I am a srinivas i booked tickets for bahubali 2. But there is no confirmation of tickets and rs.188.66 was debited but there is no return of money and no confirmation of tickets

Other online booking apps like book my show are very better than this.

    This is very annoying that you have asked for taking pre order for bahubali by which we have preordered the same, now that we have already preordered we have not tried to take the same in advance bookings even if the tickets were available, hoping that the tickets would be confirmed by you, then it would be a duplicate, at the last moment you are lifting you hands without considering the interests of the customers, if this is the case i would take this issue to the social media and encourage every one how you cheats your customers.

We i went there, they said the show got cancelled due to technical issues and amount will be refunded. For the matnee how timing 2:45 pm on 16th april 2017 but money (228 rs) y is debited from my accout. After booking it shows a msg "booking has confirmed msg will be sent soon".                                   I need the amount in my just ticket wallet to be credited to my account. As I accidentally tranfered the amount to the just tickets wallet. So please kindly help me. Just help me slove this issue as soon as possible. I am trying since morning to get refund by searching app and calling just tickets customer care.                                         I was tried to book the tickets for a movie in tenali, Andhrapradesh. But after making the payment the amount got debited from my bank account and ticket failed. Later i have booked again. But for the failed transaction till date i have not received my money back in my bank account. i made the call to just tickets customer care and asked about the details. they said with in 10 working days the refund will come in my account. but it is already more than 30 days still i have not received my refund.
