Contacted again and again... But all goes in vein.
Customer care executive said contact to higher authority... Higher authority says... Soon it would solved...
Next wednesday... Then friday... Sunday.
Engineer departed coming soon 🙏

One of my friends recommended me kaff because i wanted to buy the latest model of the built-in hob. When i visited kaff's showroom there were so many types of hobs lined up in a neat manner. The staff there helped me a lot by telling each and every specification of hobs so finally i got this hob blh 604, it has 4 full brass burners with different flame size for multi-cooking. The edges of this hob are embedded with an aluminum strip which makes it more appealing to look at. The hob enhances the beauty of my kitchen and i am fully satisfied with its overall working.

I don't think that you can find good quality modular kitchen appliances at a more reasonable price than what kaff offers. I bought several electric appliances from kaff for my new modular kitchen and the whole thing including installation cost me very less than i expected. Not only this i got a good warranty for several years or months (Duration depends on the type of product). I am pretty satisfied with all of them so far.

I had placed a request with KAFF customer care for cleaning my chimney and hob. The rates told to me on call by customer care colleagues and the rates shared by the Bomanahalli Bangalore KAFF service centre were very different. When I called to enquire what the difference is the service centre in charge did not have a valid explanation. He told me these are HIS rates and if I want the chimney and hob cleaning services I need to pay for what HE is asking for. I told him he is making a cut from this which is unacceptable. I called back KAFF customer care to complain about the same and they said that I should speak to the service center head and convince him to lower the rates.

Are we really talking about an international brand like KAFF ! With such low levels of customer ethics !

I bought kaff's chimney at a very good discount with a proper warranty card. I chose this chimney according to the theme of my kitchen and really liked its quality as well. At first, i was very confused about my preference and needs but customer care people of kaff helped me a lot in solving my queries. Talking about the overall performance of the chimney it is totally up to the mark and worth my investment. I am fully satisfied with the setup, all thanks to kaff for such a good product.

I have used chimneys of many brands and at last, i bought this island chimney canary 90 from kaff. I have been using this chimney from past one year or so and faced some issues in cleaning it once. I just requested the servicing team for solving this issue and they came for the inspection in no time. I was very impressed by how they worked and told me a lot about the chimney and how to maintain it. I will definitely recommend this brand to everyone because it's very rare to get such good after sales service from any brand.

When i got my kitchen renovated into modular one and i replaced my built-in hob and bought a cooking range ksb 60 from kaff. I chose this because it comes with oven and grill, so that i can do multi-tasking and it saves up my time. I had a very pocket-friendly budget and got this cooking range online at a good discount. The whole set up was installed in a very neat manner by the installation team and they all the stuff according to my needs without creating a mess.

I just bought a hob model no. Blh 100 blk from kaff, it is a new edition of bellini series and it is a premium level product. I am very happy with the whole look and its performance. The whole set up is a bit expensive but it is totally worth it. Now, my cooking has become a lot easier because this hob has 4 burners that have a different flame size for cooking multiple dishes at a time. I seriously thank kaff for such an amazing product.

I brought kaff chimney latino dhc 70 in july 2018.
It stopped suddenly on october 2018.
I raised consumer complaint and the technician came for inspection.
He told me pcb is damaged and needs to repair it, and it will require a month of time.

2 months passed and after various follow ups the pcb arrived which was not working.

Again the person took the pcb and told me he will repair and replace it within 2 weeks.

It has been more than 1 month and yet there is no update.

When i call customer care they are saying it is in progress.

I will not recommend anyone to buy kaff chimney ever.

As a wine collector, i bought kaff's wine cooler kwc 38 a year ago. It is a free-standing wine cooler with the capacity of 32 bottles (Approx.) at a time. Its compact size makes it look very classic in the kitchen. It has a stainless steel frame with black glass door with an internal light for a better look of inner contents. I am very happy with the overall performance of the cooler as it's quite easy to maintain and also comes with so many cool features. The internal fan-cooler work efficiently and for me, this wine cooler was worth buying.

Recently i visited one of my friend's house and saw kaff's built-in oven that she bought recently from one of their showrooms. I really liked the product at once because it had a stainless steel black glass door which looks absolutely stunning in the kitchen. When i operated it, the oven has multiple cooking functions and the digital clock display helped me a lot with the dish. I asked my friend about its price and all she told me a lot about kaff's after sales service and offers provided by the company. Now i am just waiting for them to give some new offers and i will definitely buy an oven from kaff.

I was looking for a good brand to buy a built-in hob for my new kitchen. So one of my friends recommended me kaff as it provides a wide variety of built-in hobs with good after-sales service. So i bought one hob from its bellini series as it has latest model designs with the latest feature like auto flame disable the system. I chose blh 784, it comes with 4 full brass burners that have 1 big triple flame ring, 1 mini flame ring, and 2 dual flame rings. The hob enhances the beauty of my kitchen and it is easy to clean and maintain because of its black glass covering. After i bought it the installation team did their job efficiently and neatly as per my requirements. I will definitely further suggest kaff for buying a good and reliable product.

I bought an island chimney from kaff a while ago. It was running fine but all of a sudden started making some noise while starting, so i called the company for service. At first they didn't respond but after many calls finally, they picked up and noted my issue. Without any further delay, the service team came in and fixed the chimney. I was disappointed by the previous behavior of the customer care service but seeing their work and efficiency its fine now.

Suggested by my friend. I bought KAFF's built-in hob KH100 4BG. It has 4 burners which provide different size of flames that has made multi-tasking quite easy. It is very easy to clean and fits in my kitchen perfectly and gives it a neat and classy look with its black thick glass top. Did its servicing once and all is set now.

Curse the day i thought of putting my faith in kaff appliances. Bought hob n dishwasher..
Since march 2018 ie since 10 months asking for repairs of both as hobs toughened glass is broken and dishwasher is not working
I have paid visit charges twice for each
But each time it becomes a new complaint for them
Most horrrrrible people to deal with.. With zero respinsibility..

I am impressed with the performance of kaff's built-in dishwasher kdw bin 60 intra that i got 2 years ago. This dishwasher does not take much energy and uses less water for one wash, it is easy to operate too plus it comes with water softener and a salt indicator. The whole setup looks neat and does not take much space because it is built-in and sets under my kitchen slap properly. I got it at a reasonable price and seeing its performance it worths its price.
