Hi,

Justdial is deducting twice from the account. The team approached us saying they will upgrade our package to get more leads. Instead of converting the previous package to new one, they are deducting 2 times from account. One Rs 1474 nd other Rs 2654. We clearly asked them only one should be deducted. They confirmed us yes the package has been upgraded and only 1 amount will be deducted. But It's happening since 2 months. They took money and not responding to calls also. We asked them to stop the ecs but the customer care keeps telling ECS team will call us. But no one calls. Not trustworthy. The employees are not transparent in conveying the policies. They just want to take money from you.

Justdial please stop the ecs asap.

I have tried multiple times removing the justdial listing and the "Remove Listing" from the "Edit" option does not work. I kindly request you to remove these listings from justdial.com.

We have tried entering the OTP multiple times and it still stays that the OTP is incorrect even though we have tried entering the OTP properly multiple times.

We have also tried contacting the +[protected] but to no avail the listing are still not removed.

I have got my AC installed at Mohali Sector 64 Pahse 10 from Just Dial Expert where they give warranty of installation but after installation i complained about my AC is not cooling then as per the JD vedor they are charging me 3200/- for this and when i asked Just Dial Team they saying that Warranty will not cover AC GAS repair but when i was buying service from Just Dial Expert they told me that everything is covered.

Hi Team,

Since 5 months, I am asking justdial to discontinue my subscription but they are not responding over email and not discontinuing when connected over call. They are deducting money every month.

We have asked to work on our petopetfood.com site but they are not working on it and even not stopping subscription.

Please look into this matter at earliest.

We, Christ The King School and College from Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore: 560016, have a query on the sudden decrease in the number of reviews posted on the jusdial website by our School parents. We had a total of 103 reviews in total and when reviewing over the last few days, we found that only 36 reviews are visible. Any review posted October 2022, has been deleted and is not available for any viewers to view.

Just dial not deactivating the ecs..following up from the last 2 months

I was searching baby name change agent in Bangalore. Few people called me back but one guy called from just dial saying all the legal work will be done and make fake promises and too advance of 1000rs . Now he is not interested to do work nor return my money back .. what should I do ? I really trusted this guy because he was from just dial . Now this happened . So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial.

Closed my business permanently I like to cancel ECS but Just Dail asking to pay for one year without how can you pay ? In contract nothing mentioned related to 1 year mandatory ECS I have stopped ECS from my side with help of bank but rep of just dail got my signature in ECS form promised only for verification.

Hi, someone has registered my Mobile number on Justdial and I get calls regularly. pls remove it immediately, I dnt own any business.

They furnished wrong information and fraudently deducting money through ecs even after i complaint about deactivating my account bt it is still going on and there is no response from the company and no one answers on the phone and i have sent the emails also

Even after multiple reminder not deactivating plan and deducting money for providing fake service, no from sale is ans calls

I have taken the service from Justdial 1 and half months back, one representative of Justdial Mr.Shimil came for a meeting in our office space in Kochi, where he convinced us by saying that he and his team will provide Ratings, a Free verified badge, Skip the EMI for the month of April, also the advance amount of 8260/- INR was given by cheque were I have already informed Mr.Shimil that your team have to notify me before taking up the EMI as we have to arrange the amount in Account, Mr.Shimil and team did not inform me about this and the EMI got bounced with charges which I have to pay, and after this incident, as they said they would skip the EMI for the month of April 2023 without notice the again tried for taking the EMI and it got bounced for 4times as I have informed them the EMI is being bounced and the bouncing charges are being added in my bank account after that the team freeze my account for more than one month I regularly call them and speak about the incident they would tell they will sent the representative to our office in 1 hour and we have to wait till night and the represetative would not come ie: Mr.Shimil is the representative he would tell he will be there within 5 and some timing even when he is not even in duty and make us wait until night, also our Justdial account got freezed so we are not getting any leads no business and no revenue, we are paying our staff too, all the deatils are shared to Mr.Rafeek the Distritc head of Justdial and there were no actions taken and to one Mr.Ranjith were no actions were taken they would tell everyday before 11 am our service will be started and nothing happed, Me and my company got a loss of 7.5lakhs as this was the peak point of our business and the jusdial team is saying that they would refund the amount which i have paid and it would take around 21 days to get refunded, and who will comensate our loss, We need all the comensation for our loss and cheating activity from Justdial

I didn't search for anything but getting calls from tours and travel agencies for holiday trips.

I asked to close my ECS but they are not stop my ECS proces
And they wantedly producing 4 times in a month without my permission

In 2018 we have paid a huge sum as 10 years subscription after few of their executives visited us often and assured us of their continued services.

now for the past one year, we are not getting any leads. our repeated calls to them have not solved the issue.

we were told that after Reliance take over, they are not honoring any old commitments. this just cannot be true.

I have registered for position plan on just dial now 2 months passed but yet not any single business lead got converted. I am really fed up .Without getting any business I am paying 1475/ ..per month.The customer whose number he searches takes the cake from him only.

I am Abhishek from Mumbai and I registered my business (Abhishek Tempo Service from Bhayandar)on just dial in last month (22nd March 2023). As executive visited my home, told that if you register your business as paid subscriber you will start getting the leads for 2 month and will get benefit from business and he told to make payment of Rs 7080/- for 2-month advance payment. I already inform that I want to do with Justdial for 2 month only...

Neha Sharma visited my office in Jaipur and she promised me on these points-
1. The plan has to be continued for minimum 4 months. Two months of charge 7080/- would be deducted via cheque then the next monthly charge 3450/- will deduct automatically from account.
2. You will get 3 leads per day (only B2B)
3. I asked her to not submit my cheque for clearance without informing me but she did this.
When I called customer care to report this they told me that the contract has to be continue for atleast one year. There is no guarantee of 3 leads per day.
It means I was charged on the basis of false information.
I want all of my money 7080/- back.
