This is the worst brand when it comes to product quality and also customer service.
They are selling hobs with the specification of brass burners. But check, they are not brass at all. Secondly, the product is of such low quality that the metal frames and burners keep needing replacement. For this, kaff will suck the life out of you butt won't do anything. They will repeatedly harass you for buying their amc, but won't show up for any service. That's a total waste of money.
I have requested for new burners and check up for the hobb several times since 2016 february. Called customer care. Called their managers. Sneha earlier was at least little responsive, post which a man named vikram has taken the post. He is a liar and is misusing his position and is completely useless. They are the worst brand to deal with and after over 300 calls they don't have the decency to respond.
Kaff Appliances India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
