I had given my mobile for signaling problem on 24.05.18 in your priyodarshini infotech serampore service center. But till date they didn't repair it. Everyday they do the commitmentd that it will go to head office for repairing or our service engineer is not coming today. Everyday i call them but such fake commitments were still continuing. I dont know what to do. Please solve my problem or i have to move to consumer court....

I had bought karbonn aura 4g mobile 7 months ago. Now it's battery do not work properly, it gets swollen. I had taken it to shop but they refuse to repair it and asking for money but warranty card shows 12 months of warranty. Tell me whose fault is this. Hi karbonn director sir. I bought karboon aura note 4g phone but it's touch doesn't work and speaker produces cracking voice. Finger touch sensor works only for 2or 3, days. After i have to reset finger print. When i charge phone then my phone becomes too hot. I went karbonn service center 10 times but these technical problems didn't remove to my phone. Purchasing date-28 fab 2018,
During charging time smoke started coming out of the karbon mobile phone and when i saw rhis i removed from charging but battery is continue expanding and after sometime mobile back body cracked and non removable battery come out from its position....

I ordered karbonn aura1 mob.from snapdel, but before using 5 days my mobile get switched off it cannot be start after charge plug in ...the sanpdel provide list of customer care but these centers cannot receive call and max of them no. are not available or wrong no.
They give the centers names but in that center I had call but they says system for repair mob. is not available
So suggest me what can I do for switch on my device.br...

Karbonn aura power 4g does not have 4000mah battery it has 2000mah battery. You give false information about mobile and its battery had written in it 4000mah battery but it actually is not. It get heated up so much when charging and calling. It has very bad front camera and front flash light doesn't work properly it has no use. I bought this mobile because i think it had 4000mah battery but it doesn't....

I have lost my Karbonn Mach 5 mobile on 13.02.2018, while getting in the mumbai local train on plateform no.1 of Kandivali Station around 8:50 a.m.

Till the date, I have not received the mobile and in mean time, I lodged the complaint to Borivali West, Police Station on Borivali Station.

Please advice me, how to trace it?

I bought karbonn a1 indian model mobile from poorvika mobiles private limited, no-9&10 duddly scool complex, amc road, dindigul-1, tamilnadu. Ph. No-[protected]. Date:7/01/2018. Mobile switch off on 2/02/2018 inform to porvika mobiles. He told charger connector failed so you change the connector in karbonn service center and he recomeded to aravinda cell care. I give the phone to aravinda cell care center dindigul on 2/02/2018. Till not ready,...

I bought karbonn k9 kavach 4g. Sir that is fully faulty piece. Sound and side button is not working as well as battery is not working.. Approximately one months ago i have lodged complained for the battery's and touch pad..in aurangabad sk service centr at niraala bazaar he assured me after one month it would be ok. Bt not result....

I am the user of Karbon mobile phone, model number- K9, IMEI no. [protected], purchased from- Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

On[protected] at 08:50 pm smoke started coming out of the Karbon mobile phone, I quickly removed the battery from the phone and within few minutes the battery exploded. Due to this my phone also got damaged.

There was no casualty from the battery explosion but in case...

One of the worst phone in all smartphone the phone hang always it get's switch off automatically the battery backup is really really poor though the company claim it is 4000mh. We are getting such a poor services even we have paid the whole cost of the phone.
Karbonn a fake company.
I here want to appeal to the company pls refund my money otherwise i have to move to consumer court & will drag this company to the court....

Pathetic service center in kalyan branch..

I had given my mobile for servicing on the month of september 2017 but till date 2 months has gone away they didn't repair it.. Everytime they do the commitments that it will get repair within 2-3 days and we had send your mobile to karbonn center. But such fake commitments were still continuing and staff keeps on changing... They had bill me for 2500/- and don't know what to do.....
