I bought this mobile 2 years ago. You promised 2gb internal storage and expandable by sdcard. You gavr me a memmory card of 8gb free. But in vain. The internal storage is almost full when the default applications are installed. When i try to install more apps, a message will come saying'"your device doesn, t have enough space then another message"you cannot move the files to sd card. Then what is the use of memmory card?

Handset is karbonn quattro L50 HD, purchased 3 months before.. now its keypad is not working properly, I visited ur service center (Muzaffarpur, Bihar) they told me to submit my hanadset for 45 to 60 days, to get it repaired...I have no other handset now what should I do? I had bought my karbonn aura power from flip cart online services in october 2016 (Order id: od[protected]. I have been experiencing improper network in the cell.
