What the hell is this. Its asking to confirm the tab of make payment. But its not working. And the tab contains enter valid expry,,,,,,,,,,, althogh i entered valid expiry of card.

I selected ticket and date of movie. While making payment entered card details. But it's not allowing to make payment tab.
Why it's happening. Is there any issue with server. Please let me know in detail.

I was in a on-duty that day, so i was unable to watch the movie so please cancel my tickets and refund my money to my account. Please sir this is my humble rrequest.       Today evening i have booked 4 tickets in justicket app. I had completed my payment by internet banking of state of india, but i didn't get the confirmation of tickets. I have waited for confirmation but i didn't get any confirmation nor money refunding. Please take my request and refund my money. I am having transaction id with me. I have attached the online banking transaction id image. Please try to resolve my problem as early as possible.

        The movie tickets was booked in another date by without showing me ticket date. At the time of movie tickets booking it was not shown any date details so i am felt that it is current date25/08/2017 but after booking the tickets it had shown the date timings 31/08/2017 so kindly cancel the tickets and pay back my money.
        Please try to make my money transaction to my paytm wallet it's my sincere request.

        The tickets are booked based on your selection, before payment the booking details are shown on the payment page for you to cross check once before payment is made. Any Date - as the term suggests shall display all the shows available with the date above, you may then choose your preferred date as well.             This is to inform you that there is no option for selecting refund on justickets, i am not able to attend the movie, since the weather is too bad in chennai and we are expecting heavy rains and we are not able to step out.. So requesting a refund..

            Dear All be careful there is fraudulent act happening in the name of Consumer Complaints department
            I received a call stating they are calling from the Complaints department and said please provide the bank details to credit the amount and they have taken amount from my Account. Just like me please don't be fooled.

            Then i called Justickets directly and they said there is no refund..

              We have booked tickets for the tamil film vivegam in sona mina cinemas (6tickets) trichy. But we have not received the seat confirmation message from justickets. We have booked the tickets through sbibank net banking mode.
              Note: we have also booked 9tickets through the same website in the same cinemas but for that i i have received the confirmation message. So please make to solve the problem or please make the money refund to my account. We have also attached the screenshot of the payment option through sbibank net banking mode for 6tickets.

                I book ticket through my credit card in justicket app they deducted money but i didn't get confirmation ticket i need my money back.

                I need my money back could you plz debit it into my account i didn't get any confirmation booking for my movie ticket but money has been withdrawal from my credit card

                          Im from kerala and i booked 4 seats for a malayalam movie 'thondimothalum driksaashiyum' at regal cinemas easthill - calicut. As here is a hartal and the theatres will not be opened today.. I need to get a refund for the booked tickets.. The theatre management told me to make a complaint at justickets so that i would get a refund for my booked tickets..

                                Payment is done, with refernce No. [protected]IGABRJJNK3 but there is no ticket conformation from your side and Rs .169. deducted from my SBI Card
                                Please look into this matter seriously and conform which is i am booked. I have done this transaction through phone no...[protected] And Master card SBI card. My name is Vinodh.

                                Its a very serious matter regarding the Cyber case
                                After posting my complaint to just tickets
                                I received phone calls from 5 different persons for a refund the amount, there asked the details of bank card no. and expiry details and CVV No. but we oppose to give the details

                                  I booked a ticket for Sunday as it is all ready showing that date i made a payment for 4ticktes when i am done its shows next day booking .

                                        Iam yeshwanth allampati. Yesterday i ve added money to my justickets wallet. From then, i tried 8 times for booking of 2 tickets for dj in nellore.

                                        Everytime. It says transaction is succesful "now imagine a popcorn"

                                        After sometime it says, "sorry, this wasnt in the script, try another booking, this booking failed"

                                        This happend 8 times..

                                        Everything went on well till money is added to wallet. But from then, iam in a loop, where everytime booking fails and money refunds to wallet.

                                        Please show me out a way or tell me way to get back my money from justickets wallet. So that i can go the theatre nd buy the ticket.
