Cancellation of tickets and money refund

Sir, i booked 5 tickets on 29-apr-2017 for bahubali 2 the conclusion, in maheswaari cinema in maheshawaram. I want that 5 tickets to be cancelled and refund my money because i thought it was koti ' s maheshwaram theatre. The booking i'd - a40dtj7r. Seats are upper balcony c13-17. Which is for 6pm show on 29 april 2017.

Hi team,

I tried to pre book for bahubali-2 telugu movie and after i selected the theatre and tickets, it asked me to recharge your account. So i recharged for rs 465 and i even got text message saying that your wallet has been recharged and even money got deducted from my account. But when i checked my just tickets wallets its showing current balance as rs 0 and even tickets are not booked.

So please assist...

These are the worst services I have ever seen, I have booked dress circle tickets for bahubali movie on 29th April at ganesh theater bearing booking code KZLJ49ZG

Money debited ticket not confirmed

I had booked '3' tickets for the movie bahubali2 in sukanya theater gopalapatnam
My money got deducted but, i didn’t receive any confirmation message regarding transaction ("ref pos justickets 52317") for rs 663 on 28/04/2017

I installed justickets app for booking bahubali 2 movie tickets. It asked for credit of amount to justickets app wallet. I successfully debited the amount from my bank account through internet banking, i have a message from bank too that the amount had been debited. But, the amount is not credited to the wallet. Where the amount been lost??? It's approximately 1500/- rs. Please credit it back to my account it's so mean less to do this...!!...
