After few months my phone was not charging and it was under warranty period so i went to nearby karbonn center named Ajeet Infotech on 19 march 2016 to get my phone repaired. Job Sheet No.: KJASPRJ278316KR701.They assured me to repair my phone within 15 days.But till date i have not received my phone.Two months back they called me and told me that they will relace my phone but they were giving me another phone with lower configuration.So please replace my phone.why will i accept the phone with lower configuration.I want my phone to get replaced.please take the neccesary action as soon as possible.Its going to be almost one year that my phone is not repaired.Now i m going to go to consumer court if you will not take any neccesary action within a week.

I have given my karbonn mobile at kolkata technocare service centre on[protected]. Even after 3 months i am unable to get my mobile. Always getting answer.. Matter will be solved within 15 days... Still i am waiting for 15 days... Plz look after this matter matter & solve it immediately.

I have purchased karoo not S:205 mobile from snapdeal. Com on 27th March. Almost 9 month completed. Company had given warranty of one year. From last 3 month facing battery issue. Visited to karbonn galaxy, they said warranty is only for 6 month. Why company are playing with customers? On one side warranty given for 1 year but at the time of service. Not supporting. I have visited 2 different gallery. But did not got any resolution. Company has to provide new battery within warranty period. Looking for confirmation.

I want to say that I have a Karbonn mobiles simple set k9. The message from Karbonn centre that due to registration of karbonnmobiles a your account has been charged of RS-3.kindly stop such type of message from ur side and deduction of my balance from my mobiles
I request you to kindly take immediate action action to this issue.

I had submitted my handset 3 months ago and still don't get it back, every time i call them they just postpone the date, i submitted my sparkle v on 31 august at dakhsya international services rohini delhi. there is only issue of speaker but they mentioned that the phone is dead in jobsheet.. and also doesnt chnage my charger and earphone despite of being in warranty

I bought karbonn s200 hd after some time i face problem related to battery backup & heating after that i went to your service center at bhubaneswar. He gave me 30 days time to repair my phone job sheet no - kjaspor038916kr1854 but i couldn't get my mobile yet after 60 days and nobody give me satisfied answer. I think the company never care for after sale service.

This complaint against the karbonn mobiles company. they give me bad mobile. i buy a new karbonn titanium s205 in july 26, 2106. after one month problem occur in the mobile like: hanging, slow processing etc, but i ignore it. now after two months mobile battery is going dead. i go to the service center, they register my complaint and they gave me one week time. now two months going after register the complaint. NO ONE respond my complaint nor a company/ nor a service center. i buy a mobile jul, 26, 2016 and register of complaint 16-sep-2106, today date is[protected]. i want my money back with 6 month claim. i.e

I have purchased a karbonn mobile on 9th aug in cheenai at poorvika mobile store. battery is draining very fast without even using for voice calls. though went to nearby service center and complained twice the prob is still persisting. they take 10 days each time to repair. i need an immediate solution fo this, could this prob solved? or do any other alternative

I have karbonn sparkle v with OS: marshmallow 6.0.1 when I cleared cache partition and after that restarted my phone
From then it is keep popping up a message like "UNFORTUNATELY GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES HAS STOPPED" I connected to hi speed WiFi even though it is not opening
And recently it was stuck on start up logo
Then I contacted karbonn service center named maruthi technologies opposite Dena bank sastri chourasta in karimnagar city in karimnagar district in telangana

They are irresponsible and said contact karbonn showroom in Hyderabad
What do I do now

I have gave my karbonn s2 mobile for the mother board problem
I have given my mobile last year august 2015 till date i didn't get my mobile back. When i walk to service center there are tell my mobile as gone to delhi.
I am so disappointment on this product. I brought this mobile why because it is indian product but u guys making the product down. So only we indians not buying any indian products why u guys making our country down in international market.

I had bought karbonn quattro l50 hd five months ago and within 2 months it has heating problems and 1 month ago it stoped working.When I went to service centre they said they are not the authorised once and told me to go someother service centre, I went to second service centre and they told me they told me to go to another servoce center and the best part was none of the customer care numbers were in working condition.When I finally reached the service centre which was ready to take the mobile, they told me that motherboard has to changed as it is damaged and told me to pick up the phone after 10 to 15 days.When I tried calling them after 10 days, they remained unreachable. Then I finally decided to go to the service center and shocking they told me that it will take another 10 to 15 days.When I inquired them about their customer care number they simply told me that it is not working and when I asked them how will I contact them, they told me that I have to personally come and chech whether mobil has reachedthe service centre or not. Almost one month is passed and till yet I haven't received my cell phone. Even karbonn toll free number is not reachable. My job sheet number is KJASPUP5201016KR1844 ans ASP Code is KJASPUP520. I have deposited my mobile at IQOR GLOBAL SERVICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED -KANPUR.
Kindly take some action with respect to this regard.

Sir bought your phone three years back sparkle v online purchase on the first day of release on online. first place i bought this phone as it is made in chaina but today only i noticed its made in chaina.

you have hurted my feelings and humilate me i want the same or better phone which is made in India only when are you going to compensate to my loss and replace with Made in India phone

I am neelam sharma from mumbai. I've purchased karbonn titanium machfive before a year which was under warranty. But before 2 months the phone was having charging issues so i have given my phone to the authorised service center in thane, mumbai where i was told that my phone will be get repaired within 25 working days but since now they are saying that it will take 15 days more and not from now they are faking the commitments from last 1 months. It has been more than 2 months from now i am getting irresponsible feedback from them. Whenever i call customer care their answer remain same that your problem will be solved shortly and sometimes i dont even get the proper responce from them. Please take a strict action against them and ask them to provide my headset in whatever condition it is. Or ask them to give me a headset atleast for a using purpose till they solve problem of mine. I have filed compalints more than 3 times still i am not gettin g any responce from them.

I had purchased karbonn Titanium S200HD on snapdeal with invoice no. S83BFB/16-17/10700, INVOICE DATED 29 MAY 2016.
Only after using the set for 3 months there was problem with charging and battery and I had thus given my set to karbonn service centre on 10 sep 2016. Its been nearly 2 months without my handset now and I have yet not received it in correct order!on contacting service centre I have always been given an excuse of not having the required spare part to correct the set.
All these days of my purchases with snapdeal have been good experience but this time i have received a defaulted product which worked only for 3 months!!
Delivery of such defaulted products will seriously have a bad impact on the costumers.
I thus request you to contact karbonn mobiles and deal with the issue to maintain the credentials and happy costumer service of snapdeal.

Sir i bought a karbonn titanum octane plus imie no. [protected] on 01 mar 2015. After 01 year its mmc card and front camera started not working. Sometime display became black. It was repaired at authorised service center shine comn, c-1350 tigri, nd-80 with payment of rs1550 on 25 mar 16. Charging prob was changed due battery charging failure at same service center on 03 sep 16 at rs 750/- but after repair it was observed that mouth piece mic was not connected, again it was repaired. Charging problem observed after 20 days of repair and submitted at the same service center. Though the charging prob replaced at sr center, but after repair display was improper. So after 15 days of stay of mobile at sr center, i got it on 24 oct 16.
Sir, it is painful to tell you that the charging problem is still exist and mouth piece mic not working. So kindly guide me where to deposit my mobile for quality repair and zero defect performance.
