I bought my phone on karbonn titanium s200HD on 22 of july, than thephone started showing problem on 1st of august than i submitted it to the service center on 2nd of august. On 9th of august they returned the phone saying the problem was resolved when the problem was still there. Again on 10th of august i gave the phone to that service center and they till now didn't returned. Everytime i visit them they say that the phone is still on pending. I bought the phone from snapdeal. the phone was turning off after some time and that was the only problem. my phone no. :-[protected]

My phone was facing problem of "POWER ON" and it was under warranty. I gave my phone at karbonn service center for about 40-45 days and i am not getting back my phone after such a long duration of time. The service center says that "Your phone is with company so we cant help it".
So, i request you to give our mobile in working condition as early as possible .
Otherwise we may file a complaint in consumer court.

I have purchase karbonn mobile titanium s-205 from big bazar .The issue wich i am facing battery problem.
I have serched here local Service center and check him battery. He has refuse and says battery not in warranty. I also request to service center for new battery with payment. he says battery not available right now and says try after 10 days
but no response till now.
kindly do the needful at your end and resolve this assue immediately.

I bought panasonic eluga l2 from mobile house in jalandhar on[protected], after few months mobile battery got faulty and i submitted my mobile in karbon serivice center. The mobile was not getting charge. it has been passed 6 months and i dont get any response from service center, and i dont know where they have sent my mobile and i was not received back my mobile.

I hate the product . I bought Karbon machsix vr 2 months ago till now no tampered glass backcover is available and shopkeeper are saying that not in future too i t will be available, also unable to install many app code error 504 .Till now no update is available for fixing this. Although The battery back is worst too, Camera is just below average . The company cheated me

I submitted my Karbon S201 at Guwahati Service center on 03.08.2016. But the issue issue is still not resolved. The is no proper response from the Guwahati service center over phone. I contacted the customer care as well over phone and mail. But has not received any satisfactory resolution. I have submitted the scan copy of the job sheet herewith. Please do the needful.

On 31 aug. 2016 at about 5:30 -6:00pm. I went to the dhanlaxmi interprises, near chikhalwadi corner, nanded, maharashtra. (Which is authorized service center of karbonn). I have problem with my handset's battery. Shopkeeper asked me to buy new battery. Then i asked him to give me a bill of that. He said that he can't give me any kind of bill of purchasing battery. Then i agreed to purchase battery without bill. But then he refused me to give that battery in anger. He didn't give me that battery so that my handset is remained useless. And there is no other proper battery available for this handset, in open market also. So please pay attention to this valuable complaint.

Hi sir i brought karbonn s204 mobile 24/09/2015. But this mobile heanting after 15 days i compain to costomer care but they always say its natural... But after 3 month its over heating... I sent mobile to service center at 07/03/2016 but after 1 month they sent mobile without solved any problem then again i sent mobile by request costomer care and again same problem and plus many another problem by service center again again i sent mobile 4 times and 175days for repairing but they coun't solved problem and they are joking with me what i do sir please help me i called about to 100 times to costomer care please help me

I purchased one such phone from seven star infosystems, mewat 122105, haryana india by e-purchase on 11.08.2015. Amount is 4299/-. Order id:[protected] and invoice no is hr-del[protected]. Cst no: [protected]. From the month of nov 2015 all kinds of problem of the set started, mainly charging not done and later key pad problem.
Immediately i contacted to authorised service centre at kolkata, west bengal and first formatting done on 26.03.2016 at mobicare, 1a, nandan bagan street kolkata 700004 (Ph no[protected].
On 06.05.2016, the centre authority said that the original charger provided alongwith the set is faulty and compelled me to buy a new one @ rs 380/-. Although within warranty period.
Again 3 weeks later keypad problem became worse and i went to service centre again on 09.08.2016. The centre in charge told me to change the touch-pad and he assured me to change the same free since it is well within warranty period. Service centre personnel said that he sent for replacement of a new touch-pad/key-pad by e mail to the company authority and the number for such mail requirement is kjaspwb002816kr17117 on 09.08.16.
But till date no feedback came. I am sufferring tremendously.
Being a professor of government college in west bengal i compelled to suffer hugely for last few months. Please di intervene and replace the set at earliest opportunity.

I am mahesh chand staying in hyderabad, i have purchased titanium s99 mobile 1.6yrs back, now i am getting problem with the battery. I have searched here nearly all the local shops and also karbonn service centers for getting the battery, i also requested karbonn service centre person yesterday at abids area to get me this battery from his contacts from other service center but he has simply refused bu saying it is not possible, when i have not succeeded i have tried on line, there also it is not available.

Finally when i approach to karbonn call centre, they have simply lifted their hands by saying that the company has stopped manufacturing the accessories of that model. No one wants to take the ownership.in this scenario i want to know that where the customer should go.

I have just purchased this mobile 1.6yrs back if the company is not manufacturing the accessories of the model which is launched just 1.6yrs to 2yrs back, then the message which i carry out of it is not to buy karbonn mobiles, the company is just cheating the people and they are forcing the people to buy new mobiles. Karbonn have a very bad after sales service.

This is a very bad experience from which i am going through now. This is very bad on the companies part in the competitive market. My day to day work is getting hampered because my mobile is not working.

I have also sent the complaint through mail and after many reminders also i have not received any reply from them.
Can you provide me any clue what to do in this kind of situation.

I have sent my karbonn mobile (quattro l50 hd) to service station on just for touch pad failure repair. i am continuously taking followup with customer care executive as well as through mail. each time i am getting same reply that, your mobile is under repair & you will get it soon within next 10 to 12 days. but even after two months completion my mobile is not returned. how i can communicate with peoples without mobile phone? each time when i send mail to [protected]@jainindia.com, i got the same reply each time that, "we have noticed that you have written to us on the same concern once again, ...raj jain [protected]

I have raised many complain regarding to this incident in service center and in customer care also.
I have been changed my battery and ic but the same problems are still occurring. Right now my mobile went to in service company center.

I will never recommend anyone to buy karbonn company mobile, even though i will recommend that dont use even if you get it free of cost. their service is beyond the word of "poor / worst". also this mail will circulate on my facebook account by which at a time all peoples will know the quality of service from karbonn mobiles so they will aware before making mistake to buy karbon mobile.

20 ago I booked for repaired but I still not give me the service provider of that office his only talking me job is not, job is not done I want to fast repaired my phone
