Dear Sir, My Name is Kumar R I had UPS Business Name INNOVATIVE POWER SOLUTIONS .I had requested to cancel the contact with just dial in the month of Feb 2015 but it has still not deactivated.Hopeless Service. I been having very bad experience with Just Dial. I paid 6600 initailly & Monthly 3700 They committed that every day i will receive 3 sms for business . But It was all faulty commitment . I never receive the any business from Just dial. Every Month i have been charge 3700. They are giving fake calls from land line for business enqiuery They never help to get business . They ware keen to have money from me, never turn back for service, IThey Never answer my call .They r better for nothing.Useless People. I Hope I will get reply of they mail .Even if it is wrong email ID, please provide me correct email id to whom i may contact. Just dial is a service provider in getting leads from end users to companies. We have registered our company with Justdial before a month and paid all relevant amount in first meeting while signing contract. But still we are not getting any dam lead from justdial and nobody from executive to call centre people are bothered about it. After thousands of follow ups also they are just putting us on wait. This is really annoying service we are facing. Business managers are only for wounding customers and making wrong commitments. Mr. Rajesh Mishra is person who has cheated with us, working as business manager for Vasai/ Palghar. This was not expected from JD. They are loosing their reputation and goodwill by giving poor service.

Hi, I signed this deal with just dial, the agreement was for 12 months only. I called them to stop the service before 12 months only, at that time they told me that its not possible. Now even after the 12 months is over they have not stopped the ECS and they say that its not possible. They are bunch of frauds. The customer care and relationship manager people don't listen to request of any discontinuation of service, instead they keep on calling for buying other products. my mother has open an account in just dial with the name of shagun choclates with that we have to give 4000 money only once .but now after 1year and 3 months we have noticed that every month through ecs they are taking money through the bank account.please take some action against such companies.such companies should not exist in this country who plays with peoples trust .i have seen many other people has also complained about it but still no action is there against just dial. and we will be glad if you will refund our money .please take some appropriate and immediate actions against them.

Just Dial is cheating everyone by allowing the company/service providers listed in their site to have fake reviews. Recently I found a mobile service centre in justdial.com with 4.5 star rating. I serviced my iPhone 4s and he played all tricks to charge me more and more. Finally I end up in paying 5500 Rs. The worst part is even after charging 5500 Rs, he didn't service it proper. Hi. This is kabeer . I bought a no [protected] for my mother last year. She is been receiving almost 100 calls a day from a Rising star cricket academy in gurgaon. I have already requested you to remove my no from the list .No action is been taken yet . I request you to kindly remove my no from the list or else i have to take a strict action against just dial.

On November 2014 I received a call from Just Dial to convert my business to premium listing and get verified leads from them. After making payment I got to know that they are fraud after reading reviews on internet, when I asked for refund Rs12000 which has been collected by their marketing agent Abhishek Pandey ([protected]) but he denied refunding as he submitted the amount as per his word however the bank was closed that day. Next week he given me a number of his senior Mr. Abhijeet ([protected]), I explained him everything but after 1 and half week on their assurance of 7% return of invested amount my listing were converted to Premium Banner ads. Now it’s 21 March 2015 about 6 month is over and I didn’t even get a single query from them. In 2014 I got a sms that 1 client was inquired about website designing but when I called him he told that he was looking for shopping website details to buy a new phone for his GF. I ordered Washing machine through JUSTDIAL online shopping. MY ORDERID is : N8O3E8 JUSTDIAL claims proudly "with written guaranty will deliver this product with in 7 hours". Even after 10 days they failed to deliver the product. I don't understand what is return guaranty now. After knowing justdial cannot deliver this product, I cancelled the order which even they have cancelled it happily. Now even after 20 days of cancelling, money is not refunded. I end up paying interest to my "credit card". And I cannot purchase the new washing machine as my credit balance is low. Also I paid nearly rs 1500/- as interest on this. There customer care is worse they keep saying continually we will get back on this. Addition to this I lost nearly 100 rupees for calling there customer care which is just junk they dont keep track complaints every time I call I have to explain from starting. JUSTDIAL is just JUNK company, DONT ever purchase any thing from their online shopping.

I joined justdial.com as paid client, I paid them everymonth from ECS, I didnt get business from justdial.com, I have requested them to cancel my ECS, after that I have mailed them 15 to 20 times, they didn't reply anything, I went to bank, they said justdial.com only cancel this service, they fooled me.

Hi, A sales rep Sandeep, visited my office again & again to sale subscription. I asked him to show me sample old expired lead so that I can see quality of lead they get. For which he refused and said he doesn't have any. After an hour of mind eating, I agreed to take a trial of only 2 month for Rs. 6700.00 for which made initial payment through cheque. When I received a welcome mail I was shocked to see that payment will be deducted despite of cheque (which I have given) from my account through ECS. Sales bugger never told me about ECS format. Immediately after realising my mistake I called up bank and stopped initial payment of 6700 which I have done through cheque. After cheque bounce, I got numerous call from JustDial asking reason and try to convince me. I refused to take service and denied any payment. To my surprise after almost one month I received msg from bank that Rs. 3369.00 has been debited towards justdial. I don't what kind of company it is even I have told them that I am not taking their service they have stolen my money. Now customer care is trying to convince that I should have informed them about cancellation. I don't know in what language I should have informed them, when I got 5 calls when I cancelled my cheque. I am stuck with thick skin customer care and reps bas!ards. No body is ready to explain that when I denied service and cancelled initial payment. My account is not even activated. How the hell they have deducted Rs. 3369.00 from my account after one month. This Justdial company is a big time fraud. They will beg until you make any payment after that you can see their sore a$$ which they turn towards customer. Customer care and supervisor will act like bunch of dumb buffoons who has no authority, no knowledge but best at wasting your time and happy with the maundy money. i have signed the banner contract with just dial 5 months ago and still its not activate i have compliant lots of time to the representative office and the service mail but no solution yet be done and then they ask to signed new contract in which they office done false commitment and then the another office came and tell to sign a new contract and close all the contract were i have to pay extra to the same contract which i have paid before full amount. Whom so ever Actually service is not justifying for the amount charged, because things are not happening as per the commitment and the promise made by the just dial business development executives and managers, main issue is service quality in terms of callers leads, 98 percent of caller leads, sms are fake, issue with the number of calls per day, some times we don’t even get any phone call leads for a week as per just dial executives and managers promise, its not happening and not up to the mark, they are simply fooling around and making false promises with the customers, when ever any issues & concerns raised and informed through phone calls, emails to concerned just dial managers or executives, they are least bother to reply and responds, they don’t even have the curtsey, top of it we doing continuous follow up with them wasting our phone bills, internet, our precious time and all, they ask us to visit to their just dial office for meeting, if we visit there, during meeting instead of solving our issues, they manipulate and ask us to take additional service package and all to improve current service package, try to divert us, because of these reasons, our investments in just dial have gone waste and going waste, we are not even getting single penny out of it, we are really disappointed, sad, frustrated, we request you to provide justice and do the needful. I tried calling justdail.com to cancel my subscription which was not worth. They asked me to walk into their office. Which i don't feel fair. if you want to subscribe to their service they will come behind you, wherever you want them to come. But when it comes to cancelling subscription they trouble the customer. I feel this company is doing the fraud and fraudulant ly charging customers. Why they cant stop the service online. Why they calling to their office. I had informed them i am not in town but they saying there is no other way of doing it without walking into their office. This is ridiculous.

I purchased banner package from justdial worth 24000/- 2 months back. To make it live it took lots of efforts as JD team is irresponsible, no one is serious in JD about customer. Every time customer need to call them and then these people will awake. I was promissed that my banner will be visible for all the categories in rotation.
