Hello Everyone, Just Dial Bangalore is a fraud company, they have cheated me with a huge amount, initially services was not up to the mark, so we requested them several times to improved the advertisement, since then there has been no response from there end, we sent them several reminders to cancel the ECS, but they denied that it cant be stopped upto 1 year. They bluffed us like anything. they cheated us by promising leads for business but not leads were generated.

I received call from JustDial for paid listing more than 15 times and on 10th of November I decided to check them out list my business GoogieHost and talked with a lady in JustDial and she sent me a marketing agent Mr. Abhishek Pandey for the more information and to collect payment but he directly asked for money without telling me about business opportunities or terms and services. I paid him Rs12000 in cash but after 2 hours I called up Abhishek to return my money after reading reviews on Internet but he said he is going home and return my cash tomorrow and when next day asked for money he said I submitted your cash and I didn't informed him about return. I talked with higher authorities and they assured me for better business opportunities instead of refunding my amount. Now its 1 month and I didn't received even a single click or any update for leads. I am tracking all the activities with Google Analytics and other tools available on Internet. Kindly take necessary action against them refund my cash

I have listing in justdial under a/c 'Lifestyle Solutions' Balongi, Mohali. I hired these services in the month of july. I found that the service is not satisfactory and sales agent JDA made false promises then on Aug 14th & 22nd 2014 I sent a mail to customer care for the De-activation of account & ECS. but when I got my quarterly statement from bank I was shocked to see that in-spite of deactivation they withdrew ecs amount twice in the month of july, august, sept & oct. which forced me to withdrew all the amount from bank. On 13th Oct I called the same JDA through his office on pretext to upgrade more expensive services..He(vikas kumar) comes to my office and deactivated my services from his ipad. He asked me to give the cheque for committed expensive services, when I refused he start behaving like mad and start threatening me for dire consequences and lodged a police complaint against me for breaking his ipad and start blackmailing me, but it didn't work.Then he told me that he can help me getting my money back/refund if I pay him half of amount and demand the amount in advance. I smell something wrong and refused. After it I send many e-mails to justdial but till date they are dilly delaying the matter and not refunding my money. I think justdial is cheating thousands of peoples and withdrawing money from there bank accounts or forcing them to close their bank accounts. I request you to approach the RBI/SEBI or concerned departments to ban the ECS system and PDC's for justdial services so the innocent people can't be cheated. This just dial are cheater and have cheated me by deducting my ecs from bank although my acct was closed they cheated me almost 38900 has been deducted from my account ms asmita and rubana from malad justdial are cheater 100 times mailed just dial feed back is your service is deactived now justdial will not charge you but still they charge my my company name is sharayu traders and just dial took cash and also signed ecs form for 1 yr i didnt got any business from just dial related my business infact my money is been deducted if contact just dial they say that mistake is from bank and when contacted bank the statement shows that its juatdial fraud they are just cheating people and their money i want my money return when contact just dial ms asmita says that u shout on customer care they will refund u justdial malad employee ms asmita herself says they cheat people and eat money convience them to ecs trasaction i want my money back and justdial should courier me cheque or d.d of my all the amount which is been deducted from last one and a half year for no use kindly take action and refund and take this justdial cheating tricks to media.

Dear sir, My name is velavan.I had auto electical business namely Balaji Auto Electricals at kottakuppam near by puducherry.I already contct with your customer care and request for add my cancelation.They are told to make my complaint to higher authority and cancelled quickly but still its working and this month also charged.each and every month i would pay Rs.650/- for this advertisement but only 5 messages will arrive no responsse from your customer care executive .so i kindly request to You for cancelling my advertisemnt and stop the charges.I dont want any deals with Just Dail... Justdial is robbing the hard earned money of the paid customer. I have requested them to stop all the paid services. Still the ECS is hitting the bank account after 5 months of stopping the service. There are exploiting and fooling the Indians, Robbing the money from the bank through ECS service. I called them several times but to my dismay they are still practicing these frauds. They are taking the advantage of the loop holes. They know that we so tied up with work that we wont be able to remove a whole day to run behind them. Justdial have cheated me. Really Justdail.com is a fake and has a list o[censored]n-trusted and fussy clients in there database. I contacted to justdail for Airtel Broadband connection. Some Airtel customer by this Mobile No. [protected] contacted me and dissused about Airtel Connection. I first told him to come to my location and check that service is Availabel or Not. He said Connection is availabel in my location and i filled form and paid 500/-Rupees for Modem connection on 3-Nov-2014. He said that Connection will be done in 2days. Past from 1 week that Airtel person is not receiving my call. He just took my money and Ran away. U Fussy Airtel People and Justdail.com. Suck With your ----!! inspite of Continue remiender to Stop ECS OPTION, i HAVE REGISTRED THE complain with just dial with an complain no CSNOCT14M8I4X1, but till date no one reverted . Justdail Staff Commit but the commitment is never fulfilled. this company is cheating B2B CLIENT BY GIVING THEM FALS COMMITMENT . I NEED HELP FROM YOU ALL I[censored] CAN HELP ME OUT HOW TO FILE AN LEGAL COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND THEIR STAFF . NO ONE IS READY TO TAKE INICIATIVE TO LISTEN TO OUR PROBLEM THAT WE ARE FACING WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT . just dial compnay deduct ecs for rs. 1405 without any contract.. i have mail many time, company executive have no any answer ..but no any person responding... it means that no anyone person share personal data ( credit card detail etc.) with just dial company.. you may cheat any time ...

i have signed a contract with just dial last year for banner advertisement with 1 year duration period in ludhiana .. my ad run on their portal 10-15 days, after they have update their portal and sale my banner space to other company..till dated no any response...

Every week they call me and request to hear their services .I mostly tell them not to contact for any premium services.I am happy with free listing. But still they continued calling and started canvassing me with lots of stories.So I gave them a requirement of 100 cities in India.What will be the pricing and service you people can provide me. Initially they said 15, 000rs we can provide 100 cities which ever you need in pan India and they gave me all cities list in India and told me to select 100cities.After 2 days I mailed with 100 cities (which also includes metro cities).They replied with a quotation of 23000 rs. I replied you people told me for 15k for our requirement then why you have quoted 23000rs. They called me and told we can give you at 15000rs itself.Thats system generated, We cant do anything with that.If you come to our office we can provide you the exact amount. Im not convinced with their reply and asked them to send me atleast a mail with list of 100 cities which i selected.Also mentioning 15, 000rs price and service provided for that. They hesitated to send me a formal mail.after a week I called them and enquired about the proposal, they replied we cant send any formal mail entitling those information.I said i dont need your service if you people dont send me a mail. After few hours his manager called me and explained about the reasons for not sending the mail.I have asked them to mention atleast the cities name in the mail. more than 30 mins he tried to convince me.But i dont believe these marketing guys. then he said "you have taken metro cities, did you know the value of those cities? your requirement will cost 1 lakh but you are asking for 15, 000rs .will this be a possible deal ! " I started shouting to him "did I ask you people to provide me 1lakh worth of service to 15000, I gave my requirement and you ppl gave me the quote for it and now you talk these equalities" finally he said even if you register you wont get any metro cities, even if it is registered you cant get any leads from it. These just dial marketing guys wasted my time and energy by giving fake informations.Thank God i didnt registered with the just dial(fake) company. but i will make this as big issue.I have quotation and mail conversation, even recorded the call .Planned to make post in social media with recorded call audio.This will atleast hurt just dial and eye opener for new customers of justdial. JUST DIAL, WHAT YOU PEOPLE THINK ABOUT US !? you are goin to lose your trust among people.

i had a contract signed with u. ur executive promised me that i will get so many response once i signed a contract.. in 60 days i got only 18 enquiries which was not satisfactory..i am paying 1749/- pm and the response i have got was not expected. ..the representative said per day u will get at least 10 enquiries but it dint happen..i wanted to cancel my contract so i called up in justdial customer care pune and requested to cancel it they said do whatever u want but the contract cant be cancelled. .i want the contract to be cancelled i cant afford to be paid...this my humble request to u justdial team plz help me out.. my contact no [protected] patel

I have been receiving 20 calls a day my mobile phone and land line for last 30 days as Just dial had goofed up and given my number for some restaurant. I have sent them repeated emails and calls but they just don't budge. I have complaint to TRAI and AP at vodafone but even they cant do anything to stop this harrasement. Justdial has gone from bad to worse.

justdial is very fraud company my name is pramod dalvi i joint this company on may2014 my employee id 10020814 at the interview the told me my salary would be 22k monthly and convenes will be 3500 but, , , the pay me 16k and 17k monthly and convence rs 3000 when i ask the manager ther told me that 22k its include convence ohhh i bay ipad worth rs 40k and the pay me 16k and 17k and fraud saying at the time and interview ... that's all ok but with this resone i resing on 16 july and and leave this company ... and till the dont pay my 16 days payment .. if follow this froml as 2 month but they pepole are really unprofessional and they dont know what happen with this employee mr jigar and mr sajid they both are manager ... i follow may salary problem with them last 2 month but they do telling me "ayyegi salary ayye" mujhe maile aaya he aayegi" and now they dont pick my phone .. and mr Gurjit who is boss of them he told me that salary will not come... i dont know why they telling me i wrote on resignation latter that you have personal problem and you are leaving you job... that again bull justdial is just money maker company that no future all pepole are unprofessional even HR manager ...

I am very much annoyed with the response from people at ECS department of justdial. I am raising this issue since May 2014.. I have called you so many times in this regard. Is this a govt office?

I was never told by any of your people that I have to bind with you people for certain period of time. Wht a [censored]ng logic is it anyway.. Even though I don't run a business I have to pay you people.

I don't want to use your services any longer. Bloody stop presenting ECS with immediate effect. .

I was told that I can stop using your services when ever I would like to, which makes some sense. Upon which I signed the agreement, else I would have not.

Who the hell are you to decide when can I cancel/ when not, even though I am not interested to continue using your services. How the hell on earth can you force me to continue.

The company representative from Justdial.com conveyed me that we would get daily 15-20 enquiries for the business. On 30th June 2014, high day to close the business he asked me to sign and see it for a month and then think to continue or not. I gave him cheque for one month amount only, which was converted for ECS by Justdial.com. This was acknowledged by my bank sms. Now when I complaint in Just dial customer support they denied me for stopping ECS. I know when Justdial doesn't worth it, it can't draw money from my account at wish! It seems from multiple complaints of similar frauds, just dial needs class action lawsuit. Not just an FIR or simple court case.

I have called just dial for a enquiry of restaurant They took my call asked me if I want to transfer call to restaurant I said Yes they transfer the call to restaurant and took my order and address. After one hour I called gain just dial to check why the food is not delivered. They again transfer the call to restaurant and said that it will get delivered within 10 min after 30 min I went down to check I found the restaurant is closed. That means they fool the customer by saying they transfer the call to restaurant actually they themselves take call and order this is highly embarrassing for me in front of the guest. I spoke to floor manager about this his name is abhijeet shetty. Owner of just dial is VVS Mani. Strict action should be taken against such people

I signed a contract on June 18 2014 and paid them Rs.6000/- as initial amount. Today when i plan to cancel my contract due to loss in my business, the suddenly took ECS from my bank. When i call the customer care for cancellation of contract, they are telling i will not get any refund amount. I was totally upset. That company is totally a Fraud Company. They are only Money Minded. Friends, please don't trust that company and pay any money to them.

We singed up ECS Contract with Just dial Ltd. (India's Local Search Engine) to get listed into their search results & for getting business leed's in last year. Initially their was a response and co-operation from their local Marketing Representative but after few days it's become a hell.
