      I had tried to Book 2 Tickets on 11.01.19 two times via debit card and net banking and my attempt was failed. An amount of Rs 380.95 debited from my account two times and I had lost Rs 761.9 . On 15.1.19 Rs 380.95 credited to my account. It is requested to refund me the remaining Rs 380.95

                I actually booked tickets for vinaya vidheya rama movie on 12th jan 2019 in rajadhani deluxe dilshuknagar, but I need to cancel the tickets on book it on 11th jan. Please cancel the tickets as early as possible, so that I can reschedule it.
                Today I have booked two tickets in S2 theater online. Payment also completed. But I didn't a get a message or mail from just tickets. And I also want to know booking code.
                I have booked 2 tickets through just tickets and have not received any confirmation sms.

                      I paid money for movie online on 17.11.2018 around 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at justtickets.in for taxiwala movie in sampoorna theater vanastlipuram. Total two tickets in "j" row worth rs. 170. Money in my account and also in paytm wallet was deducted but i got the message like 'booking is not successful, if money deducted from your account it will be refunded in 8 working days'. But its already above 8 working days, still i have not received my money back. Please look into my problem do me favor soon as possible. Thanks & regards

                            Hi booked for robo 2.0, 3 tickets costing 600 for dec 1st 2018 noon show in kinnera kameswari theater visakhapatnam, amount had been debited but not received sms with booking code. Either sent the booking code or refund my amount. I will ask my credit card company to revert the transaction and investigate this fraud.

                            If the issue is not solved, i will file a consumer case, you had collected 60 rupees extra for the services. So you are clearly liable for consumer court case as this is clear case of service deficiency.

                              On 5th nov 2018, i've booked four tickets for sarkar movie in visakhapatnam (Sangam theatre) through g-pay. The amount has been debited from my account but the ticket confirmation has not received. I've been asking about this issue to your customer care for a week till now but they are dragging it week by week. I want my total refundable amount of 536/- as soon as possible
                              The customer care guys are saying that they have already initiated from there side (Referring the refund transaction number) but i didn't receive any amount till now
                              If you guys don't do it quickly then i am going to give an online complaint against you guys as i am frustrated asking you day by day that too for the past one week.

I also attached a screeshot copy of payment receipt through phone pe which i made payment through. So confirm my ticket or else refumd my amount which debited by 115rupees from my account.

                                  Yesterday, i went to the movie of sarkar at kumaran theatre, medavakkam for the basic ticket, at the cost of rs.200/-.

                                  This is about the body of theatre regulations keep mum on the ticket rates, the theaters are charging on the opening days and 1st week of the release.

                                  Its quite amazing, why these kinds of bodies are being there nominally, waste of public money, our taxes are being wasted in spending for there salary.

                                  Otherwise don't keep these kinds of regulatory bodies should be wind off and let the theaters keep their own rules.
