The just tickets app is used in one movie ticket is booked in advance ticket but not a confirmation and information and it not satisfy in this app i'm going in theater ask for management but talk to your company persons telling it's responsiblety just ticket ask them so what we do... And what happened my ticket book confirm or cancel no use of your app

Today i tried to book 2 tickets for rakshasudu movie screen 1 seat numbers c7 & c8 in siri multiplex, ramji nagar, nellore for 15th august 2019.in that process amount
Rs 347.20 debited from my andhra bank account number but ticket's are not booked. After debited amount selected seats are available for booking. Please find the problem and resolve the problem. Please refund the rs 347.20 to my account.

Sir, i booked 2 ismart shankar movie tickets (Palazzo cinemas imax: forum vijaya mall, screen 06 e21 and e22 on 21st july 3:15pm). I didn't receive any ticket conformation message but the amount is debited from my paytm account.

Today i booked tickets for oh baby movie and amount is debited from my bank account but tickets are not confirmed so please i request you to return my money back immediately... I paid money for movie online on 17.11.2018 around 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at justtickets.in for taxiwala movie in sampoorna theater vanastlipuram. Total two tickets in "j" row worth rs. 170. Money in my account and also in paytm wallet was deducted but i got the message like 'booking is not successful, if money deducted from your account it will be refunded in 8 working days'. But its already above 8 working days, still i have not received my money back. Please look into my problem do me favor soon as possible. Thanks & regards

I am sesha talpa sai from nellore. Yesterday i. E., on 30.11.2018, i tried to book 2. O. Movie in archana theatre for 11.55 am show through sbi internet banking. But rupees 311.51deducted from sbi account with transaction id : igaewdbou4 and tickets not confirmed. No message, no mail came. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please solve the problem and pay back my amount.

Hi booked for robo 2.0, 3 tickets costing 600 for dec 1st 2018 noon show in kinnera kameswari theater visakhapatnam, amount had been debited but not received sms with booking code. Either sent the booking code or refund my amount. I will ask my credit card company to revert the transaction and investigate this fraud.

If the issue is not solved, i will file a consumer case, you had collected 60 rupees extra for the services. So you are clearly liable for consumer court case as this is clear case of service deficiency.

On 5th nov 2018, i've booked four tickets for sarkar movie in visakhapatnam (Sangam theatre) through g-pay. The amount has been debited from my account but the ticket confirmation has not received. I've been asking about this issue to your customer care for a week till now but they are dragging it week by week. I want my total refundable amount of 536/- as soon as possible
The customer care guys are saying that they have already initiated from there side (Referring the refund transaction number) but i didn't receive any amount till now
If you guys don't do it quickly then i am going to give an online complaint against you guys as i am frustrated asking you day by day that too for the past one week.
