I had small shop in 2012 I started in your chitfund scheam of rs 1000 per month I paid fully 20 months total amount of rs 20000 I hold that amount your side again I paid rs 2000×5 months all together 30000 thousand rs I paid when I came to purchase the gold on 02/02/2017 in koramagala show room they fully "CHEATED" me they don't have any extra discount or extra interest for 30000 you people invested my money from more then 4 years this is very very bad & fraud cheating even though you r MC & Wastage are more & more comparing any in the INDIA & WORLD FRAUD FRAUD...

I visited Kalyan in ayurveda college jn in Trivandrum and returned disappointed due to following reasons.
1. Had to wait 15 minutes for a salesman to attend us. No sizeable crowd in shop!

2. We took 20 mins to choose a chain and stud for my niece, total 20.1 g. The total cist came to 64500 including 25% making charge on stud and 20 % on chain. This is unreasonable

3. We may have still baught the jewellery but for the parting words of the salesman. ' you should have asked what is the making charge'. As though we wasted Hus precious time.

Kalyan. You are not going too far with this attitude

On Novemeber 2015, i had visited Kalyan Jewellers, Mangalore branch to buy a gold bracelet however ended up purchasing the same and in this process they forced us to join the gold scheme of 11 months where in they told us that we will be charged at less than 5% for the making charge of our gold scheme purchase and that we can buy anytime after the scheme finishes.
We stay abroad and visit India once in a year so we had informed them that we would visit for purchase only on Decemeber 2016 or later however now when we visit the Kalyan Jewellers Mangalore showroom, they refused to keep up the promise and are asking me to pay 26% making charge for the ornament we have selected. This is a fraud which Kalyan Jewellers is doing to its customer and it is not fair.
We save our hard earned money with trust on these organisations and believing the promises they give while joining the scheme which is nothing but a FRAUD scheme.
Request the concerned authority to take strict action against Kalyan Jewellers and direct them to be fair with the customers and promises assured.

We were not initially aware about kalyan chit cheatings. We opened chit in kalyan last year 11 months scheme as 1 month premium bonus. As 11 months got completed we went to close chit and puchase jewel. But they told there no such scheme last year which is a complete lie and only 8% discount for chit holders. Which discount is given by other jewellers for normal purchase. Also when we mentioned the name of kalyan representative who told us abt 1 month bonus and asked for him to come and explain to us why he told us a year ago. They told he was transferred. Also the making charge is too high that 8% discount is not at all good as the making charge is still high after discount. One month bonus would have been a benefit which was denied. Moreover the collections in pune hadapsar is very bad. I saw the same jewels a year ago. No change in collection. At last we got cheated that is it.

I have had a 3 years old relationship with Kalyan Jewellers(in Delhi). However, circumstances warranted me to come to Bhubaneshwar. The Kalyan Jewellers Branch in Bhubaneshwar is the worst Kalyan Jewellers branch I have been to.They work like a mafia here and hound customers who ask for discounts...totally horrid customer handling and customer service at Kalyan Jewellers Branch in Bhubaneshwar(Odisha)

I bought ring for my daughter in may from kalyan jewellers Jaipur soon after it was opened. That time they told me about a scheme of paying installment for 6 months and then I can buy at dhanteras with 45 percent discount on making charges but today when I went to buy gold item they are just giving me 2000 benefit and denying about any such communication.

I am the monthly member of kalyan jewellers and paid all the monthly emi through cheque on time. while purchasing the item. i have been informed that last cheque is not passed. whereas as per my bank record this has been debited on 5th of sep'16. this has put us very odd position in front of many customer and also in front of my family. also not delivering the chosen item. its very humiliating.

I have purchased around 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees and i was issued a gold card which can be used as a discount/cashback for the next purchase.
In gold card the amount is 1200rs. And when i wanted to purchase the gold with this card in kukatpally hyderabad branch, they rejected it to accept this gold card, as they claimed that, points/cash expired just 1 month back.

I asked them, did you inform me that this points/discount 1% would be expired after few months/days???
Is it written on gold card issued to me??? (No where i can see that clause)
Did you written/stated somewhere on the bill??? (No where they have stated)
Did you informed me via mobile number that your points/cash going to be expired within so and so months/days??? (Didnt receive any message)

Then why are you not accepting my gold card points???

Literally they are cheating the people/customers...
Kindly do the needful asap.

People like us get lured by the big names and investment schemes. Please beware of what these cheats tell you and what actually you get at the end of 11 months.

This is what happened, I have paid monthly scheme @ Rs.5000 for 11 months in Gurgaon branch from November 2015 and we were informed that we can select a chain (22.04 gm) on maturity at the rate applicable in starting of the scheme i.e. Nov. 2015 and 4% making charges but when we came to know the actual fraud at the time maturity only as when we selected the item, they calculated as per the current market rate and making charges also varies.

Please not get into this scheme. Beware of KALYAN Jewellers. These guys are fraudsters. They will dupe you of your hard earned money.

I have tried 10 times to pay online monthly installment for my purchase advance scheme through link forwarded by you as well as through the official website. But no use.. Payment window not opening..
I have subscribed to the above said scheme from Adoor branch of Kalyan jewellers with assurance of paying through online. They have also sent the link to my mobile. The link always gets stuck just before the payment gateway.

We purchaced the gold ring by intallments with 11 EMIs that was completed on July'2016 but product we not yet received by them. Whenever we visits there and ask about are gold ring they says ring not maked by them.

We went to kalyan jewellers show room in panjagutta, hyderabad. The designs were good however we had the below complaints

1. Slow billing: it took close to 2 hours to bill the product that we bought. I wish, the customer service was faster.
2. Untidy bathroom: since the cs was slow we were stuck in the showroom for lot more time than intended. This made us use the rest rooms which were extremely not useable. With such abig showroom, the least one can expect is clean bathrooms.
3. We were told one price and then the price was modified saying these are not uncut diamonds but rosecut. I didn't care which cut they were as long as the price was not modified. Cs team needs to be more proactive and careful in mentioning the rates to the customers.

Appreciate you looking into the concerns of the customer.

It was worst experience with kalyan jewellers chrompet chennai showroom.. They r trying to cheat the customer is in everyway.. I went on to exchange old gold with new gold.. The quality of the jewell's r very poor.. Plz do not buy in that jewellery jus bcoz of ads.. They broke my trust completely.. Kalyan na nambikkai... They don't deserve this tag line

I have purchased diamond ring in July 2015, which contains 3 small diamonds on top. I lost 2 diamonds, one on Sep 2015 and second one on May 2016 in span of one year. We used only occasionally . While purchasing they took more than Rs. 500 for mounting for each diamond.
Its very disheartening for me coz I gave my 1st gift to my better half.
Itz very shame to me for giving gift as this diamond ring to my wife by choosing Kalyan jewellery diamond ring.

Worst quality ring that i have ever came across... Brought that ring in first week of june and one of the diamond fell in the same week as the fitting was good.. Took that ring to the store and they agreed that it was there mistake and i gave it for repair... They kept that ring for more than 1 and 1/2 month... And when got it back it was the same issue with other diamonds in the ring ... They might fall at anytime... Show it to them ... They agreed to their mistakes but they are not ready to help me so asked they to return my money as i am returning my ring they said they will but as per their calculations i am at a huge loss... All the calculations were fraud ... Even then i said get this over and dont want to step in this shop ever in my life .. Till now i haven't got my money... Gone through soo much harassment... Feeling soo bad that i went to this shop and wasted soo much money..

Hey my name is shilpa I'm regular customer of kalyan I have brought 3 products here and making charges were 15-17 percent and I have made a investment of 7000 each month...

Today I had come to buy the mudhar collection which I had bought even previously for 15% told the same to executive about it and he sits there underestimating me... So asked for manager who I think he was another executive speaking the same again asked for manager and person came was named naveen who says I can reduce only 2percent if you don't want you can leave in rude manager... I even want to withdraw the investment of 7000 which is for every month he says directly get the bond and I'd proof so I'm not happy with the service provided I want to know if I can transfer the investment to Malabar jewellery... If no I want to withdraw the investments please

It's been a week since i was getting messages regarding 0% making charges offer by the company on 19 of june 2016. I live in panchkula and it's far away from mohali. So i called up on a no.[protected]Given in there website) and enquired about the offer. The person who received the call was firstly reluctant to give any details about the offer and later on he transferred the call to another person. That person assured me that the 0% making charges offer is available on the item [saharas] which i was supposed to buy.
I repeatedly asked him about the offer has i had to travel for about an hour by cab but that person assured me of providing me the 0% making charge offer.
When i reached the store there was hardly anyone to attend me and after requesting a lot a salesman came with 2-3 pairs of saharas and told me that there is no offer on them.
I told them about my telephonic conversation and he said they don't know that who had attended my call. To my surprise he asked me to call upon that number again and recognize the voice of the person. I asked them to call their manager but they said he is busy.
This unprofessional behavior of them wasted my cab money and my time. I was really disappointed.

I have purchased ornaments on May 1, 2016 from Kalyan Jewellers, Palakkad. The purchase was done in a considerable bulk quantity as it was a part of marriage purchase. Two of the bangles I bought is having very poor quality that it was damaged with a single use. Enamel was washed off and the golden flakes (part of the designs on the bangle) was detached away just like a local fancy material. It would be better to have a satisfactory refunding or replacement as soon as possible. I have complained about this to the customer care of the same firm but there was no response even after 2 days.
