Hello. Online movie tickets are always blocked by theatre management only in Lalitha, Sri Lalitha theatres located in East Godavari, Peddapuram. This is not a fair policy and hurting every time we want to purchase movie tickets online. When there is an online facility to book some tickets online, why theatre management is blocking online tickets ? Request you to please look into this and do the needful.

    I am Susmitha. I have booked 3 tickets for bheemlanayak movie cost Rs.316.73 from justickets through gpay UPI today .But I did not get any confirmation of booking but money was debited. Request you to please provide the tickets or refund my money. I have given the screen shot for reference.

            Assisted order bookings are not confirmed orders. You would have got SMS and Email confirmation once the tickets are confirmed.

            It is a completely automated process based on the availability of seats in the theatres you have chosen while placing the order.

            Your money will be debited from the account only if your tickets are confirmed.

            The money will continue to remain in your Justickets Wallet and you can use it to pay for any future bookings you make with us.

                    I tried booking 2 tickets for a movie on[protected] I was redirected to the payment page and I paid an amount of 316 rupees on my internet banking application the payment was successful and the money got deducted from my bank account but tickets are not booked and I didn't receive any SMS and booking I'd.
                    I tried contacting them from justtickets application but no response was given from their side.
