Sub: provide the customer care receiver details with name, mobile number, mail id and address from mobile number [protected] around 14:00hrs on 24/10/2018 (Duration 22 minutes 26 second)
My complainant in cr. No498/18 of as nagar ps contacted the just ticket customer care number (To ask about movie cancellation amount) by searching it in google and called to [protected] toll free number then the receiver introduced him as just ticket employee &asked the complainant’s debit card details then complainant shared debit card detail. After that one text message came from one mobile number[protected] without significance, culprit asked to send that message to [protected], he forwarded him, then culprit closed the phone. After that he checked bank balance through sbi onlinethe amount rs.95, 500/- was transferred to other banks from his mother bank a/c.

    The above message generated while booking ticket in surabhi cinemas ramanattukara but ticket not booked and bank account debited for the same amount. Kindly do the needful to refund the amount.

      Immediately after the booking of 5 tickets i noticed that the date of my movie booking at abhilash theatre in mukkam, kozhikode, kerala went wrong (Justickets booking code: 9ec2799f, dated 16 october 2018). I requested for a change of date to 18th october (Originally wanted date) immediately and they have responded that their policy is that once ticket is booked, no changes or cancellation possible. I need a refund for it if change cannot be done. I also want all these movie booking sites to modify their policy to accommodate changes.           I booked 2 tickets on 07 oct 2018. At 6: 15 pm. Sudha theatre proddatur for the movie nota. Seat numbers are k12, k13 my account was debited. But tickets not confirmed by justickets.               Booked 1 ticket in Regal cinemas, calicut on 26th sept 2018 using upi payment. Cash is debited from the account, but didnt receive any mail or sms regarding the ticket confirmation. Immediately contacted justicket cusomer care, he told the booking was failed and the amount will be credited back within 10 working days. But till now i am not received any mail/sms regarding the cancellation of the ticket booking. I missed the show also.
              Totally disappointed with justickets.com.

                      This Just Ticket App is totally fraud to customare because of so many times i was booked tickets but amount is debited tickets not conformed .

                      Today i was booked 1 ticket through this App, but Ticket is not conformed and also customare care number is not working. if not responded i will give compliant against this APP.

I made my payment using amazon pay and the bill amount was 390. I booked with the name: mohamed bhuhari, email id [protected]@gmail.com, ph. No. [protected]. The ticket was not booked but the money was debited from my amazon pay balance. I request you to refund the money as early as possible. I am very disappointed with this service.

                                Hello team! Yesterday i thought to book movie tickets i by mistake didn't click 25th so the tickets were booked for yesterday.. Please can i get back my money? I would be very happy if it was done. The payment was done through credit card. Please help me. The booking number is 655a4b9b. I didn't go for that movie yesterday i realised i booked wrong.. I really need my money back.

                                  Today (8/19/2018), i've made a payment of 718rs twice.

                                  At first, i booked 4 tickets for my family using justickets app (Booking location:guntur & not signed in). The amount of 718rs is debited from my acc no: 51xxxxx38 and shows a similar error like below:

                                  I thought it was a very rare error and tried to book my tickets again.. And then, the result was same i lost another 718rs.

                                  Total 1436rs was debited from my account and booking not happened at all.

                                  2. Used card: debit
                                  3. Bank: sbi

                                  Please try to refund the amount to my bank account asap.

                                        I have booked my ticket for geetha govindam in sarawathi theatre in second class and seat number a03 and a04 booking id-0515uui7.
                                        But my family has booked tickets in same theatre in balcony without my notice.
