Hii justtickets
I booked four tickets today around 4:30 for rangasthalam movie in sree ramulu theatre hyderbad. Show will be held on march 30th, 11:30am. Seating numbers are b4, b5, b6, b7. Money is detected from our debit card but we did not get any confirmation message. So check about the tickets and provide solution. Make sure about the problem by today itself

    Hi justickets,

    Today around, i had booked 1 tickets for rangasthalam movie in tirupati sandhya theater for tomorrow 30 mar8.45 am show. I11 to i14, money debited from my account but didn't received my tickets. Not even showing in past booking history in justickets app. I was registered user for justickets for long time and booked so many tickets. Now it is asking to register as new user.

    Please check and resolve my issue. Either issue tickets for the booked show and seats or else revert back my money 85 which was debited...

      I'm Booked 2 movie tickets today @1:05 PM for the movie rangasthalam for tomorrow 6:30 AM Show at Ravindra cinemas venue, vijayawada, payikapuram. The only thing happened is all the transaction was held money has been deduced from my bank account of 271INR and i did NOT RECIVED ANY CONFORMATION TICKETS AS A MESSAGE OR MAIL. I'm providing my transaction details bellow

      Dear Customer,

      Greetings from ICICI Bank.

      A purchase of INR 271.40 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX6560 on 29-Mar-18. Info: VIN*CITRUS PAY .

      The Available Balance in your account is INR 381.25.

      This is what i recived nothing more than this, i need an immediat explanation that is my tickets are booked? if so provide me the booking id, seat details etc.,

      If not my ticekts were not booked, Get me back with a mail reply that when you are going to refund my Amount.pls check the screen shot details bellow. My booking history seems to be empty. Please respond ASAP.

        Hi justickets,

        Today around 1.03pm, i had booked 4 tickets for rangasthalam movie in kakinada padmapriya theatre for tomorrow 30 mar 3.30pm show. I had booked 4 seats from i11 to i14, money debited from my account but didn't received my tickets. Not even showing in past booking history in justickets app. I was registered user for justickets for long time and booked so many tickets. Now it is asking to register as new user.

        Please check and resolve my issue. Either issue tickets for the booked show and seats or else revert back my money 887.32/- which was debited.

        Ps note: don't my money for any other show or any other seats. I want for the show and seats which i had booked. If in any case requested show with requested seats can't be given then revert back my payment.
