Dear Sir, I booked ticket for movie GOPALA GOPALA, in first attempt my ticket was not booked but the amount from my account was deducted, in the second attempt for the same seat no my ticket was booked. Kindly refund the amount which has been deducted. B V Anand [protected]

    Dear justickets, I booked tickets for movie gopala gopala in vijayalaxmi 35mm l.bnagar with concern seat numbers h12, h13, h14, h15, 16, The problem i faced that after booking 5 seats at a time balance as been deducted from my account and i didn't receive any confirmation code to print the ticket . Total of rs.420 as been deducted, so i would like to know when you are going to refund my money back . i have done the payment process through SBI NET BANKING and my TRANSACTION REFERENCE NO IS -- IG00KQLKZ4 .and my contact no: is [protected]

    company has refunded my amount with in 5 days. i had just posted my complaint in the portal, then they made further steps for refunding my money.they didn't call me either they mailed me.They resolved complaint and in the sixth day money refunded to my account

    Dear justickets, I booked tickets for movie bahubali in at amrutha cinema in warangal with concern seats d12, d13 . For july 17th 6pm show. The problem i faced that after booking 2 seats at a time balance as been deducted from my account and i didn't receive any confirmation code to print the ticket .
