર્યો, નામ ની સર્વિસ મારી સાથે ફ્રોડ કરીને ચેક લઇ ગયા છો આવા કર્મચારી વિશે સખત પગલા લો નહિ તો મારે કંપની અને આ ૨ કર્મચારી પર કાયદાકીય કાર્યવાહી કરવી પડશે અને મારી રકમ મને પછી આપો મને તમારી આવી સર્વિસ ની આશા નતી અને હવે મારે લેવી બી નથી, મને રીફંડ જોઈએ છે નહિ તો હું તમામ સબુત સાથે કોર્ટ માં કંપની અને કર્મચારી પેર કાયદા કિય કેસ કરીશ .

Telecalling Executive Shalini in call and Marketing executive Midhun Kumar visited my shop and both promised me Top 5 package 1st position was vacant and i can buy the position, paid 20000 rupees for that now my position in search was 3rd and 5th, both are fraud, dont trust justdial.com and their executives

After searching in just dial am getting too many calls. I need to stop sharing my number

Daily receiving 3 calls from justdial for updation, as am not running my business. Have given an update as i have permanantly closed my business.its a month and calls from justdial is frustating they keep on calling me for an update for months

Justdial executives have forged my signature and started ECS which i did not sign up for. This fraud company kept deducting my payment which i did not sign up for 2 months after i complained and stopped only after that. Now this thug company is not returning my deposit.

We want to stop ECS as we have closed our business(Smart Accountant). We have called many times to customer care but didn't get any reply. Our assigned person of Justdial blocked our number. We didn't get any response from him. We have sent too many email to Justdial but didn't get any response. Every time they sent one link to stop ECS but this link is not working.
Kindly help us.
