I, P. Santhoshini had a request to stop my ECS deduction as I cancelled the agreement towards Justdial, the request was accepted and a message saying ' your request towards to stop ECS deduction is accepted ", but later Just dial had started their ECS..., My problem is not resolved . Inspite of many requests to executives, they r not stoping ECS deduction..., Please help me to resolve my problem and kindly guide many others with the same issue .

I have just contract but now I want to cancel my contact in-between because of some financial crises but just dial not cancelling, but at the registration time marketing executive was committing that whenever you want to quit you can but now just dial asking for proof for those commitment.

I had accessed the justdial website owing to a search result for a contact number in the morning. After that till 1pm I have received 3 calls from 3 different people asking for personal details. I have not given any permission to the site to use my mobile number at all.

Took 3 months advance and deducted 1 ECS without starting service on time. Later we kept complaining for 1 month but even after constant complaints UNETHICALLY deducted another ECS.

Promised 90 leads a day and got only 15 leads in 2 months, all FAKE. Posted FAKE reviews and ratings, and asking for money to improve those ratings. Also not allowing to take down the ads and not giving refund.

WE ARE GOING TO LODGE POLICE COMPLAIN FOR FRAUD. Sales person stopped picking calls and customer care didnt call back.

Fraud company and we will go to social media and tag Amitabh Bacchan to respond as he is brand ambassador for this fraud brand.

Just dial took 3 months advance and 1 ECS first without starting service. Even after constantly compalining on thier customer care FOR 1 MONTH they did not cancel my service and took ANOTHER ECS PAYMENT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL.

Till today we have complained at multiple forums but no refund and no leads either. At the time of contract promised 90 leads a day and we have till now seen 14 leads in 2 months all FAKE. Sales person stopped picking calls, customer care not giving call backs.

I would like to lodge a Police and consumer forum complain for FRAUD.

I had searched for pet shops and grooming services around me and wanted a number of a particular store. Since then i have been receiving calls from unknown people and have been irritated by the same. Please help with the issue as soon as possible.

We are newly registered customer of just dial, before registration your sales executive had tell us that just dial take 2 months money as advance and we neend to pay extra of one month to get started ( and without knowing us they have make us sign on cheque which is for deduction of money from bank account ), why did he do this without telling us.
Now the main problem is we have done payment for 3 months and your team has closed our service in 20 days only

(Is 20 days is one month for your company)

They are repeatedly calling us for payment but with this experience we are loosing interest in JUSTDIAL because why our service get stop even before 1 month ??? No one is telling is

What your executive have promised that whenever we want to close we get services for next two months as well but now he is denying.

This is just ridiculous your sales executive and all whoever calling us making a very poor image of JUSTDIAL
We have some subcontractors who also want to take but we are not going to recommend just dial to anyone anymore... There are other websites as well who are providing the same facility.

Also let me tell you one thing that from your office we are getting call to make payment but when we ask them how much we have money in our account they say about 7000 and when we ask them that why our service has stopped they say to make payment.

Could you imagine the situation, if you all people are going to buy something from market then next person say like this how you will feel about that person/company. Here we feel the same about just dial

It is very harassing that your marketing team is completely unresponsive and unsupportive. The guys Vinay Singh & Raj Shree Saxena who have sourced my contract are least bothered to receive my calls and to ensure that the contract gets activated.

It's been over a month that payment has been deducted from my account but not a single lead hasn't come. I have lost confidence in Just Dial and for sure will not be recommending it for business to any of my acquaintances in fact would actively discourage them if they were thinking of going for Just Dial.

Though I had already given these documents to Vinay Singh at the time of sourcing my case and have uploaded them again through the link that I received today from your call centre.

I would prefer to get a complete refund of the entire amount deducted from my bank account and if there is any hiccup in that then please ensure that the contract gets activated and I start getting leads tomorrow.

I would like to escalate my experience with the senior management team of just dial so that other customers are not harassed the way I am being harassed.

Please confirm action on this.

we are named as sumeet graphics - Lower Parel, and named as orchid graphics - Thane, our both companies are registered with your company for yearly Package basis for just dial daily enquiry, for our graphic designing and offset printing business from 01 March 2020.

Our both companies monthly ECS is Rs. 1180/-.respectively.

from March 2020 to october 2020, our monthly ECS are cleared, but we are not getting any enquiries and any business. But from november 2020, we could not pay ECS due to corona pandemic situation. Our ECS has been bounced.

After so many request, now our ECS has been stopped.

Now we are requesting to you pls refund our money back (because you have not giving us service) or send us business enquiries for those months ( from March 2020 to october 2020 ) which we have already paid the ECS.

and for this refund, we have mailed you so many times and even called you on customer care no. But unfortunately, no one has called us, and even no mailed response. This is very ridiculous that we are following you from last august 2020 for same thing.

We ensure, that you can understand the situation and pls refund ASAP.

So i hape you will take fast action.

Idiscontinued Just Dial service in May 2022 but still the amount has constantly deducting from my account there is no support from Just Dial company, please contact on [protected]

Till date my ECS not stop. I already complin but not resolve. My last complin id JustDial.com Complaint Status Update [ID: 3350569].
You not stop ECS. Than Consumer court is last option for me.

I have requested for stop ECS for my profile and deactivate my business profile with Just dial.. But they are not returning the 2 months advance deposited by me despite my request for stopping my profile

I have requested stop ECS as well as stop profile/ deactivate profile on the 30th of Nov 2022. This month also amount debited from account despite my request to stop services. I have been receiving atleast 3 calls per day from different numbers when I have specifically mentioned that I am not interested and they are literally harrassing to upgrade my package

Due to the information given in past about my mobile number +91- [protected] on the name of Alzebo Restaurant at Ahmadabad, Gujarat which is already shut down 8 years before I received many calls a rising to me so, please unsubscribe me in just dial. So please cancel my subscription to just dial i should not get any calls from just dial and i have got all the information in the just dial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial.

Executive Asif came from Justdail for promotions and took 9440 rupees on 16th November 2022 saying that they will activate the account and do promotions about my business on or before 30th of November but still I haven’t received anything as such till 4th of December 2022 when I called to enquire about the same, they informed there is a problem with bank account and sent 2 forms to sign which I did again when I called for the update they said signature miss match and till now it’s not activated now I’m asking for refund even for that they are denying I don’t want to continue with Justdail anymore they should activate it for the amount what I have paid or refund my money is what I need kindly help

I am getting messages from unknown numbers just after getting OTP from just dial.. I found it highly insecure

My self owner of s.k trading company i had add my bussiness in justdial in free listing after 1 year i had a call to register and i was also told that i can quit any time from paid listing so i discontined but call centre are hassaring day and night by call to aging register in paid listing

Justdial convinced for b2b services for which I have paid 2 months advance amount of 7080 after that 1st ecs debited of 3540 2nd ecs 3540 I told them to stop ecs they again convinced me for upgradation of plan and took 4720 cash and debited rongky ecs of 8259 instead of 4720 nobody is responding me correctly help me.
