I just bought a hob model no. Blh 100 blk from kaff, it is a new edition of bellini series and it is a premium level product. I am very happy with the whole look and its performance. I raised consumer complaint and the technician came for inspection.
He told me pcb is damaged and needs to repair it, and it will require a month of time.

2 months passed and after various follow ups the pcb arrived which was not working.

Since march 2018 ie since 10 months asking for repairs of both as hobs toughened glass is broken and dishwasher is not working
I have paid visit charges twice for each
But each time it becomes a new complaint for them

I brought a cooking range model no. Kck 90 from kaff's showroom a year ago. The whole unit has a very classic look with a black matt finish and bronze colored knobs. This is the worst brand when it comes to product quality and also customer service.
They are selling hobs with the specification of brass burners. But check, they are not brass at all. Secondly, the product is of such low quality that the metal frames and burners keep needing replacement. For this, kaff will suck the life out of you butt won't do anything. They will repeatedly harass you for buying their amc, but won't show up for...
