Hii this is geethika
I have tried to book 2 tickets to dangal in Lakshmi theater tenali to 9:50PM show on 28.Dec.2016 .My payment was done successfully .The amount withdrawn from my account is around Rs230 but my tickets are not confirmed so please either confirm the tickets are refund the money to my account soon .I tried to contact your executives but there is no response so please call me back . please respond.

                    Hi team,

                    I got msg from Justicket to use promo code JT123 and get 200% extra cash back on adding money in wallet and there customer support told me upto 3 times this offer can be used for 1 user,

                    i tried adding wallet for 150rs first time and i got this offer
                    and second time i added 150rs again - i got msg saying this offer already used or updated incorrect promo code
                    and i tried 3rd time 150rs and 49rs and 107 rs all the time i got same error and this offer never got in my wallet

                    just fake and i tried contacting customer support but they just ignore my mail after listining mt query and i never got response - i sent them 4 mail but same problem no 1 able to address the query not solved

                                  Hi,

                                  Today, I went to see Pink movie in early morning show at Galaxy Cinema Shipra path, Mansarover Jaipur Rajasthan, where I have been forced to take Rs. 30 food coupon with ticket which cost was of Rs. 100. When I denied to take food coupon then they told me in that care we will not give you ticket so I had to buy that ticket in 130.

                                  Everyone there was complaining about the same but they did not pay attention to it.

                                  Please suggest me what I can do in that case and where I can complain about it.
