My phn is locked it is showing. Protective practice lock. I have been to every karbon service center no one is responding. To my problem. Phn karbon titanium machine. Plz any one help me out.. I need help to prepare my phn. If we replace sim card in phn the phn will automatically get pravicy lock and phn is locked. I haven't thought that karbon phn are going to trouble this much.. It's really too much plz help me out

I did a transaction of karbonn aura note2 through paytm. It showed delivery date 18 but after i payed the money it started showing 23. So i cancelled it and it showed that the money has been automatically sent to my account but i did not receive my money yet what should i do please kindly return my money as fast as u can. The transaction was done on 15th of november

I purchased karbonn a1 indian from paytm mall it stopped working on third day paytm is telling your cant return defective product only damaged (Frankly i cant figure out the difference) karbonn is telling you need to take it to its service center which is nearly 200 km away i live in vadodara which is a big city still they dont have a service center here.

Well i am thinking to go to customer protection bureau.
If you have any guidance please guide me.

I have brought karbonn the legend phone on 12/12/2016 & it got dead in just 5 months. I drop it for servicing at my nereast karbon service center for about. 2 & half months... Now they are telling i it is out of warranty. & told to contact karbonn care but... Our respected karbonn care members are not picking up phone. Now tell me plz... How will my phn get repaired. Really i was not expecting this all form... This well known karbonn company.

Sir my name is harish kumar i purchased my karbon k9 viraat model on 26 may 2017 but after 3 months there is problem of touch in my handset so i give it your customer care center on 30 september 2017 and they send my phone to your customer care support but today is 13 october my phone is still not repaired and given to me. Your employees are always doing false promises to me to get it repaired in 10 days but whenever i call them they always say 10 more days
.. This is not happening sir pls take some necessary action against it otherwise i will have to take some major steps against your company i m fed up sir kindly reply me back... And repair my phone as soon as possible

I purchased new karbonnk451 power hand set, through flipcart and its order no. Is - od[protected]. It has 1 year manufacturing waranty, but after getting some months its key pad is not working. If we press one button in display its showing some other number, i have taken to repair also but its not repaired. Indeed mobile price is very low, but, if product is very low quality how can we believe for next purchasing.

If we press one button in display its showing some other number, i have taken to repair also but its not repaired. Indeed mobile price is very low, but, if product is very low quality how can we believe for next purchasing.

और मैंने यह मोबाइल दिनांक 29/04/2017 को लिया था मैंने कई बार सर्विस सेंटर में जा कर अपने मोबाइल के बारे में जानकारी ली और फिर कई बार कस्टमर केयर में भी फोन कर के पता किया पर आज तक कोई भी संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया गया
मुझे नहीं पता था कि कार्बन कंपनी की सर्विस इतनी घटिया है
और अब मैं मजबूर हो कर यह मेल कर रहा हूँ शीघ्र ही समस्या का समाधान करने का फैसला करे।

Puchase on 22-08-17 from smeet communication - ahmedabad; you give 6 months warranty for battery but after one month of purchase battery did not working properly.

I visit smeet communication and your other service centres but they did not give any proper response.

Please take necessary action.

2 service centres in aurangabad - maharashtra of carbon company has stopped working for carbon. And spares of carbon are not available in market.
This is worst situation of karbon mobiles after sale service in market.

I have given my 10" karbon tablet for repair / replacement of battery on[protected] to m/s. Global mobile masters, thiruvananthapuram, kerala (Phone no.[protected] being the authorized service centre for karbon electronic equipments. I have neither received the tablet duly repaired nor got positive reply even after 45 days of handing over the equipment. The authorized service centre says that they have intended for a new battery with the company at new delhi and the same has not yet been supplied by the company. How can an authorized service centre function without a spare battery for 45 days? It appears that both the company and its authorized service centre are not concerned about the customer or customer service. They take their sweet time for responding. A company without good after sales service will perish within no time. I request you to take up the matter with the company and their authorized service centre for a positive response.

I had purchased aura power. It doesnt recharged after 6 months. I deposited phone to service centre and got repaired it after one week but it only worked for 7 days. Then it again got the same problem and does not started then again deposited it to service centre and i got it after 2 months after a long fight with customer services and it worked only for 2 days. Now it again have same problem doesnt starts. These people are just spending warranty period nothing else. Karbonn is the worst mobile servicing and its handset are completely money wasting.

Sir, my karbon mobile a99i make may2014 is not working. Its switch isdamaged as the back cover switch pad wasmissing sometimes back. I tried to replace the cover from karbon service centres nearby but of no use. So i was forced to use it by pressing the switch directly. After many usage the button got damaged. Hence i request u to do the needful as i'm not able to substitute with other one. I went to service center at Dehradun on 14 sep 2017 to get my titanium octane plus repaired as charging was not working. They repaired but since that my touch screen is not working properly, I informed them but They don't listen anything.while charging lock is not being open and dark spot is coming at bottom screen. They are so arrogant.
I asked the battery for same model, they say that battery will be 3-4 yr old only.

Karbonn mobiles — quattro l50 hd service

I have a complaint about servicing my phone. I have purchased it on[protected] through shopcluse. It has touch complaint specially in bottom three keys (Back, home) and got into service centre at sai telecom on[protected]. Till now my phone is not serviced. I called them and said, need more time. This is not at all a proper way. Three month duration is completed.
Today after continues follow up i went to the local shop from where i purchases he saud that the parcel is received today but the lcd is broken which sounds as if he is playing with emotion.
After the argument they said that they received this broken mobile from tge docket and need more time around two three month.
Please sir take a very strong action so that i can really hold my mobile in my pocket one month i used and after the rest month it is in service centre even came today dated 29/8/2017 and its a broken lcd now advise to taking action

I have went to your service center in jorhat akangsha electronics they are so arrogant to costumers when i mentioned i am here for warrenty phone. And asked them to solve my problem but about half an hour they came to me an said that u r not elegible for warranty. When i asked why they told me that we find water in your phone. I mentioned them that in outside its raining that's why may be water my got inside now but my problem is from 1month and infact in tezpur city karboon service centet over there took my phone for and said u r eligible for warranty. So now how they can say m not elegible for warranty. Its tottaly fraud. Plz take action on it otherwise i will go to police for inquiry...

I'm complaining about karbon mobile (Aura power gold) battery. L buy this mobile through homeshop 18 by on line, ordered on 17.7.2017 but from 18.8.2017 the battery started automatically down itself and mobile also hanging frequently. I have given my karbonn l50 hd handset to our nearest karboon service center in durgapur, sahani telecom. 12th july when i giving my handset to the owner of sahani telecom, karbonn service center, they told me that u will get your phone within a week, but till to date many date have passed.
