I have selected geetha govindam movie tickets of date 15th august 2018. So i have found list of theatres. There i could see cine polis manjeera mall theatre of 9 30 am show. I selected 5 tickets at one time and later another ticket and i completed payment process when i look at the image of booked tickets i could see the tickets of 16th august 2018 date. Once go through the video and photo i uploaded, thanks for your patience to read my complain. Hope i will get the refund amount as soon as possible

Sir, today i just booked movie ticket for 17 may but unfortunately i had gone through some work on that day so i am unable to go movie. But now i had checked that there is no cancellation and i have contacted the customer care he also told that no cancellation that is the worst rule i have ever seen because there are more 5 days for movie u have to put an option for cancellation. So i kindly request you to cancel my tickets. U have to place a rule for cancellation of tickets by placing time. Because if we had work on the particular time we can't reach there so i have to place atleast a rule before one or two days we have to cancel our order

I have booked 4 tickets for Diya film at brookfields on 5/5/2018.i haven't received any confirmation messages..but money was debited from my account..pls refund the money as soon as possible..they told that the money would be refunded within 5 days..but till now I didn't receive any money...the amount debited was rs.950.
