      I booked my tickets for agnyathavasi movie in vizag jagadamba theatre morning show (11:15 am) in justickets i payed amount through net banking. Total amount 230 rs pays through citrus payment it cut from my account 230rs but i did not receive any booking code. The date of the incident is 8th january 2018 the show is on 11th january 2018.       I tried booking tickets in justickets.com website for hello movie in the cinema thatre nellore andhrapradesh i have been deducted my account but did not received tickets i made payment through paytm first it showed me 505 gateway timeout but then it showed your payment is successful but ddid not receive any tickets related id or message

              cancellation of movie ticket

              I want to cancel my movie ticket for justice league movie on 17th november in mega star theatre trichy my booking i'd is wiqvl5yw seat e12 i didn't check the date i want to book for 18th november please go through my request as fast as you can..                 On 03rd morning i booked 3 movie ticket for the movie next nuvve at s2 cinemas, nellore using my icici bank debit card. After paying 401.79 rs from my account (Icici bank) your site doesnot issued my tickets and i cross verified it in the s2 cinemas site in which the tickets are not blocked which means the the tickets are not booked, so i thought my money will be refunded but unfortunately it didn't happened, kindly credit my money back.

                hi Team,
                I got call from [protected], name Rahul I am not sure he is justdails custommer support or not, he asked me about my card details, which I cannot give for security reasons, as far as I know it is not required to provide card details to refund my amount as the details of it is already logged in the server when I booked my tickets if it is required, so kindly work this out. And refund my amount back to my account if it is not possible to do for the main account,
                then refund my amount to the paytm account [protected].

                    This is most irresponsible and cruel thing. We are not getting refund for the cancellation tickets. This happened to my friends and now to me. Why are you not able to maintain the sit in a proper way? Even small local sites are giving their best. By leaving all of them we are approaching you in search of quality and quantity. But you are totally unfit to maintain this type of sites if you are not able to respond to the customers.in the cancellation mail it is like you will get refund with in 10-15 days. This happened on 29th september, today is 27th october. It is almost a month.
                    I booked 5 tickets for spyder and the code is pombvb9q. So get my funds back. I got the tickets by using debit card. So expecting rs.838 quckly.

                      I booked 4 tickets now from justickets. Amount has been transfered. But i didnt get any booking id... And now when i look to the site the same seats i booked were ready for another booking. What is this sir. Please reply faster. I booked for 29october2017. I choose chellam theatre, puthoor.                       I booked 4 tickets for Villain and i also paid the amount.. Now justickets is saying tickest were not booked u can cancel the order i[censored] want.. But what about the money i paid for my tickets... Its not even showing in the app about the available wallet amount.. I can find the wallet amount in browser... I need my money to the bank account i have paid from.. I was unable to use the amount which i have paid
